Understanding that everything is in your hands and you don't need a fight.
We don't realize how easily we unintentionally allow people to effect us. Our mood, emotions, thoughts, our whole day, even years amd lifes. Sometimes I think we need to isolate ourselves from everything concrete and focus only on what we have within ourselves. I believe that there is something within us that will guide the world, and that we also have the power to do so.
I have a very strong belief by my experiences mostly that we can achieve things and direct our lives just by willing and dreaming. We have that chance to chamge our mood instantly and be aware that actually all the toxic feelings and thoughts are just made up by us. I found out that in myself. This is simply overthinking. I had no idea how hurtful is it for my mind. Literally.
I believe that everything we think will heal us is already within us and we don't need anyone but ourselves to reveal it. Reaching this enlightenment is not as easy as getting used to it. It may take years or a lifetime. But we don't gave to umderstand everything about us as a human being. Sometimes life is just about little moments and details, having fun alone or in a crowd. Or whatever fits you. It's not all about understanding and finding solutions. Maybe you just have it and now have to learn how to live with it. The things we exaggerate in our eyes are actually so simple and we don't have to fight with them. It's like having a bad thought. If you try to fight and get rid of it you eventually will be unsuccesful.
Thank you if you read my escaping from a mind numbing thoughts heap articlelike. Love you all so much. Please be gentle on yourself.🫀

Picture Perfect ~ Final
Tumblr media
The first month was up. You had done it. Not trying to escape, Juyeon was very happy and proud. The past week you had done nothing but behave and he was ecstatic. He now had the real test, letting you leave the house.
Juyeon stood in the doorway of your shared bedroom, watching you brush your hair in the vanity. He still couldn't believe he had you in his life. He smiled and walked over, kissing your cheek softly, making you smile every so sweetly.
"Hi my love." He whispered softly, kissing your earlobe.
"Hi honey." You replied sweetly.
"How about a trip to the park?" He suggested.
You felt butterflies in your stomach. Go outside? You haven't stepped outside in a whole month. You looked at Juyeon through the mirror, his brown eyes gazed at you.
"Really?" You asked quietly.
"Yes my darling, let's have a walk to the park, maybe sit by the river for a bit. However, if you even think of stepping out of line, it will never happen again." He warned in a dark tone.
You felt your heart jump, Juyeon hadn't been anything other than a sweetheart to you, seeing him like this made you feel bad. You didn't like it so you vowed to yourself you'd behave.
"I promise babe." You said.
"Amazing. Come on then." He said.
You both got your shoes on and left the house. The warm sun hit your skin and felt amazing. You tightly held on Juyeon's hand as you both walked to the park. When you arrived, you saw many people around and suddenly felt scared. Your grip on Juyeon's large hand got tighter, making the tall male look at you.
"What's wrong, my darling?" He asked.
"Never realised how busy it got." You mumbled.
Juyeon silently looked at you, the fear was visible in your eyes. He couldn't believe it, a month locked away only with him, you developed a fear of people. He kissed your head and pointed to an ice cream cart.
"How about we get an ice cream and head home?" He offered.
You nodded, happy with the idea, the sudden anxiety rushing through your body. Juyeon gently tugged you over to the ice cream cart and paid for two chocolate ice creams before you headed back home.
When you arrived, you had already both finished your sweet treats and headed inside. You both took your shoes off and Juyeon thought you would just chill on the sofa watching TV, but you had other plans.
You dragged the male up to your bedroom and pushed him onto the bed. You climbed on his lap, kissing his lips deeply, fighting for dominance, but Juyeon quickly won, pushing his tongue into your mouth. You both made out for a bit before pulling away for air.
"I love you Lee Juyeon. I don't want anyone else but you. I don't ever want to leave." You said, tugging at his top.
Juyeon smirked and flipped you over, hovering above you now. He kissed along your neck, letting you sigh happily.
"I love you too Y/n. Your mine and only mine. I'm not ever letting you go~" He whispered, finding your sweet spot and sucked gently.
You let out a small moan, your mind slowly gave up and you lost your battle to the crazed man, Lee Juyeon. You were his now and he never felt so happy.
The End.

Neuroplasticity: How the
Brain Can Change and Adapt
Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to change and adapt throughout an individual's life. This means that the brain can reorganize itself by forming new neural connections, creating new pathways, and adapting to new situations.
Tumblr media
Neuroplasticity is a complex process that involves various factors, such as genetics, environment, and experiences. Research has shown that the brain's plasticity can be enhanced through certain activities, such as learning new skills, engaging in physical exercise, and practicing meditation.
Understanding the mechanisms of neuroplasticity is crucial for improving brain function and enhancing overall well-being. In this article, we will delve into the concept of neuroplasticity, its benefits, and ways to promote it.
What is Neuroplasticity?
Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity, refers to the brain's ability to change and adapt in response to different experiences. This means that the brain can create new neural connections, modify existing ones, and reorganize itself to accommodate new information and situations.
The brain's plasticity is the result of the brain's ability to modify its synaptic connections, which are the connections between neurons. Synaptic connections can be strengthened or weakened based on the frequency and intensity of neural activity. When a particular neural pathway is repeatedly activated, the synaptic connections between the neurons in that pathway become stronger, resulting in improved efficiency and faster processing.

Benefits of Neuroplasticity
Neuroplasticity has numerous benefits for brain function and overall well-being. By promoting neuroplasticity, individuals can enhance their cognitive abilities, improve their memory, and even reduce the risk of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.
One of the most significant benefits of neuroplasticity is its impact on learning and skill acquisition. By engaging in activities that promote neuroplasticity, such as learning a new language or musical instrument, individuals can improve their cognitive abilities and enhance their overall brain function.
Neuroplasticity also plays a vital role in recovery from brain injuries and strokes. The brain can reorganize itself to compensate for damaged areas, allowing individuals to regain lost function and improve their quality of life.
Ways to Promote Neuroplasticity
There are various ways to promote neuroplasticity and enhance brain function. These include:
Learning new skills: Engaging in activities that require learning new skills, such as playing a musical instrument or learning a new language, can promote neuroplasticity and enhance brain function.
Physical exercise: Exercise has been shown to promote neuroplasticity by increasing blood flow and oxygenation to the brain, promoting the growth of new neurons, and enhancing neural connections.
Tumblr media
Mindfulness meditation: Meditation has been shown to promote neuroplasticity by improving attention and emotional regulation, increasing cortical thickness, and enhancing neural connections.
Tumblr media
Social interaction: Social interaction has been shown to promote neuroplasticity by stimulating neural activity and enhancing cognitive function.
Tumblr media
Conclusion
In conclusion, neuroplasticity is a crucial process that allows the brain to change and adapt throughout an individual's life. By promoting neuroplasticity through activities such as learning new skills, and engaging in physical. exercise, practicing mindfulness meditation, and social interaction, individuals can enhance their cognitive abilities, improve their memory, and reduce the risk of neurological disorders.
Understanding the mechanisms of neuroplasticity and promoting its enhancement is essential for improving brain function and overall well-being. By adopting a lifestyle that promotes neuroplasticity, individuals can maximize their brain's potential and achieve optimal cognitive function.

And.. todays question is:
Why do people create blogs?
I've realized many reasons for this. Some of witch being, for money, to find like minded people, as a way to keep a log of sorts of their thoughts, etc.
But i believe deep down all anyone wants to do with a blog is, Well just have proof of existing. In some strange way every part of the internet traces back to, “I'm here, I'm participating” even if that's not the immediate thing on your mind when you tweet something.
Anyway, It could be considered for entertainment. But is it really? You scrolling through tumblr, posting and replying to comments isn't really entertaining. you mostly just crave being seen or heard.
Many people i've met say one of their worst fears is being forgotten, never doing anything remarkable or important. and just existing till you die. In some strange way the internet prevents this from happening, and it gives you a peace of mind. “It's fine if i die now, i made a mark. i put something out there on the internet. I did something.” Of course nobody comes out and really says this, not many people even think it. But it is there.
And it is scary in some ways, everything you've ever said over the internet is still there. It won't ever go away. Going with the topics of this entry, that might be comforting. I think it is, anyway.
I could just be reading to deep into this, as i do everything. Maybe blogs are just mindless entertainment, maybe there isn't rhyme or reason to any of it, even psychologically

Увидела себя чужими глазами, и это такое странное чувство. Вернее будет сказать, что непривычное, новое.
И от этого есть немного ощущения, что я что-то упускаю в этой жизни
