Pygmy goat sketch | Limited edition fine art print from an original drawing. My sketches start life as hand-drawn graphite images made on cartridge paper. I often work on these with charcoal, oil pastel or Caran d'Ache to create the look I'm after. The artwork is then scanned and finessed digitally ready for fine art printing. This process often referred to as Giclée printing uses the highest standard of printing methods to give gallery quality results that maintain all the details of the original sketch. The graphite pencils I use are Faber-Castel, the oil pastels are Sennelier and the china-graph is Caran d’Ache. The inks are pigment based archive quality (100years+). The heavyweight specialist papers I use are of the best professional quality having a wonderful surface designed specifically for fine art drawings and illustrations. Very limited editions with only ten per size printed. All artwork is signed and includes a certificate of authenticity. The A5 are 5.8" x 8.25" (14.8cm x 21cm) The A4 are 8.25" x 11.7" (21cm x 29.8cm) The A3 are 11.7" x 16.5" (29.8 cm x 42cm) The A2 are 16.5" x 23.4" (42 cm x 59.4cm) Frames not included in price. This is turned out more like a drabble than headcanons but it's still cute hehe

Spencer Reid - Meet-Cute Headcanons

Spencer never believed in love at first sight until he meets you

You are looking at the new arrivals at your favorite book store when your fingertips accidentally touch Spencer’s as the both of you reach for the same book

All it takes is your cute smile and a simple conversation for Spencer to not be able to get you out of his head for the next few days (which leads to Derek endlessly teasing him)

Of course you feel the same way and start telling your friends about this handsome guy you met at the book store

Spencer regrets not asking you for your phone number and has to restrain himself from asking Penelope to help him get it

Instead he frequents the place where you met more often in hopes of running into you again

And of course you do the same thing, so it’s only a matter of days until you two run into each other once more

Spencer was only trying to ask you for your number but suggests to have coffee with you right away, so you go on a spontaneous first date with the stranger from the book store

You are so enamored by him that you don’t even notice the hours passing by as the two of you get to know each other

Both of you refuse to let this date end until the coffee shop closes and the owner has to ask you to leave

You hug him goodbye and he promises to call you but he forgets to ask for your phone number again

So when he turns to walk away, you get ahold of his arm to stop him before pulling out a pen to scribble your number onto the back of his hand

Spencer ignores all of Derek’s dating advice (like his 3-day-rule) and calls you the next day to ask you out for dinner

Welcome Carl to the herd!

Carl was advertised for free and at being a 6 month old pygmy. He comes from a home as being a singleton goat house pet, being raised in the house with their dogs. These people we got him from were very nice, but realized they weren't equipped for a house goat they couldn't get litter box trained.

My mother couldn't just let him pass us by so we took him in. They said he wasn't used to being outside but he's been taking it very well. He loves comping on the grass in our pasture.

Carl is in pretty good condition. Vacc status is unknown so he's getting those this weekend after he's decompressed a bit. He is also going to be wethered so he can stay with the bigger herd of Nigerians so he can play with the other babies.

But this is why I never sell my goats to people who want a house pet or want them as a singleton. Often people end up rehoming them bc they become too much. It's just not what even semi-responsible breeders should do. Carl is lucky he was very loved even if they didn't know what they were doing. So if you're a goat breeder, please remember to screen your homes and make sure your babies are going to homes with other goats.
