Thoughts on The One vol.2? I feel it lacks the charm of the first vol. And the episodes are way too short. And the MC looks like an alien.

I have to agree with MC looking out of place with the rest and the lack of charm. I saw the promo videos on the walkthrough, so it appears the new contestants are all in their late 20s, except Kiana doesn't look near close to that age.

She has the face of someone straight out of highschool or college. Chloe in comparison looked closer to the age she's implied to have, and was coherent to the rest of the character designs. If I have to be specific she looks closer to Amber from LFOS age bracket.

For the potential LIs, you can immediately tell they're setting MC up to either end with Imani or Joel (the rain scene already made me know I had to avoid him at all cost with his male lead blaring so brightly). Ben/Bianca feels more like a secondary option behind the two even if they're supposed to be the bachelor to be.

As a first impression, the rest of the matches didn't left that much of an impact on me compared to the V1 cast. The group dynamic is too generic, whereas in V1 they could have easily been a group of friends that are just chilling out and having a good time with the occasional jab and snide.

V2 has the obvious footprints of Episode formats flowing in its vein (and I played some good ones that featured dating shows originally made by the player-writers) and mechanics (in fact i remember similar personality types dictating how the rest of the singles reacted to MC from an original story where I ultimately romanced the producer).

I guess what I'm trying to say is that, it doesn't feel like a story that will leave much of an impact on you? Or I could be wrong since we're only 4 episodes in anyway. I wouldn't say I would consider V2 a personal favourite of mine, but again it's too early to tell whether this is going to be good or just okay. 🫤

But that was before the rumours about him attempting to subjugate Midgard had the branches of Yggdrasil sway with the quick footsteps of Ratatöskr.

The wedding had been yesterday—on Christmas Eve. Now officially, Alfheim did not celebrate the Christian holiday, regardless of its stolen aspects from ancient paganism. But you had visited Midgard often enough yourself to grow to love the holiday, not to mention how much your mother had adored it before she passed. You’d been looking forward to decorating and buying Christmas gifts for your loved ones and now here you were: stuck in King Loki’s chambers after a forced but oddly passionate kiss after the ceremony. A few weeks had passed since then and needless to say you had not consummated the marriage just yet.

You had been fuming already, you would have torn him to pieces if he had dared put a hand on you… and… you were pretty sure he was very well aware of that. And while he was the most dominant man that had ever stepped into your life, he respected that. For now. You hated the part of yourself that longed for him to rip your clothes off your body, throw you on the bed and fuck you until you forgot everything but his name.

If Loki was one thing beside an arrogant and power-hungry king, he was handsome. You had noticed it at the ball already. Back then, you would have wished for him to sweep you off your feet. Now, however, your anger suffocated every other feeling you could have possibly harboured for him. Desiring him physically made that wrath even stronger. You would never admit that to him though.

As if your thinking about him had summoned him, Loki barged into his chambers only mere moments later. His quick and confident steps had you tense up, even more so when his stunning blue gaze met yours.

“You are not a prisoner in my chambers. You are free to roam the palace and the realm—as long as a guard accompanies you.”

“I had no need for a guard before I was married to you.”

“Consider it an additional perk.”

“Right,” you spat. “And what exactly are the other perks of you asking me for my hand in marriage and not accepting a no?”

For just the fraction of a second, Loki was surrounded by a green shimmering light. The next time you blinked, he had swapped his regal attire for some more comfortable clothes.

“It will reinforce the alliance between Alfheim and Asgard. The kingdom of Alfheim is already very suspicious of me,” he explained as if it was the most logical thing in the nine realms.

“For good reason, Loki.”

“Don’t you dare lecture me. You don’t know anything about what happened. So watch your tongue.”

Fuming, you clenched your fists. “Why me then? Why not any of my half-sisters?”

“Most of them have been promised to others already. One of them to a king in Niflheim, the other to the current princess of Svartalfheim, now that Malekith is dead. Besides, you are part-human. That makes you a valuable pawn to assure my peaceful intentions.”

“Peaceful? Your intentions are anything but peaceful.”

“Are they not?” He tilted his head, making your lower regions clench. Then, he gave you a just the tiniest hint of a smirk. “I do not recall you being present at your council meeting earlier, dear. I very much doubt you get to have a say about any of my intentions.”

“You forced me to marry you!”

“Your father was thrilled and all too eager to send you to Asgard, to me.” Loki looked you dead in the eye, a mocking tone playing in his smooth voice. “Do you truly believe I wish to be married to a bastard daughter of a king? A woman who is half human? You should consider yourself lucky to be by my side rather than resent me for it.”

“Lucky? Lucky?” you screeched. “You ruined my life! You came to Alfheim and drowned everything in chaos! I was free before you claimed me like an object!”

“Please… freedom is life’s great lie,” Loki responded sharply.

“And on Christmas of all days! You decided to wed on Christmas! You have no idea how much this holiday meant to my mother and now you’ve spoiled it, you selfish and arrogant prick!”

“Watch your tone with me!”

“I will not! You made me marry you, now you’re going to deal with what you claimed!”

Loki’s blue eyes widened. It was barely noticeable but it didn’t escape you regardless.

“Where does that new-found passion for hostility come from? You have been awfully quiet over the last few weeks, pet.”

Pet. “I’m not your fucking pet. Heavens, you are so irritating!”

“Well, so are you! A spoiled child who knows nothing of love and life!”

“Me? I’m the spoiled child? My mother was human and I lived a very humble life before you tossed me into his palace. You were the one born with a silver spoon in your mouth!”

“Do not speak of things you do not understand.”

“Stop patronising me!” You were both screaming at this point. You couldn’t really care less about what the servants outside of Loki’s chambers must have been thinking. They could know you were not here voluntarily.

Loki strutted towards you, a menacing and threatening expression on his handsome face. You pressed your thighs together, standing your ground on your “shared” bed. You did not move away an inch. Not until he came to a halt right before you, so much so you had to look up to meet his stare.

“You need to stop talking,” he breathed quietly. Too quiet. “Ungrateful brat…” He muttered under his breath. But he was just loud enough for you to hear him. It almost seemed like he was trying to hold back. From what, you were unsure. Lashing out? Throwing you out? Getting physical? You swallowed thickly, your mind jumping to an image where Loki threw you over his knees, grabbed a fistful of your dress to reveal your bare bottom and spanked you for your mouth. It infuriated you even more.

“I fucking hate you!” you screamed at him, sitting up so you came to kneel on the bed. One second passed in which Loki narrowed his eyes at you… in the next… his lips were on yours.

Based on an anon request, these are tfbodyniteshirt converted for: • AM-EM Trans (aemTr), • AM-EM Melodie9 Fat Male with Breasts (aemMFMBr), • AM-EM Trans Momma Lisa (aemTrML), with added bunny slippers taken from @veranka​’s 4t2 conversion.

Clarifications and swatches under the cut.

The slippers weren’t part of the request but as I’ve mentioned before, Maxis decided that M feet and F feet would be mapped differently, so if you use a M skin on F blockfeet or an F skin on M blockfeet, the toes will look weird. I do have skins for TrML up for download but I don’t know if there are any out there for aemTr and aemMFMBr yet, and not everyone is willing to use showerproof skins anyway, so the slippers are there to hide to toes and remove the issue.

As you can see on the swatches, I edited the standalone Maxis textures to look more smooth on aemMFMBr and aemTrML, as the folds don’t make sense on fuller bodies.

If anyone's dooming about the future of fangames I just want to say it's going to be okay. The community is pretty sad right now but not dead at all.

Relic Castle has moved before, the original Relic staff completely refreshed the forums by moving from a mybb site to a xenforo site and everyone had to remake their accounts and repost all their threads. This only made the site better to the point that no one really remembers the old site anymore.

Although the takedown was sudden and not planned his time, the staff have a complete copy/backup of the Relic Castle site.

This isn't the first time fangames have been mass-targetted for takedown, and I don't think it's the biggest either. GameJolt had 500+ fangames (multiple Nintendo properties, not just Pokemon) taken down a few years ago. Famously included at the time were the games Pokemon Uranium and Another Metroid 2 Remake. Most of these games can still be found, posted elsewhere!

Relic Castle's community has weathered storms before. Just since last year the site was able to quickly change providers after a DDOS attack, and the Discord members smoothly migrated to a completely new Discord server after a phisher got control of an admin account (fuck that phisher guy lol what an idiot).

Since Relic announced the site being down, the Relic Discord server hasn't slowed at all. Over a thousand new people have joined the server, and the development channels are still having normal discussions.

We're having a couple bad days but it's nothing we haven't gotten through before, the kinds of people who are crazy enough to spend years working on a fangame are literally the kinds of people who don't give up easilly.

What a beautiful story specially season 1, I would've loved to read the whole three season about Theo and her friends, no immortality just Theo and Lawrence enjoying their long life together 🥺...

2- Heaven's secret 1

Hs was one of the first stories I played, it made me fall in love with Rc. Lucifer, Mimi, Dino, Sammy, Adi, Malbonte are really lovable characters.. the ending was heartbreaking but overall a great story.

3- Kali call of darkness

Even though is a problematic story is one of my favorite. The whole story is fun, full of intrigues, the Doobays schemes, the art and the writing is so good. Also the Saris 😍😍😍

4- Love Sin & Evil

I like the vibe of teen horror movie that the book gives. The endless possibilities and turns the story can take are crazy 🤯 also the fact that MC can become a vampire is pretty cool..

5- PSI

I'll be honest it took me some time to understand the story but once I did it became one of my favorite. Lou is one of the most fascinating Mcs, she is so badass. I love that Kay is always there to support her. They're are one of my favorite pairing.

happy sunday! here’s some decor for your sims. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

included are some recolors by aoifae, with a few new meshes by kkb. i looked around but couldn’t find these exact items, but if they are already converted please let me know! it’s worth noting my versions have been slightly scaled up. the scroll art i went ahead and added recolors to moocha-muses‘ botancial scroll, be sure to grab the MESH here. as a bonus, i added pluto-sims’ iconic posters onto the civic idol poster. :]

🎼 4t2 simmify music nook by myshunosun 🎸

happy friday! here is a wonderful set by @myshunosun, perfect for any sim but especially those with an affinity for music. 

i learned a lot converting this set, from tackling my demons (slots), to adjusting the footprint, to finally adding shadows, to figuring out how to make the guitar amp invisible. speaking of the guitar, it’s cloned from crispsandkerosene’s acoustic guitar, which requires argon’s hack. the storage unit is cloned from thimblesims’ dawn living storage unit c. it has 8 slots, so i just duplicated the top middle slot to make up for it. i found if you want to add two stack of LPs on the bottom of the storage unit like shown above, its best to turn them around. it won’t flicker when moving the camera that way for some reason. that should be it, enjoy! ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

UPDATE 9/14/22: fixed meshes so you don’t have to find the sweet spot lmao. also fixed the mesh texture on the plant to be black (bc i had pink twice and barely found out myself). also resized the record player by like 1cm shh.

Yep, they mentioned her before and then she got her 2 or 3 articles about her being at the premiere. ///

Something to note...normally when a celebrity shows up at a RC do, unless their partner is standing next to them they are never photographed, with this girl she conviently gets video as soon as they arrive, and get 4 photos of her (which are reused in every article).

Then if you believe what others are saying, Chris etc didn't even stay for the after party, so thus was all to get her noted she was there.

I never saw articles in the past about jenny and minka when they attended events with him and also the fact that suspiciously the day of the premiere her name is suddenly in articles etc again.

Nah, this was all pre planned and too suspicious, I wouldn't be surprised if you're team PR that a red carpet appearance was noted in the contract.

So it looks like the official honeymoon period is over and the JRF is at work, looks like you’ll be getting more content lol. I saw the pics of them in DC.

Anyways I saw a confession on RC and someone is commenting on Rajwa’s features and …. I just thought that particular thought didn’t need to be shared and so publicly. We can’t respond there but I thought I could bring it to you? There is a particular “royal” I don’t like and I’m sure we all have “someone”, (some celebrity or whoever that we don’t like)but I don’t see the reason in going on about her body especially when she provides so many questionable actions.

In Rajwas case I would bet that the person who submitted that is western like myself and is just not used to looking at Arab features or something of the sort. It goes back to when people were talking about the photoshop and contour that makes her look a little “off”.I just brush it off and think “she’s new” the more people see her face and she set her “look” the more “normal”. Everyone has angles that works for them, and we get to hide behind screen names and avatars. And if she changes anything, then she’ll be cursed for it.

I’m surprised that this “bothered” me. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Usually I can ignore it. This could’ve been an honest observation by Anon but it almost never is in these cases. I think jealousy plays a part for sure. In my case all these royals and aristos have something in common that I envy; MONEY. They have so much they don’t have to think about bills. 😅 Forget their relationship because as American pop culture saw this year EVERYONE is getting divorced. I coincidentally ran into a post the other day that showed King Hussaine was married to his first wife(?) who was an architect for a grand total of 2 years. (Just saying).

H&R are the only two heirs or prominent royals in their age group right? Early 30’s? So they’re gonna hold this spotlight for a while I guess it just depends on how the JRF (namely Rania who’s already clapping back on people) handles it.

I hate it when people comment on royals physical appearances in general. Honestly Rajwa's features aren't weird but she looks prettier from specific angles. That anon tried to tell his opinion politely tbh,

still it was kinda weird to say Rajwa's features are "weird" haha. Unfortunately often time, ppl are subjective and biased when they criticize public figures.

One thing's for sure she won't get the whole world to like her. And as u said if she changes anything about her, she'll be cursed for it ! Some people said she had fillers for Iman's wedding and they started to criticize her. For sure jealousy played a part of the hate Rajwa's facing by some ppl.

Honestly, if Vicky absolutely had to be descended from an angel/demon union, then why is there only a single bloodline? Statistically speaking, I always found it hard to believe that only Malbonte's parents were punished for producing a potentially dangerous child, when there very could've easily been more, which is kinda what I was expecting the first time I played HS1. Because imagine him having an entire army of beings just like him, those with both angel and demon blood, but Vicky—descended from a union completely unrelated to him—is one of the few who refuses to stand with him.

Would be very interesting 👀 Also, no way there's just them, I think.

Edit 1: They were punish for killing Eragon's sister too! I don't remember if it was a consequence of the two crimes or just one tho

Have you contacted RC support about the HS import issue? Your posts are making me afraid to replay

If you recently replayed HS just before HS2 dropped every major choices should be ported over. My gameplay dates back from early 2020s (when it was still new and ongoing) hence why I think it didn't work in my case.

The simple solution would be to replay HS over again, re-doing the same choices I made but honestly, it was emotionally hard seeing everyone die in the season finale and I had to replay that a lot to get Malbonte's ending partially thanks to the Diamond Rush too 😬

I think my case is just odd, which isn't off-brand for me lol but you shouldn't let the fear stop you from playing the series ✨

Gray chose a corprate job over his little sister. Would also like to rant about the last argument you taked about refering to gray keeping quiet for six months(hope you don't mind) can I just point out that carmen kept quiet about gray's brainwashing for 18 months, that's 3 times the amount gray did and you don't see anyone talking about that, the hypocrisy. It's also important to understand why they did that, they've both wanted to not be on opposing sides, carmen see's gray's date as a "second chance" before realising that she could gray in danger and walks away same goes for gray who after carmen is brainwashed doesn't do anything for 6 months and then does something when carmen is awarded faculty and is going to kill shadowsan. I feel like a lot of people would just say that what carmen did was fine since gray wasn't a criminal anymore but gray was living a life without choosing it/being himself and that's still wrong, that's something they're totally gonna be trauma bonding and apologising about. About the other reasons why they come to deny/hate Red Crackle: hmmmmmm let me comment on it point by point.

1.- huh?… how? when? like why? There is no reason or proof for that. The word "groomed" shouldn't be used lightly.

2.- Carmen? That Carmen? Our Carmen Sandiego? The one that in the second chapter, basically because she didn't agree to return to Vile, 5 minutes later, kicked Gray in the face and handed him over to Chase? Are we talking about the same Carmen that in Chapter 4 of the fourth season, when Gray told her that he was returning to VILE and asked her not to continue messing to them, she immediately blew up half a laboratory and ran away, thus saying goodbye to Gray?

……..let me first laugh freely.

I guess since there is no real reason to deny Red Crackle, they have no choice but to lie.

3.- ……………………. Carmen left Gray, her older brother, to make her own path. Gray chose to let Carmen free because of her criminal career (and because of threats than mere pleasure). Everyone chooses her path…

And about you rant. I somewhat agree. I mean, Carmen didn't do anything for 18 months because she didn't really know what VILE had done to Gray. I mean, she believed that only Gray had his memory erased from his time in VILE, but not from the change in morals. And yet, Carmen didn't have the tools to do that. And even if she had them, she was going to choose hers well and it was best of her not to make him remember her past with VILE. As for what happened to Gray when Carmen was brainwashed, let's go to the same thing: he may have first thought that it was a "good plan" because FINALLY he wasn't going to be with a high probability of having to face him again Carmen, and that if the Faculty ordered him to "get rid of her" he would have no choice (again, for his life, not for "loyalty" to VILE, that one left when he returned, but again, I will talk about it later in my analysis)

He no longer liked the plan because he saw what happened at the fair (because Gray saw himself in Carmen, he projected himself, but again, I talk about that later in my analysis) he started to take care of her in those 6 months. , but once she became part of the Faculty, she was in their hands and with the rumor about Shadowsan, he had no choice but to take risks.

Both in the ENTIRE SERIES ALWAYS took risks to take care of each other. Yes, some were of dubious actions and morals, but there were no other options. It was what they both had at that moment, for the sake of their own well-being. Why everyone believes that Gray returned to VILE with such pleasure? it's TOO obvious that it wasn't like that, that he only did it out of fear for his life and Carmen didn't do anything in those 18 months because she didn't know the change in morals, she didn't have the tools and for her own good?

now coming to the answer.See, i do have problem with developers and not writer .Thus, we complain about developers and not writers.I think you must have noticed that in the post we are not saying anything against ursa, we are saying it about RC .And about comparing to choices, i believe that you are wrong , we are not comparing, we are just expressing our thought that "we dont want rc to go choices way due to a certain book sequel trauma we all got..."So, i believe in no way we are comparing rc to choices..We just dont want it to go choices app way and thus by writing this its clear that we are not comparing ,just saying it as a caution .

March and April were rough in terms of writers block, but I'm feeling SO much more inspired now! Life related, however, my grandma was just anemic, so they fixed it! Aaaand me? I got put on a heart monitor because in the past two months that I've had writers block... I just wasnt feeling well in general. My potassium was dangerously low and my heart wasn't beating like it was supposed to; not doing it's stupid job right, so my head really wasn't on straight either. And now, look, look! I got a wacky appendage added to my chest! 😋

Maaan, Karno and Scorpio would be so jealous. They love wacky human inventions that make goldfish life easier.
