How and where do i skin someone and keep him conscious for a long period of time without him dying from blood loss? Any idea?

You have to do it slowly. The body can only handle so much shock. Take it section by section. Probably an abandoned farm would be secluded enough. You'll have to watch the blood loss. Turnicates or cauterization can help.
