Just got to the gold dragon episode of The Witcher and Jaskiers jacket reminded me of something

A red dragon, his jacket is scale-y and red and idk if that was intentional but It goes along with what Geralt was saying about the different dragons

He Said that green are the most common, red are slightly rare, black are the rarest, and gold are a myth

I think it means that company like Jaskier is close to rare

And it also makes me think about what geralt was wearing as well, like I know he wears a lot of black but still, The Witcher race at that point was dwindling because they're sterile and because humans and monsters alike have it out for them making a Witcher(and especially one that won't kill for killings sake) even more rare than good company..

I'm just saying I've been thinking this through because I've been thinking about Geraskier dragon Au and what type of dragons they would be and I think I actually found my answer within Canon lol

AND I also think that the old man turning into a gold dragon was a wonderful surprise but also another message, in general terms I think the message is that the rarest thing for anyone at that point in The Witcher lifestyle, at least in Geralt's life is retirement and isn't that exactly what the old man was trying to do? Retire?

A rough sketch of the Seregios subspecies I created with the help of my good friend Dawn. Just a tease of things to come, really. Sorry for the weird semi transparent Seregios in the background, neither of us know why it's there.

Named Cutthroat Seregios for its tendency to hunt other Flying Wyverns, this Seregios subspecies is nothing short of a meticulous hunter. Feeding on ore deposits to suppliment its carnivorous diet, its scales form a metallic coating that enables them to conduct electricity.

Its electric scales find usage in both combat and hunting. On the ground, it uses them to set up electric tripwires around its nest, and in the air, it uses them to snipe its target from a distance, the electricity confusing its prey's sense of direction. Additionally, the metallic shine allows it to use electric impulses to make light shift around it, making it appear almost invisible, not dissimilar to Chameleos.

I might reveal more about my Monster Hunter Project in the coming days. Playing Iceborne really got me in the mood again after Sunbreak died down a little bit.

The Pondicherry Shark is an extremely rare species of requiem shark. It was last seen in India in 1979, but was rediscovered in 2016 and is now only known from about 20 museum specimens. It is thought to be fairly small, reaching a maximum length 3 feet 4 inches. It is also difficult to identify due to it's physical characteristics, which are similar to other shark species.
