Plus I do have a theory that maybe Kris will end up liking ralsei more and more as the chapters go by. Because with the "toy horns" theory it would like, be symbolism with self love and stuff, and also it would make Ralsei's inevitable disagreement and battle with the gang in the future hurt even more

do you ever just think about how wholly max and charles encompass everything they represent? everything they belong to in their very way of being to the point where onlookers cannot help but bring the very idea of fate into it? (rhetorical questions because who hasn’t at this point.) like, i cannot think of red bull or ferrari without thinking of one or the other, respective. and i cannot fathom imagining them in any other team because of how deep the connection seems, the relationship and mutual adoration, devotion. max is moulded from the horns of a bull - (can we do this for another ten, fifteen years together) - while charles is stitched from the hooves of a horse - (it is a dream since child to drive for the red cars). they bring entire countries to their knees, to their feet, rule thousands of hearts and then some more. tie them together over one common prayer and this prayer is them, and the power they hold is almost terrifying. people deem them as predestined, speak of mythos being birthed from their stories still in the writing or maybe already written. they painted dreams in the sky with different brushes and strokes that would lay over each other perfectly, started to reach for them with hands far smaller than the love that lifts them up today from people across different planes of place and age they connect like constellations, stars they marked forever ago with the hope of tracing them together. scuffing sand and prancing souls, blinking orange and red like the blood they’d let bleed out before ever leaving.

i know nothing about you and i will never see you again probably but we are here together now, and look, we have a shared strife. but also, we just exist at the same time and place and isn’t that enough to warrant some very slight acknowledgement of this connection?

i want to take nothing from you but your looking and seeing and hearing me. because i see you. and i want to go home now. but i can’t. and you can’t. and i don’t want to skin you alive like those true crime podcasts and the tv news are telling you.

in the time it takes to consider this all, i have had the urge to speak to this person on the platform and then the moment is passed, overwhelmed, estranged and defeated.

the second train comes and it is full and silent and we all enter without paying or discussing.

like don't get me wrong, he definitely favors a broad shoulder to slimmer waist sort of build, but never to the extent he goes with dick

take bruce and tim from the same chapters:

their shoulder to waist to hip ration is a lot more equal, they've got much more of an rectangular build, the curve in at the waist/hips is gentle

and i swear jiménez chooses poses to exaggerate dick's tiny waist (not quite booty-out poses but the same sort of vibe)
