I haven't been here in a while.

It's been a crazy year, I actually lost about 50 pounds! 65 really, but I gained 15 back.
Down from 230 to 180 and I'm loving having my collar bones back. I'm tall so even at 180 I'm lean but I still have about 40 more to go before I'm where I want to be!
I actually completely forgot about this blog and my goals and rewards but without even realizing it, I actually already rewarded myself most of them!
My ears are just past 00g, working my way up to to about 14mm maybe. I've been going super slow but since this is my 3rd round of stretching, it's still going way faster than before! I always buy myself new panties and those "Me Nights" happen a lot lol. I'll probably change my goal for 175 because I cannot afford a tattoo anytime soon though.
I guess what brought me back to this is that I've binged so bad this past week. I'm worried I won't be able to stop and what I've been using for hunger suppression this past year is something I no longer have access to. I just need a little motivation and community I think. Here's to hoping!

Diet plan be like fast for 7 days bc you're "sick" and after fast for 4 days (only eat dinner on the 5th) and eat as little as possible/max maintenance the other 2 days
Then repeat the 4ish-2 plan twice and fast the 2 days before you move to your mom's so you have 20000 calories for over the summer, which is 2500 extra a week ~if needed~ and work on diet plan for September throughout
