since i was only able to get back into giffing in november and editing in october i’m gonna just list 12 of my favourite gifsets (+one graphic) and pretend it was done in 12 months rather than like 2-3 😅 😂 & i’m gonna make a commentary as to why i picked them because why not lol

the ryumixmatch agenda in eps 1-3 (graphic) — i couldn’t not mention this one because it’s still one of the best things i’ve ever made in my opinion, the masking is pretty good (might be because i used a drawing programme rather than an editing one for that part of the graphic) and again i hadn’t made an edit like this for at least 5 years and with two new programmes that weren’t PS so yes i will toot my own horn here

this leonpob purple gifset — this was my second gifset after 2 years using a new giffing programme (different one from the ones used in the ryumixmatch graphic above) and i think it’s pretty good for practically being a newbie again, i actually really love that one

pink doyoon part time mello — because the colouring happened accidentally & it’s not too bad tbh

purple patpran + remember (acoustic) by the wanted — a very self indulgent set but turned out quite good i think & the overlay gifs turned out better than i expected

purple patpran rooftop loneliness confession by pat — here i think i really figured out my settings when it comes to giffing with my new editing programme & i tweaked my purple psd to fit better

star and sky: star in my mind — idk i just like it a lot

yuta in koi desu — it’s blue what more can i say

purple doyoon part time mello — again it’s purple, also the quality isn’t terrible

patpran ep 6 + love shouldn’t be this hard by olly murs — it’s blue, i think i picked the scenes well to fit with the lyrics

wintops blue ingredients typo — i just like it & the quality doesn’t suck

purple johnny in beautiful mv typo — it’s purple again & i like the typography

punnweir + blame me by monsta x — i tried something new (or rather brought something old back lol) with the typography and i really like how it turned out

honourable mention: this punnweir + wonder by eric nam typography gifset — it’s really simple but i loved how it turned out

Product Market-fit Theo mình, startup sống được ở 2 dạng: 1, Bán cái mình có thể làm và có nhiều lực truyền thông (hoặc may mắn có được hiệu quả truyền thông) 2, Bán cái thị trường cần Loại thứ hai đáp ứng nhu cầu, loại thứ nhất sinh ra nhu cầu để mình là lựa chọn đáp ứng nhu cầu đầu tiên (Top of mind) Startup chết thường do bán cái thị trường không cần mà lại xui và không có nhiều lực truyền thông. Tiếng Tây gọi là Product Market-fit. Nôm na hiểu như vầy. Một ví dụ là SLC của Eric Ha đáp ứng nhu cầu của bạn du học sinh mới ra nước ngoài (bỡ ngỡ, chưa hòa nhập môi trường) => tập trung giải quyết mấy việc như đón ở sân bay, tìm nhà và tìm việc làm thêm để giúp ổn định cuộc sống Một ví dụ khác là 30shine của Hoàng Nguyễn bán cái mình chuyên sâu (dịch vụ cắt tóc nam) cộng với khả năng truyền thông mạnh mẽ (có nhiều KOLs giới thiệu hay loạt chương trình Lột xác khá thu hút nhóm học sinh, sinh viên). Tạo ra nhu cầu cắt tóc và chăm sóc tóc cho đối tượng phổ thông (pop) Ví dụ bên Tây thì có ông Sketch sinh ra đáp ứng nhu cầu của UI Designer (web, mobile app, interface nói chung) thay cho ông Photoshop. Thống kê của Invision App thì tỉ lệ file .sketch up lên đã cao hơn .psd. Gần đây Samsung mới nổi lên gần top of mind trong mảng Android Phones nhưng chỗ đứng vẫn chưa thật sự vững chắc. Trên đây chỉ là câu chuyện bề nổi của PMF, bề chìm còn nhiều thứ hay xức xắc như các gimmick công nghệ bắt chước từ các lĩnh vực khác nhau. Hà nội sau bão July 26, 2017
