VIP Diaries: (Meeting Seungri!!!) The Great Seungri Show in Manila 2019

Hello 안녕 안녕 shimmers and VIPs! Wow, I’ve been wanting to publish this post for a while now because this experience I had during The Great Seungri Show in Manila is a FIRST in my whole life as a BIGBANG VIP! I met Seungri and I got the sweet sweet chance to be in a photo with him. Not a standee, not a poster but the real Seungri!! Gurlll, I could go on and on about this but let me compose myself for a bit and talk about The Great Seungri Tour which happened in MOA Arena last January 19, 2019.

So, if you know me or if you’ve been following my SNS and happened to see one of my posts from last year, you’d know how much I loathe this area. I swore I won’t even go anywhere near Mall of Asia after the trauma I had from this horrible incident. And after that, I never attended any sort of event if it’s held around this area.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME back here in months. Only BIGBANG can bring me back! The bitter memories are now replaced, thanks my Panda Seungri!!

This VIP concert experience is made possible by K-Music Insider! I’m beyond grateful for this chance because the truth is, my budget didn’t allow me to shed 10k upfront that time for the VIP seats and photo-op opportunity. I would’ve settled for a cheaper lower box ticket but I still made sure I hop into giveaways with the goal of getting a photo-op pass in mind. And dear heavens K-Music Insider blessed me with one! 넘너무 행복해 ㅠㅠ

Gates opened at 7pm and I entered the venue at around 7:15. There weren’t crazy lines so I just went straight to the entrance. There weren’t any chaos (thank goodness) and I know it’s a good thing, but I’m kinda sad too because we weren’t able to fill the entire arena. The show was announced late so many VIPs weren’t able to prepare them fundsss (including me haha)

BUT when the show started, it didn’t feel like the arena isn’t full! It was a whole new party out there!! Just exactly as how I expect a BIGBANG concert should be. I mean, Seungri is a total charmer and I’m sure all VIPs know that he’s the best at sweeping the crowd off their feet compared to the rest of the members. Seungri has been my bias wrecker since 2012! Oh well, but yo gurl is tough and my heart for G-Dragon won’t be swayed by anything!!!! \\(^^,)//

Here are some fancams I managed to take. I know, I wasn’t able to take that much because I really want to savor the moment. Also, this is my first time to attend a concert without my sister or cousin (huhuhuhu) so I don’t have someone to take turns with recording. But then again, all throughout my life as a K-Pop fangirl, I have learned how important it is to really get into the moment instead of recording each and every part of the show. I’m so proud of Seungri! This is his first ever solo world tour and I can see that he did so well in pleasing and wowing the crowd despite the absence of his hyungs.

Did you watch the whole video? BOYYY I CHOKED WHEN HE SLAYED THAT TAGALOG SONG!! I swear that song by Inigo Pascual annoyed me for a while because I hear it everywhere. But gurllll, who would’ve thought that I’d learn how to love it. I’ve been singing it subconsciously right after the concert. I mean, I’m gonna be honest, he sounded more native than Sandara and Ryan Bang (he showed up briefly on stage too along with Anne Curtis) LOL

Dara was also a guest for Seungri’s show. Well, Sandara has always been a steady guest whenever BIGBANG would show up here for a tour! That’s OG YG Family for you, children! The 2NE1 songs she performed were immensely nostalgic. How can my eyes well up over happy songs? I’m still hoping for a 2NE1 reunion to fulfill my empty Blackjack heart! :(

Seungri has always been the life of the party and he’s so good at being in variety shows! That’s what he served us during his concert. For a short moment we all thought we mistakenly entered a comedy bar, not a concert LOL Seungri made my stomach burst out of laughter the entire night. He’s just GOLD! He even savaged his fellow BIGBANG members in front of us. haha! Ang lakas ng loob kasi everyone’s in the military haha

Seungri showed us funny photos of every BIGBANG member for him to roast... EXCEPT for T.O.P... So naturally, us VIPs will ask and look for him. When he wrapped the photos up without including TOP, all of us went “Where’s TOP?!!!” I honestly thought he’ll just brush it off, considering all the crazy controversy surrounding TOP, I won’t be surprised if he’ll just ignore us. But Seungri didn’t. He heard us and he gave us a very reassuring answer.

VIPS: “TOP!!! TOP!!! Where’s TOP?”

SEUNGRI: “Ah, TOP? He’s fine! I just wanna say he’s okay.”

ME: Wooooh!!! OMG OMG *hyperventilating*

SEUNGRI: “He’s super okay. Yeah. He will come back soon, don’t worry!”

VIPs: *crying and going wild*

SEUNGRI: “You know what, now in BIGBANG, TOP is MOST OKAY! hahaha We are all okay..”

ME: LAUGHING WHILE CRYING UGLY TEARS

The entire show lasted for around 3 hours, I think. Seungri gave us major K-Pop throwback as he also sang a lot of his great hits from his early solo career (Strong Baby, Gotta Talk to U, GG BE..), as well as BIGBANG’s! It was an amazing show full of nostalgia.

We, along with the ladies of 2NE1 PH, as well as other VIP friends lined up for the photo-op right after the concert. Each photo with Seungri will be done by 10s and we’re fortunate enough to be the last ones in line so there were just 8 of us.

I mean, let that sink in for a short moment. Gurl, MY EXISTENCE GOT PULVERIZED! I wasn’t sure of what was happening and if it really was happening at all. For the first time in my 10-year VIP fangirl life, I was able to see and interact with a BIGBANG member. INSANE!

As I was walking towards Seungri, my mind went blank. I just stretched my hand for him to shake and I told him that he did great on stage. OH DEAR I remember him just looking back at me, smiling and thanking me for coming to his show. I’m in a trance! And because I went straight to him and approached him first, I totally forgot everything I initially planned. I have my phone in hand to secretly record everything just for my personal memento but totally forgot!! Also planning to stand beside him (I was 2nd in line so I could’ve done that) but chose to just talk to him first so by the time I was done talking, everyone got settled already while I’m still lost in front of him! Also planned to stand on his right side because that’s my freakin’ angle but totally forgot!!! HAHAHAHA Basically, my mind stopped functioning LOL but I’m so happy I got to interact with the King of all Maknaes, SEUNGRI. Everything happened so fast and when we were asked to leave, I made sure I told him I love him! HAHA He’s probably tired of hearing that from everybody but at least I let it out my chest. ^^

Say hello to my very nervous smile!!!! HAHAHA My heart was about to pop out of my mouth! SEUNGRI is just super handsome and I’m not just saying this because I’m a fan. Like he’s legit handsome and his smile is so dreamy. He’s just genuinely friendly and there’s this warmth from him that makes you forget he’s a star. I guess I’m used to seeing K-Pop stars being cold in real life, but definitely not Seungri!

Ah, seeing him so close is definitely one for the books! Ah also, I would like to thank my Moonshot x Innisfree combo for keeping my foundation on point despite going crazy the entire night. hihihi~~ (I will review these two soon, promise!)

I’m beyond happy to see Seungri’s last show before he enlists. Their OT5 comeback may take a while because of their military schedule and all these sad controversies that still stir everything up unnecessarily! But hey, we’re all waiting at the Flower Road (꽃길) so I can only hope that the kings stay healthy and happy.

My next goal is to see all BIGBANG members in their Final world tour in Seoul - 2020, 2021, who knows! Really hoping to have the same amazing opportunity like this to meet all of them next time. IT WILL HAPPEN I CAN FEEL IT! <3

so, it's G A Y AGENDA 101.

but nah, srsly I am still not sure about my sexuality, still on the cute 'Q' phase hahaha still questioning about it. : ( but if they will ask me if how am i gonna identify myself (even though i did not like to be labelled) i would identify myself as Q U E E R. so yuh QUEER AS FOLK.

but on the other hand, i did a lot of stupid things just to not let anyone be suspicious about my sexuality (🎶🎶don't be suspicious, don't be suspicious🎶🎶) hahahaha but i know deep down, the gay agenda will always prevail. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

In Highschool hahaha particularly, ********th grade, that's where it started *hahaha or i think where it started because i was pretty hetero before*. I thought I am as str8 as a freaking ruler, but hahahaha "that's what she said."

I started to have a crush on a girl which happens to be a friend in my circle of friends *hahaha obvsly*. She's also my seatmate so... but sadly we aren't really that CLOSE. Just another friend in a circle. I usually don't have a solidifying friendships in highschool because( 1. I wasn't allowed to go out/hang out with friends 2. I am very much introverted back then like one guy friend in a circle jokingly bullies me as a 'dead kid'. 3. I rarely use my social media accounts and back then all we have is a freaking deadbeat desktop.) Well, nuff with the side story. She's my seat mate and that crush blooms because she always ask to lean on my shoulder in order to take a nap and ofc I obliged. (hahaha someone help this baby gay). Orange is her favorite color. She also shares her snacks like butterscotch brownies or cookies or anything to me. She happens to be a fan of my favorite book too, so yuh hahaha BROWNIE POINTS.

Idk. I just started to have a crush on her due to those petty reasons. Hahaha goodness, kindness and softness. Damn, I am so 'marupok' as fuck.

She came from a well off family and a family of talented individuals, musically talented to be specific. So when we hang out at their house, it's just pure bliss. Plus they have a strong WiFi connection (which is really a luxury). I was also invited on her birthday, an intimate gathering to be exact, just us her circle of friends. It is actually my first time to attend such because I was rarely allowed to be out late after school. I also found out that another guy in our circle has a crush on her which is really understandable because they are really close and COMPACT, they both have the same interests and hobbies. The guy happens to be a choir member (ofc music) and also a KPOP fan.

In which at some point in my life, I became a fan too because of them, because majority of the people in our circle are KPOP fans. So, here I am watching every podcasts and music videos of EXO. My sister is really happy because finally we can now have things to talk about since my sister is a KPOP fan too. A fan of everything about 🇰🇷 to be exact. In all seriousness, I didn't even know if what I felt for her is really just a mere crush or a total full-blown, commencing gender crisis. We also have our inside jokes inside our circle and when she was teased it is just so cute because her face is like a steambun and she also turns red easily because she had pale, white skin that shines when the sunlight hits her face. She also had beautiful, prominent brown eyes. She's cute, plus she's smol. 🥺

Days pass, school is almost over. My feelings are slowly fading luckily hahaha, until our Literature Teacher asked us to create a short story, regardless of what story it is about (not er*tica obvsly because heck I was studying in a catholic school) and due to the fact that wattpad romance book was so popular at that time plus the combination of my raging hormones, I wrote a story about my wishful thinking about her, the only difference is, she was a guy in that story in which I named Matthew. HAHAHAHAHAHA dude, that is so sick I know. I pretend that's she's the guy in the story and all the saccharine things you can imagine that were written in that awful prompt like being classmates and seatmates, then being accidental roommates and stuffs. I know cringey but I passed that effing garbage and I totally forgot about that.

Summer came and my feelings finally totally dissipates as I lost the notebook where I had written the draft of that short story but heck I published it somewhere on Wattpad but I forgot my username and everything so... Miss Movin' On.

I just realized that being a KPOP fan is really just a phase for me, I am not really a fan of KPOP at all but I tried to be, in the name of love.

IN THE NAME OF ME BEING CONFUSED ABOUT MY SEXUALITY YET ALSO ME ADDING FUEL TO THE FIRE.

But being confused about my sexuality is obviously not just a phase. Again, I was mistaken.

But I don't tolerate it, I swear. I tried. Because you know at that time you are really in that point of denial and it is so hard to be who you are because duh, high school and this country is so homophobic af and maybe I just really got confused because I've never really been in a relationship at that time (and i don't wanted too) and majority of my friends in grade school are boys and I usually play boys stuff. But I do have wavering crush on other boys too. Hahaha like in 7th grade. I screamed his name because I was on a dare with a friend. I screamed his name while ridding a ferris wheel. Gladly, he was not around, so...

I don't have a gurl crush on the following year because *********th grade is perhaps a really dark time in my life. But I was constantly bullied and being pushed on a dudebro that I don't obviously had a crush on but they insisted that I have because I turned red when they teased me about it. In which I really hate because damn ofc I'll turn red, you guys are teasing me and it is making me feel ashamed.

fast forward to Senior Year ----->

I might say I was pretty BI at this point but yeah as naive teenager, I wouldn't realized that.

LEGO BATMAN HEADCANNONS - PART 2

oh wOW I DIDN’T EXPECT FOR PEOPLE TO LIKE THE FIRST BATCH SO MUCH???? plus I love making these so I really wanted to make more so here we go:

Dick is afraid of downwards escalators. This came from him getting his cape stuck while going for a step and getting stuck. It was only for a few seconds but he may as well be scarred for life. He’ll only ride them if Bruce is there.

For some reason, doctors actually have to give Bruce twice as much anesthetic during operations. This can only go as well as you might expect, with him acting drunk for ages until it wears off. This is a lot of fun for his friends, however. Barbra makes sure she’s recording at all times and insists on taking him to parties everywhere to watch him go crazy, “hhEEYYY, THIS BUILDING IS SO... big” “that’s your company building Bruce”. He insists on laying with Alfred like he’s five and constantly gives him hugs (he called him dad once.) The first time he saw Dick he started to cry and kept saying “my beautiful baby son. look at u. my child.” until he saw a picture of Joker. Everyone lost it once he started drunk-hitting on the picture and uses the video they took of it as blackmail.

Barbra takes Dick shopping with her because he gives the best fashion advice. “GURL, THAT DRESS IS SO YOU!” “Honey this isn’t your color” She jokingly calls him Randy, after the show they watch together (Say Yes to the Dress) because of his godly advice.

If you’re anywhere near Wayne Manor on April Fool’s Day, r u n. There is an ever-going prank war going on for the next 24 hours and it’s dangerous.

Also, bat/bird puns???? All day. Every day. It could be the absolute worst thing you’ve ever heard but both of them die at each one. “Look, those crooks are ROBIN’ the bank again!” “Bat they might be armed, it’s too dangerous!” You could hardly believe how they manage to do their jobs.

Try to play any Queen song near the batfam. They all instantly explode into song and go the whole way through. They have the parts picked out already, too. “Toxic” is also a popular one.

Joker cries over fandoms with Harley at least once a week. They live for the sweet discourse in almost any fandom imaginable. Cartoon, music, movies... their lives are ruined.

Every villain in Gotham would fight Batman at every possible chance, but they won’t lay a finger on Robin. Not only will Batman beat the crap out of them if they do, Robin is buds with almost anyone and they enjoy his company too much to actually harm him. They turn into stormtroopers and miss every single shot on purpose if Robin’s too close.

Joker constantly imagines himself inside of dramatic music videos and acts them all out in real life.

When Bruce gets sick his voice does a complete 180 and he sounds like a chipmunk. He tries not to go and fight crime like this since it’s possible his opponent with die laughing before any one of strikes does the job.

Bruce will only plant a kiss on Dick’s head if, and only if, he’s sleeping. He’s not yet comfortable to do it while he’s awake and tries to keep it secret, but Alfred sees all. One night, right when Dick is about to fall asleep, Alfred whispers, “Don’t worry, master Bruce, I’m sure you’ll make his year.” Bruce isn’t afraid anymore.

Bruce insists on taking Robin to every party he gets invited to just to brag about him to his friends. He is hellbent on the fact that no child could ever surpass Dick, and even if one could he could always beat them in a fight to the death anyway so it doesn’t even matter.

Bruce and Dick often reenact the “when mom isn’t home” (saxophone guy and his kid) video. Dick broke the oven door going on three times now.

When the batfam can’t decide on what to do they always resort to “Don’t Laugh” challenge. Alfred is the reining champion. Barbra usually comes close, but ends up failing listening to the others desperately making noises to hide their laughter. Dick never gets past the first video as he’s just too happy all the time, and surprisingly neither does Bruce. Something about the whole situation just makes his willpower melt away and turns him and Dick into giggly maniacs.

Bruce calls Dick a bunch of pet names whenever he cries. “Baby Bird”, “Red Robin” and of course “Boy Wonder” work the best. Dick has names for Bruce too, such as “Batty”, “Masked Millionaire” and “Murciélago”.

Robin is at the top of his Spanish class.

On my birthday, 23 yrs ago on this day I gave birth to a Beautiful baby girl. This GURL was NOT an oops moment. Her dad's mom was dying and 2 teens decided to give a dying woman her wish a of a grandchild before she passed. She passed on that yr and left me with a bundle of joy... A gift to me.... U were born on my birthday, on the EXCACT due date.... Easy birth and and wonderful feeling to complete the emptiness in my heart and world... Before u I had no one cause I was not blessed with what u have a MOM....Ever since it's been me and u kiddo.... We have been yin and yan since and from what people tell me we r the best mother and daughter team they have seen....
