I just have a lot of feelings about a sixth year Draco Malfoy crying in a bathroom alone, seeking just one moment of respite away from a life that he never wanted, and having the boy who rejected his friendship on the first day of school (because he was being a prick, but still), carve a spell into his chest and beginning to bleed out into a bathroom. 

I wonder is any part of Draco had hoped that Harry, the boy who lived, the savior, would come in and save him, wrestle him away from the life he was sinking into, away from the dark mark burning a hole in his arm. Instead all he saw was his blood over Harry Potter’s hands, and any change at freedom slipping away.

1/2 Ron doesn't know why this makes him so nervous and afraid. Bill's genderfluid&bi, Charlie's gay&ace, Percy's trans, George' aro, Fred's questioning, and Ginny is queer (trans and mspec). Even dad's realized he's demia and mum a demiwitch. But being agender and grayro and bi and saying that out loud... terrifies Ron. No one's coming out ever went bad, but Ron's brain is acting like a jerk and telling him he'll be different. He comes out to Harry (graygender and quoi) Hermione (aroflux and bi)

first, and he feels bad that it seems easier to come out to them, but they're so great and supportive and loving, and they promise to be there for him when he comes out to the Weasley Clan - which can be whenever he wants and whenever he is ready to do so. It helps. Ron doesn't ask them to be there when he comes out to his family the week after. They are, of course, amazing about it, and mum throws a huge party with too much food to celebrate them all, and Ron's brain finally calms down.

Consider: bi harry, bi ginny, and ace/panro luna in a happy poly relationship

Consider it considered.

When Ginny was trying out for different quidditch teams (and Harry was deciding between starting auror training and trying out for a few of those teams himself), they stayed with Luna in her Ottery St. Catchpole home. They spent most of their time outside or in Luna’s room. Harry was still understandably awkward around Xenophilius. They spent their nights by candle- and wand-light, laughing about their current attempts at adulting and crying about the memories of what they’d endured. It always ended with Ginny cuddling with Harry (the love of her life) or Ginny cuddling with Luna (her best friend that she’d cuddled with since they were second years).

But.

The night Ginny walks into the bedroom from a particularly grueling tryout match to find Harry and Luna cuddling? There’s surprise, but not upset or anger. And the three of them talk long into the night about their relationships (ship?) and what they want from each other. That night they decide to try a polyamorous relationship. It’s the first time they all sleep in the same bed, linking fingers, arms, legs. None of them say it come morning, but it feels so right. Over the next few years there are only a handful of times that the three don’t end up in the same bed. It’s a little too often that one of them collapses in bed between the others at three in the morning, but it still counts.

They support and fall in love with one another as Harry becomes an auror, Ginny becomes a professional chaser for the Holyhead Harpies, and Luna begins her apprenticeship under a renowned Welsh marine magizoologist. They rent a flat in Cardiff and commute to their respective jobs via Floo Network and apparition, but even with the easy commute it becomes far more common that they must spend their nights apart. It’s hard, but in a way it also brings them closer together.

When Harry can’t come home because of a stakeout of a dark wizard’s home and Luna’s off on a multi-day trek across remote seaside cliffs, Ginny spends her time alone flying over and through the forests and streams of Ottery St. Catchpole and visiting the Burrow. When Harry is forced to take a break has a day off and the others are out, he starts experimenting in the kitchen (the flat’s kitchen but more often Mrs. Weasley’s kitchen). He begins to replace his memories of preparing endless meals for the Dursleys with this new way to de-stress, create, and do something special for the people he loves. He cooks dinner and prepares lunch for Luna and Ginny whenever he can. When Luna is off on a month long expedition, she spends her down time reading muggle fantasy series and writing back to Ginny and Harry about her favorite bits. She always takes along books that were Harry’s childhood favorites.

Every chance all three can be together they take, and they find so much joy and solace in those reunions. And several years in, when Ginny announces she’s pregnant, the three of them are on cloud nine. They spend that night in the same bed for the first time in far too long. They fall asleep whispering their commitment and love to one another, and they wake up in an absolute dream. The sun is pouring in, they are a beautiful tangle of fingers, arms, and legs, and they have a beautiful future ahead of them. They are a family.

Penelope Clearwater is bisexual and helps Percy understand her and his brothers’ orientation. She is beyond patient answering his questions and correcting his misassumptions about bi’s as they make their evening rounds through the castle. It helps him connect a bit more with Bill, George, and Ron, and in turn that makes Percy love Penelope even more.

*whispers* BPQ Fleur, Tonks, Hermione, Cho, Luna, and Ginny forming a Girl Gang with badass matching (fake) leather jackets and going around hexing biphobes and helping wixen escape abusive situations. That is all. *fades away*

Fleur came up with the idea.

Cho put together a comprehensive list of hexes and killer one-liners to use against queerphobes of any sort.

Luna created the patches on the back of the jackets: the letters B, P, Q, (which could change from white to the colors of the owner’s pride flag(s)), and a garland of violets surrounding them. Of course BPQ meant Bisexual Pansexual Queer first and foremost, but then they started joking around about secondary meanings for each of them as well.

Hermione learned an embroidery spell to put each witch’s alternate BPQ acronym on the edge of the collar above the heart. She also educated and taught everyone how to shoot down any queerphobe’s arguments. “If you actually have the time and patience to let them spout garbage for any length of time,” Tonks said and everyone else agreed.

Tonks and Ginny came up with everyone’s alternate acronyms, which were as follows:

Bodacious, Powerful, and Queer - Tonks and Cho

Bisexual, Passionate, and Questioning - Hermione

Bold Pansexual of the Quirky sort - Luna (who loved hers so much she added a tiny ‘s’ patch behind the ‘Q’ on her jacket)

Bisexuals of Phenomenal Quality - Fleur and Ginny

They’re known throughout the community as sapphic champs and complete badasses.

If Harry came to Remus for advice on shutting down Skeeter’s heteronormativity in interviews, Remus would tell him that the first thing he should do is act oblivious.

Example: “So, Harry. What was it like to see your best friend and your girlfriend floating like the dead at the bottom of the lake, only for your girlfriend to be saved by another man?” “They were dead? I thought they were sleeping?!?” “You’re drifting from the main point–” “Holy fucking shit what the FUCK WHAT THE HELL IS THIS TOURNAMENT” *runs screaming out of the room*

The second thing Remus would tell him to do is ask Skeeter vehemently about his crush(es).

Example: “So, Harry. How devastated are you that Krum is taking Hermione to the Yule Ball?” “About as much as a gnome in an unattended garden. The REAL question is what are Cedric and Cho wearing to the ball.” “I don’t kn–” “You don’t KNOW didn’t you interview them before me??!” “Well yes but–” “Holy fuck are you a real trash interviewer or not GIMMETHEDEETSWOMAN!!?”

The third and final thing Remus would tell Harry to do is to be as fucking obvious as possible.

Example: “So, Harry. You would be number one if it weren’t for that dastardly Cedric. Will you attack your fellow Hogwartsian boy hero in the maze to enhance your odds and impress all the girls?” “Honestly? Yeah. I’ll attack him the second I see him. I’ll attack him with my mouth and shove my tongue down his throat (with consent of course).” “What?!” “You fucking heard me.” *Skeeter sputtering* “Cedharry 5evr, mugglefucker.”
