Badsansuary - Day 6 - Pepper

Word Count - 184

In which Dust pulls a 'harmless' prank.

Their boss stated that the reason they started a garden was to be less dependent on other AUs for resources. The rest of them settled on the reason being Nightmare not wanting to deal with the paperwork and payment that trade involves.

Anyways, Horror has been the one taking care of the garden the most, Cross occasionally helps, Dust sometimes wanders around the place, Killer isn't allowed in unless he’s being monitored, and Nightmare has been seen reading in the garden. So, truth be told, everyone gets use out of the garden(except Killer).

And today's the day they get to harvest some of the peppers. Horror found a recipe involving said peppers and wanted to give it a try. While Horror’s cooking, Dust decides to keep him company . . . and Killer out of the kitchen, just as a precaution. Dust helped Horror plate the food once it was done, specifically so he could put a fresh, sliced pepper on Killer’s plate. Which wouldn’t do much if it were a simple sweet pepper, but it's not a sweet pepper, it’s a jalapeño pepper.

@fizzycereal RATLAS!! For one of his arm extensions i know @akalikestodraw made a design where his main arm extension was kinda a paw, so I'm sry if I got that wrong and kinda made it just normal instead.

Badsansuary - Day 5 - Good Soup

Word Count - 177

In which Nightmare makes some soup.

‘First step, get to the kitchen, once there, find an adequate sized pot. Step two, fill the pot with water and pot it on the stove top, turn on the stove to somewhere between medium and high. Step three, acquire the ingredients for your soup of choice, in this case, a mushroom soup. Step four, prepare your ingredients, once that is accomplished, add them to the pot. Side note: if the water has reached a boil during this time, turn down the heat a tad. Step five, stir the soup occasionally, but not too frequently. Step six(optional), add seasonings. Step seven, once your soup is down cooking, transfer it to a bowl(s) and serve it. Bon appétit!’

The instructions were simple enough and so was the soup he chose to make for his subordinates since he was pretty sure they could care less what they were served as long as it tasted decent. Now it was time to call them to the dining room for supper. Nightmare just hopes they aren’t fighting each other at the moment.
