As unreaasonably long-winded as this story is on my patience, it is nice seeing all the friends and allies the Freedom Fighters met throughout the reboot all lend their support, while also giving us a little more insight into their teams like with the Shijin Warriors and Desert Raiders. Even the G.U.N. Commander is kind enough to lend the goodies a fleet to help them in combat!
But things aren’t entirely great for Sonic and co. Tails Doll is there.

Hartmut will always be one of my favorite characters because Rozemyne is so annoyed by him, but she can't fire him because he's hilariously overcompetent at his job despite being a weirdo. Not only that, but he's genuinely terrifying, and the only reason we don't see that side more is because the things he wants to do would go against his lady's wishes.
Also, his relationship with Clarissa being founded purely on their love for Rozemyne is just so wonderful to me. Like sure, Heidemarie and Eckhart are certified Ferdinand Fanclub™ members, but they genuinely loved each other (and Eckhart still loves her). Hartmut and Clarissa's love is solely for their lady

I think I finally got the royal fishy’s down! This is mostly about Undina or Deena for short. So quick little run down:
Undina “Deena”
17 years old, puffer/anglerfish, is intersex (I’ll explain in a sec)
Deena did in fact get kidnapped by pirates, but managed to trick them into a wild goose chase for a made up treasure and even throw her back into the sea where she swam home. But, the adrenaline from being kidnapped and taken on an adventure stuck with her and she wanted to explore the surface. At first her parents refused, not wanting to lose her again. But when they get a message from Nigel saying he is looking for someone who can help with a secret team that will take down smaller villains, they decide to let her go but only if she joined the team. And she became the sixth and final SFF member!
Because deena has no legs, she gets around by a sort of robot that acts as a wheelchair. The robot was specially made for her for different missions, being able to climb up cliffs, run at high speeds, have a communication screen etc. But it requires fuel to use so she mostly just used a regular wheelchair to get around casually and her reverse umbrella to keep her wet. Her favorite time to go out and about is when it’s raining since she knows she won’t dry out.
As mentioned before, Deena in this au is intersexual. Mostly because she exhibits both male angler fish and female anglerfish traits (tiny bobble for male anglers, as far as I can tell not much of a spotted pattern like female puffers and larger than male puffers). She still goes by princess and she/her pronouns however. Her bobble (the thing on her forehead) does in fact glow! She uses this as a flashlight a lot.
At the moment her best friends are the SFF. She loves hanging out with them and taking them down to Meropolis to see the city. She is the girly girl of the bunch obsessed with cute things and fun. But even though she is usually bubbly and chill, she can be VERY deceiving. Using this to her advantage on missions and even everyday life. Pretending that she’s to dumb and helpless to do anything so she can get her way. But she isn’t always selfish, making sure her friends and family come first before everything else.
That’s all for now I’ll have to color this later. Enjoy!
