Absolution
Summary:
noun: formal release from guilt, obligation, or punishment
The Capital Wasteland lauded the Lone Wanderer as a hero, a Messiah, a savior who's willing to give her life for the Good Fight. Beyond the legends, the propaganda, and the mythification that surrounded her legacy, there is only one person who knew her bare soul. She gave him his absolution, and now he will fight for hers.

September 23, 2277
“What kind of fun are we talking about, Nova?” Percy asks the redhead, a look in her eye that I can only describe as mischievous.
“I’m thinking of a game, honey. Let’s get the boys involved too,” Nova said. “It’s a slow night anyway. Think we can close up early, Gob?”
“Huh? Uh sure! Anything for you, Nova,” replies the other ghoul. The way he hangs on the smoothskin’s word says it all. Poor bastard.
“I think I have a deck of cards upstairs. Say… strip poker?” Nova suggests.
I almost spat out my drink.
Gob, standing right across me behind the bar, rubs his face. Percy tilts her head at Nova, looking clueless as hell.
“What’s strip poker?”
“Miss, do you know what poker is?” I ask her, and she shakes her head. “Then you would not like strip poker.”
Nova laughs and pats my mistress in the back. “Aw, you’re no fun,” she says to me, and Percy raises an eyebrow.
“What is strip poker?” Percy insists on asking.
“Regular poker is a game where players bet that they have the highest ranking card. Strip poker is just the same thing, but you have to remove a piece of clothing if you lose the round,” Gob explains through his teeth. “Charon’s right, smoothskin. It would suck for a beginner like you.”
“Trying to get me out of my clothes, Nova? I thought you weren’t into girls,” Percy giggles, and Nova throws her head back and laughs. “Just curious, hon. Ever since you got Moriarty out of the picture, I stopped the side business. Never thought that I’d miss getting touched so soon.”
The mistress looks at Gob, a knowing look on her face. Then, she turns to Nova. “Hey, I’m sure there’s a lot of people here on Megaton who’d like to get with you.”
Well. Percy noticed it too, huh?
“Uh, Nova? Percy? The game?” Gob interrupts nervously, and the women laugh together. “Right, right. Care to suggest anything, Percy? Any games you played in the vault?”
“Well, there are some… how about ‘Never Have I Ever’?”
“How do you play?”
“Well, you say something that you haven’t done in your life before, then other players will have to take a shot if they have. If no one takes a shot, the person who asked the question needs to drink theirs,” explains the mistress, to which Nova smirked.
“A drinking game where we get to know each other? I like it! C’mon boys, I’ll get the shot glasses ready.”
“I am not participating,” I tell her, and my mistress’ shoulders sag. “Aw, why not?”
“If you get too intoxicated, miss, I would have to haul your sorry ass back home.”
Percy blurts out a shocked laugh at my choice of words. “Seriously, big guy? We’re in Megaton anyway, and not like there are other patrons in the bar that can hurt me. C’mon, play with us, please?”
Please. Damn that fucking word.
“Fine, fine,” I grumble, and Percy throws her hands in the air with excitement and I am reminded that she’s still a teenager.
“Oh, we’re gonna have so much fun! Okay, who wants to go first?”
A month earlier, I would’ve called whoever told me that some smoothskin angel from a vault would come take my contract from Ahzrukhal, treat me like an actual person instead of a guard dog, and play drinking games with me crazy. Now, she’s leaning against my shoulder, cheeks red, and laughing hard.
“Oh come on, it was just one time! And it’s Moriarty’s fault for yelling at me! Not like the customers would have smelled it through the rot, anyway.”
“You still shit your pants, Gob,” Nova half-cackled, half-slurred.
Percy’s covering her mouth, trying to stop herself from laughing. “I’m so sorry, Gob. I feel bad for laughing because it’s Moriarty’s fault but the way you told the story is still fucking- HAHAHAHA!”
I wasn’t laughing, but I snorted. Man, this poor guy never catches a break, doesn’t he?
“I’ll let you laugh because you’re the one who got me out of my misery, friend,” Gob mumbles to Percy, nursing his empty shot glass in his hand.
“Okay. Next round. Your turn, Gob.”
“Hmmmm. Never have I ever killed someone I knew personally,” said Gob. Percy groans loud and takes a shot. I take mine too.
“Well, looks like you’ve found your match, Miss Dangerous,” Nova comments, nursing her full glass. “Charon, was it? If you wouldn’t mind me asking, who’d you kill?”
“Ahzrukhal,” I tell them, and Gob’s eyes widened.
“Who’s Ahzrukhal?” Nova asks.
“My previous employer, before Percy. He was an evil bastard.”
“When I got captured by slavers all those years ago, I overheard one of them talking that Ahzrukhal tipped them off,” Gob murmured. “I never trusted him. My mother told me to stay away from his bar.”
“Now I see why Percy’s your friend. You both got something against bastard bartenders huh?” Nova jokes, and my mistress quietly laughs.
“Two peas in a pod,” said Percy. “I guess we hate bastards who hurt and take advantage of defenseless people.”
Damn right, we do.
“What about you, hon? Who did you kill?”
“Stevie Mack. A guy from the vault I grew up in,” said Percy, leaning over the bar top. “He killed my friend, Jonas. Then, I saw that he was about to hurt my best friend Amata. I just lost it. Beat his head with a baseball bat until it was nothing but a bloody pulp, just like how I did to Moriarty.”
Nova let out a low whistle. “Damn, Percy.”
Gob clears his throat, and scratches what’s left of the skin on his head. “Damn. Leeeet’s just lighten up a bit. Sorry.”
“Hey, you have nothing to apologize for, Gob. Besides, talking about it helps,” Percy reassures the other ghoul, smiling.
“Your turn, kid,” Gob cheers, pouring scotch in Percy’s shot glass.
“Hmmm… uhhh… never have I ever had vaginal sex,” Percy slurs, red on her cheeks going even deeper.
Goddammit. I’m reminded of that fucking dream and how wrong it was. The last thing I want is to have those thoughts about her while my inhibitions are down. Stupid fucking dick of mine twitched again. Sometimes I wish I wasn’t intact.
I remember what Ahzrukhal threatened her with and felt like throwing up my dinner. To hurt a good person like that...
“You make it sound so medical,” Nova laughs, taking a shot. “Are you serious? Never did it with anyone in the vault?”
“Y-yeah! Birth control is hard to come by in the vault, so I-I never risked it,” Percy stutters. Her face is ever redder than the baseball hat she wore when I first met her.
Gob takes a shot. I take a shot. Then, Percy looked at me with a surprised look on her face.
“You seem surprised that Mr. Tall, Dark and Scary here took a shot too,” Nova croons, and Percy folds her fingers together. “Hey, depending on whether he’s pre-war or not, he probably has a lot of experience under his sleeve.”
“Uh, Nova, I don’t think we should press him further about his sex life… Charon’s a private person, you see,” Percy replies to her, nervous, knuckles white as she pressed them against her lap. Nova pays her no heed. “Hey, guy as big as him, he probably had some ladies coming on to him when he still had skin.”
“I am not answering that,” I tell her firmly.
“C’mon, we’re all friends here, don’t be shy,” Nova insists, slurring and waving the bottle of scotch around. I’m starting to feel uncomfortable.
“Nova…” Gob warns her weakly, taking the bottle from her hands.
Nova ignores both Percy and Gob, and continues to push.
I have lost my patience.
“Fine, you want to know? When I still had skin,” I slurred, looking Nova in the eye. “Employers would let me see prostitutes for fun. I never needed it, but if it stops me from remembering that I’m nothing but a living weapon to them, I’d take it. Some employers used my contract as an excuse to use me for their urges too. With or without my skin.”
Everyone was dead silent. Percy is pale as a ghost.
“I’m done playing,” I grunted, looking away from everyone.
Percy lets out a groan. “This isn’t the first impression I wanted you guys to have on each other, sorry. Mmmaybe we should’ve played a different game. One that doesn’t involve things that are so… personal.”
“I-I’m sorry,” Nova stutters, stunned. “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have pushed.”
“Whatever,” I grunted, taking another beer.
“Okay, new rule, no pushing others to share unless they want to,” the mistress tells the other woman, and she nods. Gob just quietly refills everyone’s shot glasses except mine. I just nursed my beer and fucking sat there, wishing this night was over.
“Right. Okay, my turn,” Nova replies.
“Hmmmm… never had I ever been in a serious relationship before.”
Percy takes a shot.
“So, do you want to talk about it or…”
“Yeah, sure. I needed to get some things off my chest anyway. There was this guy in the vault named Butch…”
I can’t help but listen. I shouldn’t be listening to a teenager’s woes about her boyfriend, but here I was.
“Right, so, he was the vault bully. Ran a gang called the Tunnel Snakes. I know, not the catchiest name,” she starts. I can’t help but snort. What kind of fucking dumbshit name is “Tunnel Snakes?”
“I was heartbroken when Amata rejected me. Had a crush on her since we were kids. She’s the Overseer’s daughter, you see. The Overseer’s sort of like the vault president or whatever. And Amata’s the by-the-book type. She eventually admitted that she had feelings for me too, but the vault placed a lot of value on reproducing. So… yeah. A girl with a girl was out of the question.”
Nova starts leaning in, and so did Gob, listening to my mistress intently.
“Hey don’t get me wrong, I liked boys too, and I wouldn’t have dated Butch if I didn’t. But that’s besides the point. The night Amata rejected me, Butch and I were finally forced to sit down and talk because of some stupid game. Then, one of his gang members started to feel sick because he took alcohol with his medicine. I helped him, and Butch and I grew closer since that night,” Percy tells us. I didn’t notice that I was leaning towards her now, too.
“So, yeah. We started dating shortly after. Amata started to become distant because I changed and I started hanging with Butch more. But then I found out that Butch was still seeing his on-and-off girlfriend, Susie. Made him choose. He chose Susie,” the mistress continues, voice cracking.
“God, what an ass,” Nova comments.
“It gets worse,” said Percy. “I blamed myself the entire time, thought that maybe if I gave in and just let him fuck me already, he would’ve stayed. Then, I found out that all this time, the Tunnel Snakes were the Overseer’s puppet. All this time, he got close to me so he could dig dirt on me. The Overseer wanted to use whatever info he got from them to make Amata stay away. Crazy, huh?”
Wow. What an ass, indeed.
“His loss, smoothskin,” Gob comments. “I don’t know why anyone would turn a nice and pretty girl like you down.”
“Thanks for trying to make me feel better, Gob, but, I’m... complicated,” Percy blushes, looking down on her thighs. “I have some trust issues to work through, and it would be unfair to expect Butch to hold my hand as I go through them, y’know?”
“We all have issues,” I finally speak up. All of them look at me.
“It’s not an excuse to break a damn angel’s heart.”
Damn it. Did I say that out loud? Hopefully the mistress forgets about it the next morning, because she’s looking at me with wide eyes, and her friends are giving each other looks, too.
“R-right! Whose turn is it?” Gob stammers.
Thank fuck.
September 24, 2277
It’s around two in the morning when the mistress finished her game. She had too many shots of scotch, almost stumbling off the railings when she barrelled through the saloon door to throw up. I managed to grab her undershirt to steady her before any accidents happened. I feel sorry for the unfortunate fuck screaming below that got splashed with her vomit.
“H-hey, take care of our Percy, hon,” Nova slurs, leaning against the doorframe. Gob was supporting her and is giving me a dopey smile, wobbling, almost as wasted.
“Oh man, careful on the way down. I’ve seen way too many drunks fall over,” said the other ghoul. I grunted and carried the mistress on my back, and she wraps her arms around my shoulders. The dog follows us close by.
Halfway through the way home, she’s slurring and breathing in my ear.
I just brushed it off.
As we arrived home, Percy asked me to put her down near the sink, where she strips out of her clothes. I turned around and faced the wall, hearing her splash the water against her face and drag a rag against her body.
Without saying a word, I go upstairs to get her a new pair of shorts and a shirt. I never noticed how small she really is until I’ve held her change of clothes in my hands. When I got back, Dogmeat was at her feet as she sat on her dirty jumpsuit on the floor, her back turned towards me, and curled into a ball.
“Miss, I got you a change of clothes.”
“T-thank you. I can dress myself,” she mumbles. I wait on the couch as she gets dressed, and I hear the fridge door open and close. She sits next to me, sipping on a bottle of purified water.
“Hey,” she whispers.
I don’t look at her.
“I’m sorry for tonight. God, I just wanted to get to know y-you better and I- you- damn, I fucked up real bad didn’t I?”
I finally look at her. There’s still sick on the edge of her mouth and her nose is dripping. Damn, is she crying?
Grumbling, I stand to fetch the rag, washing and wringing it in the sink. I’m not a damn babysitter, I’m a mercenary. So why the hell am I wiping down this girl’s face while she stammered and sobbed?
“I shouldn’t have forced you to play the game. I’m really sorry Charon,” said the mistress, and I fought the urge to groan.
“I agreed to participate, miss.”
“B-but you- that thing you said about-”
“Shh. Sleep it off.”
“Mmm. Okay. I’m still very sorry.”
“You have nothing to apologize for, Percy.”
“Stay with me?”
I let myself stay.

Obscure Marvel fancast of the day: Jade-Anh Ngo as Mantis! (Note: While Mantis is perhaps not “obscure” given that she’s appeared in the “Guardians of the Galaxy film series, her comic-book counterpart is significantly different than her film version, and seems to still be “little known” to most fans, so I felt she qualified!) Mantis's father is the German supervillain, Gustave Brandt aka Libra. Before he was Libra, Brandt served with the French forces during the Vietnam War. While in Saigon, he met and fell in love with a Vietnamese woman named Lua, and eventually had a daughter with her. However, Lua's mobster brother Khruul was enraged with the interracial coupling of his sister and a European man. He and his men attacked Gustav and his family with flamethrowers. Lua was killed in the ensuing battle, and Gustav lost his eyesight. He brought his daughter to a temple run by the Priests of Pama, who were a religious sect of the Kree aliens on Earth, and left her in their care. The Priests believed that the child might be the Celestial Madonna, a perfect human woman destined mate with the eldest Cotati (a species of tree-like aliens from the same world as the Kree) on Earth to become the mother of the Celestial Messiah, "the most important being in the universe". They trained her to become a master of martial arts, and, upon adulthood, wiped her memory and sent her out into the larger world to gain life experience. She became a bar maid and sex worker in Saigon. While working at the bar where she plied her trade, she met a Frenchman named Jacques Duquesne. Once the costumed adventurer known as The Swordsman, he was now a burnt-out wreck of his former self, and working for none other than her long-lost uncle Khruul, though they did not realize their connection at the time. After a raid gone wrong in which Jacques was shot by rival mobsters, Mantis took him back to her apartment and nursed him back to health. They began a relationship, and he took her with him when he returned to the United States to become a hero again, where the pair joined the Avengers in 1973. Mantis was a valuable member, and during her time with them she discovered the identity of her father and more about her own past, as well as developing an attraction to The Vision...despite being friends with the Scarlet Witch and still involved romantically with The Swordsman. She realized too late just how much she loved The Swordsman when he died to save her from Kang the Conqueror. The prophecy of the Celestial Madonna proved true. Mantis too The Swordsman’s body back to Vietnam, and buried him in the temple where she had been raised. SHe entered a mental communion with the eldest Cotati on Earth, who had been planted in the Temple. This Cotati-Prime reanimated the body of the Swordsman, who had been buried among its roots. He then possessed it, becoming a living man suffused by a green, glowing energy, and she agreed to wed him in this state and fulfill the prophecy. It was a double-wedding, with Scarlet Witch marrying Vision alongside Mantis and the Cotati-Swordsman. Mantis and the Cotati-Prime then turned into pure energy and flew into outer space. Mantis has since resumed physical form and returned to Earth to carry out her pregnany and give birth to her son Sequoia, Quoi for short, who is a human-plant hybrid owing to his mixed Cotati/Human heritage. She has also continued having many adventures. Mantis is unusual in that she is a Marvel character who has also appeared in other comics canons. After her writer Steve Englehart had finished the story in which she became the Celestial Madonna, he left Marvel to work at DC, where he wrote a Justice League of America issue where a pregnant Mantis popped up, though she called herself Willow. When asked where Willow came from, she remarked "this-one has come from a place she must not name, to reach a place no man must know." And when Englehart worked for Eclipse, who should appear but Mantis, now called Lorelei and having given birth to her son. And when he came back to Marvel, so did Mantis and her boy Quoi! Mantis has no known birth name besides Mantis, but has used the pseudonym Mandy Celestine while living as a civilian raising her son. Besides her formidable mystic martial arts skills, she also sports a pair of insect-like antennae and empathic abilities. It is unknown if this is due to being a mutant, the training she received from The Priests of Pama, or her destiny as the Celestial Madonna. After communing with the Cotati-Prime, she also gained the ability to communicate with plant life, control vegetation, and astral-project. Mantis has a notable speech tic in which she refers to herself in the third person as “This one”. For instance, she would say “This one loves you” instead of “I love you” or “This one would like to order a soda” instead of “I would like to order a soda.” Much of her personality and past (mixed-race Vietnam War baby, Asian prostitute, mystical Eastern martial arts mistress, etc) are racist stereotypes and products of the time she was written, but she still has the capability to rise above it in modern times, and is an interesting character nonetheless.

Just in case y’all missed it or didn’t look at Clementine’s updated bio, here are a few things you need to know that are a distinct and unique part of my portrayal of her that I DO NOT want anyone stealing! Beware of spoilers and mature themes and post length! If you see anyone stealing these headcanons, please IM me.
-Clementine is an eclectic witch with an intrigue for the occult and all things magical. She takes elements from African Witchcraft, Animism, Art Witchcraft, Astrology Witchcraft, Crystal Witchcraft, Dianic Witchcraft, Divination, Elemental Witchcraft, Kemeticism, Floral Witchcraft, Green Witchcraft, Hearth / Kitchen Witchcraft, Hellenism, Lunar Witchcraft, Musical Witchcraft, Sea / Water Witchcraft and Hoodoo to make her own type of magic.
-Clementine is demibiromantic and demibisexual - most times she has no preference between men and women, but sometimes this fluctuates in preferences, i.e sometimes she prefers the company of males over females and vice versa.
-When she was younger, from ages eight to eleven, she would start to draw vent art, especially after the incident at the St. John’s Dairy - and often times this consisted of rather dark imagery. She stopped at age twelve.
-Clementine is racially ambiguous. She identifies as Black / African-American, but it is possible that she may be descended from other none-African races further back in the family tree, though this is debatable. Regardless, Clementine does not know her true heritage nor is it likely she ever will, and it’s not like she can take a DNA test. However, regardless of belief, it's highly unlikely that Clementine will ever know her true heritage, and as such, she identifies as Black / African-American, even if there is the possibility of her being mixed.
-Clementine identifies as Cisgender Female / Demigirl so thus she uses she/her/ and they/them pronouns. She’s still experimenting with her gender identity and discovering herself.
-Clementine is very androgynous, especially in her youth during the events of Season Two. Many individuals at Howe’s thought she was a boy.
-In her default verse, Clementine is eighteen, as it is set a few months after the events of The Final Season.
-Clementine is a proud Scorpio - and a Scorpio Queen at that.
-In her default verse, Clementine is leader and Headmistress of Ericson’s Boarding School For Troubled Youth, to which it is later renamed The Enlightenment - Aasim is the one who came up with the name because the previous suggestions that Violet gave out were considered quite informal but Clementine and Violet sometimes call the school the name they chose as a private joke.
-The Enlightenment is not only a settlement in it’s own right, but it also doubles as a sanctuary for the lost and the refugees from the wars outside of their borders and an actual school in the apocalypse. The settlement becomes formidable and renown for it’s neutrality and safe environment, and survivors from more established communities send their children to learn there.
-Clem was raised in a mild Christian household before the outbreak; she was an agnostic during the events of Season Two to Season Three: A New Frontier, and in present time, she is Pantheistic and a believer of the Greek Pantheon but will occasionally pray to and brings offerings to Egyptian gods such as Bastet and Sekhmet. She mostly prays and brings offerings to Hecate, Persephone, Aphrodite, Athena and Artemis, but will also pray to Apollo, Demeter, Dionysus, Hermes, Hestia, Harmonia, Nemesis, the Muses and the Charites. Yet her patron goddess that she prays to most will always be Hecate, the goddess of crossroads, entrance-ways, light, the night, the moon, magic, witchcraft, knowledge of herbs and poisonous plants, ghosts, sorcery and necromancy. Despite all this, she is very open minded to other religions and faiths, and even those who don’t have a faith.
-She believes in past lives and reincarnation, and that there is life on other planets.
-Honestly, at this point, after seeing humans literally rise from the dead and start devouring people, she’ll most likely believe in anything considered “occult”, “mystical” or “magical”.
-She speaks English (mother tongue), Spanish (intermediate, taught by the Garcia family), French (beginner, self taught, Louis teaches her a bit as well), American Sign Language (in a verse where Louis loses his tongue, self taught, intermediate, post-The Final Season), Latin (self taught, beginner, post-The Final Season), and Korean (beginner, taught by James, post-The Final Season) in default. She hopes she can learn more languages in the future, because of just how essential it is for communication in the apocalypse.
-Clementine has up to the middle of her calf on her left leg amputated by AJ after she was bit by a walker - often uses crutches to move around, but this advances to using a wheelchair or riding on her mare, Epona, when she wants to speed up her pace, and this evolves into a wooden foot and then a prosthetic foot via trade with other settlements.
-What is truly concerning, however, is her mental health: Clementine is psychologically damaged. Depressive disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, abandonment issues, suffers with hallucinatory episodes from time to time, she is an insomniac. Survivor's guilt. Self-loathing tendencies. Sociopathic tendencies. Suicidal tendencies. Possible messiah complex. She has the possibility of becoming an addict to drugs or alcohol if she is not careful and has suffered from substance abuse after her exile from The New Frontier whilst in Prescott at a young age. She could potentially have a "hero complex," with her inherent desire to help those around her, despite being unable to help herself, and having a compulsion to make the world right. She dislikes her reality which is mostly portrayed as polluted, dull and disheartening, full of the dead walking among the living, human trafficking, anarchy and homelessness, and struggles to cope with everyday life but it has improved post-The Final Season.
-Clementine's lived in borderline poverty and homelessness for most of her young life and she has faced the possibility of prostitution at a very young age in Prescott in order to survive and this obviously leads her to having trust issues. Clementine was for the most part, lonely, and did not have friends or family, as everyone else had either betrayed her or died.
-She has heightened senses.
-Clementine also has a deep fear of illness. She lived for a very long time in the wilderness with the groups she’s been with, especially in Larry’s case and his frequent heart attacks to the point where it indirectly lead to his own death by Kenny’s hands and then lived on the streets of Prescott and received very minimal medical care, for this, she can be absurdly clean to the point it’s a little jarring. Even a simple cold can make her worry as she had no way to provide for herself if ill, it reminds her of the extreme situations she endured.
-She suffers in silence as a survivor of sexual abuse - she has never told anyone of her experiences.
-She's self harmed and attempted suicide on multiple occasions in her past, both at a very young age. She hasn’t done either of these things since she was twelve years old.
-Clem still dreams of Lee and her loved ones and talks to them as if they were still there with her.
-While Clementine is not completely cured of her depression and her mental illnesses, it is also noticeable that she is no longer suffering from it as much as she was before, and some of her mental health is under her control.
-Clem worked as a Former Supply Runner, Patroller, Hunter, Medic and Fighter for The New Frontier.
-She was a Former Spy, Beggar, Thief, Arsonist and Child Mercenary For Hire and has been a Bar Owner and a Businesswoman of many trades - almost that of a Gang Leader in Prescott - all at a young age.
-Clementine ends up taking Tennessee and Willy under her wing and thinks of them almost the same way as she would AJ - her younger brothers or her sons - it’s complicated, but she loves them very much.
-After the events of The Final Season, Tenn shows up quite often in her room at night because he cannot sleep due to the recent trauma he’s endured and asks her for advice or alternatively, to sing him to sleep. She gladly does so.
-Clementine’s maternal grandmother was a Voodoo practitioner. Clem can still remember her, but only vaguely. Her grandmother had intended on teaching her granddaughter Voodoo but the outbreak hit before she could.
-Post-The Final Season, Clementine and the group takes care of nine stray cats who she’s named Luna, Hazel, Sol, Serena, Rai, Brynjar, Oreo, Pepper, and Stella. She and AJ take care of a little box turtle that they’ve named Franklin. Three stray, friendly foxes also make their way around the school, a white fox, a black fox, and a red fox, to which Clementine and the group began naming Aurora, Agni and Aenar. Determinantly, Clementine has her own horse that she stole from the Delta and named it Epona after the mare began taking a liking to the girl. Clementine rides her often whenever she feels stressed and they share a great bond.
-Clementine’s full name is Clementine Maria Jasmine Cree, but will use the surname Everett in honor of her protector and adoptive father figure. “Clementine” is “Mercy” in Latin, “Maria” is the Latinized form of “Mary” whom is a respected figure in many religions - notably Christianity and Islam - whom is the mother of the savior of the world; it has several different meanings: “sea of bitterness”, “sea of sorrow”, “rebellion”, “wished-for-child” and “mistress or lady of the sea.”, “Jasmine” is a Persian word meaning “Gift from God” or “God’s Gift” and it is also named after the Jasmine flower, which holds significant cultural, symbolic and religious significance in countries like India, Hawaii, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Syria, Thailand and the United States. It symbolizes motherhood, love, respect, beauty, sensuality, appreciation, good luck, purity, and romance. “Cree” means “Highly Spirited”. “Everett” - a surname that Clementine takes on as a momentum to her mentor, Lee Everett, comes from the Old English word eoforheard which means “brave as a wild boar”.
-She is directly descended from a Voodoo Queen in New Orleans, she also has ancestral ties to the Maroons and many of her ancestors were bokor or caplata, meaning male and female Vodou witches. Many of her recent ancestors were skilled in music. Her relations tie back to Ancient Egypt and other great African empires, many of them were explorers, travelers and sailors, whilst others were horsemen and feared archers and warriors. Clementine has no knowledge of any of this, nor is it likely she ever will discover this revelation.
-Post-The Final Season, Clementine lets her hair grow out a little longer. She lets her hair loose, especially when the colder seasons pass through as it covers her neck and just past her shoulderblades. When styling her hair, she often chooses protective styles in traditional African styles such as Afro Puffs, Bantu Knots, braids, and cornrows.
-As an eclectic witch, she likes using glyphs, sigils, runes, colored candles, metals, herbs, oils, crystals, special stones, rocks, seashells, animal skulls, flowers and plants to use in her spells and to decorate her room. She has a grimoire that she write her past in, the history of magic and how she initiated, an appendix of crystals, herbs, plants and trees, spells, ingredients, prayers, incantations, rituals, holidays, zodiacs, planets and celestial bodies, gods/goddesses/deities, their powers and how to worship them, the planes of existence, animals, mythical creatures, demonology, dragonlore, necromancy, the dark arts, books to use as references, colors, altars, recipes while cooking / baking in spells, magical objects, spiritualism, mythologies of several cultures around the world, symbols, sigils, the phases of the moon, flower language from the Victorian Era and fan language. Luckily, the school is quite large and the library is being rebuilt and books are generously donated by other settlements through trade. Clementine’s knowledge skyrockets in adulthood, quite impressive for a girl who had once been in first grade.
-In the colder seasons, such as autumn and winter, she tends to wear more to clothing with furs on and inside them if she manages to acquire them. Some of the outfits she wears consists of her own homemade outfits of animal furs she had skinned herself. Clementine wears an Omega necklace that Louis gives her, symbolizing the end of something. In current plots, she wears a opal crystal pendant necklace around her neck, hanging down to about her chest as a gift from The Commonwealth; it’s her birthstone and she believes it could grant her luck among other things. She often makes her friends and family fur cloaks to keep them warm.
-She begins taking an intrigue in playing musical instruments, notably the piano, but has started playing the flute, the violin and the harp. Clem is mostly focused on learning her piano lessons as of now, though.

Explosive Martin Luther King document amid JFK files
April 4, 2018 Dr King was assassinated three weeks after the dossier was written A secret FBI dossier on civil rights leader Martin Luther King alleges that he had a string of affairs and other "sexual aberrations", as well as links to the Communist Party.
It is dated just three weeks before Dr King's assassination in April 1968.
The file was released in a tranche of documents relating to the assassination of John F Kennedy.
Mr Kennedy is not referenced in the file and it is not clear why it was kept secret for almost 50 years.
There is no evidence that any of the claims in the report were verified.
Its cover shows it was assessed in 1994 by an FBI task force on the JFK assassination, which concluded none of the document should be released.
Many of the allegations contained in the paper appear to be reports of private conversations between others, or hearsay reported third-hand.
One allegation, that King had a mistress in California with whom he fathered a child, was attributed to "a very responsible Los Angeles individual in a position to know".
Among its other accusations are that:
Dr King was surrounded by advisers with strong links to the Communist Party USA. His statements were always subject to approval by the alleged communist sympathisers. He was a secret supporter of communism, "a whole-hearted Marxist". His organization, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, set up a "tax dodge" to raise funds for its activities. Dr King took part in "drunken sex orgies" and coerced young women to participate. He had love affairs with at least four women, including folk singer Joan Baez. The list of alleged indiscretions would likely have been deeply problematic for the civil rights leader if it had  been made public in 1968.
Much of the document aims to paint Dr King as a tool of the communist party The paper paints Dr King in an extremely negative light, despite his receipt of the Nobel Peace Prize and his contribution to passing the Civil Rights Act four years previously.
It is not entirely clear why the dossier was commissioned. But several pages of the 20-page document are concerned with Mr King's upcoming "Washington Spring project" which was scheduled for the coming months.
It warned that despite Dr King's history of calling for peaceful protest, "the combined forces of the communist influence and the black nationalists advocating violence give the 'Washington Spring Project' a potential for an extremely explosive situation."
Dr King was killed before the planned march.
A 'slow thinker' with 'abnormal' sexual preferences Despite Dr King's historical reputation as a skilled speaker, the FBI file claimed that other advisers approved everything Mr King said.
"King is such a slow thinker he is usually not prepared to make statements without help from someone," it reads.
Linking Dr King to communism, it claimed:
"King is a whole-hearted Marxist who has studied it (Marxism), believes in it and agrees with it, but because of his being a minister of religion, does not dare to espouse it publicly."
And in another part says: "During the early 1960s, the CPUSA [the communist party] was striving to obtain a Negro-labor coalition to achieve its goals in this country… Martin Luther King, Jr, and his organization were made to order to achieve these objectives."
The most salacious claims about Dr King's sex life are contained in a dense collection of rumors in the final two pages.
Dr King's alleged sexual misconduct is tacked on to the end of the file.
At a February 1968 workshop to train ministers in urban leadership, it is alleged: "One Negro minister in attendance later expressed his disgust with the behind-the scene drinking, fornication, and homosexuality that went on at the conference."
"Several Negro and white prostitute[s] were brought in from the Miami area. An all-night sex orgy was held with these prostitutes and some of the delegates."
The document alleged that Dr King also engaged in a "two-day drunken sex orgy" in Washington in January 1964.
"When one of the females shied away from engaging in an unnatural act, King and other of the males present discussed how she was to be taught and initiated in this respect," it added.
"It is a fact that King not only regularly indulges in adulterous acts but enjoys the abnormal by engaging in group sexual orgies."
WE SHOULD KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE US FREE!!!
IT APPEARS WE ARE LIVING IN A MATRIX!!!
Have a nice day and weekend. May Yeshua the Messiah bless you, Love, Debbie
