road trip. you hand me a bottle. “we’ll drive until it’s empty then stop for more,” you say.
so you drive and drive and drive and I drink and drink and drink and sometimes you stop the car so I can wobble out to the woods by the road to pee and by the time the bottle is empty you pull into the parking lot of a liquor store.
you go in while I am left to stagger around outside, leaning on the car and giggling and hiccuping to myself. by the time you come back out, I’ve both peed in and removed my pants and underwear and am sitting in the passenger seat with my legs spread.
you pet my wet, drunk pussy and hand me a new bottle. “drink up,” you say, “when you’re done we’ll stop for more.”
and when we stop for the night and you carry me over your shoulder into our hotel room, you hand me one last bottle and make me cum until it’s empty.

A few things that happened Friday:
At 6pm: called for a last minute job that was to start at 6:45.
It went great.
11:50: driving home
Cow literally in the center of the road.
Had to stop, put on flashers and call police.
Police and Fire Department came and moved the cow, then proceeded to direct traffic - “traffic” being me and the three cars behind me.
12:40 and a mile away:
A white guy in a black hoodie with a black stroller was standing in the center of my lane (far right).
I started to move over and slow down, only to discover a black person in a black hoodie with a black stroller standing in the left lane (same direction).
(As cars accumulated & began to honk their horns, neither individual moved themselves from the road or acknowledged the reality of their precarious location.)
Again, I stopped.
Emergency lights.
911.
Police and Fire Dept arrive.
Take people away & begin directing traffic - “traffic” being me and two of the cars from the cow stop.
Arrive home at 01:20.
01:51 awake to banging on my front door.
Someone I don’t recognize through the peephole is yelling at me to “answer you 🤬phone” cause they “know you’re in there”.
So I call 911 again.
Police arrive and haul the person off my welcome mat - where they were PEEING!
02:25 - Call from police officers with an update started “Well, Miss, you’ve had quite the night. . .” He was not wrong.
02:30 - sleep

'IS NO TIME FOR LIQUOR' 2 MUNITION WORKERS TOLD,” Toronto Star. April 1, 1942. Page 8. --- Police Found Herbert McKinnon and Cecil Kay Sound Asleep in Auto --- CAR WAS DITCHED ---- Special to The Star Whitby, April 1 - "This is no time for liquor," Magistrate F. S. Ebbs told two munitions workers who appeared before him on charges of drunk driving. Provincial police said both had been found in the same car, so intoxicated they could not be awakened, so they charged each man.
Herbert McKinnon pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven days. dating back to the time of his arrest. He was also assessed costs or an additional seven days, his car was ordered impounded for three months, and his license suspended for three months. Cecil Kay pleaded not guilty and was acquitted. Kay admitted having liquor illegally in a public place and being intoxicated. He was fined $10 and costs or 10 days.
Police stated they found the car "ditched" on the heavily travelled road to the plant, south of No. 2 highway.
Warns All Others "I think a warning should be issued right now to these men and all others engaged in war work," said the magistrate. "These cases are becoming altogether too frequent. These are serious offences particularly in view of the fact that the road to the plant is very heavily travelled and there have been numerous accidents on it lately.
"I believe this is one of the most heavily travelled strips of road in Canada. Some people seem to insist on using it while intoxicated; fortunately, not many are in the extreme state of intoxication these claimed men were in," the crown commented.
Provincial Constable James Sutherland said he and Provincial Traffic Officer Gilbert Robertson had been driving down the road early in the morning of March 25. "Half-way down to the railroad bridge we noticed a car in a five-foot ditch, facing slightly northwest," said witness. "The front of the car was almost buried in mud and when we stopped to investigate we found Kay lying behind the wheel in the front seat and McKinnon in the back. They were so intoxicated we couldn't wake them up and we finally had to carry them to the police car." The officer stated the McKinnon car was also in the ditch on the wrong side of the road.
"McKinnon said he had driven the car, got out to get a shovel and then knew no more. The left front door was so jammed we couldn't get it open."
Had Three Drinks Kay said he had never driven the car. He claimed that he and McKinnon had been "working double- shift and just came off work when a fellow asked us to have a drink with him. I had three drinks." He admitted having a bottle of liquor in the car and said it had been given him "by a man in the plant parking lot.”
McKinnon told the court he had driven several workers to Whitby and was on his way back when the car went into the ditch. "When we couldn't find the shovel there was nothing we could do but stay there till morning. I wasn't drunk when I was driving. It was when I lay down that the whiskey hit me," he claimed. "I drove the car all the time. It's my car," McKinnon asserted.
"What were you doing in the back seat when Kay was in the front," Crown Attorney Allin Annis inquired. McKinnon said both had been riding in the front seat and that he had crawled over the back of it to search for the shovel.
“I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt, Kay. There's some doubt as to why you were behind the wheel, but I'm going to accept the evidence on this point and dismiss this charge against you," the court ruled.
"From now on we are going to have to deal with such cases far more severely. You don't look like the ordinary type of men who get into such difficulties. You are engaged in very important work requiring that you be in first-class physical condition."
Martin Hickey, munitions worker, pleaded not guilty on charges of wounding Corporal Robert Watson of the plant staff of guards, assaulting Corporal Watson, and assaulting Jack Johnston, caretaker of his bunkhouse.
Magistrate Ebbs convicted him of assaulting the constable and reserved his decision on the other two charges.

Public Intoxication Law in West Palm Beach
Tumblr media
Key Aspects:
Public Intoxication is a criminal charge regulated by Florida state laws.
The crime involves consuming alcohol or drugs in a public place and displaying behaviors considered a threat to oneself or others.
Consequences for Public Intoxication can range from fines and probation to jail time in severe cases.
A competent lawyer can employ several defense strategies to fight the charge.
It's crucial to seek legal help promptly after being charged with public Intoxication.
Understanding the Crime of Public Intoxication in West Palm Beach, Florida
As an attorney based in West Palm Beach, I often come across individuals who find themselves tangled up in legal issues that they didn't see coming, one of which is the crime of Public Intoxication. You can learn more about it here. The law here in Florida, particularly as outlined in Florida State Statute 856.011, defines public Intoxication or disorderly Intoxication as a crime that entails being inebriated and causing a disturbance in a public space.
Imagine a young man, let's call him James, enjoying a night out in West Palm Beach with his friends. They were all having a great time, but James had one too many drinks. As the night wore on, James became increasingly loud and disruptive. Soon, he was causing a scene, yelling at passersby and stumbling into people on the sidewalk. The police were called, and James was arrested on charges of public Intoxication.
Penalties for Public Intoxication in Florida
The potential legal consequences of a public intoxication charge in Florida are substantial and can vary widely based on the case's specifics, including any prior criminal history. Here's a list of potential penalties:
Fines, typically up to $500 for a second-degree misdemeanor charge.
Probation for up to 60 days.
Imprisonment in the county jail for up to 60 days.
A criminal record can have long-term consequences for employment, housing, and other aspects of life.
Defenses Against Public Intoxication Charges in Florida
Just because you're charged with public Intoxication doesn't mean you're out of options. In fact, there are several defenses your attorney can pursue:
Lack of evidence proving you were intoxicated.
You were not causing a disturbance or endangering the safety of others.
The public space where you were arrested is not legally defined as a "public place" under the statute.
You were involuntarily intoxicated, meaning someone else gave you alcohol or drugs without your knowledge.
Consider a hypothetical client, let's call her Sarah, who was charged with public Intoxication. Sarah was unknowingly given a spiked drink at a party, after which she stumbled into the public sphere, causing a disturbance. With a thorough investigation, we could prove the drink was spiked, presenting the defense of involuntary Intoxication, and the charges against Sarah were dropped.

South Africa Moves To Curb Ease Of Access To Alcohol
“Not to say I won’t have a drink with you or a buddy, but I don’t like alcohol”
Tumblr media
Let me help you understand something, I am not big on prohibition, or the war on drugs, or telling people what they can and cannot do with their time or any of those things.
But this latest piece of legislation which proposes a lot of changes concerning alcohol in South Africa, is one that I could not be any prouder of.
A local non-profit organization called The South African Alcohol Policy Alliance has tabled a new proposal that will implement changes like increasing the legal age of drinking, regulating the advertisment of alcoholic beverages across multplie platforms and limiting the hours of possible sale.
Tumblr media
I am not big on alcohol and that’s not to say I won’t have a drink with you or a buddy, but I don’t like alcohol.
i don’t like the affect it has on people’s behavior, I don’t like how it changes a neighborhood when someone starts a liquor store where there was none before, and I absolutely resent how much it contributes to gender-based violence.
There is a real lack of control in the culture of alcohol in Souh Africa and it’s been that way since forever.
For instance, in African culture there are homemade brews made for special occasions and things of that nature, but still many will insist on the type of liquor in the bottle store, even though there’s no way that that’s how the culture was practiced at it’s inception and in it’s beginnings, right?
So are we really practicing the traditions and the culture, or are we just using this as an excuse to get drunk?
I don’t like it. I don’t like contradiction, and I don’t like hypocrisy. At all.
Further more is the fact that most, if not all, major breweries and distilleries are owned by rich white guys that have most of the country’s wealth concentrated in thier pockets, and I can’t help but feel that the substance would be illegal if that weren’t the case.
I resent the fact that, something so destructive is treated as something acceptable or even tolerable, and on a personal level, I don’t like how people behave when their drunk.
Tumblr media
In 2020, during that lockdown, we got a brief look at what our streets could look like, if there wasn’t a constant stream of alcohol being distributed to the people, and you know what? That was like peeking inside the curtains of paradise. That was momentary bliss.
You know, people that smoke crystal meth are more well behaved than your average consumer of alcoholic beverages?
You know why?
Because a meth addict has to do what he does in private and away from anyone who may be watching for fear of police being called at worst, and for the sake of not being shamed and known as a user.
The neighbourhood drunk has no reason to be discreet because he is not indulging in an illegal substance.
He is in fact emboldened by consumption of the liquid nuisance. He desires more social interaction after consumption, and that increases the chances of public disturbance and just being a disruption to other people, not to mention, if he happens to get behind the wheel of a car.
Tumblr media
But the worst of all the liquid nuisance’s sins, are those committed against South Africa’s women.
It is a blight on the men of my country to be associated with something as disgraceful as gender based violence.
Worse yet, is the continued denial in the links between alcohol consumption and abuse.
South Africa’s top alcohol brands have long since wised up and started pretending to be helping or offering solutions through hashtags and social media campaigns, but they still profit off of something that contibutes to the pain that many victims are put through by alcoholic abusers.
How is that any different from a drug dealer?
Stuff like this is why curbing access to alcohol, is not some idiotic campaign to try to turn South Africa into 1920′s America with prohibition laws that excacerbated the problem.
We are a country that’s drowning in alcohol while a few get rich and people every day get hurt because some idiot had too much to drink and comes home frustrated or drove to fast and caused an accident.
At this point we are beyond need of some kind of reform.
Recently South Africa has seen a rise in crimes, and in particular shootings at places of drinking, and while I can see how these events have helped fuel some of the country’s political ambitions, it can also, for once, actually help people for the better.
I’ll take that consolation prize.

all of my dreams lately have revolved around trying to get to a bar or club to get my drink on but then end up getting lost on the way and finding other places to get drunk and then rocking up to the original destination totally plastered just before I wake up.
I think maybe I should turn this into a reality one of these days.
