Christmas air

Paring: Suna x gn!reader

Genre: Fluff

a/n: hello! this is my first ever post, and my first time writing a full scenario so please be easy on me ;)

you couldn’t help but giggle as you stared at your boyfriend who had a tiny moustache above his nose, due to the hot milk he was drinking.

“what? what’s making you laugh?”

suna questioned, oblivious to the moustache he had created. you shook your head and responded, "Nothing," finding this amusing.

“ok”

was all the middle blocker said with a tinge of suspicion in his tone, as he continued to blissfully drink his favourite milk. how cute

the two of you had decided to spend your evening at your favourite bakery drinking hot chocolate, and then head downtown to watch the Christmas lights festival.

you smiled softly , then looked outside the window enjoying the view, the atmosphere was warm outside, with the streets lined with Christmas lights and people walking around with their families and friends having a great time.

Oh how you loved the Christmas season, it seemed to bring a different kind of joy to people, which was truly magical

“what’s making you smile so hard”

suna suddenly said, snapping you out of your thoughts, He had just finished his milk and still didn't appear to notice the mustashe under his nose.

you smiled softly

“oh, i just love the Christmas season, it just makes me so happy”

you replied while taking a sip of your hot chocolate before it starts getting cold, he hummed in response as he bit into his milk bread and smiled sweetly.

you two stayed like this for a bit, enjoying each other’s company without saying much, finding this comforting.

You then glanced at the clock which indicated that it was almost time for the Christmas lights festival to start.

“suna, we have to leave now if we want to make it in time”

you said, pointing at the clock. He nodded and stood up, putting his jacket on, and you did the the same.

it was beginning to snow a little as the two of you were strolling along the sidewalk holding hands and enjoying the comforting silence.

you took a quick glance towards him and noticed his nose was turning red, you couldn't help but giggle at that. He turned to face you, eyebrow lifted, waiting for you to explain the reason behind your sudden giggles

“you look like Rudolph, the reindeer”

you point out while lightly pinching his nose, in the mist of chuckles, the middle blocker playfully rolled his eyes as he squeezed your hands.

suna— wouldn’t tell you this but he’s not a big fan of the snow, mostly because of how cold it gets, but seing the way your eyes light up at the mere sight of a snowflake, makes him love it too.

The celebration had just begun when you guys arrived , and it was incredible, with lights shining everywhere, Christmas ornaments adorning the enormous Christmas tree, and people taking pictures all around, This was truly magical

You gazed in awe at the breathtaking scenery, Suna grinned softly at that

you decided to go take a picture in front of the enormous Christmas tree

“c’mon let’s go take a picture over there” you exclaimed cheerfully pulling his arm and making your way towards the tree.

“y/n, calm down, it’s not going anywhere”

Suna said in the mix of chuckles, he loved seing you like this, specifically because moments like this reminds him of why he fell in love with you.

Pushing through the full crowd you finnaly made it in front of the tree, it appeared even more wonderful up close thanks to the lights that made the entire tree shimmer.

“ok come here” you said motioning the middle blocker to get closer while pointing your phone in your direction, he awkwardly placed his arms around your waist while holding up a peace sigh

“say cheese!” you say with a bright smile, while he smiled softly.

“Aww this looks so good” you happily stated while looking at Suna who nodded in agreement

“let’s take another one” the middle blocker suggested while positioning the phone, this time he decided to give you a kiss on the cheeks.

This made you feel instant butterflies

“aw my boyfriend’s so romantic” you teasingly state while pinching his cheeks, you never expected him to do something like this, but not that your complaining.

“i guess it’s the just the Christmas air— that’s making me feel like this” Suna said while giving you a kiss on the head, you chuckled at that while interjecting your fingers with his and making your way towards the fariswheel

— not acknowledging the tiny blush that appeared on his face.

it must be the Christmas air
