Galo is the token himbo character but the thing is Lio will go along with his antics with little to no pushback. hes supposed to be the cool collected and stoic one but when Galo is like "i need the giant robot to look cooler or i cant fight in it" lio is like "ok." and when galo is like "now the robot needs a giant magic historically accurate traditional japanese firefighting stick" lio is like "ok."

Literally saves the world by being stupid (and setting it on fire). One of the characters even has a canon line that he's the "#1 firefighting idiot". Neither of them know how to wear clothes. Perfect example of one braincell between them.
