Rattlesnake Jake, Humanized

Rango is one of my favorite films ever, and Rattlesnake Jake is one of my favorite fictional snakes. His design is awesome, especially his gun-rattle; his demeanor is theatrical yet his “grim reaper“ reputation is well earned from the very real threat he poses, and his confidence is so great he not only goads Rango into shooting him point blank, he hands him the gun and aims it at his own head, knowing full well he won’t do it. Yet in spite of his villainous personality, Jake still has some principles, chastising Rango’s cowardice and respecting his bravery later.

In designing human Rattlesnake Jake I went for a more stylized design to try and emulate his presence in the film, always looming over others and dominating every shot he’s in, so I gave him long hair and a full length leather duster along with his iconic bandoliers. Probably not the most comfortable thing to wear in the desert but it gives him some extra snakelike swishiness as well as adds to his Grim Reaper persona. Humanized Rango and Beans there were sort of last minute designs, but as far as Rango goes, I tried to model him somewhat off of Victor Van Dort from Corpse Bride, another voice acting role of Johnny Depp’s.

Name: Bean Sanchez "What can i say,my daddy plumb loved baked beans."  . Age:23 , Height: 5′5 ft . 

Beans Sanchez is a hot-tempered but good-hearted woman who lives on a isolated ranch outside of Dirt. probably best known for her stubborn nature and her no‐give‐up attitude. Beans is absolutely determined to succeed and will not stop until she reaches her goal, no matter how hopeless it may seem. She is also has great leadership skills, as shown throughout her and the town's search for their stolen water from the bandits. ever since she was child Beans grew up with her Daddy around, her Mamma having left/disappeared when Beans was only 5 with reasons unknown, thus she has spent her entire life conquering the dangers and treacheries that came with defending her ranch having to help out with the chores and raising herself at times.With an almost unfathomable amount of brains, beauty, and power, there is nothing that Beans can't accomplish Beans is exceedingly intelligent, tough, and quick‐witted though can be hostile, short‐tempered, and irritable, as shown when she yells at Rango for mentioning her father's alcoholism and smoking habits(that started after her mother's abandonment) that sometimes caused him to neglect his parental responsibilities especially when Beans was going through a delectable time that ended up causing Beans goes into a petrified state whenever she becomes too anxious or upset,but at rare time she is shown to be more caring, protective, warmhearted, and very selfless.despite his smoking addiction, Beans had a fairly strong father–daughter relationship. and thinks very highly of her father and looked up to him as a great man,whenever someone mentions Beans' father's habits, Beans immediately retaliates and scolds said person and tells them about how great of a man her daddy was. In memory of her daddy, Beans carries around his cigarette ashes in her wagon.Beans has consistently dealt with stress throughout her life from growing up with only one parent taking care of and protecting her ranch with father before and after his passing that happened two years before she met Rango. When she first meeting Rango Beans at first finds Rango rather strange due to his random excuses and unusual dress, in addition to Rango being a foreigner,but later on began to warm up to him seeing Rango has a good and kind heart and being determine to help Dirt as their new sheriff to help find the water and bravery after fighting to get the water back and later on stand up to Rattlesnake Jake. overtime the two developed a deep platonic love for each other with having a mama hen/older sister relationship to Rango as they bound then later on giving Rango a place to stay on the Ranch.
