It’s late so I’d rather avoid a long post, but I’m assuming you’re wondering why it’s wrong:
1. It uses the out of pocket cost of hip replacement in the US, despite almost Americans having some form of health insurance. Furthermore, hip replacements are very common among healthcare plans, therefore representing the US price as uncovered is incredibly misleading.
2. It’s a bit misleading as well to portray an insurance payout without any consideration of the total payments of the lifetime of the policy. For example, if you pay more for a higher quality car insurance policy for forty years and then eventually crash your car, then it’ll obviously be considered better in the moment of the payout, but if you take into consideration the additional costs you paid over the lifetime of the policy to get that payout, it may not be better.
3. Although healthcare quality does not necessarily vary too much between developed countries, there are still tremendous differences. Most of the world still depends on the US for majority of healthcare-related research, which is widely subsidized and funded by the higher prices in the US.
4. The estimates for the other costs associated for visiting Spain are way off. I’m not saying it’s not doable, but one wouldn’t be able to uphold the same typical standards of living for that low.
5. Spanish healthcare is heavily subsidized by the Spanish taxpayers, so although for a foreigner that may be considered irrelevant. For economic or financial comparisons, it’s inaccurate to not take that into account, especially when the broader claim is pushing that system to be adopted by the US. It’s not sustainable. It’s similar to like comparing someone living off of charitable donations to someone providing entirely for themselves and then concluding that everyone should live off of charitable donations since it’s more affordable.
Bunch of other smaller problems, but those are the bigger problems.

Magma Jellyfish (2nd edition homebrew)
Jellyfish, Magma
Climate/Terrain: Oceans surrounding Volcanic Islands Frequency: Special Organization: Clusters Activity Cycle: Any Diet: Carnivore Intelligence: Non (0) Treasure: Nil Alignment: Neutral No. Appearing: 1-10 Armor Class: 8 Movement: 3 Hit Dice: 2-5 THAC0: 2-3 HD: 18 4-5 HD: 16 No. of Attacks: 1 Damage/Attacks: 3d4 (burn) Special Attacks: Paralyzation, Immolation Special Defenses: See below Magic Resistance: Nil Size: S to L (2 1/2ft to 10ft) Morale: 8 to 12 XP Value: 2HD: 120 3HD: 180 4HD: 270 5HD: 360
Magma Jellyfish are a strange subspecies of giant jellyfish found only in oceans surrounding Volcanic Islands, as well as the underwater tunnels created by the flow of volcanic lava. Somehow infused with raw elemental energy, they are equally beautiful and deadly, emanating an inner glow resembling the deep reds, fiery oranges and bright yellows of the magma they are named after.  The darkened ash grey bulb can be anywhere from 3-10 feet in diameter with 10-40 long delicate looking semi-transparent tentacles trailing below, each with their own faint glow. Details by hit dice: 2HD: 2 1/2ft diameter bulb, 10 tentacles that are 10ft long 3HD: 5ft diameter bulb, 20 tentacles that are 20ft long 4HD: 7 1/2ft diameter bulb, 30 tentacles that are 30ft long 5HD: 10ft diameter bulb, 40 tentacles that are 40ft long
Combat:  When these creatures perceive a threat, their natural faint glow immediately intensifies. Magma Jellyfish in a threat response will cast the same amount of light as a bonfire of equal size as the Jellyfish. The threat display does not last long, as even the mindless Jellyfish knows how vulnerable they are. The Jellyfish will lash out with it's tentacles, creatures struck by the tentacles must make a saving throw vs paralyzation from the sheer shock of the searing pain. Paralyzed creatures will be grabbed by 2-20 (1d4x2 to 5 - relative to the Jellyfish's HD) additional tentacles and drawn to the body suffering 3d4 points of damage per round until they break free or die trapped in it's grip. Victims may roll an additional saving throw vs paralyzation with a -2 penalty to attempt to break free.  Victims who die trapped by the Jellyfish are drawn to the bulb and immolated/melted and absorbed/consumed...  Each tentacle requires one point of damage to sever it, but this does not damage the creature. Only attacks to the bulb will damage the Jellyfish. Severed tentacles will regrow in 1d6 days.
Magma Jellyfish have two special defenses, the first is obvious by their name. They are essentially living jellied magma, and so they are immune to all fire damage (including lava and red dragons' breath). But therein lies their other special defense. The intense heat of the bulb will actually cause damage to anything foolish enough to make physical attacks. Any creature attacking with natural attacks (punching, kicking, clawing, biting, etc) will suffer 3d4 points of damage from the burning hot and semi-solid "skin" of the creature.
Habitat/Society:  Scholars and Sages have not yet reached an agreement of their origins. They are found almost exclusively near volcanic Islands and are completely immune to the magma. These giant Jellyfish are found in small clusters of up to 10 individuals. However, they are not strong enough swimmers to fight a strong current and are sometimes found miles away from any volcanic activity, these Jellyfish will be far more likely to attack.
Occasionally, a strong storm with wash one or more of these creatures onto beaches. If you've ever seen a strangely shaped and scorch-marked rock formation on the beach covered with a strange ashy substance, you now know what caused it. Without the ocean water these creatures quickly deflate and dry from the inside out, resulting in something that resembles newly formed volcanic rock. Scavengers are often found nearby burnt to death when they attempted to feed on the dying jellyfish.
Ecology: These creatures fill some ecological spot, but it is not one that was naturally occurring on this world. Until the Scholars and Sages come to an agreement on when and where this creature began, they have only speculation. One belief is that over time they absorbed some essence of primordial flame from their volcanic homes, and thus were forever changed. Another belief is that these creatures entered this world through a interplanar tear leading to the elemental plane of fire. They feed on whatever creatures are unlucky enough to encounter them, but it is believed that they must also draw some sustenance from the geothermal energy, which Sages believe explains their attraction to areas with volcanic activity.
Sea Swarm: When volcanic activity builds beneath the waves, it can sometimes draw a great swarm of these creatures hoping to find a new home in the lava tunnels resulting in the growth of the undersea volcano. Creatures caught in this swarm are in serious danger, there is a 20% chance the swarm is already feeding when encountered. The swarm as a whole is treated as a 5HD creature, exceptionally large gatherings can be treated at multiple swarms. Each swarm makes one tentacle attack (damage/saves as above) up to 3 swarms may attack the same creature.

Most fae are poly, actually, and particularly the ones that can shapeshift, have very loose ideas about gender in general.  In fact we don’t really have a specific word of polyamory, we kind of just borrow the mortal word, since we don’t normally need such a word.   Also the word for monogamy translates to “one-loving” in mortal speak.
i am very adamant that elves are far less restrictive about gender and relationships than humans
