Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “A good deed leaves a radiance on the face, قال ابن عباس: أن للحسنة ضياء في الوجه light in the heart, ونوراً في القلب strength in the body, وقوة في البدن expansion in al-rizq (ie: provision), وسعة في الرزق and maḥabbah (ie: love) in the hearts of creation. ومحبة في قلوب الخلق. Allah spread the Earth with provisions

Allah spread the earth, with the provisions, so that life could exists, for the living beings and that the life could continue smoothly with the provisions provided by Him. Allah declares:

“And after that We spread the earth (والأرض بعد ذلك دحاها ) , bringing forth its water and pastures, and setting the mountains firmly upon it, all as a means of sustenance for you and your animals” (79:30-33),  

“And the earth—We have spread it out. So how excellent are We the spreaders" (51:48),

“....And He is the One Who spread  out the earth, and placed firm mountains and rivers upon it, and created fruits of every kind in pairs.....” (13:3)

Now this verse is the hot cake for the critics, who misinterpreted by taking the word SPREAD in English from the translations only and propagates that Allah has made the Earth flat. If we read the whole verse whether in Arabic or the translations there is no ambiguity until we read the whole verse where Allah has clearly defined the purpose of spreading the Earth which is not physically Flat. Simple.

Dear critics its FLAT BY SIGHT BUT SPHERE BY OBSERVATION.

والأرض بعد ذلك دحاها

أخرج منها ماءها ومرعاها

 والجبال أرساها

متاعا لكم ولأنعامكم

Na początku napiszę że tak wiem , dużo chcemy , postanawiamy, planujemy a wychodzi jak zwykle ... No bywa , ale myślę i uważam że mimo to naprawdę warto to robić !

Samo to, że poświęcasz czas , wyciągasz kartkę , notes , coś do pisania albo odpalasz notes w smartfonie i :

1. poświęcasz dla samej siebie czas , moment .. po co? Po to by punkt po punkcie wypisać rzeczy które chcesz zmienić w sobie i swoim życiu , rzeczy które chcesz wprowadzić , dodać do swojego życia , marzenia które chciałabyś spełnić, pragnienia które w Tobie siedzą , cele do wykonania itp..

2 . Analizujesz co jest dla Ciebie ważne , co powinno być ważne i to czym w sumie nie powinnaś sobie zawracać głowy ..

Według mnie to bardzo ważne , a jeśli jeszcze uda Ci się choć część albo całość odchaczyc za wykonane to już bajka . Moment w którym pomyślisz o postanowieniach i moment w którym je wypisujesz to pierwszy bardzo dobry krok bo nie udajesz że nie pamiętasz albo że nie masz nic co mogłabyś napisać lub co gorsza z góry zakladasz porażkę i nie chcesz tracić czasu ..

Sekret sukcesu tkwi w tym jakie i ile stawiamy sobie postanowień na raz , np jogging, joga, kurs języka obcego , dieta , spotkania z przyjaciółmi , pomoc w wolontariacie, pisanie pamiętnika itp... ( lista może być okrutnie długa i ok .. jeśli mądrze ja rozplanujesz ) wszystko na raz przytłacza , szybko męczy , zniechęca i odpuszczasz .. warto wyznaczyć miesiące , dni i nawet czas na wykonanie postanowienia . Wtedy jestesmy w stanie powoli nawet łączyć jedno z drugim a przede wszystkim skupić się na zadaniu. Drugi sekret to motywacja , a jakże.. miliony powodów na nie , na odpuść albo od jutra 🤭 zgadlam.. o motywacji poświęcę kolejny wpis by nie przedłużać . And do not let the delay of that provision cause you to seek it through disobedience. For what is with Allāh cannot be acquired except through obedience to Him.”
