The capital of the state of Signa is known for many things; the pleasantness of its weather is not one of them. Battered by coastal rains for a good chunk of the summer and autumn every year, the old capital of the Signan Republic has survived off its nourishing monsoon rainfall for centuries. And, given the prosperity of the Republic at its height, the city enjoys a modern, broad, and tall skyline, dotted with limited green space, mostly centred around the hilly, difficult-to-urbanise quarters, all the way up to it's mountainous borders in the North and East.
