I love how it showcases Juno’s age and empathy, shows just how far he is from the version of him in the Embrace of Ice flashbacks. It’s just. A very small, very grounded moment and I might have cried a little.

Now that the TPP finale is officially out, can we talk about how many people Juno has saved this season? It's kind of the reverse of season 2 in a way, where death and disaster followed him everywhere.

Derek Mathers, Mick (kinda), Rita, Puck, Buddy, Vespa, Jet, the Ruby 7, and even after everything she'd put him through, Sasha Wire. Oh, and everyone across the galaxy with radiation sickness. No big deal.

And all of it was building up to him deciding to save one person in particular...

I love this season.

All I want is for Juno and Peter to retire to Io together.

They'd obviously figure out how to wake up Slip first and he'd come with. They'd get a little house together with enough insulation to keep Peter warm as long as the heat is always running. They'd have enough seating in the living room for when the Carte Blanche crew or Mick and Co. felt like coming over.

Peter would tell Slip about all the things that he missed while sitting across from him in a booth at Pam's diner; all the while, Juno and Puck sit at the countertop to talk about the best ways to keep kids out of the claw machines at the little arcade downtown as Juno, being the newest Deputy of Pickem Point, had had to rush over there four times that week to get the little gremlins that were considered children out of the stuffed animal filled glass box. Even Rita had learned her lesson after getting stuck in there twice!

Juno would teach Slip how to make tea just the way Nureyev liked it, which would turn into cooking lessons that he didn't fail nearly as badly as Nureyev. They would start to bond over ways to keep their thief from overworking himself and soon it would turn to attraction, which would lead to awkward conversations but then a date!

Eventually, Juno would adopt a rabbit with the promise of keeping it clean, Slip would find a little double cerberous puppy and bring it home, saying if Juno could have a rabbit and Peter could have the Ruby 7, then he could have a dog.

Is that too much to ask?

This is a Mick Mercury and Puck Falco appreciation post.

Mick is such a good friend even after basically getting left in the dust by the others. Would 100% attempt at making you breakfast in bed even though he'd burn it. He is a golden retriever = too good for this world. At the minimum he deserves a helluva lot more love and respect from Juno.

Puck is Puck. Sass levels match Juno at every turn, very concerned about the Aurinko's relationship with their car, deserves a break but will likely never receive one, does not take Juno's shit, is an overall living ledgend. I love Puck. Please let them be an honorary member of the Aurinko Crime Family. I'm so hyped for them to meet everyone.
