one of my favorite things about royjamiekeeley is how many different alternative ways I can imagine them getting together and all of them genuinely working even in an otherwise canon context. Despite how deeply antagonistic royjamie are at the beginning of the series, there is so much sexual tension there from the get go that I can fully see them hooking up and then staying together afterwards at essentially any point in the series? For instance, if they'd had an impromptu threesome the night of the gala? The addition of Roy saves JamieKeeley from breaking up and they evolve together from there! if Jamie took over Keeley's ticket and accompanied Roy to Marbella? Jamie saves RoyKeeley from breaking up and they evolve together from there! During and after s3 there are very viable paths for any couple within the triangle to get together first, but the third person would undoubtedly slot in thereafter because they are simply that engrained and meant for each other!!!

What about the transmission of unmaned probes? Are those disallowed too? And how about the sending of communications via the electromagnetic spectrum? Humans have been using both sending and attempting to intercept transmission of this kind for a long time, have you found species that do the same here? And if so, do you make any attempt to stop it? That really depends of the efficacy of such technology, Humans have never recieved such transmissions or have we been broadcasting for very long, so it’s extremely possible that it’s just not viable as a method of communication on a cosmic scale.

Also, when it comes to the visions… it’s a bit strange. I’m aware, vaguely, of living another life as a human, hence why I sometimes use we when referring to them, but on another level I do know that I was collected here, in this universe, after living as a different species.

I was thinking more about the Barbies thing (or "Scarbies" as I think they'd be called in the Boiling Isles). Darius and Raine definitely had dolls as kids and took good care of them. ESPECIALLY Darius.

As a kid Odalia was always secretly jealous of Darius's Barbie collection. She also collected dolls but wouldn't let anyone play with or hold them. If she let's you play with her you have to bring your own dolls, which Darius always does.

Darius WOULD let other kids hold his dolls, BUT they'd have to wash their hands first. And he'd probably not let Alador hold them at all (dirty).

Alador never collected dolls but he's the only person that Odalia would let hold hers because she would force him to play the boyfriend roles.

Eda and Lilith's parents would always make sure to get them matching dolls so there wouldn't be any arguments. But as a kid Eda would DEFINITELY be like that brother that ends up destroying his sister's Barbies. Eda never wants to play a "normal" scenario, she would always come up with some crazy story that involves getting both Lilith and her own dolls absolutely trashed, disfigured, burned, or all of the above.

In a hypothetical Au where Eda and Raine knew each other as young children, Eda would be gentle when it comes to RAINE’S dolls. While Raine would actually think the scenarios Eda comes up with to play sounds fun.

Eda would NEVER want to play romance scenarios (though Lilith was fine with that) unless it was with Raine. I imagine that one day Raine would make their doll kiss Eda's, and baby Eda gets so flustered she runs away.

Just straight up throws the doll and goes to hide in the closet (both metaphorically and physically in this case) leaving baby Raine to wonder what they did wrong.

thinking about gimli laying on his back over the green grass of the gardens legolas tends to dearly and devotedly, the soft gilded light of the sun shining through the leaves of the trees they planted there so many springs ago, shaded by their canopies, snoring lightly.

So at peace, taking a nice nap, surrounded by all the things Legolas loves. He can appreciate and find tranquility in them because loving Legolas taught him how.

thinking about Legolas feeling cozy near the fireplace, secure in the little home gimli made for them. The cold rock of the wall, nice and cool against the skin of his palm, carved masterfully and beautifully by the expert hands of his beloved.

and he's at peace, too. He feels safe and calm in the quaint loveliness of their abode. He has come to love and recognize the work of art ingrained in the carefully laid stone. And he thinks how it wouldn't be possible for him to adore such a place if it wasn't for Gimli.

acnl is a superior game to acnh in almost every way except the graphics. it’s actually making me mad

#purrs #working at the roost… mr shrunk… main street … multiple shop upgrades… megaphone (and microphone AND CAMERA on the ds)… villagers have #distinctive personalities and spread rumors and ask to schedule a time to come to your house… pattern grass… kappn island minigames… bananas #and mangos and durians and perfect fruit… the town tree and all the history in it… like idk. i love acnh too but it’s just so hollow and i #wasn’t even around for acnl in its glory days. like i STILL haven’t unlocked all the shops or shop upgrades on acnl or even met Gracie yet #or whatever and on acnh the only thing i need to do is get like 2 more reactions and then ive completed the game. and it just feels #pointless logging on and whatever (ik im saying things that have already been said a million times) bc the villagers are just dolls who say #the same 3 things over and over again. meanwhile eunice and benjamin are two of my og acnl villagers and they’re still there 5 years later #and i log on and talk to them and it’s so rewarding to bc they feel like actual.. people! who i love and who love me. whereas my acnh #villagers who i also love will just carry on exactly as they were no matter how long ive been gone. idk. i just don’t understand why they #decided to downgrade so much for acnh and let go of all these features and characters. i really hope they’ll make another game and that jtll #have everything new leaf had and more. and i mean the new horizons features can stay too (except for diy. i HATE diy) #ac #exterior building customization beyond just houses… sitting on rocks and tree strumps (and tree stumps having patterns)…. 😭💔 #the basket where you could put stuff from kappn islands in there so it wouldn’t fill up your inventory….

the thing about being up to ceramics stuff nearly every day for the last several months means that now that I have no ceramics to do, I can only think about the fact that I want to do ceramics.
