So I got these super cute fabrics on sale, and I decided I wanted them to be a dress. I am now making one of those puffy dresses with a pattern I bought from Etsy. Have I ever made a dress before? No. Do I know what a gathering foot , interfacing or bias tape is? Not really? Is that going to stop me?
