my go-to pizza at uni (recipe below)
tomato + spinach veggie pizza
ingredients:
naan bread
tomato sauce
red onion
tofu
cheese
spinach
vegetable oil
salt + pepper
chili flakes (optional)
parsley flakes (optional)
steps:
add onto the naan bread in the following order: tomato sauce, red onion slices, tofu crumbles, grated cheese, spinach
drizzle some vegetable oil on top
bake at 300 degrees C for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
add salt, pepper, and (optional) chili flakes and parsley
enjoy!!

Składniki:
30g płatków owsianych - 112 kcal
50ml wody - 0 kcal
150g skyru (np jagodowego) pilos* - 84 kcal
70g banana - 68 kcal
30g borówek - 17 kcal
Całość: 281 kcal
Wykonanie:
Płatki zalej wodą, zagotuj w garnku lub podgrzej w mikrofali (ok 40 sekund), aby napęczniały. Po wystygnięciu wymieszaj ze skyrem, dodaj owoce.
Jest naprawdę sycące, ja codziennie wstaję koło 15-16, więc jest to moje śniadanie jak i obiad.
Dobrze się sprawdza jak mam ochotę na coś słodkiego.
* pilos nie ma tego musu co fruvita czy Piątnica, ale jest naprawdę dobry. I ma o ok 50 kcal mniej od fruvity/Piątnicy
