#winter speaks #puttin this fown here bc exercise and depression talk #ive been up and down for a few months now but in april my mood really took a hit #and i was getting panic attacks more often amd intrusive thoughts were shit and it was...a time #but i have things to do so ive been pushing all the down and fofcing myself to do things bc theres literallh nothing else i can do #so i got an exercise app thing so i could have a toutine and i havent eorked out regularily in....a w h i l e #the easiest heckin settinh is currently kicking the ever loving fuvk out of me and i failed to realize #that to imptove they start you out easy and the incdease the difgivulty bc...hou know...thats how that works #i am dead #everything is painful amd i know its supposed to be but good god why is exercising the most miserable thing to do #how donpeople enjoy it you sweat and are gross and out of breath and your brain hates you and so does your body how the fuck- #so anyway im gonna get shredded so i can hold more cats at once and thats the current and only goal #tw depression #i am but a short ass chubby stick i cannot do this forty second plank the tinny voice keeps telling me to hold
