Really love it when I stick up for a new coworker that I see getting picked on a lot and find out that they were talking shit behind my back and trying to cause drama with me the entire time.

#this always happens to me?? like?? I try and be a nice person and then the person I was trying to help just ends up being a complete ahole? #not looking forward to today bc I basically found out the reason I’ve been so overbooked is bc of him. on purpose. #so both my bather and I had to work through our lunches stressed out of our minds bc of him. #and yesterday I found all of this out bc he had the audacity to yell at me for asking a work question #like an actual genuine question over whether he did this thing that’s his job to do or else it can land me in danger #and next time I come out he was like ‘I DIDNT APPRECIATE HOW YOU BARKED AT ME’ like 3 times and like. first off I’m not a dog. second off #I asked a fucking question over whether you were doing your job or not and it turns out he wasn’t bc he didn’t think it was his job #long story short he screamed at me and didn’t think his job duties were his job and then the manager was like ‘they are tho??’ #regardless I’m going to ask to talk to HR of the district manager today bc now I’m actually anxious to go back to work #bc i obviously don’t like it when a grown man yells at me. ever.
