Hermes

Hermes is a pretty laid back persona, much like his creator, but he's also pretty efficient with his work. So, having a shadow just...vibing around would be annoying at first, but he'd get used to it. So long as he's not a threat, Hermes is fine.

Io

Io is much like Yukari. She has some raging trust issues, and is a little hot tempered. So, having Ryoji around makes her uncomfortable, but she's pretty quick to adjust. It's the shit like him running around, screaming for attention or food, or being creepy that would eat at her whenever they meet.

Penthesilea

As a persona meant more for recon than fighting, Penthesilea fucking HATES Ryoji with a passion. Mitsuru doesn't mind him, feeling he's more like a cat or a puppy. Cute, but slightly annoying. Her persona though, is not a fan. She's aware of how much of a threat Ryoji is, after all, so they don't get along.

Juno

Juno is like Penthesilea, she doesn't like Ryoji. She's a very aware persona, so his threat level makes her hostile. Which is, yet again, a difference from Fuuka's personal opinions. where Fuuka rather likes Ryoji because he's cute and harmless, and will eat her cooking, but her persona is guarded and distrustful of him.

Nemesis

So long as Ken likes Ryoji and is unharmed, Nemesis doesn't mind the little shadow. She keeps an eye the little creature, but otherwise is unphased by him being around. Ken likes him pretty well and maybe even wants his own pet shadow.

Castor

Castor met Ryoji exactly once and proceeded to try and stomp him into a bloody puddle. For the sake of Shinji and Minato not getting into fisticuffs, and Castor not nearly getting bitten in half a second time. They are never put together again, and when Castor does make the odd appearance on emergency missions, Ryoji is kept firmly under Minato's arm in his 'snow suit'.

Ceasar

Admittedly, Ceasar couldn't care less about Ryoji being around. So long as the shadow isn't being hostile and doesn't give him a reason, he won't go looking for a fight. While Akihiko might be a tad lacking in strategy, Ceasar does try to think ahead. And mauling a shadow he has seen take on Castor without breaking a sweat is just, not a good use of his energy.

Orpheus

Orpheus is...conflicted about the little shadow, much like his wielder. On one hand, the little bird creature is darkly cute, so he's very fond of him. But, he's also shown a human level of comprehension and an aggressive desire to have his user as a 'mate'. So, while he does care for the creature, he's also weirdly flattered at his affections and is admittedly more attached than he normally is. Yet, those opinions do waver a bit whenever Ryoji goes out on a mission with the group and starts puffing up or bringing him food to try and court the persona. Orpheus doesn't know what to do about that, and isn't sure what that means, if anything.

In the Dragon Age Inquisition timeline:

Brindleback will be helping train soldiers during the day, and can be found on the ramparts when he's off duty, at night. He is often smoking a pipe when he's most relaxed.

Red is found in the stables during the day, and in the Tavern at night, drinking with the rest of Riders. I feel like he'd be an NPC with the highest amount of different locations.

Tahno might be strolling around the medicinal gardens during the day and in wherever the messenger raven stay, at night, hoping for a message from Lady Templar Lin, Mako, or his other friends that might have survived. Maybe he'll even be let Dagna run tests on his blood, if he feels comfortable enough. I wonder if he goes to her to get bled out, so his blood byproducts don't poison him.

Charlie can probably be found in his own secluded office, strolling near the War Room, discussing things with Josephine, or scolding Red in the stables.

Evandra is often annoying the blacksmith, trying to loot dead bodies on missions so she can sell the old armor and weapons, and probably opens her own shop of counterfeit items. Antrius runs a day and night shift for songs at Herald's Rest. Nixie? IDK the other two are always trying to make sure she doesn't burn the place down.

Liselotte never gets to Skyhold. She's stuck in Orlais LOL
