◦ Rafael Garcia is a hopeless romantic of course he fell for Henry first but he held himself back from pursuing it because he was worried he was going to lose himself in a relationship again

◦ Henry fell for Raf way later than him but pinned just as hard

◦ Raf is extremely touchy towards Henry, he didn’t notice he was always grasping for a way to touch him until someone pointed it out (he tones it down so Henry doesn’t feel uncomfortable)

◦ After a while, Henry welcomed Raf’s touches and even let him hug him (Raf was so happy he lifted him off the ground)

◦ Raf always give Henry these love sick puppy looks whenever he thinks he’s not looking

◦ Henry almost thought Raf was trying to just find someone to move on from what happened with Seth so he was hesitant to let Raf in

◦ Josh invited Henry to see Raf’s soccer match to surprise Raf and Henry came despite not knowing anything about soccer(when Raf finally noticed Henry was there, the soccer ball literally hit him in the face)

◦ Raf is an amazing dancer so he would pull Henry up from whatever he was doing and dances with him (Henry isn’t the best dancer so he just follows Raf’s lead)

◦ They’re both relatively quiet people so they find each other’s company calming in comparison to the other boys

◦ Henry started to realize he liked Raf when Raf opened himself back up again and he loved how sweet he is

◦ Black cat boyfriend and golden retriever boyfriend energy

◦ Raf learned how to paint nails through YouTube and started to paint Henry’s nails for him (Henry couldn’t stop smiling as he watched him struggle painting his nails)

◦ It’s rare to see Henry smile widely but when Raf sees it he feels the need to capture it on camera and save it in his brain forever

◦ Whenever Henry flirts he doesn’t realize he done it and it leaves Raf kicking his feet and twirling his hair

◦ Henry was surprised with how Raf was willingly to listen to him ramble despite not knowing what he’s talking about and felt relieve of finally not being shut down

◦ When all the boys went out to eat, Henry jokingly tries to steal food off of Raf’s plate and Raf just straight out fed him with his fork (and that’s how Henry ate for the rest of the dinner; being fed by Raf)

◦ Henry asked Raf to model for him a couple times so he can get better at anatomy and Raf was a great model to use

◦ Raf finally asked Henry out when Henry flew out to visit him and Josh and Raf thought his heart flew away with how handsome he thought Henry looked

◦ Henry practice his eyeliner skill on Raf who happily complies and he can’t help but admire how handsome his features are

◦ Raf gets Henry to watch Twilight reruns with him and Henry playfully jokes about how Raf liking Edward made sense since he’s now dating a guy who is fascinated with death

◦ Raf made sure he had plenty different hobbies outside of just being Henry’s boyfriend because he didn’t want to feel like he has no identity

◦ Henry’s hand always his in Raf’s at least one of his hands he could be doodling with one and the other is in his hand

◦ Raf is his biggest fan; he admires every single artwork Henry shows him and whenever is gifted one he hangs it up in his room

◦ Henry gave Raf one of his rings so they can match (Raf couldn’t stop smiling at him and Henry pretended like he wasn’t blushing over it too)

◦ When they moved in together, Henry actually proposed they get a pet ferret instead of a dog or cat

◦ Raf’s mom put Henry in charge of cooking with some of Raf’s other family members (Henry failed to mention he couldn’t cook and actually never does at home with Raf)

◦ Raf loves kissing Henry’s moles and would whisper sweet nothings in Henry’s ear (he’s so utterly devoted to him it makes Henry feel shy)

◦ Henry loves how soft Raf’s hair is and would play with it when Raf’s head is laying on his lap

◦ Raf taught Henry Spanish so it would be easier for Henry to talk to Raf’s grandparents

◦ Raf’s proposal took him three solid weeks to plan and it went terribly wrong (He planned on them doing something in the backyard but the night before a bad storm happened making it muddy outside)

◦ Raf was really nervous about Henry’s mom not liking him and wanted to do the most to impress her (She liked him easily he didnt really need to try that hard)

OOF OKAY buckle up this is gonna be a long one. i'll put everything under a read more because i really really didnt like the movie and also it's gonna be spoilery

but i will leave my one opinion that has no bearing on anything above which is THEY FUCKED THE TURKEY SCENE WHICH IS ONE OF MY FAV SCENES IN THE WHOLE BOOK. i wanted alex to say "puttheturkeysinmyroomputtheturkeysinmyroomputtheturkeysinmyroom" to the fucking president and then have a complete meltdown about the gobble and it DIDNT HAPPEN

also i should probably mention that ive read this book like 7 times and it's my comfort read so im v close to the source material

i really feel like they took out all of the heart in the story. i was reading that variety article that said they wanted to take out everything that wasnt focused just on the relationship or whatever but everything in their lives is what makes the relationship so GOOD and relatable. they took out all of the angst and pining and buildup and made the characters so flat and i didn't believe a single thing about their relationship.

the characters truly felt like different people. alex had none of the desperation that he does in the books. we dont see him teetering on the edge of everything and barely holding it together while pretending everything is completely fine. we don't see him working SO hard to ignore everything bad in his life while pretending he's just this golden boy who has his whole life figured out. we don't see him working so hard towards his almost unattainable political goals while simultaneously trying to prove himself. we don't see his meltdowns and panic attacks and insomnia. we don't see henry being the boy who just wants to be a writer but is forced into this role that he doesn't fit into. we don't see him spilling his guts in emails because he can finally talk about all of the things he's kept hidden and found someone he can finally be himself with who doesn't just see him as the perfect little princeling. we don't get to see his deep grief and depression or his anxiety about being out in public and always being on display or the constant battle he has about his duty to his country and just wanting to be himself. he kinda just turned into this broy prince dude who was kinda concerned about being gay and also being a prince but also sorta didnt really seem to care?

the fact that they made alex kinda know he was bi before the story started also completely changed his entire character. we don't get to see him figuring out parts of himself with henry, we don't get to struggle with trying to figure out what it means to be bi and also want the reddest parts of the US to relate to him. we don't even get the convo he has with nora about him being bi, it just got turned him whether or not he likes henry which felt way less impactful. also, keeping his parents together made parts of the story not even make sense. like why the fuck did they go to lake house to meet his dad if henry had already met him because his parents are still together?

the secondary characters were also SO FLAT and basically nonexistent. the fact that pez was called percy the entire time annoyed me. like i know that's his name but i feel like they toned down his character so much and part of that was never calling him pez. bea was basically nonexistent and was just like the sweet little sister (which, also, why the fuck did they change the birth order??). taking june out was a HUGE blow to alex's characterization and the storytelling as a whole and nora was so bland. she's one of my fav characters in the book because she's so fun and chaotic and movie nora was just like ,, idk cool and chill and was a total different character. also making henry's mom just be absent because she's travelling or whatever and then not be there when they're talking to the king was such a weird choice. also don't get me started on miguel, i can't believe took out raf just to put that jealous fucker in. aghhhh. also zahra was much less of a boss bitch than she was in the books. when she called shaan and was all snippy i was like ma'am you sound SILLY right now.

taking out all of the mental health rep also made me really sad. so much of the story was exploring grief and depression and anxiety and adhd and addiction and that just didn't exist at all. if they wanted to just make it a love story then that's fine, but you can't tell me that two guys in their situations would be neurotypical and not deal with any sort of grief at all.

and the EMAILS. my god, who was fucking in charge of that change because i seriously c a n n o t. where was the poetry and the angst and the historical references? why were they just like "hi im in texas, miss you" and "im reading this cool book, miss you too". so much of their relationship development happens in those emails and there's so many iconic lines and we got none of that. it also made it feel way less impactful when the emails got leaked. was there really so many scandalous things in those emails? between these flat ass characters? you can't convince me anyone actually cared about those. also the fact that miguel leaked them made NO sense. what did he have to gain? he was just mad that alex didnt wanna hook up with him again so he decided to be jealous and petty? i don't understand. also if they didn't fuck the emails they wouldn't have had to awkwardly shoehorn the "history huh" line into the museum scene. i half expected alex to turn to the camera and wink like he was in the office or some shit.

they also changed the timeline enough that everything felt so weirdly paced. they apparently aged them up, which i didnt even realize when i was watching the movie, so the love story would feel "believable" or some shit, but why can't 23 year olds be in love? why do they have to be older? also henry being like "i want to be make love tonight" EXCUSE ME SIR? in this hotel room? book henry would fucking NEVER.

my last gripe is alex's coming out speech. first, why did they have to change it? the speech in the book was SO good and impactful and the one in the movie was just ,, bland? where was "love is indomitable" and "he is my choice" and "im the first son son of the united states and i'm bisexual. history will remember us"? also why did he make the speech before even talking to henry? he essentially outted him to the entire fucking world without even having a little chat with him first which was truly fucked.

WAIT MY ACTUAL LAST THING was why did their outfits suck so much in the show. where was alex's bomber jacket during the reelection? he looked like an office bro and i was not into it.

With the Bendy x TFP, where is Audrey, or what about Gent? They could possibly play as secondary villians like MECH was, trying to capture the Ink Demon or nab the kids as bait/experiments.

Of course, there's also his old form. How would they feel if they knew how he was made, what happened to him and what he did, what Wilson did and how he changed because of it. June would, again, freak over how skinny and malnourished he is, and his more visible and hindering injuries. And the thought of Raf searching up Henry Stein for even a slim chance of the Ink Demon meeting him, or at least getting to visit his grave would be touching.

Audrey and GENT is currently unknown. Things hadn't gotten easier for her or Bendy over the years as the company been relentless in their pursuit of the Ink Machine. Our dear Ink Demon left Audrey for her safety since GENT's interest in him would be greater. Bendy was on his own for years hunting down everyone involved with the twisted inky experiments.

He planned on vanishing once the job was down until Raf cross his path. Bendy can see a lonely child and things were set just like that. Not all of GENT disappeared as the remnants would soon become MECH. Notes and discarded Keeper remains were the start with concept moving from ink to machines.

Bendy does revert to his previous state seen in the BATIM sometimes. It usually occurs whenever deeply exhausted or about to have a mental shutdown. This is him showing true weakness unlike disguising himself as Little Bendy.

It first happened when the notes found during Operation Breakdown episode were from GENT which includes bits of his creation and the treatment once imprisoned by Wilson. Bendy broke down, melting into the more unstable form seen in BATIM much to everyone's shock. This is the real him behind that cynical rough visage.

Bendy can't exactly explain his past verbally without rendering himself mute. Thus he has it displayed through a film reel infused with some of his ink to tell it instead. Everyone was horrified and disgusted at what went down. No one could blame Bendy though.

He was treated like a mistake meant to be hidden. All that isolation, hate and abandonment would break anyone much less someone who just been born. Joey refused to admit that he made Bendy like this. He even had the gall to paint him a monster for twisted time loop.

Audrey is the only one who actually tried to reach out and make a connection. You can say this is the point where Bendy made a claim on Team Prime. A very rare feat as to earn the Ink Demon's trust is to earn his aid and power.

Raf does look up Henry with some help from Fowler. The real man had passed away a year ago but they do know where he been buried. His children would one day visit their father's grave only to find a bouquet of inky black roses that never wilt.

scotty is sort of set up as the boy counterpart to toni so idk if that would be good, but also we didnt really get to know him.

josh i think has a lot going on that he needs to process and work through so he shouldnt get into a relationship rn, and again we dont know that much about him outside of being an outsider and what happened to him on the island. 

ivan is gay. 

i think i would maybe say raf, but with him too he has stuff to work through, cause that boy doesn’t know who he is outside his relationships so he also should just be single and figure things out i think. 

that leaves henry and we havent really seen a lot of his backstory so idk, they said he has a gf and they haven’t indicated anything about how thats going (like they did with rafs relationship), i mean it could be a classic outwardly-sunshiney-person (martha is more than than tho) x outwardly-dark-and-emo-person… idk how i feel abt it

Gloster Nightjar prototype H8535 May 1922.

The Nieuport & General Aircraft Co Ltd was formed before the start of the First World War to license-produce French Nieuport aircraft. During 1917, after hiring Henry Folland as chief designer, the company started to design its own aircraft, with the first type, the Nieuport B.N.1 fighter flying early in 1918.

Folland designed the Nieuport Nighthawk fighter to meet the requirements of RAF Specification Type 1 which specified using the ABC Dragonfly radial engine, first flying in April 1919. During initial evaluation, this showed excellent performance, and was ordered into production. The Dragonfly engine, however, proved hopelessly unreliable, and none of the Dragonfly-powered Nighthawks that were completed entered service.

Nieuport & General closed down in August 1920, and the rights to the Nighthawk were purchased by the Gloster Aircraft Company, who hired Folland as chief designer. Gloster proceeded to produce a number of derivatives of the Nighthawk, calling them Gloster Mars, with variants being sold to Japan (Gloster Sparrowhawk) and Greece, and being evaluated by the RAF.

The final derivative of the Nighthawk was the Gloster Mars X, also known as the Nightjar. This was intended as a single-seat shipboard fighter to replace Sopwith Camels aboard the Royal Navy's aircraft carriers. It was a simple conversion of surplus Nighthawks, with the Bentley BR2 rotary engine (which was readily available from surplus stocks) replacing the Dragonfly. The Nightjar was a two-bay biplane of wooden construction, and was fitted with a new, wide-track undercarriage, with jaws fitted to act as arresting gear for use with the fore and aft arrestor cables then in use on British aircraft carriers.

The first Nightjar was delivered for evaluation by the Aeroplane and Armament Experimental Establishment in May 1921. A total of 22 Nighthawks were converted to Nightjars in 1922, The Nightjar entered service with 203 Squadron at RAF Leuchars in June 1922. Six Nightjars of 203 Squadron were deployed aboard HMS Argus in September 1922, when Argus sailed for the Dardanelles during the Chanak Crisis.

The Nightjar continued to serve with fighter flights aboard Royal Navy aircraft carriers until replaced by the Fairey Flycatcher in 1924.
