I need more of Kabu being a better dad to Ash than that deadbeat failure of a sperm donor (*cough*Giovanni*cough*).

their not related but Ash clings to Kabu more then any of the younger gym leaders do. it doesn't help that Centiskorch adores the kid almost more then Kabu who's raised it from a newly hatched Sizzlipede.

you can catch the pair hanging around Motostoke and the Galar News and Gossip rags go wild. because even though they aren't related they almost look identical standing side by side. they especially like to visit the food market that pops up every weekend during the more warmer months. you'll most likely see Kabu out and about shopping for weekly groceries while Ash is literally dancing in the background. Pikachu and a ridiculously big sizzlipede sharing space on his shoulders while Ash is double fisiting two very full kabobs. giving each Pokémon a bite from one of the kabobs before taking one himself from the other one.

it's an every weekend thing and it drags a lot of attention from around Galar since videos and pictures fly about and sometimes the other Gym leaders will show up as well. Raihan cooks a lot himself so he's always asking for tips and trick from Kabu to pick out the best produce and Gordie just likes to fuck around and not be near his mom so he's breaking it down in the background with Ash while holding his Shuckle and one of Raihan's Trapinch. Pier's is there in the background with his hoodie up, as much as it can be with all that fucking hair, and he usually has coffee in his hands. getting tugged around by Raihan when the group moves a few stalls down. just trying to survive off of the five minutes of sleep he's got collectively through the week.

Nessa joins when Milo comes along to bring hand cut meat to Kabu around twice a month and Ash is still dancing but he's recruited by Nessa to be her photographer because she always wear fire af fits when visiting anyone on her days off. she is a model after all. Milo just watches them in amusement with Kabu.

not to say he and Ash don't hang out. Kabu and a lot of the other gym leaders of Galar get a bunch of pictures of Ash challenging off the few Dubwool Milo's family keeps around on their farm. he always looses but his laughter as he's being bucked into the side of the barn or into a pile of hay is nothing but pure joy.

sometimes Kabu invites Ash to come with him too Ballonlea because that's where he gets all his mushrooms to cook with, Opal hooks him the fuck up with the best of the best, and Ash is still dancing in the back with Pokémon on his shoulder's but this time he's somehow dancing with Opal's Togekiss balanced perfectly on his head.

yes Ash twerks, he's good at it but uses the moves to dance to the wii themed music that constantly plays in his head, and the world can't really process him doing that with a 83.8 lbs or a 38.0 kgs Pokémon on his head while he does so.

Melony: come get your son, he's T posing Gordie into a corner and I can't take my sons screaming anymore

kabu: he's not my son *shows up anyways to collect Ash who's giggling like the little fucker that he is*

Kabu and Ash have the same disgusted/annoyed look on their face and the world only finds out about it because Rose and Oleana make themselves known during the pairs daily weekend shopping. Ash only starts dancing again when the two leave.

there's a lot of non fire type Pokémon that show up around the gym and it's just a universal fact that 90% of the time it's just Ash's Pokémon he caught in Galar so far. Kabu just takes after them because Professor Magnolia would kill both of them with her cane if her house was flooded with them because Ash doesn't and will never use storage boxes.

since Kabu is a middle aged man and his home turf is Hoenn he absolutely shows Ash some old ass anime he's watched as a kid/young adult and they make a night of it. Allister likes to join the pair and so Bea gets dragged along. they end up watching a lot of Studio Ghibli works later on in their get togethers.

Kabu can actually stay up surprisingly late without issue but he's a big bitch to deal with in the morning. he only grunts, huffs, and snarls like an grumpy Arcanine. Ash has somehow learned what each sound means and has successfully learned Angry Kabu Speak or that's what Gordie and Raihan call it.

Ash ends up staying at Kabu's actual home with the man as he takes on the Galar league, sponsored by Melony so there's no favoritism even though it's exceedingly obvious. it takes the old man three whole ass months before he realizes that Ash had taken over half his yard and somehow turned it into a blooming and fruitful garden.

there's a lot of Hoenn plants that are native but their mostly house plants. hanging from the ceiling in just the right spots to get enough light or taking over a few of the windowsills. a good quarter are in ports made from Hoenn, shipped with the plants which thank you Steven and Wallace, but the majority are handmade pots that Ash finds during his travels around Galar or from the weekend market.

Kabu totally gets a tiny crush on Delia from just the stories Ash tells him about his childhood in Pallet Town during dinner or when something makes a memory pop into Ash's mind. it doesn't help at all that Ash calls her over the Tv system at least twice a week, Wednesday night before dinner and Sunday morning before Ash is dragged into doing the weekly chores to spruce the house up for when Monday comes.

he would never say anything about it to Ash. Kabu would literally kill himself before speaking about having a crush of any size since Ash would go gossip with Nessa who's always around Milo at his farm after work, who'd then go tell Gordie and he'd go snitch to Raihan and Piers. in the end it would somehow work its way up to Rose and Oleana-

yeah, Kabu's lips are sealed shut.

that doesn't stop the blush that lightly colors his cheeks every time Ash pulls Kabu into frame to say hi to his very pretty and very sweet mom.

The first 10 followed Albert and Monokuma to the room where they’ll play. Once ready, everyone is taken to a simulation of the game itself. After that, a screen pans down, revealing Monokuma.

“Huhuhuhu~! I hope you guys enjoy this game and good luck!”

Everyone was given an e-manual and they read the rules and regulations.

“It said…

Everyone is forbidden from leaving the simulation without a valid reason. Anyone who leaves will automatically get killed and will be in the elimination challenge.

If you've been killed, you can leave, but you are not allowed to reveal the killer to the rest, that’s unfair.

You are free to explore the school. 

You can basically do whatever you want, except escaping of course.

Once a murder happened, everyone must go to the class trial. No exceptions.

A body discovery announcement will play when 3 or more people find a corpse.

During the class trial, if the jury figures out the culprit, then they automatically go into elimination. The class must choose one who seemed unhelpful to go against the rest of the losers. The victim/s will receive immunity.

If the jury accuses incorrectly, the culprit will be immune and the victim/s and the accused will be in the elimination.

Please respect Monokuma.

There are secrets to find, so roam around to find them.

“Are you all ready?”

“Y-yep…”

“Have fun!!”

Everyone goes around to do whatever they want at the school.

“Monokuma, thank you very much for doing this,” said Albert.

“You’re very welcome, Al! Now go, do what you need to do.”

Albert leaves the library and gets on the helicopter, leaving Monokuma to monitor everyone else.

Thomas POV:

-Ugh… my head hurts a little.-

(It looks like we’re in a school setting here. Strange.)

“Hey, Thomas!”

-I see Lena, my teammate calling my name-

“Dude, you good?”

-Yeah, I’m good-

“Dang, this school’s huge, ain’t it?”

-Yeah… it's rather… unsettling..-

(Why did they make it huge?)

“Anyway, where do you want to check out first?”

-Hm… we can try the gym first.-

“Good idea.”

General POV:

The duo went to the gym, along with the rest of the group. Monokuma appears in the game to give the motive for them to kill each other.

“What do you have for us, bear?” asked Sergei

“Huhuhu! Glad you asked, cause I got a motive all of you!

-Motive?-

“Motive for all of you to kill each other, duh!”

“Then what is it?”

“I’ll give the successful killers an advantage in the next challenge! You all need to get a headstart right?”

“Yeah, but it seems too good to be true…”

“I’m serious about it!

“Anyway! You know it’s a killing game, right?”

“Yeah…”

“Well good! That’s pretty much it. Now scram!!”

Thomas POV:

-Geez, he’s quite a tyrant for a little bear-

“Yeah, I can’t stand him”

-So, where to now?-

“I don’t know, but let’s hang out at the cafeteria. Bet they got snacks there.”

-Yeah, I haven’t ate for a while…-

General POV:

The duo enter the cafeteria along with some others. They talked about how they can prepare themselves for other challenges in the near future with others. They eventually ate and went on their new day here in the simulation. 

Thomas POV:

“Psst, Thom, come here!”

-Jean? What’s up?-

“I got something to show you!”

-What?-

“Listen to Link!”

“H-hey…”

-Wait… you can talk the entire time!?-

“Yeah…”

-Why didn’t you say stuff from the start?-

“Yeah dude, why?”

“Well… I am uncomfortable talking because of my voice. It sounds weird to me…”

“Dude, you sound fine to us. There’s no need to be silent all the time. Plus, well… at least now we know what you really sound like.”

The trio were chatting about various things before leaving each other.

TA!Ash with a side of both DadIngo and Aurafangshipping?

this is more focused on dad!ingo then Ash bc I love him so much and I need more of him in the au.

\ he's the type of dad who gets really into his kids sports. So whenever Ash or Gary are showing off their skills, either during science conferences or on tv during Pokémon battles, Ingo is absolutely cheering for them with his whole chest. even if he's across the world from them in that moment.

\ also the type to brag though it takes a while for him to get to that point, it helps if he's not really sober to get the ball rolling or if he's super tired. somehow it switches from Ash and Gary talking to Rowan about their accomplishments or findings to Ingo gushing about the two.

\ Dawn and Raihan both come into Ingo's life almost full time, Post-Hisui of course, at the same moment. He doesn't interact with Raihan much and looks towards Rowan for support with talking and hanging out with Dawn since she's complelty knew to him.

\ Gary is an outlier in the whole situation because he doesn't give Ingo the chance to question him or himself and is clinging onto him like a Komala since Rowan isn't a fan of physical touch and Gary is craving desperately for it even if he wont admit it.

\ it's not until Ash invites him to stay in Alola for a week that he and Raihan really get to know each other because the gym leader is there since the Galar league is finally in their off months. While Ash is at work the two of them kinda just wander around the island without a guide, extremally dumb of them, and get into all kinds of shenanigans.

\ the kids don't leave Ash alone regardless if he has guests or not, their clinging onto him even more since the moment Raihan walked with him to the school a week ago. they adore Ingo and even though the man gets overstimulated easily by loud noise he adores them back.

\ "I remember when you were their age." "Shut your up fuck." "Now I would like to see that." "I said SHUT!"

\ Burnet requests Ash, and Raihan's help since he's a well known experience dragon type specialist, to come help with a group of abandoned Noibats that were found in a smuggling ring on a smaller island off the bigger four. leaving Ingo alone for the first time.

\ the kids stumble across him at some tacky gift shopping store and collectively decide that they'll be his guide in getting the perfects gifts for his family back home. they ask him all sorts of questions on what his family members like and dislike and Ingo gets the chance to gush about his 'two wonderful kids and amazing partner back home'.

\ the boys and the cool color duo thinks Ingo's partner is a girl but Lillie's seen the few polaroid pictures that Ash always keeps on hand, because he's a big softy for his family under all the stress and PTSD, and immediately remembers one particular photo. Ash had talked about it before, it was the first one he showed her too.

Most people know Leon as a confident man, but that’s just him when he’s out in public. In private he tends to be quieter. He had invited you over to his place to play the new video game he just bought. You two had been playing the game for about an hour and a half before the electricity went out. Luckily the game had already auto-saved before that happened. The good news is that the water was still running and that Leon has a lot of blankets.

After 4 hours of you two playing board games and card games you notice that Leon was nervous about something. You put your cards face down on the table and looked at him "Leo, what's wrong? You seem nervous about something." "Well, I want to tell you something, Y/N. But I don't know how you will react." "Just tell me, Leo. If you don't tell me I'm going to worry that I did something wrong." He takes a deep breath in and out "I am in love with you, Y/N!"

You take his hands in yours making him look at you. "Oh, Leon. I was waiting for you to tell me. I'm in love with you too." He looks at you surprised "You knew? How?" "You were obvious. You and Gordie were baking brownies at his apartment when the blizzard hit. Luckily you two were making regular brownies and they were finished right as the power went out. So with Coalossal as your light. You two ended up talking about both of your childhoods. You told Gordie about how your mom was the one who taught you how to battle and it was your dad who taught you how to take care of Pokémon.

After a while of sharing stories, Gordie let his true feelings about you slip through. "This is why I fell in love with you, Y/N." Silence filled the room as his face dropped. "I uhh. I'm sorry, Y/N. I didn't mean to tell you like this." You place a hand on his cheek and kiss him on the lips. You pull away and say "It's alright, Gordie. I love you too. I was too nervous to tell you."

His face still had a look of shock on it from you kissing him. "Well, I'm glad I finally told you because my mom was going to tell if I didn't before tomorrow." You both laugh about how funny it is because that would have been awkward for the both you. You two end up eating all the brownies before heading to bed. He did let you sleep in his bed while he slept on the couch since you two just started dating.

You and Raihan were at his house playing video games. From Spyro to Crash Bandicoot to Just Dance. As you two were in the middle of playing Mario Kart on the Wii the power went out. "Damn it! I was so close to winning! What happened?" Raihan exclaimed "I'll go check." You answered and went to the closest window and drew back the curtains. You saw that it was a snowstorm. "It is a snowstorm. It must have knocked something down." You inform him as you head back to where he was sitting. "What do you want to do now?" You asked "We could play two truths and a lie." Raihan suggested "Sure"

It was about 20 minutes later and it was Raihan's turn. "I hate being cold, I hate being hot, and I love you more than Leon loves battling." "Obviously the lie is that you hate being cold." "Correct." "Wait. What was the last thing you said?" "Correct?" "No. I mean before that." His face turns read "I love you more than Leon loves battling?" "You love me, Raihan?" "I do. I just didn't mean it to come out this way. I guess my brain went blank and it just came out of my mouth." You go over to him and hug him. "It is alright. I love you too Raihan." After that, you two just started talking about random topics until you two fell asleep.

It was no secret that Leon wanted to have a family with you someday. With his obvious breeding kink, and the way the two of you often discussed it. About four years into your marriage, when you were both in your late twenties, you both decided that maybe it was time to have a baby. You’d have more time after all, with Leon now running the battle tower.

You two quickly started trying, and after countless nights spent in one another’s arms… It finally happened. You’d been feeling a little strange the past three weeks and were suspecting it was a baby, but weren’t sure. At the end of the third week you finally took a test, and were delighted to see it was positive. You cried a little to yourself out of joy, at the prospect of finally having a child with your husband.

You told him later that night, while you both were in bed, and he sat straight up. He was silent for a few moments, before tackling you into the mattress with a cackle. He was so excited he started sobbing, talking about how excited he was for this baby, and to be a father.

The main downside of your first pregnancy; the morning sickness. Oh it was dreadful. This baby was making you so nauseous, and you threw up very often. Leon tried his best to be as accommodating as possible, and did a very good job. He was supportive, sweet, and gave you your space when you got mad at him for what he’d done to you.

When the first ultrasound came around, Leon cried upon hearing your unborn child’s heartbeat. You knew he’d cry, and tried not to sob along with him. You were just glad he was so invested.

When your bump finally began to make its’ appearance, Leon was ecstatic. He was so happy to finally see the baby, and just how much hotter it made you. He loved resting his hand on it, and fucking you silly becuase of it. You were feeling a little self conscious with your new body changes, but Leon reassured you every time.

By the end of your first trimester, you both decided it was high time you told your families. His mother is always asking when you two will have kids anyway, because she just can’t wait to be a grandmother. Well nonetheless, when you both dropped the bomb, everyone was ecstatic. Hop was no better, he was so excited to be an uncle to your unborn child.

Your friends were no better when they found out, Sonia and Nessa flipped out, Raihan smiled wider than you’ve ever seen him grin, and Piers and Marnie actually looked decently joyful.

When your second trimester rolled around, you were certainly rounder, and less nauseous. And Leon was even hornier for you. Your cravings began to kick in, and Leon did keep track of what you were eating, just to make sure it was mostly healthy. You mostly wanted fruit anyway.

Leon was hoping the baby was a girl, in all honesty. He just always thought he’d make a better girl dad, and was seriously hoping for a daughter.

And finally the day came when you could find out what kind of baby you were having. You both wanted to know the gender beforehand, to not only pick out a name, but also make sure the nursery was decorated accordingly. Leon cried again when he saw the ultrasound of your child, and you both anxiously waited to know what the gender was. The doctor smiled at you and said:

“It’s a girl.”

You were both over the moon to finally know what you were having, and Leon cried even more after finding out about your unborn daughter.

He loved decorating the nursery with you, you both decided on pastel purple and yellow instead of pink, becuase she already had plenty of pink baby clothes. You were working on a list of names too, which Leon proved to be very picky about.

Your daughter was rapidly growing, and moving around a lot too. Leon loved feeling her flutter around in there, and even more so when she began kicking. He’d always feel for kicks when you two were snuggling, and would giggle when she smacked against his hand. He also liked talking to her, which you thought was adorable.

He thought you were hotter than ever too, and frankly, you got super horny in your second trimester. So sex became a daily thing.

Finally your third trimester rolled around, and your daughter was not leaving a lot of room inside you. You were exhausted, and took the next three months off because of just how tired you were. You felt like a Wailord, but Leon didn’t see it that way.

All your friends and family were very excited for the arrival of the baby, and even sent you guys a few gifts. Hop knitted Dubwool’s wool into a jumper for her. (Gloria taught him how).

But by week thirty seven, everything was kicked into high-gear. In the afternoon, you started having contractions, and quickly called Leon. He decided to meet you at the hospital, because he was in the middle of a match.

My man had a full out panic attack on the way there. But like… in a good way.

When he met you there, you were already in the room with Sonia. She quickly left, and you two were alone. You were already five centimeters dialed, and terribly nervous.

After six hours of waiting for her, your unborn daughter finally decided now was the time to come out. Leon stayed by your head the entire time you pushed, and let you break his hand for all he cared. He was terrified on the inside, but tried to be as calm as possible on the outside.

Halfway through pushing, it was determined that your daughter was breeched. Apparently she had her father’s awful sense of direction already. You were moved from your back, to leaning on the side of the bed while standing, so gravity could do its work.

You continued pushing for another long while, all the while Leon was ever so supportive. You were getting exhausted… This was taking too long, why didn’t she want to come out?

When the room was silent for a moment, something caught your attention.

A soft baby’s cry.

She was here.

Leon brought you in for a quick yet passionate kiss as you both started crying. You were placed back on your back, as your daughter was taken away to be cleaned and checked up.

When she came back a few minutes later, completely swaddled, you and Leon finally got a good look at her. She was so tiny, the doctors said she was only six pounds.

She had her father’s tan skin, along with his golden eyes, but she had a full head of your hair, which was spiky, just like Leon’s. You both sobbed over just how cute she was.

Leon began crying even harder when he got to hold her, and gave her a soft kiss on her little forehead. She squeaked at him, and grasped his finger.

When you got to do skin to skin with her, a nurse came in to get her name. You and Leon knew just what to name her, the name you’d agreed on weeks ago.

Adelina Daphne Woodrow was born at 8:26 pm, on the first of October.

And she was perfect.

Everyone was ecstatic to meet Adelina, but you both wanted to wait a little while. Hop and Leon’s mother got to meet her first, and cried so hard at the sight of her. They both thought she was precious, and she was cuddled so much.

When you finally got to bring her home a few days later, she was actually a surprisingly easy baby. She was quite calm (except for when she was hungry) and loved to be held. You and Leon held her as much as you could, because you were totally infatuated with your daughter.

As the days went by, Adelina grew from a small, swaddled bundle, to an actual baby. She kept you both awake at night, but you loved her for it. She was a heavy sleeper too, and often conked out on her father.

When she learned to crawl, she was much faster than either of you. She was a struggle to keep up with, which got even harder once she started walking. She showed an immediate interest in Pokemon, which Leon was thrilled about.

And of course, her first word was “daddy”. It caught Leon completely off guard, and he came to you crying. You were only slightly jealous.

You loved the little family you had, and Adelina was perfect in every way.
