finding peace is actually so important but also so hard. finding peace within you is a long way to go, but the worth is priceless.

one thing you should remember is that doing the work (shadow work or inner work) is important, even though facing yourself can be so hard and scary, especially when you're at your lowest and you know you messed up. but it's also being strong. facing your red flags is a proof of strength because you're willing to do better.

you acknowledge your wrongs and you work on your future self. however remember that no matter what people say about you, it will always be biased by their own insecurities. you're a mirror, we're all mirrors (behaviors, way to act, way to think). however the mirror can't manipulate you if you're self-concious.

healing, moving on, making peace with yourself ... all of this seem hard but not impossible. you're not your past anymore. future can't wait. you're the present you. deep breath. let it go.

you're the creator of your reality, but never lose yourself in your feelings, or in some shady behaviors. it's okay if you do, as long as you notice and decide to do better.

and when you feel like everything is falling apart, remember that a door closed opens a window.

bigger things are coming. make peace with that past version of yourself, and allow yourself to be happy instead of beating yourself up for your past mistakes.
