Let's start at the begin.
Soooo, my first post.
I decided to become a minimalist. I NEVER EVER EVER was a tidy person or someone who minded cluter or a messy room. I nver cleaned my room and you could call me a horder. But I was depressed and full of anxiety.
I did not eat well, I did no exercise at all, had no friends, I was just a sad girl with an ED and mental problems.
My life and mind was a total mess.
A year ago I realised what I was doing was not healthy and that life was to short to destruct my self that way. I started to eat more healthy, began to exercise and started to clean my room.
I made a huge switch in my head.
A few months ago, my ex dumped me and I told my self to not feed the sadness I felt, but use the bad energie to do good things. I started weight lifting, eating clean and counting macro's. I actualy felt amazing! But I still had the feeling I missed something and had the feeling I was still not the best version of myself... I started to scroll trough youtube, watching fitness videos, and then I stumbled upon Rachel Aust's videos.
Her way of living inspired me, her mindset, just everything she did made me think about what I could do for myself and the world. I watched her minimalism series and I was tottaly hooked!
So here I am ready to start my minimalism, low waste lifestyle. It is gonna be a long long journey and Its gonnan be a thing of try and errors. But I think its worth it!
I am gonna post about my room, food, fitness, decluttering, clothing, makeup. Everything that has to do with a minimalistic lifestyle!

Fitness guru, beauty queen, and probably my biggest inspiration. Because of her, I've figured out how to find motivation to be healthy, I've come to realize that having pale af skin isn't horrible. In fact, a person can be quite beautiful despite having pale skin. And not to mention, she's very real and down to earth. I love her so much!
