7 Benefits of Real-Time Tracking: Revolutionizing Your Project Management
Tumblr media
With continuous business growth and expansion, having a clear understanding of the progress of projects and associated initiatives is necessary. It’s possible through real-time progress tracking, enabling business organizations to monitor their projects in real time. This way, their concerned departments can easily identify and address potential issues, manage valuable resources, and make informed decisions. Keep reading this blog to delve into the key benefits of real-time progress tracking.
1. Improved visibility and transparency
Every business needs improved visibility and transparency; real-time progress tracking ensures this. Getting a real-time view of project progress enables organizations to effortlessly address issues that may arise. This way, they can take corrective actions before becoming critical roadblocks. This heightened visibility facilitates an environment of accountability and ownership, where team members are aware of their responsibilities and their decisions' influence over how well a given project performs.
2. Enhanced collaboration and communication
Organizational team members always want to enhance collaboration and communication among themselves. Real-time progress tracking is an approach for organizations to promote cooperation and communication and boost productivity. For example, organizations can use MiPlaniT - a productivity measuring app – to ensure their productivity. Having a centralized place for project data in place makes it easy for team members to access the information and complete their tasks on time, enabling them to reduce the need to produce frequent progress reports in meetings. This improved coordination also contributes to avoiding any misconceptions and possible communication breakdowns.
3. Better resource management
Better management of valuable resources is necessary for businesses, and real-time progress tracking enables organizations to do this by having a real-time view of project demand versus capacity. Organizations can identify areas where resources may be overcommitted or underutilized, facilitating smarter decision-making about resource allocation. Ultimately, concerned departments or team members can efficiently utilize resources. This enhanced resource management also saves costs since it eliminates wastage and promotes efficiency.
4. Increased agility and flexibility
Project management for any project requires agility and flexibility in the approaches organizations take. Real-time progress tracking ensures this by enabling the management team to view project progress in real-time. MiPlaniT app with a user-friendly interface can help organizations ensure agility and flexibility in their approaches to project management. This way, organizations can easily and quickly know changing circumstances or unpredicted events, enabling them to make the right decisions about the most effective course of action. Such enhanced agility also reduces the risks of project delays and failures since teams can now react rapidly in case problems occur.
5. Improved decision making
As frequently said earlier, timely and well-informed decision-making makes projects successful. Tracking the project’s real-time progress enables organizations to have the data they need to make the right decisions about project management. Organizations can better understand the areas requiring improvement in real-time, allowing them to respond swiftly before undesirable issues become major problems. This better decision-making also reduces the possibility of expensive mistakes or inaccurate judgments because teams have sufficient data for well-informed decisions on how to move forward.
6. Greater accountability and ownership
Being available for accountability and taking ownership is necessary for team members to ensure business success. Organizations can ensure this through real-time progress tracking and by providing team members with a comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities and the impact of their actions on the project. With an immediate view of the performance of any project, team members are highly aware and even ready to correct actions on events that may impede; thus, there is only a little room for problems. This new level of accountability also contributes to building a climate where ownership and responsibility naturally take root amongst workgroup members, eliminating the possibility of communication errors that may lead to unclear understanding.
7. Enhanced stakeholder engagement
Engaging with stakeholders to provide a real-time view of project performance is necessary; real-time progress tracking is the approach organizations can easily take to do so. If project stakeholders are regularly informed about the progress of projects, this will help management deal with expectations and negations concerning misinterpretation or failure to interpret correctly. This strengthened partnership between the stakeholders enhances trust and faith in the organization’s capability to adhere to its promises.
Conclusion
Real-time progress tracking is an approach organizations can take to improve overall project success rates based on the data they can receive to make informed decisions. But the question is how to track your project's progress in real time. MiPlaniT is a proven solution! MiPlaniT is a revolutionary remote work app that helps organizations and project management teams plan, sync, and organize their day, streamlining everyday tasks. Download the app and take control of your project schedules and progress!

Friendly reminder that you do not have to buy loads of new planners/journals or try new productivity systems in the new year.
You do not have to try and reinvent yourself overnight.
Change and growth happens slowly, and you are allowed to take your time with it.

Okay so last night I complained about being glued to my screen more than I’d like to be. So this morning I decided I’ll do something about it <3 the purpose of documenting it here is so that I hold myself accountable on my blog instead of writing it down in my notes app and negating it like two seconds later. And also so it’s easier for me to be like “bitch enough” whenever I catch myself scrolling through my Tumblr when I absolutely should not be. I plan on increasing these rules (progressive overload) or decreasing them (too much too soon) depending on results, but for the next week it’s:
Cannot get on my phone until I’ve drunk water, done my am skincare routine/taken my am shower, and taken my am supplements.
Phone in the morning for 15 minutes max. Otherwise I cannot be on my phone until noon (I wake up pretty early so this gives me like 4 hours of no phone time).
Also cannot get on my phone after noon unless I’ve studied at least two hours beforehand.
Need to study 2 hours for every 1 hour I’m on my phone until 6 pm.
Can use my phone liberally after 6 pm ONLY if I’ve: hit my study goals, done my Anki flash cards that are due, and finished my workout (or walk) of the day. Otherwise, the previous rule applies.
Need to read a book for at least 30 minutes in the day. This can be thrown in whenever, but preferably before bed.
Need to set aside 20 minutes after 6 pm to do pm skincare routine/take pm shower.

I was thinking more along the lines of, did you think Nico would get so popular to go up against a famous podcast/comic character in a blorbo vote?
For me it’s less that he’s up against Taako, it’s that he’s winning against Taako.
Like, to people that WERE here for Nico and liked him, he does feel like a bigger deal. But Nico never had any news articles written about him like Goncharov did. No cross platform recognition besides where I was posting him.
I love Taako!! he’s a great character! I actually just used my design for him in my animation class (I’ll post it when I finish) ! and I genuinely thought maybe a couple hundred people would vote for Nico and that Taako would win by a wide margin.
So for the poll to even be this close right now, that my adventure time oc is winning right now, that over 12 THOUSAND PEOPLE have voted for him????? I am UNBELIEVABLY flattered right now. I cannot put to words how it really, really means a lot.
