See, if someone asked, Mibuchi could say that he’s friends with you.
It wouldn’t be an outright lie -you’ve been in the same classes since middle school, he’s seen how you act around your friends and wave everyone goodbye with a smile- but maybe it isn’t exactly the truth either. Safer to say, Mibuchi knows of you. Would even call you an acquaintance of sorts, and he’s pretty sure you guys were sort of friendly when you were twelve and he sat next you in class for a good couple months — he might even have walked you home at some point.
You could have been friends, if he’d been a little less busy with basketball practice in middle and high school, a little less busy with the team. Because really, he’d have had every opportunity to. You were in the cheer squad for a couple years, and he’s pretty sure you were one of the girls who helped collect funds for the Rakuzan bus rides from and to tournaments- and you always seemed pleasant, kind. If he hadn’t been so focused on his sport career, he might’ve even had a bit of a crush on you.
Not that he plans on making up for it now, but it’s not hard to see or admit that you’re pretty stunning, you were back then— and you definitely are today. Perfectly manicured nails and beautifully glossy hair that makes you look full and warm and modelesque all at once. You shine. It’s hard not to notice someone like you whenever he sees you at their matches. He knows he’s not the only one. College jocks are hardly the picture of self restraint, and if you think signed athletes are any different, you’d be wrong. But all of that doesn’t really matter, because you don’t sit in the stands for him.
The redhead that he has spent the past few years playing alongside is lucky to call you more than friends. He respects Akashi. There’s almost no way around it when you play on a team alongside the guy, that pure, unfiltered resolve he has, and the steely brute force it sometimes takes the form of. Akashi wouldn’t exactly have it any other way too, and though that might get annoying if he were anyone else, Mibuchi isn’t arrogant enough to acknowledge that the guy plays best when he knows people he respects have his back. That type of world-class talent doesn’t come around a lot.
The redhead that has you sitting looking pretty in the stands is the same boy that’d shove you to the concrete in grade 2. The one he saw yank your pigtails and put glue in your backpack, isn’t he? The one who started the talk that you’d kissed a teacher under the bleachers, and stood by when Hayama stuck his hand up your skirt? Yeah, it’s probably because you aren’t friends that he doesn’t understand. All he knows is that kids grow up, and he respects the Captain.
So it’s because he respects Akashi that he finds himself in this situation, isn’t it?
You’re tiny. Well, everyone is sort of ‘tiny’ compared to most professional basketballers… but leaning against the concrete pillar with your perfect outfit and your arms wrapped around yourself, not a hair out of place - it is more vibes than actual appearance that makes you seem small. Compact, tiny, quiet, if he didn’t know any better, he’d liken you to a skittish little animal. You’re waiting, eyes scanning everyone briefly as they stream out. It’s sort of lonely looking, though. His head reminds him it isn't really his problem, but hey, it feels weird to pretend to not see you too.
And he supposes you are kinda friendly, right? As his long legs carry him through the sliding doors of the training center, he plops a sucker between his lips, glances over his shoulder and - makes the executive choice to walk up to you. If only to entertain you a little while Akashi takes his time running through the coaches’ comments, like he usually does. You blank when you notice him walk up, before doing a quick double take at the doors, and he takes the sort of deer-in-headlights look as a question on your end. “Akashi’s probably going to be a little bit longer, if I had to guess.”
“Oh. I see.” You let out a nervous little laugh, and wring your hands together, and he takes a brief second to look at you. Sure, he hasn’t exactly been very chatty when you’ve strolled in during practices with forgotten bento boxes, or when you sit at the very front row during matches with your perfectly presented exterior and a nervous glitter in your eyes, or even when it seems you’ve been dragged along to the teams events— but from what he knows of you… in the past, you’re not the shy little bunny standing before him now. It almost makes him a little self-conscious. Is it him that’s making you hesitate, or are you just… different now? People do change, after all. Still, it doesn’t seem… like change.
“I’m… Mibuchi, I was in the same class as you a lot growing up.” He finds himself explaining, in case you forgot. He wouldn’t exactly blame you if you did. If you managed to forgive and forget for Akashi, you could’ve forgotten most other things.
But you pause, and then your face softens into a slow smile. “I remember you, Reo-kun. We were desk mates in Ms. Tanaka’s class. You were always nice to me.” Right, with your high ponytail and cute bangs and your flowery frilly shirts. Thinking about it harder, he definitely did have somewhat of a crush on you back then. “It’s nice to get to talk to you again, it’s been so long.”
“You still like basketball, huh?” he asks, and you laugh and look at the floor, before nodding.
It takes a few seconds for your eyes to meet his again. “Yes, I guess so. Don’t have much of a choice.” It lingers when your voice goes a little more quiet. Right. Because, your boyfriend’s a pro-athlete. “Don’t get me wrong, I like the games! It’s really nice to get swept up in the excitement of it from time to time.” You sound light, breezy … but almost mournful too. It’s somewhere in your eyes, your long lashes unable to hide the deepness of it. “Honestly, I can’t wait for the season to start again.” Another beat passes, before you seem to snap out of it, and refocus on him. “You’re still playing too.”
Whatever tension crept up in his shoulders doesn’t loosen when he grins. “Almost fifteen years now, can’t let that streak go to waste.” He sucks on the lollipop for a long moment, before tilting his head. “Besides, pretty sure Akashi wouldn’t let me.”
It cracks your carefully crafted expression. For a split second -surprising both himself and you, it seems, because then your smile is picture perfect again. The same perfect smile you give everyone when they say ‘hi’ and Akashi laces his hand with yours. Or when you blow back a kiss across the field. And see, he isn’t too concerned with people’s reactions, usually. But it’s so sudden that it feels … weird. Everything suddenly feels weird. You never wear Akashi’s jerseys, even when he stuffs them into your hand before matches. Not that you have to… it’s just, you used to be cheer captain. It seems like something you’d want to do.
That sits weirdly.
“You’re definitely right about that,” you agree, but the light of it doesn’t reach your eyes. Before he can think about it, the electronic doors slide open behind him— and as if you’re burned, you take a few steps away and into a new line of sight. “‘Juro, you’re back!”
“Why aren’t you waiting in the car, stupid?” is the first thing that comes out, reaching for you like you’re a lost child, as his mismatched eyes find Mibuchi. His face is perfectly blank of emotion as it always seems to be. “You guys were talking?”
Instantly, your eyes shoot up to his, and you seem to cling a little harder. “No! N-no, just… Mibuchi was waiting with me. We’re done.” You fiddle with the chain of your necklace when your boyfriend stays quiet and stares you down, searching for … a lie? An explanation? Whatever it is makes Mibuchi feel like he shouldn’t be watching. But he can’t pull away from the scene. His teammate eventually leans down to kiss you long and deep, and your shoulders drop a tad bit. Not enough to look relaxed.
“Hm.” If Akashi notices, he doesn’t mention it, and instead brushes his lips along your temple. “We should get home then. You look a little tired.” You don’t agree, but your feet start moving robotically upon the prompt, and the noiret takes that as the only clue he’s gonna get that the conversation is over.
“See you two next… practice,” he starts to say as you two walk off, but quiets down as you turn over your shoulder to look at him. There’s something off about your eyes. At least, he swears— there is. It makes him feel like he’s crazy. Because your pretty smile is right there, and you’re wrapping your perfectly manicured fingers around Akashi’s bicep.
The look doesn’t fade when Akashi simply nods, and ushers you along with a hand that lands in the dip of your spine. “Sure.”
+
The next time he sees you isn’t at practice. It takes him aback a little, putting the weights he was curling down to straighten up for a better view. You’re looking around like a lost puppy, and the reflection on the large glass panes boxing him off hides most of you from view, but sure enough- it’s you. Just you, once more, rubbing your hands along your arms as you wait in line for something.
It isn’t his business. It really isn’t, but- you didn’t show up to any of their matches or practices the last two weeks. Is it so strange that he’s sort of glad to see you alive and well? Not that he’d ever think badly of Akashi, but you’d been in such a bad mood when you left, and it just… didn’t seem right. He takes his water bottle to toss it onto his bag, before jogging on over out of the gates and around the corner right when you slip out of view. A few people walk around him, and he catches a brief look of your face as you hesitantly slip a card into the ATM.
Your hands are shaking. They’re shaking, and your lip is screwed between your teeth and… if it wasn’t you, he’d think you were doing something nefarious. “Hey,” he softly breathes as he walks up, and your jumpy squeak only makes him more uncomfortable.
Your eyes are so wide when you turn around. “Mibuchi! —Oh, Reo… it’s you.” The device behind you beeps. “Sorry, I,” your pretty face paints on a smile as you take out the money and slide it neatly into your purse, “I wasn’t expecting anyone to talk to me.” There’s a moment of silence as he scans you up and down, and that horrible feeling drops back into his gut. He can’t help it, it’s laced in the air between you two, it’s on his tongue, it’s in your eyes when you blink up at him. “Reo? Are you- okay?”
“Yes, I’m fine,” he nods, wiping his hands on his gym shorts. Is— should he say something? Is there something to say? It’s not like he can just … ask if you’re being treated badly. Hell- he’s been friends with Akashi since high school- he trusts the guy! There’s absolutely no reason he should be thinking like this. “You look beautiful,” he ends up blurting out, unable to think of anything else to say. “Me and the guys missed you at practice.”
“O-oh,” you giggle, and shake your head. “I was just a bit… busy at home, that’s all. I hoped Seijuro would’ve told you guys not to expect me.” Either you’re a really good actor, or some of your nerves slide off of you when you look up at him, and this time, he believes the smile. “But I guess I don’t have to tell you what he’s like, he isn’t really the talking type.” There’s a certain fondness in your eyes when you shrug. “You know, Seijuro bought me a ring five weeks into dating, when we were in high school. Said he knew what he wanted, and that he’d make me the happiest wife on the planet if I agreed.” You giggle. “At sixteen years old, he was already that way. I thought it was really romantic back then, his smittenness.”
This he remembers. Akashi talked about it in the locker room once, knowing you’d be cheering in the stands, he’s pretty sure he even showed off the ring despite the ridicule. Did you still wear Akashi’s jerseys back then? He can’t for the life of him figure out why he cares to remember so bad. Your tongue swipes out to brush your lips. “We’re a long ways out from high school now, huh?” Mibuchi’s hand twitches by his side as he watches the smile die out, but what the hell can he say. He wasn’t there for either of you, not really. If something did happen, would he even know?
His eyes sink down your face ever so briefly to your throat when you look off. There’s a mark purple and red where a necklace would have sat, bruised all around, and though faded- he stops smiling.
“What’s that?!”
You jerk away with an uncomfortable glance, and a shake of your head. Fuck, he wants you to say something. He wants you to tell him some stupid story about a rash or a tumble, to tell him to fuck off and leave you be, because it isn’t his business- but you don’t. Maybe he does consider you a friend. “Hey, if- you ever need anything,” need help, he wants to say, but the word doesn’t make it out of his mouth. “You just have to ask, you know?” He doesn’t exactly expect you to drop everything and beg for aid in the middle of Kyoto, but the pristine calm that washes over you is almost eerie.
Your eyes find his. “Well— I- I want to visit my mom.” The tremble in your voice is soft, but it’s there, squeezing your fingers a little tighter. “Can you drop me off at the nearest train station? Seijuro’s off on a little business trip today, and he’s got his car. I don’t really… want to wait until he’s back.” A nagging little voice in the back of his head tells him not to get involved.
But the voice isn’t loud enough. “Of course, yeah.”
+
Akashi’s passes are bad today. He’s been on edge seemingly all practice, wiping sweat off the back of his neck as he talks to the manager- and Mibuchi doesn’t feel entirely comfortable just walking up to him. They don’t have the friendship they did in high school, and though he still appreciates the guy, there’s a space there that wasn’t there before. As if on cue, the redhead’s eyes flick up and meet his, differently colored eyes scanning him up and down, and Mibuchi looks away. He doesn’t want to seem too interested in your business, he’s pretty sure you wouldn’t want him to be either— but he can’t exactly pretend not to be curious anymore. It’s basically leaking out of him onto the polished floor.
Did you get home okay after? Did you and Akashi talk? Did you fight?
The first hour results in a record of missed 3 pointers and shitty teamwork, so clearly the tension isn’t just in his head. Even their stern watcher of a coach eventually grits his teeth. “All of you, I want you to regroup before the end of the night, or I’ll have you dribbling until your arms fall off.” Everyone straightens out and gives a quick ‘yes, coach’. His eyes then slide to the Captain, and he crosses his arms. “Akashi, take a rest, you’re all over the place today.”
“You almost elbowed me in the face earlier, dude,” the shooting guard softly mumbles upon the prompt, and it’s barely a second before Akashi’s nose to nose with the man, his fist wound in the sweaty jersey by his throat. Everyone freezes up, and even the long-time coach is caught off guard by the sudden flare of anger. But Akashi doesn’t falter, and hisses out his words.
“Stay out of my fucking way then. This is my court, and you’re on my team. You serve me.”
The gruff older man stands up to separate the two with a short bark of the Captain’s name, as those devilish mismatched eyes flick up. “Akashi! Bench, now. You pull a stunt like that again and you’ll remain there.” It’s like there’s a black cloud over the entire gym that makes them hold their breath, until every so slowly, the fist unfurls and drops. The redhead doesn’t say another word, but his brows are just as furrowed as he steps back, and looks around. Those fiery eyes pass over Mibuchi just briefly, and he swears they stare a little longer than they should. “Now line up, you shitty little brats!”
“Yes, coach!”
Shoes squeak on the floor as they line up, and Mibuchi lingers on the interaction a bit longer. The shorter man catches the ball tossed at him, and slowly straightens up as he clicks his tongue. “Yes, coach.” He can’t shake the glare or the thinly laced impatience in his voice.
+
It displays almost three on the blinking alarm clock when the rattling at his door wakes him. There’s an impatient knock, and then another few ones about twenty seconds later that have him throwing the covers off. The house is as he left it for the night when he drags himself towards the entrance and waits for a moment longer, before a tiny sniffle catches him entirely off guard. It’s a woman. His tired mind still instantly comes upon you, and he unlocks the door when a hand again meets the wood.
The apartment light doesn’t fail him. It is you, though there’s a darkness under your eyes -smudged mascara- and your hands are bound before you, as you’re basically held up by your neck and you’re pushed into the doorway. Mibuchi stumbles as his hands land on your arms to stop your fall, and for a brief moment, everything seems okay.
Until the door is closed behind the three of you and the person who pushed glares with an anger that he can feel burn his skin. Akashi. The normally quiet, demanding Captain doesn’t have much of his usual restraint when he picks you back up by your arm and holds you out as if you’re a stolen toy— and he sneers as the hiss of his voice cuts. “You think I’m fucking stupid? I saw you looking at her all of last season’s practices. But she doesn’t actually want you, does she? She tried her very fucking best to run off, to no avail.” He briefly glares down at you when you whimper, and shake your head against the gag in your mouth. “Don’t pout, slut, you deserve to be punished. Don’t you think?”
You’re crying. Hard, a desperate, trashing cry that’s making his hairs stand upright. And he doesn’t think you could ever look ugly, but you’re definitely crying like you want the ground to swallow you up whole, and like the action of struggling this hard is causing you pain. “No, I don’t wanna.”
The entire scene doesn’t make any sense. Why are you — why is Akashi here? It fries his brain the longer he thinks, and his hands slowly slide off of your arms to take a tiny step back. “Captain…,” Mibuchi starts, reaching out to hold your hand. Akashi should let go of you. You’re hurt.
The movement has Akashi’s irises back on his teammate with fire, eyes wide and accusatory. “Move.” He takes you by your collar and drags you like you’re a kitten, before shouldering Mibuchi out of his own doorway to deposit you on the cold floor. It knocks him out of his daze enough to at least process the situation. This can’t be his former friend pulling something like this— but it’s playing out right before him. What the fuck? “I had to spend the entirety of yesterday driving up to Tokyo because of the stupid shit my flighty little wife pulled,” Akashi’s voice is tighter now, calmer, but not any less vicious as he watches you.
“Maybe if you get on your knees and beg my forgiveness, I won’t let everyone know what a fucking whore you are.” Through the gag, your muffled, pitched voice sounds out in the openness of his apartment. You look so pitiful, and Akashi’s not letting up as he grips your face to pull it only about an inch away from his own. “Apologize. You are mine. Doesn’t matter how far you run, you’re always going to be mine.” A thumb brushes along your cheeks to get rid of the silvery tracks. “I love you. You know I do.”
“You should let go of her,” his own voice comes before he has time to think it over. This situation is absurd, and he isn’t willing to just stand by to watch you get treated this way— at least, that’s until the other man turns to him and the brief moment of kindness is replaced by a darkness that flashes over his face.
The redhead’s hand disappears into his pocket, glaring at him from his elevated position in the baren light of the room. “Shut your fucking mouth, Mibuchi.” There’s not a sliver of familiarity left when he clicks his tongue, and like he’s the one who’s disgusted, narrows his eyes. “Don’t forget who you’re talking to.” The tense silence is only made more pressing by the way you give him those fearful eyes, shaking your head ‘no’ as the man before him steps a bit closer. “I am not here to ask your opinion… I’m here to punish her.” As he points in your direction, his hand comes out of his pocket with a knife, glittering brilliantly even in the dark, and is then aimed towards him. Your pinched crying starts up again when he pulls your head up by your hair, and Akashi raises an eyebrow.
“You think you’re the first with notions of heroism? This brat runs like it’s a hobby. You’re not special.” His eyes burn. “If I hear you talk to me again, I’ll hurt her,” he breathes, deathly serious as he turns to you, “and if you don’t obey, I’ll hurt him, okay? I know you don’t want that, baby doll.” When you wildly shake your head again, he kneels down by your side, and Mibuchi can’t do anything but watch as the spit-filled gag is pulled down your chin and Akashi cups your cheek to kiss you ever so softly. “I know, I know, it’s okay. You were being friendly, hm? You’d never use our friend here for your own protection. But you still let me find you, and now you get punished, you know that.”
“Seijuro, I’m sorry, please,” your voice barely sounds like you. It’s hoarser, desperate, and cracking with tears as wetness and snot runs on your face— “please let’s just go home. We don’t have to make up here, I won’t- I won’t run again, I promise.” Akashi stills for a second too long to pretend to be indifferent. But he still hardens up, and simply turns over his shoulder to look at the noiret with a cold look.
“Where’s the bedroom?”
“N- ‘Juro- no, you start struggling again through your tears, and he wants to help you. “Please anything but this, I beg you! Seijuro!” Your poor wrists look rubbed raw because of the fabric, and be it the dejected look in your eyes or the sound of your cries ringing through his house -it sparks another surge of adrenaline in him. But the Captain doesn’t repeat himself, and the words ring through his skull. I’ll hurt her. “I’ll be your good girl-” you start, before dissolving into a mess of cries when the redhead wraps an arm around your belly and pulls you up onto your feet against him. You go soft and quiet when your face is against his chest, and Akashi presses the sharp blade of the knife into your neck.
“Well?”
“It’s to the left.” Mibuchi has no other choice, does he? He has no way of knowing if the man before him would actually hurt you— he doesn’t even know the person standing before him now. As he trails his eyes over the two of you in both worry and stress, the glitter of the ring on your finger doesn’t miss him. You really did get married, didn’t you? Was it always like this? He can’t imagine you’d have stayed as long as you have if it was… but then again, he clearly doesn’t know anything about Akashi. He doesn’t know anything about you either, from the looks of things.
“Come along,” Akashi says, leading the way to the abandoned bedroom with too steady a step. If he wasn’t so worried about getting you hurt -or worse- he could probably make a run for his phone charging on the kitchen counter. But by the time police got here, it’d be too late. So instead he just slowly, carefully follows behind as you’re deposited on the messed up sheets of his own bed, and stands in the doorway with baited breath. As Akashi slowly starts to undo each button of your silky pyjamas, a horrible feeling settles in his stomach, and he clears his voice. There’s no way it can be what he thinks it is. The stretch of skin revealed to him is littered with fresh hickeys, and Mibuchi looks away.
Not quick enough, clearly, because you pull up a sniffled breath and let out a little whine when Akashi hums. “Always make me embarrass you like this.” The soft lilt to his tone is almost gentle, if he wasn’t threatening you with a knife a minute earlier. “Crying like a baby until you get what you want, hm?” The ruffling of clothes is enough to have heat come up onto Mibuchi’s face, resolutely boring his eyes into the doorframe instead of you. Akashi can’t be serious. He clears his voice, and the Captain sighs. “So how long have you been in love with my wife?”
“Huh?” He looks up to see the way you’re holding the undone shirt to your chest and barely keeping your modesty, and Akashi giving him a blank look. “I- I’m not-”
“Sure you are. Just look at her.” He apraises you from his spot beside the bed, and runs his long fingers along your jaw and shoulder with a little breath. “She’s absolutely perfect. Aren’t you, baby? My beautiful little doll.” The kiss he lays onto your lips is genuinely soft, and loving, and a cold spike comes to Mibuchi’s spine at the sight of you melting into the touch despite everything. “Always perfect for me…” Akashi whispers, and then straightens up. “That’s exactly why I can’t let you go.”
He turns over his shoulder briefly to look at Mibuchi, and then sighs. “You should take a seat. I’m going to remind my little whore wife exactly who she belongs to- you sit and be quiet, understand?”
He can’t bring himself to answer verbally, but at the pleading look in your eyes -the one currently eating him up as much as it is sending hot flares down his body- he slowly takes the farthest corner of the bed and sits. Your eyes don’t manage to make it to his as Akashi unclasps your arms from around you and peels the last of your soft top off. His eyes flick down instinctively, he can’t help it, and makes his mouth a little more dry. You’re - beautiful, embarrassment coloring your cheeks and ears and chest with obvious humiliation that only makes the redhead hum. “You’re so pretty.” His rough palm comes under your face to grab it and force it to turn. “Look at Mibuchi, isn’t this what you wanted?”
“N-no,” you whimper, but bite your lip hard, and your chest rises and falls rapidly.
“You don’t like being watched?”
“You know I don’t,” your voice comes out soft, but there’s an edge there that only makes Akashi’s mouth twitch, as he forces you to uncross your legs. He starts work there too, peeling off your shorts down beautiful smooth thighs. The noiret tries to stop himself from watching so intently, he truly does, because it’s clear you hate every second that he stares. But — fuck, your little whimpers are making his heart race. He’s just a guy, and the stress, and flood of adrenaline is betraying him now. Once your shorts and panties are off, Akashi just watches for a moment, and you take a deep breath. “You can’t bully me into liking it, Seijuro.”
He barely reacts. Brushes his rough thumbs along your tits and over your nipples, and pushes you back on the bed. “Shhh. We’re having a moment, baby. I didn’t want to do this, you know?” Akashi speaks like he’s cherishing you with his lips hovering yours, nudging your one thigh apart to make room for his hand as he runs two fingers along your slit. “But you make me. You’re just a stupid, dumb girl acting out because you want to be reminded of who you belong to, hm?” You shiver, and he spits onto his hand to start grinding his rough palm against your pussy as you close your eyes.
“No. No, I don-”
“No? You did this with Aomine,” he sighs, working two of his thick fingers inside you and you wiggle and hide your face into your shoulder, “and you did this with Kise too. But you’re still here. You just like getting your pussy fucked hard when you make me mad. Say it.”
“Ah- Seijuro, I-” His fingers curl in you, and your back lifts off the bed as your mouth opens into a silent moan. “Ah, ah— I like getting my pussy- fucked h-hard,” your voice is barely a whimper, but it’s quiet in the room save for everyone’s labored breathing as the slick sound of your pussy gets messier and louder. As you’re curling your hips onto his hand and resisting the urge to really fuck yourself onto his fingers, he pulls his shirt over his head and reveals the hard on covered by flimsy basketball shorts— and you let out a squeak. “Seijuro, ‘juro, I feel- mh-” You can’t even string a proper sentence together as he grunts, and traps your poor clit against the fleshy part of his palm.
“You should apologize for using Mibuchi,” Akashi softly says, a faint little grin on his lips that shows the glee in his eyes even more. “Go on.”
“But I— I didn’t use- ah, ahh-fuck.” Your wetness is glistening every time Akashi pulls his hand back and forces long fingers back in you- and you stuff the fabric of the gag back between your lips just to bite it hard as your tits are squeezed and he pinches your clit until your thighs shake. Then you cry, and open teary eyes to the man still frozen at the end of the bed. He doesn’t want you to look. To notice the shame pooling in his gut. “‘M sorry for using you.” Your snively look is too much.
Akashi hikes one of your thighs to your chest as he pulls his cock out and only shakes his head a little in disbelief, before lining up and pushing the drooling, red head in one hard pump inside. You whine out, and he licks his teeth as he grabs your throat and squeezes. “Needy fucking bitch. If you want to get your cunt fucked harder, you- should-” Each thrust slaps hard against your skin and hikes you further up, tits bouncing as your hands grab his forearms. “learn- to ask. Now Mibuchi will have to fuck his fist thinking of you, hm? Your- ugh- fault.”
His cock grinds deep inside your belly, hitting that spot good enough that you can’t open your eyes. Your ring glitters like your slicked pussy does, and the silvery tears on your cheeks. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” you shake your head and sob, biting down on your puffy lips hard and clinging on. You look sorry. But with each thrust and squelch of your pussy taking Akashi as deep as you can, that look gets a little more faded. Maybe you're good at forgiving and forgetting.
You certainly look it.

I've got some more chronic Akashi brainrot for y'all...
I had re-watched parts of Last Game not too long and I remember the scene after Team Vorpal Swords won when Riko's dad bought a bunch of snacks and drinks for everyone to celebrate. While eating, Midorima asked Akashi (referring to the haphazard way snacks were spread across the table), "Are you sure you're okay with something so sloppy, Akashi?" And Akashi looked at him and said, "What are you talking about? We used to sit around and celebrate like this in middle school all the time."
It really stuck in my head for a reason I kinda mentioned the other day, when I was talking about Akashi's dynamic with Hayama. I won't explain that entire post, but I was mainly discussing how Hayama is touchy with Akashi but Akashi never minds, and the last sentence of my post regarding that was, "Akashi seems to be very unfazed whenever he's manhandled by his Rakuzan teammates which shows that he was never really that uptight about people touching him to begin with and people just assumed he was". This brings me to the main topic of this post: Akashi Seijuro and the assumptions the KNB cast has about his personality.
As I love to point out on this godforsaken app, Akashi has been done dirty by every adult in his life with the exception of his mother. So much of what went wrong in his 3rd year at Teiko was due to high expectations and the idea that Akashi was not allowed to be anything less than perfect at whatever he did, but at the root of all of this are assumptions.
False assumptions that he was able to handle such a heavy workload. False assumptions that he was ready to be captain in his second year. False assumptions that he was coping with stress well. False assumptions that he wasn't already cracking before he even enrolled in Teiko. He was let down so many times by so many people because people assumed he was okay when he wasn't and hadn't been for YEARS.
And I think it's a big reason as to how and why the rest of the Teiko gang unintentionally isolated Akashi back in middle school. They put Akashi on a pedestal and assumed that there was some sort of invisible barrier between him and the rest of the team. In the same way when, during Last Game, Midorima assumed Akashi would stick his nose up at... eating chips and drinking juice with the homies... everyone has this idea that Akashi is more haughty than he actually is? Akashi isn't haughty at all. In fact, the Replace Plus Chapters highlight the fact that he's the complete opposite. This boy saved a baby in one chapter, and as the mother of the baby profusely thanks him, he says "Anyone could have done that." As if he didn't showcase superhuman reaction time and reflexes by pulling a baby out of a runaway stroller coming down a hill at high speed right before the stroller was obliterated by an oncoming truck. 💀
These assumptions make even less sense when Akashi has already shown people how much he doesn't want to be put on a pedestal. Again, back to the scene in Last Game, Midorima assumed Akashi wouldn't be down for the "sloppy" afterparty, but Akashi had to remind Midorima that they'd already done things like that in middle school. Momoi has cute nicknames for every member of the Teiko gang except Akashi, who she refers to simply as "Akashi-kun". Maybe that was her assuming Akashi would never accept being called by a cute nickname. Never mind the fact that he already was being addressed as "Akashicchi" and "Aka-chin" by Kise and Murasakibara, respectively, and then later was being addressed as "Sei-chan" by Mibuchi. And you can't even argue that she didn't want to make Akashi uncomfortable, because Midorima has outwardly expressed before that he didn't wanna be called "Midorin" but Momoi just kept calling him that.
And don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they're shitty friends for doing this. I just think that there was a lack of communication within the Teiko gang, and in an attempt to respect what they assumed were Akashi's boundaries, they unintentionally excluded Akashi from activities that he would absolutely participate in if he had just been given the chance.
This post is long asf so I'll just conclude here, but one of my delusional headcanons for the Teiko gang post-Extra Game is that Akashi becomes more open with them about how he feels and also about wanting to be included in more of their activities, and so he finally gets to experience having a regular hangout with friends like a regular teenager. I just think he deserves that so bad after feeling alone for so many years.

I was thinking about the 3rd and 2nd years after they graduated from highschool, i already talked about Sktry here, and i wanted to talk about the others.
I'll start with Rakuzan.
No one except Akashi knows where Mayuzumi lives and he would prefer to keep it that way, he didn't even tell Akashi he just found out on his own.
Hayama, Mibuchi and Nebuya share a flat, they are used to living together after spending 3 years in Rakuzan dorms so it just happened naturally. Their families live all around Japan and they chose to go to college in Tokyo so it was cheaper for them to stay together.
They love having guests, they are always trying to bait Akashi to come (with tea and pastries) and once he is there they try to make him stay as long as possible. So the "come spend and afternoon with us since you're in Tokyo :)" turn into "You should stay the night" and "well it's summer break, you should stay one more night :)))))". Akashi is weak against his friend, (and Nebuya is an amazing cook) so he always says yes. They started soon after graduating when Akashi was still in highschool but they never stopped even after he came back to Tokyo for college. Sometimes Akashi convince Mayuzumi to visit them too.
Izuki spends a lot of time there too because he became super close with Hayama during their last year of highschool. During Kuroko's birthday party Akashi gave him Hayama's number and their friendship became an unstoppable force.
In my 'Nijimura joins Rakuzan after the summer break where the Jabberwock match took place' AU, Nijimura also lives in Tokyo for college once He finish high school. He visit the Uncrowned Kings too sometimes. I think he would be roommate with Himuro for a year or two before getting his own place.

When Eyes Meet- Akashi Seijuro
Murasakibara - Aomine- Kuroko - Kise - Kagami - Midorima
Tumblr media
For as long as mankind could remember, they had always had two names. One used by everyone, and one more intimate, special. The name of their soul. This was a name one would only share with their parents, perhaps a sibling or a friend as close as a sibling. But as long as people could remember having soul names, they could also remember the phenomenon that was Recognition. Recognition was when two people would lock their eyes, and somehow, they'd know the other's soul name. Recognition usually led to a lifelong romance. It was, as society dubbed it, 'the moment you knew you found your soulmate.' Many people had wondered how Recognition worked. There seemed no pattern, no rule. Some people Recognized upon first glance, others did after already knowing their partner for a while. Some even had known the person they Recognized since childhood. It just happened. However, special occasions were known to have a slight spike in Recognition rates, with everyone's spirits high in the air. This was why Rakuzan's hallways were filled with a thick sense of lovey dovey sweetness after winter break was over, several pairings having Recognized over holiday celebrations. Whilst you were happy for everyone, the amount of PDA was getting a little on your nerves. You sighed, being happy your best friend had already Recognized in middle school and that she had already grown past the most annoying stages of a budding romance. You spotted her talking to her boyfriend Kotaro in a corner of the campus grounds. You went up to them, needing the normalcy. "Please provide me a breath of non-sexually charged oxygen." You pleaded as you sat down next to her. She giggled and Kotaro grinned at you. "Is the tongue chumming getting to you?" You chuckled. "Absolutely." Kotaro was a surprising guy, despite his vast amount of energy and being a teenage boy, did value certain manners. Which is how he quickly learnt to control himself around your friend Haruna. They were like a warm, cosy fire bristling with warmth and laughter whenever you spotted them from afar. You always wondered if it would be like that for you too. You'd like to have a relationship like that. But just as you eased in their presence, the hairs on the back your neck raised themselves as they sensed someone familiar coming close. You could feel your organs freezing as you saw that familiar silhoutte. Akashi Seijuro. "Ah, L/n-san. There you are." You squeaked and turnt your attention to the prince of Rakuzan. Only to notice that A, his voice was a lot less menacing then usual and B, instead of the heterochromic stare you were used to, both his eyes were red this time. "Hi?" You replied hesitantly as Kotaro and Haruna left you in the ultimate betrayal. You watched them leave nervously. "Let me be straight forward with you. I apologize for having been so rude to you in earlier meetings. It was downright inappropriate to treat the friend of my teammate for me the way I treated you, so I am sorry." "EH? Who are you and what did you to Akashi?" He chuckled. "I suppose it would seem that way to you. It's a long story to explain, perhaps I could tell you someday." You blinked confused, as you tried to take in this new Akashi that had appeared before you. He seemed so calm and trangquil compared to before, you honestly felt yourself growing more at ease, letting down your guard. Which caused it to happen. An moment that seemed endless passed on, before Akashi offered you his arm. "It seems I missed out on quite some things because I wasn't in the right headspace. If you'd let me, I would love to explain it on a walk, Arori-tan." Your soulname sounded so beautiful rolling off of his tongue, that you accepted his offer without hesitation. "You have a lot of explaining to do, Arem." "I know, which is why I'll be buying you your lunch." You giggled at his smoothness and allowed him to lead you away.

I think most people know that Genta Takeuchi along with Masaaki Nakatani (Shutoku), Katsunori Harasawa (Tōō) and Eiji Shirogane (Rakuzan) and Kagetora Aida (Riko's dad) were all in the Japanese national team in their youth.
What is less well-known is that Takeuchi was in love with Riko's mom and had a rivalry against Kagetora to win her over. Obviously Taketora ended up marrying her. Clearly he didn't recognized Riko's name (or her face if she looks like her parents) or he probably wouldn't have disrespected his old teammate's daughter (and her team) like that.
Takeuchi also tried to woo Masako Araki (Yosen's coach) unsuccessfully (on several occasions).

Can you imagine coming from Teiko, The Strongest Basketball Team, respected and feared by everyone and going to high school, to be faced with this kind of disrespect ? Kuroko is not used to it and he does not likes it.
He is used to people disregarding him but not to people disregarding his team

Headcanons for team Rakuzan please. Warning, this is a heavy topic. They're in high school, they're visiting their s/os' house. But when they arrive, she's running out the door at full speed with a bag and the sounds of shouts and destruction coming from the house. How do they handle that?
Content Rating: T+ (themes of abuse)
He had only been a few meters away when his ears began picking up on the out of place noises coming from your home. There was a crash – it sounded like glass – followed by a loud string of curses. The chaos continued without any explanation as he got closer to your home. Soon, he was able to distinctly make out the voices of your family, all screaming in a crescendo that was only interrupted by the occasional sound of something breaking.
Worry ebbed into his thoughts and he found himself picking up the pace toward your driveway. Just as he took the first step onto your family property, the doorway to your home was flung open. He was frozen in place, watching as you bolted out the door with a backpack slung over your shoulder, leaving behind the echoing screams. It wasn’t until he noted your tear-stricken face that he was shocked back into action.
Akashi: Always quick to catch on to certain situations, Akashi seems almost too prepared as he’s already on the phone with a driver. He requests two things: the first being a ride back to his home for the both of you and the second being some personnel who could go into your home and grab your remaining essentials. With an arm around your shoulder, he leads you away from your driveway and down the street to somewhere the screams couldn’t be heard.
Of course, he’s already thinking that the best place for you to bunker down would be his home, but convincing his father of that would be a different game entirely. Thankfully some of the staff owed him favors and most of them liked the younger Akashi over his father anyway, so hiding you away wouldn’t be that hard.
His next hardest task would be convincing you that it was time to report the abuse to some form of authority, whether that be the police, a teacher, or a trusted adult.
Mibuchi: The first thing he’s doing is checking over your face, your arms, your body for any injuries. He’s holding you at arm’s length, eyes scanning your features for any damage while questions fall from his lips faster than you could answer. It doesn’t matter though, because Mibuchi isn’t really looking for an answer. He just needs to fill up the space between you with something other than yelling.
At the sound of approaching footsteps coming from your home, he crowds you away from the area. Mibuchi keeps you close, practically gluing you to his hip. The farther away the two of you get from your home, the quieter he gets, as if the gravity of your situation is finally dawning on him. He still has so many questions and you can see it on his face, but this time he holds them back and allows you to divulge in your own time.
Right now, his top two priorities were getting a warm meal in you and asking his parents if you could stay the night.
Nebuya: He was never really the type to want to use his larger than average stature for intimidation outside of the court, but in that moment it was all Nebuya wanted to do. He had met your parents before and, in the back of his mind, he was already deciding that he could take them both if things came down to a fight. But one look at your worried expression has him reevaluating those plans.
That, and the rational part of him knew that fighting two adults, no matter what they had done, would land him with some kind of record.
Instead of doing what his instincts were screaming at him to do, Nebuya decides instead to take you as quickly away from your home as possible. The walk to his house is long and the entire way there, your family is blowing up your phone with texts and calls. When he’s had enough of it, he snatches the phone out of your hands and answers it himself, hoping that the deep growl of his tone would be enough to scare your family away for now.
Hayama: His hands are on your face the second you’re near him and he’s asking if you’re okay while turning your head side to side. The worry in his eyes is quick to shift into anger as he glares back through the doorway you’d bolted from, as if your family could see him glowering. He knows it wouldn’t be a smart decision, but Hayama wants nothing more than to go into your home and tell everyone off.
Instead, he takes your bag from you before leading you away from the property. Asking you once about what happened, Hayama wouldn’t fight it if you decided you weren’t ready to talk. The rest of the day is spent trying to distract you from the situation you’re in. He’s doing silly stunts and cracking awful jokes just to get you to smile, but deep down he knows that your situation requires more than just a distraction. While he’s asking his parents if you could stay over for a while, he’s also asking them for advice.
Despite their good advice, he still sneaks over your house in the middle of the night and steals a few things from your room he knows would make your stay more comfortable.
Mayuzumi: If this had been one of his light novels, Mayuzumi knew the correct thing to do would be to march into your home and tell off every single person contained in those walls. In his more graphic books, he knew a few punches would also get thrown. But this was not one of his light novels; this was real life. And Mayuzumi knew he had his own limits that would prevent him from saving you. This was simply too much for a high schooler to handle on their own.
So instead, he ushers you away from your house, not wanting to spend a moment longer in front of the open doorway you bolted from. By the time the both of you are a few blocks away, he’s already asking you about your plans. There are a lot of questions – uncharacteristic for the usually stoic Mayuzumi – but knowing exactly what your backup plan was, was one way he showed he cared.
A part of him hoped you didn’t have a backup plan, so he could still play the knight in shining armor and offer you his home as refuge. Another part of him hoped that he was already a part of your plans.

Isekai’ed into Kuroko no Basket? AND IN YŌSEN?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Isekai genre - when someone (usually an adult girl) dies in her life (usually by being hit by truck-kun) and gets reincarnated into a novel she read (usually with multiple male leads and steamy romance, also usually fantasy world)
Certain pre-isekai life assumptions: “You” are not from Akita, or any other north city of Japan, also AFAB character pre and post isekai
Comedy crack piece, cw: swearing and being mean about knb characters, simping for Daddy Harasawa
Tumblr media
- U came back from your university wanting to just die from amount of work and studying you had to do
- You are just a casual student, not so great, not so bad, and for stress relief you read lots of sports mangas bc of pretty sweating boys
- You decided to go to the convenience store for some instant ramen, what is a main core of your diet, and then, in your least favourite sweatpants and dirty t-shirt, u get hit by a truck
- Thinking “well at least I don’t have to give the assignment tomorrow for econ” u just waited if they have anime in hell
- And then you open your eyes, and it’s not your bed, not your room
- Actually it was a very nice neat room, looked like belonged to some teenage girl, which is also kinda alarming, that someone like this rescued a wounded adult person who looked like a homeless beggar
- However you don’t feel any pain, which is weird considering you just get hit by a truck. You sit up and noticed that u look a little… skinnier? Also your hands looked diff- Hold up.
- You looked into the mirror and it was not your reflection
- Even worse, after all you assumed if you wake up in some other body, at least this time you’d be extremely pretty with big boobs and nice ass but no luck - you were pretty but also pretty plain. Also very young
- You saw a cute uniform hanging next to your mirror and got war flashbacks. It was not your high school uniform but the fact that it was here suggests that…
- …. You have to go back to school and you’d really rather just die, even if the uniform is pretty
Tumblr media
- After eating breakfast with not-your-parents and wearing this pretty not-your-uniform, you fished for some information from them - which wasn’t hard bc they were very excited that you are starting your high school life today, in this prestigious Catholic school, that is well known from western influences and good food. But somehow they never told you the name.
- You tried to pretend to be very clumsy and asked not-your-parents “So what’s the name of my school again?”
- They looked at you like you are a cat who does silly tricks and not-your-mom said “Silly, how could you forget? You go to Yosen now”
- You froze. This name sounded too familiar, especially with your cute uniform. Hold up. If this is this Yosen then…
-“WAIT WE ARE IN AKITA?” You yelled with despair. At this point your parents were wondering if you have brain damage, bc how could you forget where you lived your whole life?
Tumblr media
- U somehow convince your parents that you don’t have brain tumour or got concussed during the night, and you just had a very strange dream about living in Tokyo and confused reality with dreaming
- While walking to your dumb school in dumb Akita, you already were annoyed
- First of all, you fuckin hated snow
- And second of all, not only you got isekai’ed into a sports anime, which is probably the worst thing that could happen to the girl, because this teenage boys have basketball balls for brains, but also you ended up in Akita way away from the main plot, and you are back into your first year of highschool while mentally still being a college student in her 20’s, which kinda made you a creep
- Not only that, if this is really world of Kuroko no Basket, you ended up in a school with The Biggest (Talented) Whiny Baby and Emo Pretty Boy which seriously, are not the best cards you could get
- If you’d get into any school in Tokyo, at least you’d interact with the characters more, and if it’d be Rakuzan, it seemed like players in the team were just way more fun and diverse, while Yōsen’s whole plot was mostly Himuro’s weird homoerotic brotherhood and Murasakibara being a whiny bitch. Oh, and them being tall
- Also they show up in the anime only in Winter Cup arc, which means that you don’t interact with the main plot in the next half a year - so what the heck are you supposed to do till now?
- Also the fact that this is a Catholic school makes it even more ridiculous - if God exists, he’d sent you to Tōō so you can simp over the hottest coach in whole series, not send you to The North
- You found your way to the school and, well, to be fair: it was really impressive. Also people here were so freaking tall, it is ridiculous for Japan
- School for Giraffes I swear
- Building was huge, modern, pretty - no wonder your fake parents were so excited about you going here
- When you went to the announcement board to check the class you are in, very fast you realised that you are in the same class as Murasakibara
- Well, it does make sense, since this is a very typical plot armour situation - but also it makes you wonder - should you get involved in the plot at all? Become a manager for Yōsen team? Because honestly it seem like… a hassle.
- U found your way into the classroom and there was still no Purple Baby Giant. Also outside of that, everyone seem rather normal, no crazy hair colors, no one being two meters tall, no one being extremely pretty or handsome: typical NPC class in the anime
- You chose a chair next to the window, to get +10 to angst (as you are now a teenager, again)
- Bell rang and everyone took their sits, and there was still no familiar face. Is it possible, that all of this was just a huge coincidence, and you got reincarnated into some alternative universe where names are just way too familiar?
- Right when you were about to sigh with relief, the door opened and you saw a giant figure, that didn’t even fit into the frame. “I’m sorry for being late”
- I guess no one expected someone so big attend first class, so teacher asked if he is sure that’s where he supposed to be, while everyone else started gossiping. To be fair maybe later on you’d ask new classmates if they find it suspicious that his hair was purple. After explaining the issue, Murasakibara Atsushi, The Giant of Teikō, member of Generation of Miracles, sat right behind you, in the last place from the window. Well, that would be indeed rather inconvenient if he sit in the front.
- Teacher started intodrucing himself and there were some voting regarding class President - neither you or Murasakibara got elected, since it would be very inconvenient for the plot. However at the end of the lesson teacher requested all of you to write something in the notebook. “Ah, crap” you hear behind you. No freaking way, you thought. No way…
- “Hey” you felt someone touching you on the back. “Can you borrow me a pen?”
- As in a stereotypical shoujo manga scene, you took a pen out of your pencil case and turn around to face The Main Character of this school. He took it without changing his bored expression and murmured quiet thanks.
- As the break started, you were thinking about talking to him again, but just as hungry birds, people from your class gathered around purple haired boy, commenting on his height. “Whoa do you play volleyball?” “No, basketball” for a second it amused you, how interesting would be if Murasakibara get into Haikyuu (he totally should have come to Shiratorizawa). Since there was no chance to talk to him, you just took out some food not-your-mom prepared, which actually were some homemade cookies.
- “Hey” you heard the same voice again as before, but you didn’t turn this time. People were still gathered around, so he probably wasn’t speaking to you. However the crowd got quiet. “Hey, Pen Girl” you heard a little louder. If it was a car that hit you, not a truck, maybe you’ll be just peacefully dead, instead of dealing with this bullshit.
- You turned around. “What?” You said rather annoyed. You could hear how entire class collectively stopped breathing from fear. This dude was over two meters tall, and you are talking to him this way? Sounds like a death wish.
- “Can I have one?” He pointed at the cookie. Oooh… you made a fast calculation in your head. Do you want to be inserted into sports anime plot? Do you want to do this manager work and watch sweaty boys go around the ball in your free time? Do you want to make fun of Himuro’s bangs?
- You know the answer. So there was no other way. You took one more cookie into your hand, and put all others on Murasakibara’s desk. “You can have them, they are really good.”
- And there you are, a college weeb, making friends with The Whinest Highschooler in Kuroko no Basket.
Tumblr media
- Getting a position of the basketball club manager in Yōsen was actually way harder than it should be. When you went to the coach with your application, you were denied on the spot. “We don’t need a manager” she said coldly. You did not expect that. But then she added “if you want to join Himuro’s funclub, you can do it from the spectator’s sit”
- Oooh, now it all makes sense. Amount of teenage girls who want to sniff Himuro’s sweaty towels made things harder for you. But you still decided to shoot your shot. After all, Yōsen coach was not so much older than you before you died.
- “Actually, I’m in Murasakibara’s class” you started. “We are very good friends” you put your application next to the coach on the desk, and bended a little closer to her ear and lowered your voice. “I know how to keep him motivated. Think about it”. After that you left the office and decided to put into motion your new plan: Pavloving Murasakibara
- It took one week until Coach asked you to come to the training. You’ve been preparing for this all this time. You knew that Atsushi was lazy, hated sweating and getting invested into the game, and treated everything like a hassle.
- For the past week you and Purple Giant became a very good friends. You’d always brought more food and sweets, so it wasn’t long until his mouth started watering whenever he saw your face. All according to the plan.
- “We have a rather important training match soon, and Murasakibara is not treating trainings seriously” coach sighed on your way to the gym. “It is really annoying how someone so talented has so little dedication”
- When you arrived, you’d see a crowd of girls from all classes watching guys stretching. Or should you say, one guy.
- Murasakibara was getting yelled at by the captain, probably hearing something similar you heard from the coach: to start training seriously. But the moment he saw you, his face got brighter. Ah, the power of conditioning. Thank god you took the psychology class on your first year.
- “Chibi-chin!” You heard his voice. Yes, it was a lovely nickname that he used, as you were way smaller than him. You smiled and waved your hand. Captain got distracted, as he probably never expected Coach to voluntarily bring a girl to the training. “If you can make him treat it seriously, you can be the manager. Just don’t steal Himuro’s shirts” “Can I steal his shorts tho?” Coach sent you a disgusted look. “Okay, that was a joke, no stealing”
- You went to Murasakibara. “Hey ‘Sushi!” At this point you wouldn’t be surprise if people assume you two are dating, since you had lovely nicknames for each other. “I heard that you have an important match soon” you touched his jersey and gently pull it so he will lean down to you. “You know, if you try your best on the training and win that game, I’ll ask my mom to make you a homemade cake, any flavour you’d want”
- He swallowed saliva. “Any flavour?” - You could hear excitement in his voice. “Yes” you smiled to him. “So work hard, okay, ‘Sushi?”
- That day, no one from oppose team could score any shoot against Murasakibara.
- You got manager position on the spot.
- If this was an Isekai Novel it would be called How I Became a Nanny to 208 cm Giant Baby

don’t judge a book by its cover.
request: requests are open? i can’t just let this slide! can i request a hcs where rakuzan boys finding out their s/o who seems to be fragile, naive, and weak actually have an amazing self defense skills? like maybe one day they found some boys hitting on them while they are away and trying to hurt them for rejecting them, but when the boys are about to save them she already took the matters in her own hands?
# tags: headcanons; current relationships; romance; comedy; a bit of drama; but also fluff; supportive!boys & powerful!reader; sfw
includes: gender neutral reader ft. reo mibuchi, chihiro mayuzumi, kotarou hayama, seijuurou akashi & eikichi nebuya {knb}
author’s note: love it. also very sorry for my absence. i’ve been feeling bad lately, and i’m on my period :(
Tumblr media
— REO
↘ Only your family knew that you had been taking self-defense lessons for a long time. It was a form of training, entertainment for you, and you just wanted to feel safer – especially at night, coming back from college or work in the dark. You found the classes extremely interesting, and your trainer always praised you sincerely. You liked this form of physical activity.
↘ That day you finished classes at six in the evening. Staring at the phone’s screen, you texted Reo, telling him that you would wait for him in front of the main gate of the building. The basketball player agreed, of course, adding that he buy the two of you something warm from a vending machine before the meeting. You thanked him for these words, and then put the phone in your pocket.
↘ “... Good evening, Y/N. Are you coming back alone?” Suddenly, you heard a low voice to your right, and then you saw a boy about your age strange to you. I mean, he was no stranger – you knew him from the hallway at the university, and he would also appear at random times in your school schedule from time to time. However, you didn’t know his name and exactly how old he was. The boy immediately started walking towards you. “I will go with you, okay?” He smiled in a strange way, and you thanked him for his offer, but added that you would do just fine on your own.
↘ The man, however, insisted and grabbed your hand at one point. You quickly used this moment to twist his shoulder to the other side. The student bent at his knees and screamed, and you just held his hand tighter. From your lips came a short ‘No, mean no’, to which the brunette quickly apologized to you.
↘ “It was impressive.” Reo’s familiar tone entered your mind, and you quickly let go of the teenager’s hand. Your partner handed you a paper cup of steaming drink. “You must teach me this, baby.”
Tumblr media
— CHIHIRO
↘ Hardly anyone noticed your boyfriend – they had to really focus to notice his presence. It started to irritate you every time you and Chihiro went out into town together; were you in the zoo? People thought you came here alone. Did you go to the restaurant? Someone wanted to join you because they didn’t notice your partner at first. You have a picnic on the beach during your vacation after high school graduation? Someone asked you for a phone number saying you’re beautiful as a mermaid/triton.
↘ At one point you were afraid that if someone wanted to hurt you – they would do it because they wouldn’t notice your boyfriend. So you decided to enroll in a self-defense lesson with yoga. These were great activities that not only improved your physical condition but also calmed you down mentally. After each class, you felt lighter and more confident.
↘ So when you went for a walk in the park and you were accosted by two boys, you didn’t have to wait for either of them to notice your other half. You immediately used your own vision from self-defense classes to overpower the two males who, looking at you from the ground, finally noticed Chihiro. Terrified, not knowing if it was you or your partner, they fled the park, almost knocking their teeth out on the slippery grass.
↘ “It was pretty cool.” Fair-haired man admitted, and you giggled.
↘ “Since you taught me basketball, I can teach you some techniques.” You winked at the young student, and he nodded.

— KOTAROU
↘ You always dressed in beautiful shirts, bows, pants matching your sweet expression and shoes with small accessories. You were a little oasis for Kotaro and a place that smelled like cotton candy and raspberry tea every day. So when your boyfriend noticed how well you were doing alone in an unpleasant situation with another basketball team during the summer competition... He was shocked. And at the same time, he was full of excitement.
↘ It all started when someone on the opposite team started insulting the Rakuzan team, including your boyfriend. Another person added that Hayama is a weak player and the only thing he can do is dribble, which for the opposing team was boring and not very spectacular. You chose to ignore it, but when yet another person began to personally insult your partner; saying that he’s stupid, he is not handsome, that you are with him out of pity or that anyone would easily replace Kotarou and give you more pleasure... Fear God.
↘ Your perfect punch to the captain’s nose was more than spectacular, and the blonde looking for you almost choked on the drinking water. Kotarou heard the other team’s conversation, he saw that these words hurt you so much and he wanted to stand in front of you and take you away from those dumb assholes, but instead he deeply cheered on you. You were amazing, you really were.
↘ “... And remember, you fools. Anyone else is better than you and no one will look at the worms you are!”
↘ Yup, this is his sweet but brave loved one.
Tumblr media
— SEIJUUROU
↘ Akashi knew perfectly well about your hobby which was boxing and related martial arts. He’d come to your training a lot and he definitely loved it when you would approach him during the breaks and give him a sweet kiss. Back then, you were the complete opposite of yourself in a cage. But your boyfriend really loved it and his support was a huge motivation for you.
↘ On that sunny day, a new member was assigned to your group to train at the same time as you and some of your other friends. He was a year younger than you, a little taller, and way overconfident. He spoke in a nonchalant tone to the coaches, other course participants and their relatives. On the other hand, he tried to get closer to you, showing a total lack of respect for your other half. You felt nervous and irritated.
↘ Fortunately, the trainer matched all the students in pairs during the training, and you got three rounds in boxing with a new male who was still too confident.
↘ “Such a cute person won’t beat me, haha.”, “You must have recently started training too, right?”, “These pants give your figure a nice boost.”
↘ During the sparring, you definitely were the best of all. Your punches were careful, your dodges were perfect, and your footwork was downright textbook. Seijuurou was very proud of you and he didn’t even have to get up from the bench to explain the teenager’s behavior. You humiliated him well enough and showed him his place.
Tumblr media
— EIKICHI
↘ When talking and looking at your boyfriend, many people feel... respect for him. After all, he’s very tall, broad and really well-muscled. In contrast, you seem to be a genuinely fragile and empathetic person. You’re opposites of each other and yet you attract each other like two magnets. It’s a wonderful sight, believe me.
↘ No one has ever suspected that Eikichi’s calm, sweet and graceful beloved would turn out to be a little tiger with sharp claws and long fangs!
↘ That evening you were waiting outside the cinema for your lover; you were supposed to watch one of the newest films, which interested you not only with the plot (a crime fiction with elements of romance and a delicate dose of humor), but also with the cast. After all, who doesn’t love Kenjirou Tsuda? We all love him! That’s why you waited patiently for the dark-skinned basketball player while browsing through other movie premieres; you had a few more tickets to use.
↘ At some point you felt a strange presence next to you and as quickly as possible you looked around. Next to you was a tall man, who was also definitely older than you – he could have been your father or uncle. His strange smile and distracted eyes made you feel disgusted and slightly anxious, you also felt the smell of alcohol. However, you decided that you would not show remorse and fear, so you looked back at your phone instead. To your happiness, a few other people were standing in front of the cinema, and in addition, Eikichi was due to appear in a few moments. Nevertheless, suddenly the man grabbed you by the sleeve of your jacket saying something about your appearance or face, and you automatically straightened your arm, knocking him out with a punch to the shoulder.
↘ Nebuya came up to you... and laughed a bit, then woke the old man up and asking if he should escort him to the police station, or if he could get there by himself for disturbing you, a.k.a. his partner.

KnB 30-Days Challenge
Day 10 : Favorite Team
Tumblr media
Shūtoku High School BC 🏀🧡
Another very difficult choice for me. Every team in this show has unique characters, an interesting dynamic and their own unique playstyle and something special, like a quirk. I kind of know what my TOP 3 teams are, but choosing one of them seemed like an impossible mission... So, I made a little system that will help me pick my favorite team. When I added and substracted some points, Shūtoku won!
Shūtoku, as a team, has some of my most favorite characters ever. It is also the only team (after Rakuzan) in which I love and adore absolutely every member! Since I rambled about Shintarō and Kiyoshi, and am going to ramble about Kazunari very soon, let me just talk about the forgotten two of Shūtoku: Taisuke Ōtsubo and Shinsuke Kimura. A lot of people seem to forget that these two guys exist. They don't look super flashy, like Shintarō and Kiyoshi for example, because they have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and generic hairstyles. They don't have prominent personalities either, like the other 3 members, who have their own very distinctive quirks and personality traits. But, that is just the surface. I was very curious one day and decided to scratch it and dive a little more into the lives and personalities of these two handsome boys. Well, after researching about them, they turned out to be very interesting, and dear to me.
Taisuke Ōtsubo. He is a serious, responsible, determined captain and a great sportsman. He is the pillar of his team on the court and is there to cover up the mistakes of his fellow members by saving every rebound he can. Everybody seems to think he is just tall, strong and scary and rough, but seriously, this guy is just a teddy bear. Other than being very kind and showing it in form of great sportmanship, he has some really surprising hobbies. It's cooking, cleaning, and knitting! In Extras, he is shown to be really skilled with needles and yarn, knitting a scarf almost 2 meters long during a boring class! He also carries things he made in his bag all the time, like mittens, hats... These things he does are not usually something that men do, and I just love how he looks like the manliest man ever and has these hobbies, breaking the patriarchal norms. He also really loves his team and always takes care of his teammates, knowing how to motivate them and cheer them up when it's needed, and tending to them when practices get tough and they feel sick. My favorite thing about him is that he likes spending his free time with his little sister, Ōtsubo Tae! Her age was never confirmed, but she is somewhere around 15, or maybe even 16, if we think about what Yūya said. Now, a lot of big brothers seem to, for some reason, find it boring, and even embarrassing, to hang out with their little sisters, but no, not Taisuke Ōtsubo. This guy loves it, we know it because he chooses to spend his free time in her presence! Taisuke is 18 years old, a grown man, basketball player, graduate student, preparing for college and adult life, and in a busy time like that, when he finds free time, he still spends time with his little sister. I can totally see them cooking together and cleaning together, but another activity that I can see them doing is just, talking. Taisuke can sit and talk with his sister all day, listening to her without feeling the need to interrupt her of mansplain anything if she just needs to let things out, or offering honest advice and support when she needs it. He is also surely protective of her, making sure to let everybody in her life know that if they hurt her in any way, he will find out and they will pay for it. He is just ready to do anything for his sister, I think. Another little detail about his character, that I really love, is that he is part of the Library Committee, which means he likes to read, and help people find books they like! Not only that, but his favorite subject is physcis, which means he is good at it, and that only reveals how smart he actually is! This man literally has the words 'Perfect Guy' on his forehead, how can people sleep on him like that? The only thing he can't do is kill a cockroach (actual canon and his actual only shortcoming).
Shinsuke Kimura. Calm, hard-working, doesn't like the spotlight and prefers to stay out of trouble. That's pretty much the only things people know about him. Though, reading between the lines of his behaviour, I found a couple of really endearing character traits! I He is a really supportive person, but he is doing it rather quietly most of the time. In games, he sets up solid screens to give his teammates freedom to move and opportunities to score, though. He also brings delicious fruits when practices get exhausting, and he is there to help his teammates if they ever feel sick, like when he was rubbing Kazunari's back and called for help when he felt like throwing up. He is even supportive in the strangest way possible, by always offering a pineapple to Kiyoshi when he is irritated, supporting his dear friend's anger issues. When times call for it, he knows how to motivate his teammates and give them a reason to stand up on their feet and continue fighting. He is extremely hard-working and he proved it by practicing harder than everyone until he finally reached the starter line. That's a thing I really admire him for. Something that caught my attention when reading his Wiki page and exploring his character was how he likes to spend his free time. He spends it by helping at home. Now, if you know that his family owns a convenience store and grows their own fruits, it probably means that he helps with taking care of the said plants, carries heavy boxes, cleans the store, helps in organising new arrivals, works as a cashier and so on... However, if you ever happened to notice the fact that he doesn't have a mother, it adds another, whole different meaning. Having only a father means that all the house and store responsibilities fall onto him when his boys are at school, which is difficult to balance. So, taking care of the house, cleaning it and cooking meals, probably sometimes falls onto his two sons, and very likely Shinsuke, as the older brother, takes care of most of those things. This boy is another level of hard-working. We can even gyess that he gave up college to continue the family's bussiness, because he is never shown worrying about any college entrance exams, like the other two Third Years. He is just, wow. The moment I completely fell in love with him was when I listened to a Special CD. In the said CD, he reveals such a beautiful side of himself and he tells us about something really important for him. He talks about wrestling. He has been doing it since he is 8 years old, it's something that he loves a lot and is extremely passionate about! I wish you guys could hear his voice when he talks about wrestling, he just sounds so happy and passionate! Oh, and he gets so excited when he finds out Shintarō knows a thing or two about his sport! Listening to that part of the CD always makes my little heart melt! Shinsuke is so precious to me and I just love him so much!
If you get into typology, Shinsuke and Taisuke both have a Kanji in their names that means 'Support', showing how important they are for the Shūtoku team. Also, they are really handsome, and it's a hill I will die on. If anyone disagrees with me on this one, I am willing to argue until the end of time.
Now, the characters aren't even the best part of this team. What I endlessly love is the chemistry and all the different friendships between all of them!
Three Third years and two First years in a single team is a really interesting combination itself. Almost like parents and children. Getting along with each other, as two separate generations, was probably something that they had to work on a lot, but in the end, they did it! Since the beginning, the First years had respect for their Seniors by listening to them and respecting their opinions. Sometimes, the Third years had to pick their younger members up and give them motivation to keep fighting. They are also there to tend to the boys when they feel unwell and are always willing to offer their help when they get in trouble, like in the Midorima's Unlucky Day Extra! An important step towards the team working well was Third years getting along with the fact that the First years, were indeed, special, and needed to be cut some slack for such behaviour from time to time. Honestly, realising that they will be on the same team only for a single year breaks my heart every time, it breaks theirs as well... The moment Shintarō and Kazunari pointed that out in their game against Rakuzan was the only time I cried in the show. Seriously, I love these guys so much.
Shūtoku has some really interesting friendships as well, one of the most precious friendships being the one between Kazunari and Shintarō. It is obvious that these two are inseparable! After all, they are always there for each other, on the basketball court, in school and even in private life, offering support and having fun! Kazunari cares for Shintarō really deeply, and he shows it by carrying some of his neccesities, such as tape for fingers and sometimes even lucky items with himself, and always being there to cheer him up and protect him if the upperclassmen are picking on him. Shintarō is pretty tsundere, usually trying hard to not show how much he actually appreciates Kazunari and his thoughtfulness, but every time he softly smiles and relies on his dear friend he reveals to us how much he appreciates him.
Another friendship that is very dear to me is the one between Kiyoshi and Shinsuke! These two share the same story on how they got their well deserved positions as the starter members of the basketball team. They worked harder than everyone, stayed late to practice and got close because of that, possibly practicing with each other a bunch of times. But that's not everything, The Extras really reveal just how close these two are! They are actually classmates as well! Being in the same class with someone surely brings two people together, so these two being in the same classroom for 3 consecutive years surely did its wonders! Now, their personalities might clash a little, because Shinsuke is calm and Kiyoshi is rather uptight, Shinsuke prefers to stay out of trouble while Kiyoshi attracts a lot of trouble, but they are also similar in their determination, seriousness and hard-work, which is why they can probably get along. In the anime, we can also see these two tease each other sometimes, in the besties way, of course. The Extras also show how sometimes, when paired up, these two know how to 'have fun' by poking at their underclassmen (which is a little mean, but they never really hurt anyone, as far as I know, so they are forgiven). Oh, and of course, they have this famous pineapple/pick-up truck deal, where Shinsuke always offers his fruits or vehicle to his dear friend when he is irritated. It is just so iconic, like their own little inside joke!
There is also something very interesting going on between Taisuke and Kiyoshi. At one point in the anime, Taisuke reveals to Shintarō and Kazunari that they go to idol concerts together and that idols are actually their common interest! As someone who is into idols myself, I can see them collecting albums, CDs and photocards and trading them with each other all the time, which is something that is fun when done with friends! But that's not quite it... Remember when Taisuke said he was really used to seeing Kiyoshi work so hard? Well, I somehow came to an idea that they practiced basketball together, more specifically, that Taisuke helped Kiyoshi with polishing his fundamentals and mastering dribbling against an opponent with good defense. This duo kind of makes sense, because Taisuke is just supportive like that, he is the type of a guy who would help others in need with no hesitation, and Kiyoshi just screams 'someone help' as a character and a person, and especially in that period of time, I think. So, naturally, they were kinda drawn to each other, and later when they realised they have some things in common, they became good friends! I can kind of see Kiyoshi always feel so grateful for Taisuke because he supported him and helped him in some really tough times, and probably even picked him up when he fell. Also, before Taisuke revealed their shared interest to his underclassmen, he was about to say something about Kiyoshi, but he cut himself in the middle of his sentence and never said it. I can feel that he was about to say something really nice about him, groundbreaking for their relationship even, and I am still mad he never finished it...
Shūtoku is also a team with a lot of brothers and sisters, where every regular memeber we know has a younger sibling! Shintarō, Kazunari and Taisuke have younger sisters, while Shinsuke and Kiyoshi have younger brothers! Sadly, we never got to truly meet any of them. We only know something little about Yūya, only know Tae's name and looks, and the appearance of little Kimura. Unfortunately, we have nothing for little Midorima and little Takao. Well, still, it's really something interesting to think about, all the possible big brother tropes that the regulars of Shūtoku might be! It's sad that we don't have almost anything for some of these younger siblings, but that doesn't have to be all that bad! It leaves room for our own imagination and creativity to shine, we can make up our own fun headcanons for their looks, ages, personalities and relationships!
I just love this team so much! 🧡

The seniors who fought alongside the Generation of Miracles!
Strkys page from bright colors! i love you guys. so much. 🥺🌟 below the cut is the transcription as usual. hope you enjoy it💝
Strky: A team made up of Seirin’s former rivals who graduated this spring! They won a tournament that served as a qualifier for a special match against Jabberwock.
The seniors who fought alongside the Generation of Miracles!
Imayoshi Shouichi: The former captain of Touou Academy! He’s excellent at reading his opponent’s thoughts. He’s also the one who formed Strky.
Okamura Kenichi: The former captain of Yosen, affectionately (?) nicknamed “cleft-chinned gorilla” by his juniors! He made his college debut with a stylish hairstyle!?
Miyaji Kiyoshi: A Shuutoku graduate who’s got a bit of a sharp tongue! He played the small forward position in high school. His younger brother is also a member of Shuutoku’s basketball club.
Kasamatsu Yukio: The former captain of Kaijou’s basketball team, and one of the best point guards in the country! He’s hot-blooded, and thoroughly whipped his junior Kise into shape back in high school.
Higuchi Shouta: And the last member of Strky is Rakuzan’s former manager! He stepped back on the court after entering university.
They’re good friends even in private!? They see each other even outside of the team, as shown by Kasamatsu and Okamura eating lunch together, etc. -> this part is literally so funny to me its so... gossipy? i almost wanted to write it like “Kasamatsu and Okamura spotted eating together👀 could these five guys from different universities actually enjoy each others company outside of the team they formed for fun?!”
yosens nickname for okamura is アゴリラ... combining ago (chin) and gorilla... theyre so mean to him... okamura i think youre handsome :(

🇬🇧: New design of the AkaTsu with the new Kanzaki design. To tell the context of the drawing on a sunny day at Rakuzan High School Kanzaki and Seijuro are enjoying a well-deserved break after having successfully fulfilled their role at the BDE, Akashi, seized with a desire to kiss his beloved, approaching Kanzaki. She felt her heart speed up by this sudden approach and in sight of everyone but willingly accepted the sweet kiss.

Quick Akashi headcanon/random thought(?) before I hop in the shower, but I think he would look really cool with a snake. Maybe a pet one. I think reptiles and amphibians would be animals he vibes with surprisingly well, and it would be funny to see other people's reactions to him being around those types of animals.
Especially cuz you have people like Momoi who's terrified of frogs, so imagine if she sees one while the Teiko gang is walking somewhere and screams, but Akashi picks it up no biggie and is like "don't be afraid, it won't hurt you" before placing it on the side of the road to hop back into the forest.
Or imagine Akashi with his Rakuzan teammates finding a garter snake (or whatever the Japanese equivalent is idk) in the grass and just letting it slither up his arm and around his shoulder, and they're all kinda just staring at him while Akashi is chilling with this snake.
He seems to be the type of person who is very curious about nature since he was always cooped up inside doing lessons as a kid. So now that he's in high school and also lives in a dorm away from home, he indulges in his curiosities a lot more. Especially with animals. But I feel like snakes would be one of his faves because they're misunderstood like him.

character opinion bingo - aomine, midorima, izuki!!
Aomine
Tumblr media
• I spend way too much time thinking about the GoM.
• My high school years were awfully similar to his in some ways.
• I don't talk a lot about him but i do love him a lot !
• No one can look at Aomine and think he doesn't have an amazing design, plus Too jersey and school uniforms look so good.
• I think Aomine kindness is very underrated, he always goes out of his way to help his friends, (and even the people he doesn't know well). He reassures them when they are feeling down (like he does for Kuroko and Akashi) He protect them when they are in danger (Kise and Momoi). He is just too sweet.
• 'The only one who can beat me is me' also, he is writing an autobiography, at 15, the ego of this kid is hilarious.
• SQUEAK
• He is also a bastard but it's ok, he would be boring without any flaws.
Midorima
Tumblr media
• Once again, he is a miracle, i think about them all the time.
• One of my favorite characters he is so precious.
• His tears after the Shutoku VS Rakuzan match always break my heart :(
• HE IS SO SILLY, I don't even need to expand on that.
• Squeak
• His tsundere attitude does make him sound like a bastard even if i know he doesn't mean it.
• Please make sure he always has his lucky items, i don't want anything bad happening to him.
Izuki
Tumblr media
• I do love Izuki a lot, this bingo simply doesn't have the accurate quote to express my feelings. And i'm going to be honest with you, i don't think about him a lot (which, for my, me means i think about him every other day). I always enjoy all his scenes and i appreciate how vital he is for the team. But he i am truly very normal about him.
• I still think he is very great though, and his puns are cute.
• Not exactly a blorbo by proxy, but i ship him with i character i adore so it make me love him even more. Also an amazing artist draw him all the time and each drawing add a year to my lifespan.
• Most underrated Seirin member.
• The puns, also we are talking about someone who start writing puns in his notebook when someone confess to him.
• In the sense that when i'm not actively reading/watching the story i don't think much about him. Unless it's related to his ship. I think it's because Seirin already has so many scenes and developments in the manga (main character syndrome), so I prefer to focus on less highlighted characters who appeared later in the story.
• Squeak.
• I can easily imagine how he can be someone else's favorite character, he has a lot of amazing qualities, but he just doesn't have favorite-character- potential for me personally.

Kuroko no Basket for the blorbo asks
Oh my god KNB it's been so long rachel. I'm so excited they are forever on my mind
Send me a fandom and I’ll tell you my:
blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most): To my surprise, Akashi. Like I really didn't expect him to be my fav but I think about him too much for him not to be.
scrunkly (my “baby”, character that gives me cuteness aggression, character that is So Shaped): Furihata my child
scrimblo bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave): Himuro! Okay I know he's famous in the fandom and everyone does like him but it's because he's a pretty boy. Underneath that face is an unhinged, horrible, wonderful complicated person. And I guess Sakurai too, same reasons as Himuro.
glup shitto (obscure fave, character that can appear in the background for 0.2 seconds and I won’t shut up about it for a week): Okay this is an inside joke b/w me and my friend, but Higuchi. No one knows him because he genuinely doesn't matter- he's the Rakuzan manager and was part of S.T.R.K.Y. Me & my friend made up a whole personality for him & backstory and shipped him with Mayuzumi for funsies.
poor little meow meow (“problematic”/unpopular/controversial/otherwise pathetic fave): Haizaki. okay look he's a bad person, like I can admit that. He is. a bad person. Like his character design wtf. But he has potential to be better and also they're all in high school so I hope that he does get better.
horse plinko (character I would torment for fun, for whatever reason): All of them. Like no just GOM, but all the team members, even the ones that no one usually remembers. I have tormented many of them in the fics I make up in my head. None shall be spared.
eeby deeby (character I would send to superhell): Imayoshi. He's so bad he gives even Hanamiya the creeps.
