I got Zuked! 🙃 . Hadn’t checked the garden for a few days, & while passing by the zucchini bush I felt a chill & the presence of a large, dark creature lurking in the shadows. . Parted the leaves to discover this Green Beast ready to zuke me back to the stone age. It already had sucked the lifeforce from the little zucchini behind it. . The lesson for this spring has been … persistent patience with perfected timing. Knowing the days we are heading into there is never going to be enough places to grow food. Today we finished up three new garden boxes that could potentially feed more than enough people when science project number two for summer 2023 gets underway. Thank you @dabuck50 for your help! You may have read in the post from yesterday, the canning science project number one for 2023, that is already in full swing. Now with the new boxes right out side the door we have more options for local, home grown food to fill jars. As I figure out the plan, even though we are getting a late start, the explanation of science project number two will be coming soon.
