Developing a #morningroutine, for me, was a very important change in my daily routine. Thanks to her, I've been able to stick with the plan for the day, keeping my project on schedule and being able to get involved in side jobs (even with ADHD!). There are several ways to develop a #morningroutine. Mine involves lighting an incense, a cup of coffee or tea mug, and an ambient sound lofi. This all before 7am. At the end of this 20-minute ritual, I check my schedule and start the day.

O transporte sobre trilhos abaixo da terra tem um grande problema: a falta de luz solar.Pensando nisso, um estudo voltado para os usuários do metrô com o intuito de melhorar o bem-estar dos passageiros, conduzido pela Anna Wawrzyniak, da ANDRES + PARTNER, concluiu que o trabalhador europeu médio gasta entre 20 e 60 minutos por dia nos transportes públicos. Wawrzyniak propôs aplicar o Human Centric Lightning (HCL) aos vagões. Entre 6h e 9h uma luz branca brilhante e neutra estimula o corpo e ativa os passageiros. Durante a volta para casa, por volta das 18h, a mistura de luz vermelha fraca e luz branca cria um ambiente de iluminação suave, relaxante, mas não cansativo! Desta forma, o Light Wagon pode utilizar a iluminação de forma eficiente e poupando recursos. Além de compensar o déficit de luz solar, o objetivo o é criar um sistema que aumente a produtividade e o conforto dos passageiros!
