Pomegranate Smoothie

1-2 servings

This is a sweet and tart smoothie that is creamy and tastes great!


½ cup pomegranate juice, chilled and unsweetened

2 tablespoons agave syrup

½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened

½ cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened

½ cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened


In a blender add the pomegranate juice, agave, yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Blend.  This might take a couple of minutes to make it smooth and creamy.

In tall glasses, pour in the smoothies from the blender and enjoy!


Use a sieve if your want to eliminate raspberry seeds.  Stirring the sieve with a spoon helps to pour out the liquid part of the smoothie as you push the seeds out of the way.

Use a different sweetener if you prefer.  Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
