Hi y'all! I'm a fitness professional/coach and artist, and one of my goals would be to have a workout and injury prevention program for artists. This would start as a 1x a week 30-45 min class. The plan would be to open more classes if there are more subscribers.

It would include light cardio, strengthening, and stretches.
