Can Anyone Help Me Find:
random; but has anyone seen the video of the guy (tumblr or tiktok, maybe both) who re-enacts a Batman fan theory of if a villain just stole the lightbulb from the batsignal?
He plays the villain, cop, Batman, and Commissioner Gordon.
I know I've reblogged him but now I can't find his stuff
LITERALLY asking for a friend

does anyone have any resources on late victorian/edwardian glasses? I'm trying to figure out what to look for in a pair of frames (for re enactment and fashion purposes) that helps to figure out when they're from, and when they'd be in style to wear, and i don't have much info other than 'they had arms'

SIDENOTE: I am celebrating my birthday today and as I step into the new year I have promised to respect myself more and not apologize for Me or who I am. I think that goes also for writing since these words come from deep within me and help me heal. Of course, sometimes the execution of these thoughts and ideas is not always perfect but ehh, who is? And also, this is merely fanfiction not life-altering brain surgery even though writing has become very important to me and I do it with care. Same with creating mood boards just for fun and having a creative outlet. This turned into a rant but all I want to say is that I am grateful for who I am and I hope all of you out there are grateful for YOU since you are enough just as you are - others can take it or leave it!

Picture Perfect 127
Picture Perfect 127 Dan was stunned to see Timothy Dunlop standing in the reception area of the QTel studios. He was wearing the too large cut-off jeans & torn tee-shirt with the cross-eyed Yoda on it with a shiny sheriff’s badge pinned on it. He dangled straw cowboy hat in his left hand. “Timmy!” Dan exclaimed before he remembered QTel was filming re-enactments of some of the abductions.  The…

I knew it was too soon for me to go skimming on Twitter again. It’s a lot easier for me to create Tetris made collages in a digital sense than it is for me to physically take down a bedroom’s walls and ceiling’s version of them before redoing everything with rejuvenating content.

Watching History
Have you ever been to a re-enactment of a battle? I love history but I am strongly anti-military and ant-war and violence and any kind of glorification of war. Still…I thought it would be interesting to go to see a battle being re-enacted, with Napoleon involved. I live in France and had seen a poster for this event. The event took place in a park. It was surreal arriving and seeing people…

The Dingleys of Cropthorne
While visiting Evesham for last year’s medieval re-enactment, I happened on the village of Cropthorne, with its large medieval church. I do a fair bit of church-crawling, and this was a fine specimen, built near the sites of a Saxon hunting lodge and containing a 9th century Saxon cross. It also had some interesting 17thc monuments to a family called Dingley or Dineley (earlier records use the…
