Regulus Black ‐ Jasmine, Lavender, and Poppy
Tumblr media
Pairing : Regulus Black x (she/her) Reader Word Count : 0.6k Warning : Nothing, just pure fluff. Synopsis : Regulus made sure that she would never forget his scent ever again. Notes : My first blurb. Should I make more of these? If you like this story and would like to support me, please visit my kofi page and perhaps get me a coffee?☕
She remembers his scent well. That very special smell of oud and leather, something that portrays luxury and obscurity. Something that feels like home. Something that screams him— Regulus Arcturus Black.
But poking on Regulus has always been one of her most favourite things to do. Even before they were romantic, teasing him has always been second nature for her. His reactions have always brought her bliss. Their harmless banter is what fuels their day and it feels like the perfect time for her to pull the first taunt of the day.
"I don't smell you from the Amortentia," She lied, teasing her boyfriend whose brows are now pinched high from the offensive words she spilled "I smelled cinnamon, wet grass, and linen."
"Bullshit, I smelled you. There's no way you smelled someone else."
Shs shrugs, closing her textbook that hasn't been read ever since they entered the library, "Maybe you smelled wrong."
"I'm never wrong about these kinds of things."
"Yeah?" She challenges, propping her chin in the palm of her hand "What did you smell?"
"I smelled jasmine, lavender, and poppy."
"That doesn't smell like me. You're just listing random flowers."
Regulus raised an eyebrow, "Your perfume's base is jasmine. You drop a few lavender oil to your seal wax on all of our letters. Your garden is filled with poppies. You are jasmine, lavender, and poppy."
A smile blooms on her face. It was one thing to be satisfied by teasing your boyfriend and another to have him spelling the little details of you. Regulus has always been the observant party of the two, she just never realised how much of her he's taking notes of.
"Also, Love, your house is always decorated with those three flowers on every corner. You are what I smelled from Amortentia. You are my soulmate."
"Well, no one said Amortentia smells like your soulmate. They say it smells like someone you're attracted to so maybe that's why." She continues her scheme, concealing her blooming heart "Maybe I'm attracted to someone else now."
Regulus' brows rose higher, looking even more appalled at her words, "Are you being serious right now?"
She shrugs.
Regulus stood from his seat. Perhaps teasing him in the library when they're the last people there wasn't such a brilliant idea. Merlin knows what he might do now. Regulus might be a calm and collected person but wrong poke and you'll wake the fury inside him.
She started to inch away, pushing her seat back until it hit the wall, giving her no other space to escape. Regulus kneeled down, levelling to her eye level and eyes her deeply. His brows were still knitted in displease but his eyes were soft. Her plan to keep an aloof expression has evidently failed as a playful smile cracks on her lips, anticipating for his next move whilst praying that he wasn't genuinely angry.
"You're a menace." He says before kissing her.
Regulus pulled her chair closer, locking her in place as he put his hands on her sides. It wasn't like she's planning to leave, anyway. No one in their right mind would want to go when they're being kissed by him, especially with such an intimate and asserting position.
One hell of a man, Regulus is.
A victorious smile was plastered on her face when they pulled away. It was a short kiss. Just enough for him to prove to her just how wrong she is about the scents she's attracted to. Regulus knew that she was lying, that she was just trying to get his reaction, yet he complied with her charade anyway.
Regulus now stands from his position. He took off his robe, tossing it carelessly to the seat he occupied a couple minutes ago. He then takes off his jumper, making her cheeks burn from the sight. He surely knows how to keep her around.
"The library might not give you the best privacy if you're planning to go nude, Love." She comments.
Regulus rolls his eyes, handing her his jumper, "Wear it."
"Why?"
"So you won't ever forget my scent again."

to the moon and back
Tumblr media
Once upon a time, there was a wizarding family that was powerful and mighty. Nicholas Selwyn was the last of their family, and he and his wife Calliope had yet to have a child—an heir to continue the Selwyn name.
Then a miracle happened: Calliope had finally borne a child. A child born of the Selwyn and Rosier bloodline, the heir for whom they have waited so long. On the summer solstice of 1962, a daughter was born. And she was given the name Y/N, a fitting name for a princess. Families from the Sacred Twenty-Eight came from all around to offer gifts and praise for the little girl.
Among those families were the Blacks. Walburga and Orion Black had two sons. An almost two-year-old Sirius clung to his father's leg, hiding from everyone else. While the almost-one-year-old Regulus was sitting comfortably in his mother's arms.
“Oh, Calliope, you are glowing!” Walburga Black praised the new mother, balancing her son on her hip. Walburga peered over the little girl that was bundled in a pink swaddle in Calliope's arms. “She's a darling!”
“Yes, she is.” Calliope agreed with a wide grin. “The sweetest angel I've ever seen.”
Calliope looked up at the tiny hand that was a few inches away from her daughter's face. Six-month-old Regulus had his tiny hand over the newborn's face, seemingly admiring her.
“It looks like Regulus likes Y/N.” Walburga laughed, beaming at her son. Suddenly, Regulus' smacked Y/N square in the face.
“Regulus Arcturus Black, you do not hit women!” Walburga scolded the boy in her arms, who had no idea what was happening. Meanwhile, the little baby in Calliope's arms was screaming her head off, her face red as her cries echoed in the banquet hall.
Calliope soothed her daughter, an amused smile on her lips as she glanced at the little boy who had just hit her child.
"Oh, hush, Walburga. The boy doesn't know any better; he's just a boy.” Calliope chuckled. “I think he just really likes my daughter.”
“Regulus has great taste, then.”
“Maybe one day they'll fall in love.” Calliope mused, a twinkle in her eye as she looked at the little boy who had his eyes locked on her sleeping daughter. Walburga laughed, shaking her head. “We'll see.”
Tumblr media
June 21st, 1968
Selwyn Manor was filled with colourful decorations, bright pink and lavender ribbons, and balloons lining the parlour and hallway. There were beautiful floral arrangements in tall vases, and even pink and purple flowers have been planted in the garden outside.
It was Y/N's sixth birthday, and she was beyond excited. Her mother and father opted not to throw another lavish party, but the house elves insisted on decorating the manor according to their young mistress' desires. Calliope and Nicholas proposed that instead of a party, they would take her on a summer trip to France as a gift for their daughter's birthday.
“Mummy, how do I look?” Y/N asked, twirling around as she modelled the dress in front of her mother. She was wearing a frilly lavender-coloured dress made by Miffy—their house elf—that doted on Y/N far too much.
Calliope beamed proudly at her daughter. “You look enchanting, mon ange.”
The little girl furrowed her eyebrows. “Mon ange? What does that mean, mummy?”
Her mother chuckled. “It means 'my angel' in French, my love. This summer, I'll be teaching you French, alright?”
Y/N nodded eagerly, nearly jumping with excitement at the mention of learning another language. “When are we going? When, when?”
“We'll just wait for your father to finish up at the ministry, my love. After that, we'll go ahead.”
“Okay, okay. Can I go to the garden now, Mummy? I want to play with Miffy.”
Calliope laughed. “Alright, alright. Just don't get messy, okay?”
Y/N nodded before darting out of the room, the little house elf hot on her heels. Calliope shook her head at her daughter amusedly. Her little girl is going to get along quite nicely with the youngest Black son.
Tumblr media
“Both of you shall be on your best behaviour for the whole summer in France; do you understand me?” Walburga reminded her sons, her gaze narrowing at her eldest. “Do you understand me?”
Sirius tried his best not to roll his eyes at his mother, but he failed miserably. “You've told us that at least ten times this week, Mother.”
Walburga glared at her eldest, letting out an annoyed sigh before turning to her youngest with a smile. “Do you understand, Regulus?”
The boy nodded, not wanting to get on his mother's bad side, like Sirius always did.
Walburga beamed at her youngest son, patting him on the cheek. “We are to leave eave at six in the evening, after your father gets done with business. You two better be ready to leave before five.” She turned to her eldest, snarling at him before turning and walking away from the young boys.
“Reggie, wanna go play in the garden?” Sirius asked as soon as their mother was out of earshot, a mischievous grin on his face. Sirius was often the troublemaker between the two, always rebelling against their mother's rules. Sirius despised their parents' belief in blood supremacy. It was a load of dung, according to Sirius, who loved watching muggle children play out in the streets in Grimmauld Place.
“But mother said to behave, Sirius.” Regulus hissed at his brother. Regulus hated it when Sirius got in trouble with their mother, usually persuading Sirius to go along with their mother's wishes in order to keep him from getting punished, but his brother was one stubborn git.
“Come on, Reggie,” Sirius urged, wiggling his eyebrows. “It'll be fun! We can pretend to have wands and duel.”
Regulus rolled his eyes at his brother. “If Mother-”
“You're goody-goody with the elf; ask him to zip his mouth.”
Regulus scowled. “That elf has a name, you know.”
Sirius waved a hand dismissively. “Yeah, yeah. So, are you coming or not?” Regulus sighed before giving in and following his older brother outside. As soon as the two boys got outside, Sirius looked around in search of a branch they could use as make-believe wands.
“Aha! Here you go, baby brother, a wand.” Sirius grinned, passing a thin branch to him. Regulus eyed the branch in his hand. “Do all wands look like this?” He asked, his nose scrunching in disgust.
“I dunno, s'pose so,” Sirius shrugged. “Bella's wand looks like a wonky twig, though.” Regulus cringed at the mention of their eldest cousin.
“I don't like Bellatrix.” Regulus muttered.
Sirius chuckled. “Who doesn't? Bella's a bit...mad. Glad we're not spending summer with them this year.”
Regulus smiled at the thought of spending the summer away from London. It was going to be their first time in France, and both boys were ecstatic. They have heard so much about the Black estate in France from their uncle Alphard, who spent all of his summers along with his siblings in the estate. Sirius and Regulus could not believe that their mother was once a happy child, much to Alphard's amusement.
“You think Mother and Father will leave us alone in France?” Regulus asked, fiddling with the stick in his hands.
“They do it every day, Reg.” Sirius rolled his eyes at his younger brother. Walburga Black was not the maternal kind; she had no patience for things related to child care. She decidedly left it all to the house-elves to care for her sons.
“Right,” Regulus cleared his throat, “so are we duelling or not?”
Sirius gripped his wand and waved it around. “Prepare to duel!” He grinned mischievously, aiming the faux wand at his brother. “Jelly legs!”
Regulus pretended his legs had turned to jelly and stumbled around clumsily. Making Sirius burst out into laughter. Regulus quickly turned and pointed his wand at his brother. “Tickles!”
Sirius twitched his nose and looked around himself, pretending that he could feel the invisible tickles. He aimed his stick at his brother again. “Eat slugs!”
Regulus fell to his knees, pretending to vomit on the ground with a smirk. The garden was filled with giggles from the two boys as they duelled each other.
“That was fun!” Regulus laughed, trailing behind his brother as they carefully walked back inside the house.
Sirius turned to look at his brother and grinned triumphantly. “Told you.”
“You two look filthy!” Sirius and Regulus turned around, only to see their mother glowering at them.
“What did I tell you?” Walburga seethed at her sons. Regulus hid behind Sirius, who stood defiantly in front of his mother. “We just went out to the garden, Mother.”
“Kreacher! ” Sirius and Regulus flinched as their mother's shrill voice echoed through the house.
There was a loud popping sound, and the elf appeared next to their mother. “Mistress be wanting Kreacher?”
“Take the boys and make them look presentable. After that, pack their trunks for the summer.” Walburga ordered the elf before yanking Sirius by the arm and pushing him to Kreacher. Regulus whimpered, shifting under his mother's gaze, before walking to his brother's side.
“Keep them in line, Kreacher. We leave at six sharp.”
The elf bowed. “Yes Mistress. All shall be done, oh yes, shall be done.”
Tumblr media
“Oh, for Merlin's sake! Hurry up!” Walburga screamed for her children. It was already five forty-five in the evening, fifteen minutes before the Blacks had to leave. She turned to her husband with an annoyed look. “Go get your children.”
Orion let out a loud sigh before turning to walk up the stairs to the boys' room. “Bloody woman, treating me like a dog.” he muttered under his breath.
“What was that!?”
“Nothing, nothing.” Orion quickly ran up, evading his wife's anger.
“Boys, what's taking so long-” Orion opened the door to his sons' room, expecting them to be slacking, only to see Sirius fixing his brother's hair.
“There you go, Reggie!” Sirius declared proudly, handing his little brother a mirror. “You look good, if I do say so myself.”
Regulus took the mirror and looked at himself. His curls were slightly slicked back, with a few tendrils hanging loose and framing his face perfectly. Regulus grinned, passing back the mirror to his brother. “You should do my hair often, Sirius.”
Orion smiled at the sight of his sons. He never had that kind of bond with his own brother. He opened the door and stepped inside, the smile gone from his lips.
Orion cleared his throat, making both boys jump. “Boys, come on. Your mother's waiting downstairs, and you know she's not fond of waiting.”
“Yes, father.” Sirius turned to Regulus, taking his hand in his. “Come on, Reg, summer awaits!” All three of the Black men descended down the stairs. Walburga scowled at the sight of her oldest son's hair.
“I said to look presentable, Sirius.”
Sirius smirked, running a hand through his black mane. “I am presentable, Mother."
“You little-” Walburga raised her hand to strike her son when her husband cut her off.
“Just get in the fireplace, Sirius, Regulus,” Orion sighed, shaking his head. When they didn't move, he lightly pushed his eldest. “Now!”
Both boys scrambled to the dusty old fireplace, Regulus gripping the ends of his brother's robes. Sirius had a grin plastered on his lips, provoking his mother further.
“Get a handful of floo powder, Sirius,” Orion ordered. Sirius turned to the pot of black powder on the side of the wall, taking a handful of it in his small hands.
“Now you must say this clearly; otherwise, you and your brother would get transported to the wrong place. Black Manor, Dinard, loud and clear, Sirius.” The seven-year-old boy nodded, clearing his throat before loudly speaking.
“Black Manor, Dinard!”
Green flames engulfed the two brothers as they were transported into a beautiful sitting room. The smell of wood and spice immediately invaded their nostrils as soon as the two boys stepped out of the fireplace. Sirius and Regulus were awestrucked. The manor in France was far better than Grimmauld Place.
It was a sight to behold. It had a grandiose feeling, as if it had been lifted straight from the pages of an old French novel.
The walls of the elegant room were a deep forest green, the shade of which had been carefully matched to the hue of the lush gardens outside. In the centre of the room was the focal point, a large emerald green velvet sofa that seemed to invite anyone to sink into its depths. On either side of the sofa were two matching armchairs, upholstered in the same emerald velvet. The cushioning was studded with silver buttons that shone when the sunlight hit them, and the legs were carved from dazzling marble. Behind the sofa, the walls were lined with large, dark wood bookcases and cabinets filled with fine silver trinkets and antique books. An old-style grandfather clock was tucked away in the corner, counting down the minutes with its sombre ticking. Rich tapestries hung from the walls, and Persian rugs covered the floor.
For illumination, several grand candelabras rested on the tables and were held aloft by marble pillars, which were intricately carved with rococo details. Each candelabra was adorned with five burning white candles that cast a soft, golden glow over the room.
A grand piano sat in the corner by the arched window, while a gleaming bronze chandelier hung above it. There were gilded mirrors on the walls with silver frames that gave the room an extra sparkle. There were huge windows around the room, with rich green velvet curtains in a silver pattern parted in the middle to let light in.
A place of true elegance and sophistication. It was as if every detail was chosen with care, from the luxurious green and silver brocade that draped the walls to the gleaming marble floors and the grand mahogany-framed clock overlooking the room.
The flames roared again, revealing their parents. Walburga stepped out and immediately screamed for a house elf.
With a loud pop, a small elf appeared. It looked better than what Kreacher looked like. The elf wore a tea towel around its waist and a huge green ribbon atop its head.
“Mistress be needing Dilly?”
Walburga turned to her sons. “These are my sons, your young masters. They will be spending the whole summer here. I trust that my sons will be taken care of.”
“Dilly will take very good care of her young Masters; yes, she will. Only the best for the heir of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black.”
Walburga nodded curtly before turning her attention to her sons. “You both shall be on your best behaviour for the whole of summer. Do you understand? If word gets out to me that you two show anything less of what I have taught you, there will be consequences.”
Regulus visibly gulped, shifting under his mother's gaze. “Yes, mother.”
Sirius looked unaffected by their mother's gaze. “Yeah, yeah, behave and all that.”
Suddenly, the fireplaces erupted into green flames once more. Out stepped a little girl with long (y/h/c) hair tied in pigtails and bright (y/e/c) eyes dressed in a frilly lavender-coloured dress. She was clutching a white-stuffed bunny in her arms as she looked around.
“Greetings, little one.” Orion greeted the little girl, who gave him a small, shy smile. Y/N fiddled with her hair as she stood by the fireplace, waiting for her parents. A little while later, the flames erupted again, revealing Nicholas and Calliope Selwyn. Y/N quickly hid behind her mother, clutching the skirt of her robes.
“Walburga, Orion, it's been so long,” Calliope greeted, taking a step closer to the Black matriarch, leaning in for a hug.
Y/N eyed the older woman curiously. She had aristocratic features, high cheekbones, and full lips, making her look regal and elegant as she stood. The little girl tugged on her mother's skirt. “Mummy!” she whispered fiercely, tugging on her mother's skirt harder. Calliope pulled away from the raven-haired witch with a chuckle as she looked down at her daughter.
Regulus looked at Y/N with an unamused look, scrunching his nose in annoyance. “She looks like a spoiled brat.” he whispered to Sirius, who nodded in agreement.
Walburga smiled down at the little girl, which shocked Sirius and Regulus. “You must be Y/N.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow at the older woman. She looks scary, Y/N thought before promptly hiding behind her mother's back.
Walburga chuckled. “She's a bit shy, I see.”
Calliope laughed. “Oh no, my daughter is anything but shy.” Her gaze then fell onto the two boys huddled in the corner.
“Sirius, Regulus, come forward and introduce yourselves,” Orion instructed. Both boys stepped forward, standing tall and proud.
“Sirius Orion Black, the third at your service.” Sirius grinned proudly before bowing, his long hair falling over his face.
Calliope laughed at the young boy's enthusiasm. “You've gotten bigger since the last time I've seen you, young Sirius.”
“My name's Regulus, Regulus Arcturus Black.” Regulus smirked proudly, bowing like his brother.
“My, my, such well-mannered boys.” Calliope praised.
Walburga beamed proudly. “I taught them well.”
Sirius snorted, making Regulus chuckle. Their mother did not teach them anything because she threatened them if they did not comply with all her rules.
"Y/N, darling, introduce yourself to Mr. and Mrs. Black, my love."
“No.” Y/N huffed behind her mother.
“Come on, darling. Introduce yourself; tell them how you love dressing up.” Nicholas chuckled, nudging his daughter from behind his wife. Y/N reluctantly stepped out, a scowl etched on her lips. “Y/N Artemis Rosier Selwyn.” She introduced herself with a curtsy.
“Sirius, Regulus, go ahead and kiss Y/N's hand like a true gentleman.” Walburga urged, pushing Sirius slightly.
Sirius grinned mischievously as he took Y/N's hand and softly placed a kiss on her knuckles. “I am pleased to meet you, my fair maiden.”
“Likewise.” Y/N gave him a small smile.
Regulus rolled his eyes at Y/N. She looked like a girly girl. And he hated those kinds of girls. His cousins Narcissa and Andromeda were like that, and it wasn't fun. The two older girls would always drag him and his brother into whatever they pleased. And it annoyed Regulus more than it annoyed Sirius.
“Go on, Regulus,” Walburga urged her youngest son, who scowled.
“Hello, Y/N. I'm very pleased to meet you,” Regulus said, his tone annoyed.
“Pleased to meet you, Regulus.” Y/N curtsied. Regulus walked back to Sirius, only to be stopped by his mother. “Ah, ah, ah!” She urged her son, pushing him to kiss Y/N's hand.
Y/N raised an eyebrow as Regulus' face contorted in disgust. He looks conceited, and Y/N wanted to punch him in the face just because of it. Regulus reluctantly took her hand, scrunching his nose in disgust before kissing her hand as quickly as he could.
“So happy you could come.” Regulus sneered.
“So happy to be here.” Y/N said with a sickening sweet voice, rolling her eyes at the boy.
“She's a darling, Calliope. Such a fine young lady!” Walburga complimented the little girl with a smile.
“Yes, she is.” Calliope chuckled, beaming at her daughter.
“But don't let that innocent face fool you. She has the famous Rosier temper.” Nicholas laughed.
“Ah yes, the famous Rosier temper.” Orion agreed. “I do believe we all know what that temper is capable of.”
“Ah, so you've been a victim of it?” Calliope asked with a smirk.
“Cygnus' wife, Druella.” Orion laughed. “Let's just say that I couldn't utter a word for a week.”
All the adults burst out laughing, leaving the children confused. Regulus perked up at the mention of his aunt Druella, whom he liked the most because she gave him the most sweets.
“I remember that! Drue was absolutely furious that you called her fat once when she was pregnant with her first.” Walburga snorted, almost forgetting about her manners.
“Mummy, can I go play?” Y/N asked, interrupting the adults' laughter.
Calliope looked down at her daughter. “Why don't you ask Mrs. Black, mon ange?”
Y/N scowled, much to her father's amusement. She then reluctantly turned to Walburga, with a pleading look in her big, bright eyes—a look her father knew so well.
“Can I please go and play, Mrs. Black?” Y/N asked, her voice sweet and innocent.
Walburga chuckled. “Yes, my dear. After all, the manor will be your home for the summer. Go ahead and play in the garden with Sirius and Regulus while your parents and I catch up.”
“Thank you!” Y/N grinned before running out to the garden.
Sirius chuckled while Regulus groaned. “What a total bummer.” He couldn't believe he was going to be stuck with her all summer long. Regulus was sure she didn't like anything that he and Sirius liked to do, like quidditch or playing in the dirt. She looked so stuck up, and it made Regulus want to run away from her. He'd rather get chicken pox than be in the same room with her.
Walburga cocked an eyebrow at her sons, telling them to go and follow Y/N. Sirius ran outside to the garden with Regulus hot on his heels. The boys spotted Y/N sitting on the grass as she looked up at the starry sky.
“Whatcha lookin' at?” Sirius asked as he sat beside Y/N.
“What do you think I'm looking at?” Y/N said sarcastically, not batting an eye at the two boys who were beside her.
“Ouch, venomous.” Sirius grinned, scooting closer to Y/N. “You looking at the stars? Looking for me, huh?”
Y/N rolled her eyes at the older boy beside her. Her eyes then landed on Regulus, who had his lips curled into a scowl, as if it were normal.
“What are you scowling at?” Y/N snapped at Regulus.
“Nothing,” Regulus sneered, turning his gaze away from Y/N. He couldn't stand her; just looking at her made him want to vomit. Y/N rolled her eyes, wanting so badly to just run away and never come back.
“Your brother's a git.” Y/N whispered in Sirius' ear.
“He'll grow on you.” Sirius promised with a smirk.
“Regulus looks conceited.”
Regulus' ears perked up at the mention of his name. He was conceited!? How dare she!?
“What did you say?” Regulus snapped, stepping closer to Y/N.
Y/N smirked. “You heard me.” She then turned back to face the stars.
Regulus huffed, his annoyance towards the girl turning into anger. He walked up to the flower beds and scooped up a handful of mud before walking back to Y/N and Sirius.
“Oi, Y/N!” Regulus yelled. As soon as she turned around, Regulus threw the clump of mud at the younger girl.
“My dress!” Y/N shrieked as mud splattered across her face and dress. She tried to wipe it off, but it was of no use. She glared at Regulus, who was smirking. Y/N balled her hands, clenching them into tight fists before storming up to Regulus and punching him square in the nose. Regulus stumbled back as he clutched his bleeding nose.
“You git!” Y/N screamed angrily as she tried to land a punch again. Regulus then pushed Y/N into a nearby bush. “I hate you! I hate you to the moon and back!” Y/N screamed at him, standing up and running back inside the house.
Sirius and Regulus burst out in a fit of giggles. That girl is certainly a spoiled brat.
“Mummy! Mummy! He threw mud at me!” Y/N shrieked as she approached her mother from the Black's back garden. Her dress was covered in mud, her pigtails were dishevelled, and she had twigs and leaves stuck in her hair. “Mummy! Regulus threw mud at me!” Y/N yelled again, tears forming in her big, bright eyes.
Meanwhile, the boy in question was snickering from behind the large oak door.
“The little spoiled princess got what she deserved.” Regulus grinned triumphantly at his older brother, who was trying his best not to burst out laughing at the sight of little Y/N Selwyn, stomping her foot at her mother and father, demanding that they do something about Regulus' behaviour towards her.
This was not her idea of fun.

¡ 18+ only ! ¡ minors do not interact !
content: jealous!best friend!regulus, innocent!fem!reader
¡ marauders masterlist !
Regulus watches with a scowl as you prance around, grinding your hips against every dirty guy that grips them, drawing you closer to their icky cocks. You giggle, laying your hands atop theirs, ‘dancing’ with them.
His anger builds as they lean into you, spinning you around and attempting to capture your lips with theirs. He stands when one get a little too close, pressing his filthy mouth to your delicate cheek.
“That’s enough,” he says gently, juxtaposing glare being shot at the guy who still held your hand. You pulled them apart, obediently following behind your best friend.
You laugh, stumbling into the empty bathroom, “Reggie,” you slur when he hauls you onto the sink, settling between your warm thighs, “are you okay?” You cradle his face, dilated eyes staring into his. You’re too pure for the evil world, even intoxicated.
Regulus fixes your hair, tucking a stray piece behind your ear, “I’m fine.” He shimmies your skirt up, rubbing your hips, kneading your ass where the dirty hands held you minutes before.
You sigh, head lolling from intoxication. “M’tired,” you say, reclining your head.
“I know, darling,” he coos, “we’re almost done.” You’re so trusting and innocent, letting him play with your body without a single question.
Tugging your white panties down, he uses his middle finger to collect your slick, slipping his lubricated finger into your tight hole. You sucked him in, squeezing his long, slender finger. You whimper, “Reg…” His thumb rubs your clit, watching your face contort under the golden yellow lights.
Regulus unbuttons his pants, dropping them to his ankles as he holds the small of your back, lining his hard cock to your dripping heat. He pushes in you, watching your mouth fall agape.
He ditches the slow pace quickly, fucking you ruthlessly as your eyes rolled and your head struggled to stay up. Your pretty eyes filled with tears, smudging your mascara. He pulled you in for a kiss, breathing heavily into it at your weak movements.
Your head dropped to his chest, continuous “hmph” sounds fell from your lips as he pounded into your tight, wet pussy. Your hands weakly clawed at his back, a mixture of hugging him and desperation.
You tightened around him, cumming with a particularly high whine. He came after you, hips stuttering as his load shot deep inside you. He fucked it deeper, sensitive cock being squeezed by your walls.
He held you until your breathing returned to normal and your grip on his back loosened. Regulus pulled back, fixing your messy hair again and pecking your lips. You smiled, letting him slide your panties all the way off and watching him shove them into his pocket as he fixed his pants, tightening his belt.
A bead of his milky cum seeped from your hole and the urge to lick it up was strong. He resisted, instead helping your off the sink, fixing your skirt back into place.
You giggled, going on and on about what a good friend Regulus was to all the guys that had eyed you like prey earlier. They looked at the both of you, eyes trained on the cum that slipped down your legs and the smudged makeup that decorated your pretty face.

Regulus Black x fem!Reader
My boyfriend Regulus and I were currently in my bedroom, cuddling and listening to 'forget her' by Jeff Buckley. I was laying down on my back, slightly propped up against my pillows as Regulus layed in between my legs, the back of his head resting against my chest.
We were a little less than halfway into the song when I felt something buzz. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, curious to see whom the notifications were from. But before I could turn my phone on, I felt Regulus reaching over and taking the device out of my hand. "Darling, no phones," he said, gently tossing it to the side, and flipping over so that he could bury his head into my stomach. His action making me erupt with laughter, since I was ticklish there.
He grabbed my hand, directing it towards his hair, forcing me to massage his scalp. Once he realized I wasn't moving my hand, he started whining, "Baby please," he said, trying his best to give me puppy dog eyes, hoping I would cave in. And I did.
I playfully rolled my eyes, gently moving my fingers once again, slowly tangling them more and more into his hair, causing him to let out a sigh of satisfaction.
After massaging his head for around 30 minutes, my movements slowly started to come to a halt as I started to direct my attention to the music, making him let out a sigh. After a while I started to become completely invested into the lyrics, acting as if I hadn't heard this song hundreds of times before, when I heard Regulus' stomach rumble, conveying that he was hungry. "Are you hungry?" I asked, making sure he actually was.
He quickly nods his head, yawning, before burying his head deeper into my stomach, tightening the grip that he had on my waist. After a while of cuddling, I felt his stomach rumble once again. "Baby, if you're hungry, you're going to have to let go of me," I laughed, pressing little kisses all over his scalp, causing him to whine.
Letting out a groan, he rolled over to my side, pulling the duvet up to his chin. "can I stay here? I'm comfortable," he said, his tiredness evident in his eyes.
"Okay baby," I said, getting up to leave when I felt Regulus' hand grip onto my arm, tugging me back to him.
"wait no, please don't leave me. I'll just eat tomorrow," he said, letting out another yawn.
"Okay love," I replied, reaching over to my side table, turning off the lights and music, wanting to get some sleep too.
"Good night, my pretty boy," I said, getting comfortable before closing my eyes.
Not even a minute later, my eyes opened up once again, upon hearing Reggie shuffling and reaching over to turn his side lamp on. "Wait, what did you call me?" He asked, now sitting up.
Letting out a groan, I sat up as well, smiling once I saw a faint blush appear on his cheeks. "what? Pretty boy?" I asked, confused.
"Mhm," he replied, laying down on his stomach and burying his head into the pillow.
"Can you say it again, please?" He asked, but it came out slightly muffled due to the fact that his face was currently buried in a pillow.
"Okay, Pretty boy," I said, now smirking at the effect I had on him.
"One more time. Please?" he pleaded.
"Reggie, you're my pretty boy,"
He lets out an annoyed groan, "I hate when you call me Reggie," he whined, now sitting up so that he could turn off the lights, shifting so he could rest the side of his head in the crook of my neck.
"Night n/n, I love you,"
"I love you too,

fem reader x jegulus
WARNINGS: poly!jegulus, oral sex (fem receiving), fingering briefly , praise kink if you blink, sub/dom dynamic, i think that’s all?? pls let me know i’m rusty
______________________________
I could feel the slick between my legs getting worse. I admire them both, but if i'm honest, just the thought of them got me soaked.
Absolutely fucking soaked.
Regulus meets my stare for a moment from across the Great Hall and stands up, making his way to the Gryffindor table. He sits next to James and I finally lock eyes with both of them. Regulus whispers something into James' ear.
I rub my thighs together trying to subdue the knot in my stomach from seeing them both. I tear my gaze away from them and turn to my friends, “I don’t feel so well, I’ll see you all later, yeah?” I started standing up, locking eyes with both of them and slightly jerk my head toward the door.
I exit the Great Hall, walking down the hall a little before I hear the doors open. Turning toward the noise, I spot them. They make their way toward me and I feel the throbbing at my core intensify.
“What is it, little dove?” Regulus questions, moving a tendril of hair from my face behind my ear, running his hand through my hair.
I breathe deeply at the affection, “Please— I need you, please? Please.” I move further into his grasp.
Regulus envelops me, I look to James, his face set in a permanent smirk, “You need what of us?” James runs his thumb across my cheek, “What do you need? Tell us.”
I whine into Regulus’ shoulder, “None of that, tell us what you want.” Regulus demands, pulling my hair at the roots.
A throaty moan leaves me, tears prick my eyes from the tight grip Regulus has.
“Want you t’fuck me,” I whine, “Please? Please. Please fuck me.” I whimper.
James and Regulus share the same grin, both of them leading me to the Slytherin dorms, myself being in the middle of the two.
I always seem to find myself between the two of them.
---
My back against Regulus’ bare chest as I pant softly, legs spread, James kissing down my thighs slowly and back up.
James sucks harshly at the skin below where my thigh meets my heat, he sucks a bruise into the skin. My back arches with a moan caught in my throat against Regulus’ chest.
My hips lift on their own volition, Regulus’ hands grip them, pushing me down and his back trapping me, immobilizing me completely. Regulus starts kissing my neck as James marks my thigh. I raised my hips once more, silently begging for friction.
“Sit fucking still,” Regulus growls and pushes my hips down once more, “We’re being nice dove.” Regulus’ voice echoes through my ear, his breath hot and adding to my sensitivity.
“Please— I need—“ I choke out.
“You need— you need— you need nothing.” James mocks with a breathy scoff, the vibration of his voice travels up my thighs to my core.
“You came to us,” Regulus whispers, James continues his assault on my skin, “Again, remember?”, Regulus pulls my face to meet his eyes, expression stony, “Begged us actually, so now? Now you only take.” Regulus forces me to watch James.
James licks my slit so softly I thought I might’ve imagined it if I hadn’t seen it. Regulus brings his hand down to my neck and squeezes it just enough that I struggle for air. James sucks on my clit once and pulls back with a groan, “Tastes so good, so fucking good.” Before lapping at my soaked cunt, pushing his tongue up and into my awaiting hole, sucking my clit into his mouth at the same time.
I already feel the coil in my stomach tightening. The next few laps of James’ tongue along with the continuous sucking on my clit.
My entire body trembles, white spots blur my vision, James' name on my tongue that's nearly a scream as I climax. My eyes slam closed, body twitching and shuddering against his tongue as he laps up my juices.
“So good for Jamie, such a good girl-“ Regulus coos.
My eyes crack open, meeting James’, “Such a good girl, our very best girl.” James grins.
James rubs my thighs, planting wet kisses around my most sensitive area. Regulus murmuring sweet nothings in my ear, rubbing the outsides of my thighs, traveling to my sensitive bundle of nerves.
Regulus presses harder, causing my slick to pool once more,“We’re going to give you exactly what you want,” James says, planting kisses onto my face. Regulus smooths back my sweat-plastered hair off my temples with his free hand.
“Can’t wait to stretch your little holes with our cocks.” Regulus breathes as he slips a finger into me, curling it deliciously.

loving someone doesn’t save them ༊*·˚
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
༘♡ no person will ever be willing to forget their love
in which harry appears on your doorstep & asks questions about R.A.B.
It was a tragedy for everyone else, for everyone who only knew him by his last name; but for you, it was like ripping out a part of your heart and then leaving back shattered pieces collided with the weakest glue. No one prepared you for this - he didn’t prepare you. Even the night you last saw him; he gave you a kiss on the lips, a smile, and said: « Goodnight. »
If that sick feeling was a bottle you would've broken it, if it was a wall you would've torn it down, if it was a piece of paper you would've cast it into the fire. But no, your heart was sobbing for days, months, years, and you were doomed to spend the rest of your life with a hole inside your chest that couldn't be filled.
You hated him, mostly because he said he loved you and because you had plans and he gave you his ring as a promise with a kiss and a "don't worry everything's going to be fine." How could you love someone that didn’t prepare you for this? That didn’t tell you to hug him tighter that night or to say that you loved him one last time before he left once and for all. Maybe you didn't know him as much as you thought and for the rest of your life, you would always have an unanswered question; why didn't he give you a sign.
After eighteen years you were able to forgive him. But you never forgot about him.
You started a family away from London in the countryside, away from everything and everyone. Your husband - a muggle - didn't know about your past and you had never opened the door of that haunted house filled with screaming voices of friends and family. Your kids were your priority, two happy little girls that wanted to play in the garden all day under the sun.
However, the sun had abandoned you the last few months and the sky was always veiled, misty with storms and rains. No matter the attempts of the Daily Prophet to reassure you and quieten your concerns, you knew something terrible was about to happen. You had seen it happening before, spreading and destroying everything in its passage. Everyone you loved was dead because of this.
And all of your suspicions came true when on a rainy afternoon thunderous poundings were heard on your door.
Your husband was in town and you were working in your office as your girls were playing in front of the fireplace. It was only natural for you to feel a knot in your stomach and your body instantly freezing.
« Mom, someone’s on the door! »
You left your typewriter aside and got out of your office. The shape of a person was printed on the glass, a man. You weren't expecting any guests and your husband had car and keys with him.
« Girls, why don’t you go upstairs? », you smiled at them. They both looked at you unsurely with that childish expression of concern and the need to protect their mother.
« Is something wrong, mommy? »
« No, no, love, » your voice came out gently as you held their soft cheeks. « Just go upstairs. » They obeyed your words hesitantly, giving you second glances over the pile of toys gathered on their hugs, and turned to the upper floor.
Once they were out of sight, you ran to your office to get your wand and then back to the entrance. With a quick move, you raised your wand and the door opened wide, letting you point to the person that was standing there.
« Hi, » he said not really paying attention to your wand. It was a young man, a boy not even eighteen years old. « I’m looking for Y/N L/N. » For a moment you stayed there, your blood running cold in your veins, frozen, with your heart skipping beats. It couldn't be, it was some kind of sick joke.
Your lips separated studying each and every one of his features. Rain was pressing down short black curls, droplets dripping down his half-closed eyes, and trailing lines across his dark skin. He had glasses on, foggy and stained; the same kind of glasses your best friend wore years before he was lost - murdered. But it couldn’t be him. He took them off and wiped the water with his fingers before your gaze met a deep brown, honey set of eyes - Lily Evans’ eyes.
« Harry? », you let your wand drop. He stared at you.
« You know me? »
« Don’t just sit there, come in, » you opened the door wider for him to pass inside, letting the sound of it echo behind you. Your eyes examined him. You hadn't seen him since he was only a baby.
His stare roomed the house as he gave you his jacket, seeing pictures of your children, you, your husband.
« I’m Harry, Harry Potter, » he turned back tenting his arm forward.
« I know, » you smiled at him and shook his hand. You kissed both of his cheeks and gestured to the living room. « I’m Y/N. » Your eyes kept staring at him until you caught the uneasiness in the air, so you took a seat on the armchair. « Can I bring you anything, Harry? »
« No, no, thank you, » he shook his arms sitting on the couch across from you.
« I suppose everyone tells you, you are just like your dad. Except for the eyes, of course. Those are Lily’s. »
« You knew my parents? » You smiled.
« Oh, I didn’t just know them, we were friends - best friends. I have so many stories to tell you. »
« I’d love to hear them all, » Harry said.
« And I also have a photo album. » You haven’t seen that grin and that spark in a pair of eyes for years, and the truth was, you had missed them more than words could possibly describe. « But first, you have to tell me the reason of your visit, Harry Potter. »
His cheerful expression slowly faded, clouds passing by his features. Fingers fumbled in the pocket of his jeans and without losing any time he brought out a necklace, a locket - the locket.
Your eyes exchanged a look between the locket and Harry, fear marked on your face as he offered it to you and you just shook your head pulling back.
« Where did you get this? », you asked not being able to change your gaze away from that devilry.
« Do you recognize this? », Harry questioned. You raised your eyes slowly shaking your head.
« Harry, I don’t know where you found this or what you intend to do, but please stay away from it. »
« What do you mean? »
« Where did you even find it? Did you go to the cave? » Harry furrowed his brows. You realized at that moment, he probably didn’t expect you to know and maybe it was for the best to stop yourself. But you had questions and you were sure the same applied to him. « Is this the one? »
« No, this is the fake one, » Harry said opening it and bringing forward a small piece of parchment. He offered it to you which you took hesitantly. You read it. A slight smile twitched on your lips. The handwriting, the damn handwriting, and that R.A.B. that had always been his way of signing notes or letters. « R.A.B. », Harry spoke. « Regulus Ar- »
« Arcturus Black, » you interrupted him. His eyes looked up at yours that rested on that old parchment. Your fingers traced the surface of the last words he left in this world. You rubbed your sight, a hot sense lurking behind, ready to blur your vision, and pressed your lips together tightly. « Regulus Arcturus Black. » It had been years since the last time you spoke his name out loud. You had forgotten the sound of it. It was nothing more than words in your head, but when said those three words, magically, it took life again.
« The locket belonged to Sirius’ brother, » Harry spoke as you gave him back the note. A mischievous smile slowly appeared on your face that made the boy feel uncomfortable facing someone who knew the person he was trying for months to do an introspection to.
« Is that the reason of your visit? » Harry looked at you with the fullest and deepest stare. He spoke quietly but steadily sure of what he was saying.
« You knew Regulus Black. You knew what he was trying to do. You knew everything. »
« I didn’t know anything, » you replied.
« I don’t believe you, » Harry said. You furrowed your brows and allowed your looks to meet. It was interesting talking to him. He had Lily’s straightforwardness and sharpness, and James’ expressions.
« Why are you here? How did you find me? »
« I found letters of yours in R.A.B.’s room. » With these words the muscle of your jaw clenched. You never imagined that your personal writings would be read by someone other than him. The feeling of anger was boiling under your skin. The only thing that held you back, that didn’t erupt the volcano inside you, was that he was a kid. « Hard to find. They were very well-hidden. »
« And how did you find out my name? », you asked. You always signed with a pseudonym that only a few selected people knew about.
« Professor Lupin helped me with that. » That's when you let a small smile appear on your face again and sat better back on the armchair.
« Professor Lupin? », you chuckled. « The old bastard... »
« I need to know, » Harry said seriously which brought you back to the conversation. « You knew Regulus Black. You knew everything. »
« I’m afraid you are losing your time here. I knew Regulus, » you told him. « I didn't know everything. He didn’t let me know everything. »
« Why? »
« Because he loved me. » Harry didn't speak just watched your expression change. He watched the way your jaw muscle broke, that bitter smile on your mouth and your head lightly shaking. You bit your lower lip and shrugged. « Because he knew exactly what he was doing. And because he knew exactly how it was going to end. » None of you spoke after that. « I don't know anything else, Harry, truly. He never prepared me or anyone else for this. »
« I don’t understand why he did that, » his voice cut those few seconds of silence. He shook his head, eyes fixed to the ground, giving to your piercing stare glances every now and then. « I don’t understand him. »
« You know, » you breathed out. « At first I was mad at him - maybe I still am a little - but through the years, I realized that, that was his way. Regulus just followed his heart without giving any explanation to anyone. He acted with his senses and his emotions and did the things he considered right. Regulus didn’t care about the price. He could even pay with his life. »
« Sirius told me he was a stupid idiot whose only ambition was to join the Death Eaters. »
« Sirius loved him, Harry. But he didn’t know him at all. Nobody knew him really, I'm afraid. »
« What about you? »
« Barely, » you shrugged sadly. « He didn’t let me know him, he just let me love him. But does it matter now? Loving someone doesn’t save them. »

IF ONLY YOU KNEW
Tumblr media
pairing: Regulus Black x Slytherin!F!Reader
summary: She was born green. Well, not literally, but the bond between two Slytherins was like no other. Written in the stars, destiny had been made for the two long before they were even born. So if he was truly her soulmate, does she have to bear the weight of his absence until she wilts?
word count: 4.1k
warning: angst, talks of character's death. had a plot, lost said plot.
notes: I haven’t written in some time even though I know I could’ve :( It was more than writer’s burnout, but even that I can’t pinpoint why. I also feel that Tumblr is the ONLY social media platform that I own where I don’t feel discouraged at any sort of interaction. I feel free here because I get to publish a story and just read other pieces by other authors. I also feel like this story has less of a plot and more of angst LOL IM SORRY OKAY i just want to cry right now haha.
Tumblr media
“It is understandable that you are nervous.” The soft voice filled the air. Even though the windows were perched open as wide as they could to invite new air in, the witch felt incredibly suffocated. There were a lot of thoughts circulating her mind, overlapping each other and cutting one after the other before it could be completed. She felt her energy dim down by each second as her brain welcomed the traffic. Sometimes she wished there were potions that could hinder the thoughts for just a moment.
Her eyes laid on the reflection of her figure on her vanity mirror. Despite taking care of herself and getting ready to combat the obstacles of the day, sleep was one thing that did not want to cooperate with her. No matter what magic. The prominent eye bags were embarrassing to say the least after consuming concoctions after concoctions. Specifically tailored to her own suffering by some of the best Potioneers and apothecaries. The best people that came when you had pureblood family connections.
The witch was blessed (as her late mother would say) for having such luxuries in her life without ever working for it. Except, her mother didn’t say that in a ‘you have to appreciate what you have’ and more like ‘you have better things than low-life people so make sure to use it to your advantage and rub it on their faces.’ However, she never understood. Yes, she had wealth to her name, she had always been gifted with extravagant gifts ever since a mere infant, and she had all the access to so many things a normal witch didn’t. But in the far back of her mind, she had one thought on an endless repetition. She would trade it all for him back. Anything and everything.
“No. It is not. I am not just nervous, I’m,” Y/N huffed out, pushing the sentences and thoughts she would need to the most prioritized in her head. Pushing herself out of the vanity seat, she paced from one side of her room to the other. There were jitters in her legs, suddenly she needed to let out the pent up emotions in a form of movement. “I feel so angry, it is indescribable, and then I feel so down.”
A chuckle came from the previous voice, “Yes, I am very much aware of your rollercoaster of emotions. In fact, wasn’t I always the one to call you out on it?”
Y/N rolled her eyes, planting her palms on the window sill, her pupils grazed over the well-looked after garden. The male blurted, “Would it be so bad?”
Despite being caught up on the butterfly that innocently planted itself on a leaf, the witch mumbled under her train of thoughts, “I don’t know. It could go so many ways and I do not like that. Just when I thought I was settling myself into peace (that was a lie), of course Dumbledore had to reach out to me.”
She held her head low, fingers fidgeting with the ring wrapped around her finger. It was so cheesy for it to house an emerald crystal, but cheesy was one side he showed her to no one else. Y/N plopped back down on the seat, her head resting on her hands. Gorgeous. A masterpiece worked on so hard the public sought after it so much just to take it from her grasp. Maybe that’s why he wasn’t with her anymore. She sighed, getting lost in the colourless picture. The witch stared at it with so much love and longing that it might’ve pushed her back to square one, “Reggie, I wish you were here.”
Her thumb caressed the framed picture so gently.
“What do you mean, my love? I am.” The moving figure in the photo smirked, leaning his body on the side of the frame. Y/N noted the curls in his hair gently falling down his face. Tranquil nights that were not exactly innocent shared together in a bed, she had always fidgeted with the strands of hair that stuck to the sweat beads on his forehead. Nights that she can count. She missed the feeling of it between her fingers, and the way he always smelt like his cologne. It was always lingering.
“Piss off Reggie,” The wizard laughed a melody she so dearly missed. “You know what I mean.”
Regulus’ lips fall into a thin line.
“I am always with you. Remember when I spent that one summer at yours? The stupid promise I made when we were kids that I was going to haunt you even when I am dead is still being upheld.” Y/N laughed and she couldn’t help but feel the tears prickling in her eyes, “You are more than capable. We both know it. Dumbledore may had his eyes out for us back then, but he’s a man who wants to do good.”
That’s where the issue lied. Why did Dumbledore send an owl to her? Even though in the letter, the great wizard had stated that she was invited for a private meeting- that had to be the most vague reasoning ever. Not to forget the fact that Dumbledore had remembered how great of a student she was. He stated that she had great skills and assets. That was it. The line ended there… before he mentioned that the meeting would take place in 12 Grimmauld Place. That had stuffed a blockage in her throat because Y/N couldn’t breathe after slapping the letter to a close.
Despite there being no inhibitors of that house for some time, Y/N could not bear the idea of making that place her home. She could not imagine herself getting out of bed, reading a book, and cozying up in front of the fireplace (the other tasking job would have been carried out by the elf) because every corner of that house reminded her of Regulus. There was no universe where she would settle in a place that reminded her of what she no longer had. So she stayed at the house they dreamt of for their future. It was bought by their families as an engagement gift for when they had turned 17. It was young, sure, but the two were more than sure. Additionally, this was the future set up for them.
The new house still held memories of him, but not as much. It was a comprimise but she would rather make home of a place that lacked her painful memories. Wrapping a hefty, tight chain around her chest, it felt like a punishment knowing that the house was once a wish for the two. Now, it’s just her living that wish.
Regulus kept yapping reassurance, always using the wit he was adorned for while Y/N entertained herself with the countless framed pictures of Regulus. It felt like a routine at this point. A restart to the cycle she wished would just end. With a wide grin, Regulus had his fist thrown in the air as he rode the quidditch broom as if he was born for it. An arm had been thrown over her shoulders, yanking her closer to his body. The couple smiled in bliss in their infamous green robes. So innocent, so clueless for the future that was awaiting.
The witch remembered it as if it was yesterday, the jealousy that always were aimed at the two by the other pureblood children of their age. To be bethrothed before you were even breathing the air of the world was one thing; however, to be bethothed before being born and falling head over heels for one another was a one in a billion. Always reminded by her great aunts and all the women in her life that in one form or another, they had to find peace in their marriage. They had to find and make love in the marriage. It didn't apply to them.
Even though their seniors would tease and jest them for how they were always joined hip to hip every single day, they knew deep down- they craved for what they had. The compatibility between the two was a dream not even fairtytales could match. She knew that girls had eyes on Regulus, who wouldn't? But it was more than wanting the boy, it was wanting what they had. Regulus never had to reassure her despite the few times a burn had ignited in her chest. She knew they were for one another. Who could rewrite what was already written in the stars?
The ideal pureblood match.
She realized Regulus had stopped talking. The wizard watched her with such affection in his eyes, “What does Dumbledore want with me?”
The nature of the great wizard always ticked her off. Despite being praised for doing so many good deeds like Grindelwald, he did some things very harshly and brazenly. Not to forget his favoritism towards Gryffindor. It was petty of her to hold onto a memory like that after all these years, but she couldn’t help it.
“I’m not too sure either. However… the timing of the letter and my brother’s escape is too coincidental for it to be otherwise.” Regulus replied.
Great. Even though the wizard had stated in the letter that it was just a private meeting between the two, she knew the wizard always had cards up his sleeves. If she was, thereotetically, to meet Sirius Black- she would actually freeze in time. The two Black brothers didn't exactly look identical, but the black curls, their mannerism... she hoped he became a worse prick than he was in school.
Y/N sighed out, she needed to get this over with even though she really did not want to face whatever it was, "It's time."
The wizard in the frame sent a comforting smile, "You've got this, my love."
Pulling the drawer of the vanity, the hinges creaking, she pulled out a box that was kept in pristine condition. It had been so long since she needed to take it out. It's not like she left her house often. She let her eyes rest on the frame before resting her hands on its side as if it had been the most fragile thing to exist.
"See you soon, Reggie."
The lid of the box shut out the talking wizard.
Tumblr media
There it was in all its glory. Number 12 Grimmauld Place. The rumbling and droplets of bricks had ceased, revealing the door camouflaged to all eyes except those with magic in their veins. She didn't know how to feel. Despite preparing herself for a few days and en route to apparate, she was very much not ready. Her fingers suddenly went numb. Although, the grip on her box remained tight as ever.
Y/N felt as if she had gone mad. The voice of her lover when he was a mere age of 12 played in her ears, followed by his laugh. Not even controlling her muscles, the corner of her lips curled up at the memory. The peri-puberty voice would be completely gone in a couple of years when he reached 17. Now it's a voice embroided in a picture frame.
She breathed in before taking a step forward. Just get it over with. Without even knocking, she made the boisterous creaking of the wooden door as her announcement. She had done the one thing she thought she wouldn't ever have to do. Step foot into the house her late lover would've inherited. The place reeks of him.
It was depressing- the thoughts and the place. She stood at the entrance of the incredibly narrow hallway, the walls that used to hold up framed portraits of credulous Black family members now empty with decaying portaits. Unmaintained. Corners of the wallpaper had start to curl into the air, its sharp edges prodding in the air- ready to launch attack to whomever finds confidence. The floor panels creaked with every slight step she made, and her body was enveloped by a sudden fright when she heard faint murmurs.
"Blood-traitors..."
That voice. As her head shot up with nostalgia and eyes sparkled with hope, a petite figure made way into her peripheral, stepping down from the staircase. If Y/N had to use better vocabulary, she would describe it as an aged old creature with wrinkles on its skin that matched trenches of mountains, on the other hand, she would describe it as what you would imagine sagging skin. The witch stood in the entrance, suddenly feeling the box slipping in her grip as she stared at the elf with a wide smile.
Feeling a presence in a house he was sworn to protect, the elf turned to face the witch. No, the magic in her wasn't tainted. It hadn't been touched. At all. Pure. His eyes widened while the corner of his lips curled up. A smile he had only been giving to his Mistress Walburga Black for Godric knows how long.
"Miss!" The house-elf exclaimed. Holding his cleaning equipments close to his chest, he couldn't believe it. She was right in front of him. In flesh. Excitement jitters in his frail old body, excitement he forgot he could experience. This was beyond a good day. This make ups for the blood traitor who found shelter in the house he had been taking care of ever since the Black household had vanished. Well, partially. Kreacher did not know how to react.
"Kreacher." The witch retorted back, a grin now playing on her face as she stepped closer towards him. She remembered how the house-elf was always so loyal and dedicated to the Black household. Well, to all except Sirius. There were summers when she had resided in the house- times when she truly had Regulus all to herself. Even though she wished those moments were calm and peaceful, it truly was not. The bricks of the house stayed solid until chaos erupted from the same source every single time. Sirius. Y/N lost counts of how many times she had left Regulus' room to meet the scowls on Sirius' face. Shouts after screams, arguments after disagreements- it was the norm for the Black household until Sirius had left home. Then there were never much noise.
If there was one thing Sirius was right about, it was the more time Y/N and Regulus had spent time together- the deeper they were in the hell-hole of trouble.
The house-elf stared up in amazement, "Miss! Kreacher has missed you! Kreacher has lost count how long it has been since Kreacher had seen Miss!"
Sitting on the edge of her tongue, the witch readied herself to reply to the joyness but not a word. Not a speckle of sound was made. How long has it truly been? It was a foolish question to ask since she had been counting ever since Regulus had left home and never came back. A decade and a half. A chunk of one's life and she still believed that her heart could not be mended. Her heart heavy wherever she went, even the short walk through her garden. Maybe if she left her house more often and saw more people than those that came to visit hers for services, she would've moved on. Would it be wrong? To devote yourself to one person who you thought your future lied with, then find someone else? Would it be so selfish?
"It has been some time, Kreacher."
The house-elf nodded eagerly, he thought today would be like no other except for the fact that he now has another burden on his plate, "Kreacher hasn't seen Miss in so long, Kreacher asks what is Miss' business in the Black's home?"
"She's here for me."
The split second she gaped her mouth to respond, another much deeper voice responded. Standing at the staircase stood a man with little to no life in him, Azkaban truly sucked the life out of him. His skin lost its colour, grey and pale, almost sickly. His eyes looked like it sunk in deeper than before, he lost fat in his cheeks, and his beard somehow trimmed. He obviously controlled whatever he could, but a few months would not bring back the soul he had 12 years ago.
"Welcome back,” The wizard gave her a tight smile as if he knew she was trying to get under his skin. Well, she wasn't exactly trying- after years of not getting along together, it just happened naturally. Y/N tilted her head, "Thought I was meeting Dumbledore."
"Well," He shot back, leaning on the railings (that was enough for the house-elf to take his leave despite not wanting to), "You thought wrong. I have no idea how people falling for his tricks.”
She chuckled at the absurdity.
“What are you doing here?” Sirius shot an eyebrow at her question. For a moment she thought she had asked the wrong question. No. She did not. As he made down the last few steps, the man stood in front of her. At an angle, maybe with lots of alterations and blurring, he looked like her Reggie.
“It’s my home. Well, house,” He quickly corrected himself. “Though, I’m surprised.”
When he noticed she didn’t understand him, he continued, “This place was to be yours, was it not? But you left. Abandoned it even.”
While he had the joy to crane his neck around at the place that seemed to be holding onto its last thread, she had her eyes set on his face. He found it humorous. Funny. Amusing. There were not enough words in the English vocabulary to describe the burning in her chest. The wizard turned to her face, “So why are you not occupying it?”
“You’re infuriating as ever.”
“Thank you for the compliment.”
As much as she wanted to stupefy the man before her, there was one question she wanted an answer to. So many questions but she yearned to have its replied to. She mumbled, eyes wandering on the diminshed trimmings of the walls- something she suddenly became fascinated with, “How did you find out?”
He hummed, waiting for her to finish.
“How did you find out about him?”
Him. She clutched the cardboard box harder, leaving small indents of pressure that could be brought back with a little magic. Losing Regulus was something she had to make peace with, but having a photo framed of him that was capable of communicating with her did not make it easy. Especially when she had begged numerous times at the beginning where he had been. Where he had gone to.
'Your mind is clouded with questions that I cannot answer, and I am sorry that I will never be able give you that clarity. My absence will leave a hole in your days. I know that it is selfish of me to know of its consequence and still pursue with it but I wish you a good life, a life we talk so much of. A life that I can no longer be part of. No danger will trail you, our past is the past.'
The words were choked out of her throat as the sudden recall of his letter clenched her heart.
Sirius wet his lips, “Kreacher did. That was after I checked his room.”
Regulus' room. The room she had made enemies with ever since the disappearance. She bet it remained the same. The sheets made neat (just how Walburga liked it), the carpet inched slightly to an odd angle, the broomstick leaned against the wall, and the framed picture of them freed of dusts.
"Although, that elf never mentioned anything."
The glossy appearance of her eyes vanished into the air once she brought her attention back to the escapee in front of her. It was the same response she received when she had gone on her knees for the house-elf, begging with bursting springs out of her eyes.
You are truly cruel, Regulus.
"He said the same thing to me."
Now it was Sirius' time to be intrigued, "Were you not head over heels for my brother? Or am I missing some bits here?"
Y/N couldn't help but to chuckle. Sirius and Regulus was the face of the rebellion for the phrase 'blood runs thicker than water'. He did not know what happened to his brother, he did not seem to be bothered by it. They dare say Slyterins were full of hatred.
"Let's move to the tapestry."
Understanding of how suffocating it was in the narrow entrance, the two magical beings stood in the room that had generations of the Black family marked on. A room full of history. There was one name she only sought out for, and she lost herself in his name.
"I don't know either. One... one day," She cleared her throat, noticing how her emotions were gripping around her words. "He held me like it was our last time. I jokingly asked if he would miss me for a few hours. He didn't say anything. Once he left that door, he never came back home."
Her fingers traced over the 'some fifteen years earlier' text.
"I knew how strong he was. He was more than capable but I could not find sleep that night. It felt like there was something in me- telling me that something was not right. The bed felt wrong, the air was wrong- it all felt wrong. I then saw the sun awaking, so I did too. And on top of the kitchen table was this."
The wizard looked at the carboard box she was handing to him. He had been extremely curious as to what she was holding, but did not inquire. His breath stilled. The lid came off to reveal the young man he had grown up with. While he looked like he aged a hundred years with tattoos scattered all over his body, the wizard in the photo frame had encapsulated his youth. No moment would have prepared him when a voice rang into his ears.
"Oh, hello, brother."
Sirius nearly flipped the box out of his hands if it wasn't for Y/N's quick reflexes. The box floated in the air whilst the magic residue from her wand evaporated into the air.
"What- what is that!" Clearly he wasn't aware of the invention.
"A picture frame."
"Well, clearly it is! What do you take me for? A fool?"
Before he could snap another remark at her, Regulus chirped up, "I think we all do, Sirius."
The wizard took a step back as Y/N pulled out the frame out of the box, displaying the moving picture. It was as if Regulus was inside the frame. Stuck. It could not be.
"Regulus... I don't know how to explain it but he enchanted it as if it was him."
Sirius took a deep breath in before looking back at the picture frame, suddenly very aware of his surrounding. He did not know if he should throw a fist or flee from the room. What magic was this? He has never heard of an interactive picture frame.
"What dark magic have you guys dabbled in?"
Y/N threw a hard glance at him, "It is not dark magic."
"Then what is it? There is no such thing as a talking picture! I've seriously gone mad. Merlin."
Regulus and Y/N watched as Sirius gripped his mane of a hair, crouching onto the ground whilst he rock himself slowly. He was mumbling incoherent things under his breath. Regulus could not help the stiffle that escaped his lips. The younger wizard found it beyond amusing. It was entertaining him. At the sound, Sirius snapped up, pointing fingers at the picture frame.
"Why are you showing me this?"
"To show you how great of a wizard he was, Sirius. I, of all people, knew the dispute between you two. You don't need the closure but I know deep down, you wonder just the same as me. We grew up together under this roof and we both have so many unanswered questions."
"I know the irrational and troubling things we did back then, but we grew up, we saw things we didn't before. Despite all the evil we were in, Regulus and Kreacher refused to tell me what happened. Not a bit. I know that I cannot be the only one to mourn him because Regulus is more than a stranger- he's your baby brother."
Sirius's eyes met with her glossy ones, the term sounded so foreign to him. The man whose voice was not heard and thrown behind bars felt a pin poke his heart as he realized the woman before him seeked answers he now also wants.

more…. sunshine!reader x regulus black… please… I beg of you 🥲
"I made it for you." You suddenly feel self-conscious, the beaded bracelet in your hand displayed less-than-proudly in front of a scowling Regulus, "But- but I understand if you don't want it! It was dumb, I'll just-"
Before you can slip the handmade bracelet into your pocket and scurry off, Regulus snatches it from your grip, peering closely at the silver-and-green pattern before sliding it onto his wrist.
"I love it." He murmurs, letting the most miniscule of smiles slip across his face so fast that you swore you'd imagined it, "Thanks, dove."

Regulus didn’t know what to do. He wasn’t used to having your arms around him, to having anyone’s arms around him, to how good it felt to have your warm body next to his and your slow, soft breathing in his ear.
You’d wandered in, sleepy-eyed and yawning, and cuddled up next to him and fell promptly asleep. Regulus had stiffened instinctively, unused to the affection, but you only murmured softly and shifted closer, burying your face in his neck. Surprisingly, it felt… nice. Regulus relaxed, awkwardly reaching his hand up to run his finger through your hair as he’d seen Sirius do with his lovers. You seemed to like it, as you smiled in your sleep and mumbled happily.
Regulus allowed himself a small smile and found his own eyes drifting shut, the warmth of your body and the soft lull of your breaths and murmurs coaxing him to sleep. He’d never fallen asleep this easily before.
He awoke to a soft hand caressing his cheek and a quiet, musical voice lifting him out of his slumber. He forced his eyes open and saw your gentle, smiling face, looking down on him with an expression of pure adoration.
“Did you sleep well?” you asked, pecking his lips. He felt like he was in heaven.
“You’re comfy,” he told you groggily, pulling your body back down next to him.
You giggled and softly kissed his neck. “So are you.”
He sighed happily and closed his eyes again. “That was nice.”
“Mhm?”
“Never slept like that before.”
“Aw.” You turned to face him. “I’m glad I was able to help you sleep, then.”
Regulus opened your eyes and looked at you with a smile. “Me too.”

I had a SICK idea for a Ex-Death Eater!Regulus Black × Fem!Reader!!!!!
SOME CONTEXT for my specific fic idea:
Regulus Arcturus Black is a reformed Death Eater, the youngest Potions Master that Hogwarts has ever seen at the age of 21. He survived The Cave at 18 as Kreacher was the one who ended up being dragged down by the Inferni (not sure of the specifics, etc - anyone can make shit up here). Voldemort severely underestimated Regulus' love for his House Elf as watching Kreacher die was Regulus' motivation to ensure that The Dark Lord becomes The Dead Lump.
Regulus went to Minerva after exiting The Cave, a ragged 18-year-old Death Eater, who wanted out of the life that he had been forced into by his parents and family. I've seen many fics where Dumbledore is the first one these children go to and I personally despise Dumbledore for his manipulation and him enabling Harry to be left in an abusive household and not doing anything about it. I also feel that - being a Slytherin - Regulus would go to Minerva first as she's in a high enough position that she can go to Doubledore and do something about it, but she's also less manipulative and more empathetic than Dumbledore.
Stuff happens and Regulus ends up working for The Order, as The Spy (not Snape in this one). He also admits to having become a Death Eater, and admits that he was forced into it by his parents naming his mother and father. The only lie he tells here is that they had him under the Imerpius Curse, however, the use of Veritaserum proves his words to be true, as Walburga and Orion had previously used The Imperius and Cruciatus Curse on both their sons. So technically he was not wrong nor did he lie, for all intents and purposes.
(My theory is that after Sirius openly defied them and their beliefs, they went twice as hard on Regulus, forcing him to get The Dark Mark at 16 as a result of them trying to make Regulus make up for Sirius' behaviour, etc.)
After this revelation, The other Blacks (all minus Alphard, Andromeda and Sirius) all pretty much hate Regulus and swear to torture him to death, etc etc, so Albus Dumbledore protects him and offers him a job as a Potions Master in Hogwarts. He tells the Ministry or Wizengamot (I forgot which deals with such matters) that keeping Regulus in his school would help him keep Regulus under his watchful eye and that he and Minerva were there to see to it that Reg behaved pretty much to atone for all he did previously, as he feels guilty about his past, despite the fact that he was coerced in ways more than one.
Regulus started off at Hogwarts as an 18-year-old trainee, a teaching assistant for Slughorn. For a couple of years. After 2 yrs of being a teaching ass. (hehe). Regulus took over the lessons independently and Slughorn didn't retire, but he took more of a managerial role at Hogwarts, being a Senior Potions Master. I never understood how Hogwarts operated with only like 10 teachers and thirty times as many students..
Enter. My OC: Samairah. For some of those who have been on my blog, you may recognise her as my MC (That's IF I've posted that post that I'm thinking of. If not then it must be one of the 30 smoething posts sitting in my drafts.). Long story short: she's a Blessed of Apollo who has most of her abilities from him and her biological parents are pretty powerful sorcers (sorcerer and sorceress). Samairah's powers are:
Photokinesis [light] (complete control over ALL subpowers too, like ThermoK [heat], ChromoK [colour], MiraK [illusion] and PlasmaK [plasma] and other related abilities like Geo-ThermoK [lava/magma], PyroK [fire])
Audiokinesis [sound] (can manipulate and sense vibrations from a mile away, which looks like enhanced hearing. She has the Apollo Voice of singing, etc, where she can heal anyone or things with pure audiokinetic magic.
Will update my extremely self-indulgent headcanons here at a later date/time

“Have you ever had a friend that you're just so fond of and you wish that your partner would be just like them?”
Regulus’ question broke the stillness of the table, making his study mates to look up. Now Pandora, having been known to be the most studious of the group, has always hated it when someone causes any distraction in their study sessions yet for this one particular topic, she seems to be intrigued rather than looking bothered. It isn’t everyday your best friend of 5 years would talk about their romantic interest, after all.
“Elaborate.” Pandora says, her brows knitted together.
“I mean, you know.. You wish that your partner would be just like them.”
Evan squints his eyes, seemingly confused at his brief explanation, “I’m not sure I’m following you, mate. Doesn’t that just simply mean that you fancy them?”
The nonchalant expression on Regulus’ face turns blank in an instant. As if someone has just flicked the light bulb on top of his head, clearing the haze that has been fogging his mind. The sudden clarity has knocked him for six. Is that truly what it means? Days spent silently praising her beauty and nights wasted recalling their conversations were because he fancies her?
Over the years Regulus would find more of her personality to be his weakness, growing the softest spot in his heart specially reserved for her. He would always admire her witty comments, how she always conveyed her mind with the most articulate and intelligent words. Her friendly and warm nature is always something he adores and the way she would always listen to every worthless remark Regulus has with that magnetising smile and understanding eyes, it was impossible for Regulus to not wish his partner would be someone like her.
“So,” Barty asks, nudging on the raven haired boy with a teasing smile “Which friend do we fancy?”
Regulus’ cheeks turn rosy. All hell would break loose if Barty or Evan found out about it. Those boys are as good as a toothpick for a door bolt. The moment they knew about his growing affection for her, they would most immediately spill the beans and make things awkward between them.
And no, Regulus could certainly never have that.
“No one.” Regulus lies as he looks back down to his parchment paper “We fancy no one.”
“Oh come on now, Big Boy.” Barty whines “You’ve ripped off the bandage, might as well show us the scar.”
Regulus rolls his eyes, attempting to look as nonchalant as he could, “You’re fond of Evan’s presence, doesn’t mean you fancy him now, do you?”
“I don’t know, I wouldn’t say that’s impossible.” Barty jests as he begins to make fake kissing expressions to Evan.
“Oh, my Darling, Barty Bear.” Evan indulges in his best friend’s stunt, fake snogging Barty.
Regulus’ lips twitch into a smile, amused at the play-act his best friends are performing. He let out a relieved sigh, knowing that he’s just flee himself from being pestered by questions about his crush, but when he turned his gaze to the only girl at the table, Regulus knew that the little smirk plastered on Pandora’s face would be a form of nightmare he’ll be facing from that day onwards. He knows that she wouldn’t rest until he gives out a name and though she looks like she already knows who the lucky girl is, Regulus is certain that Pandora wouldn’t show him any mercy from the teasing and taunts.
—-
Dinner has been hard to swallow ever since the realisation of his budding infatuation for her. Regulus finds it impossible to not glance at her table, watching her from his peripheral vision as she chats and laughs with her group of friends. Whatever joke Barty throws or moans Evan has about his class have entered and left his ear like an insignificant noise, mind completely enamoured with her candid beauty.
His grip on the fork only tightens as he realises that she was walking to their table, a brilliant smile decorating her face as she takes a seat next to him, “Evening my favourite Serpents.”
“Fantastic, you’re here!” Evan exclaims gleefully, taking her hands to his that made Regulus’ stomach drop a little “Regulus here has been so out of it since this afternoon, we think he’s broken.”
Barty nods eagerly, “He didn’t even twitch a muscle at my joke and mind you it was bloody brilliant!”
She let out a chuckle, looking at Regulus lovingly (at least in his mind) before turning back to face Evan and Barty. Now the words exchanged between the five of them have gone from a trifling noise to a completely deafen sound. His eyes were glued on hers, taking mental notes of all the little gestures she made. How she would close her eyes shut whenever she laughs, how her brows crinkled more often than not, and how her cheekbones pop wherever she smiles, making her look a thousand times more hypnotising.
Now it was nothing out of the ordinary for Regulus to be the most quiet party of the table, but the little to no words uttered by him was making her suspicious. Sure it wouldn’t be the first time he would watch her intently and just agree with whatever is being discussed, but something’s different this time. The way his shoulder relaxes and how the small curl on his lip never waters was making her feel a little bit flustered to say the least.
“You’re awfully quiet,” She says as she turns to the lovestruck boy, resting her chin on her palm to stare back at him “Cat caught your tongue?”
Regulus blinks, gulping at the close proximity, “Just— Didn’t really have anything to say, is all.”
“Really?” She asks with a raised brow “That’s very unlike you.”
“How is it unlike me?”
“Well, you always have something to say. Whether or not you speak of it is an entirely different conversation to have, but you always have something to say, Regulus.”
Regulus bites his inner cheek. How is it that she could read him like an open book? Was he really that transparent or was he really that spellbound in her charms?
“Don’t bother him. Big boy here is trying to sort his feelings out.” Evan retorts.
“Really?” She replies, amused “What sort of feelings?”
“The loving, sappy kind of feelings.” Barty mocks “Regulus is in love.”
“Shut up, Barty!”
Regulus turns to her, uneasy over the fact that she might figure out his little secret but the look on her face was disheartening. As much as he wished he could have just half of her ability to read him, it was nearly impossible for Regulus to decipher her expression. She was staring back at him, her brows knitted as if she’s trying to read through him too but wasn’t sure on what to look at. It was a whole new expression he’s never seen before.
“Reggie wouldn’t give us the name,” Evan continues, completely oblivious of the awkward tension rising “Can we take a guess, Reg? Say yes if we guess correctly?”
“I bet it’s that girl Regulus always sits next to in Potion.” Barty mutters.
“Or that girl Regulus did his Herbology essay with. They spent weeks on that assignment, remember?” Evan counters “Or maybe that Gryffindor—,”
“It’s not any of those girls,” Pandora cuts.
“How would you know?” Evan asked.
“Oh, I just do,” Pandora says with a confident shrug, turning to Regulus “Don’t I, Reg?”
Regulus shakes his head, still trying to do the most possible damage control though he knew that such effort seems fruitless now. Cat’s out of the bag. It would only be a matter of time now until she realises that she’s the girl he’s been swooning over.
Ironic how long it took for him to realise that he fancies her yet it took no time for the secret to be spilled.
“Don’t push his buttons, guys,” She says with a warm laughter “If Regulus doesn’t want to drop names, then let him. It’s not our business now, is it?”
Now Regulus frowns a little. Her words sting a way he was never familiar with. What does she mean that it isn’t their business? Does she not care about who he’s crushing on?
“If you say so,” Pandora said to her, winking as if there was some secret message sent between the two.
Regulus studies her expression intently, trying to see if Pandora has cracked his secret and is now spilling it to her. Salazar, Regulus hopes that that wasn’t the case. He needs time to sort out his feelings, as Evan said, and if she found out about his budding infatuation before he could figure out a proper way to profess it— Well, Regulus hoped that it would never get to that point. Ever.
—-
If Regulus was ever asked, which of the following could ever compare to the beauty that is her: sun, moon, or star, Regulus would argue that she is the beautiful crescent moon with its bright yet soft light washing over his skin as he stares at her silently on his window pane. Regulus would argue, if he ever allows himself to be so bold, that she is his ideal. Her intelligence not to mention beauty would be the sweet honey to his tea, the butterfly to his garden of flowers.
But Regulus was never half as confident as she is. Never half as open and friendly to others. He was reserved, quiet, oftentimes perceived as cold and callous. But not to her. She could always see him through his distant exterior, involving him in every discussion they would have and perhaps that was the one thing that made him yield his heart to her.
Regulus never paid any mind to big dates and celebrations, but something about the upcoming Valentines date shakes his core. Perhaps it was the fact that it fell on the very day of their Hogsmeade trip this week, or the fact that all of his friends were buzzing about who they're going to ask to be their Valentines date, or maybe the fact that for once, Regulus might have a proper chance to ask her to be his date.
Chance. That word felt too optimistic for his presumptive mind. It was as if she ever looked at him that way.
“Regulus?” She called and squeezed his forearm lightly, making him burst his bubble of thought. He turns to her, cheeks slightly rosy from the shame of having ignored her. Just how pathetic he is to zoned out about her when she's sitting right beside him “Are you alright? You've been off of it all morning, I’ve noticed.”
He nods, flashing a shy smile, “All is well, no worries.”
She smiles, taking her hand off of him and continues her work.
Regulus turns his head, stopping at the sight of some Ravenclaw boy asking some Hufflepuff girl by the library entrance. The bashful gesture he’s showing and the giddy smile she shows makes it easy for him to tell the situation is happening at the spot. Another couple for the Valentine's Hogsmeade trip, he reckons.
A little twist in his stomach grows. With the many people asking each other out for the Hogsmeade trip, it would only be normal for him to ask her too, right? The timing was right, they could just go as friends in the worst case scenario. All he has to do is ask, but why are the words stuck at the tip of his tongue?
“Actually,” Regulus starts, secretly playing with the hem of his robe in nervousness “I have something to ask you.”
She looks up, meeting him with a warm smile, “Shoot.”
“I was wondering if you have a date for the Hogsmeade trip?”
“Oh,” She answers, utterly taken aback by his question. A hint of rosiness spread on her cheeks, something Regulus has to convince himself has nothing to do with his question. She always has that natural flush on her face, surely it must be nothing as pleasant as his stupid heart is hoping for “No, I don’t have a date at the moment. Why do you ask?”
“Just.. Asking for a friend.”
Regulus mentally slapped himself, having to be defeated by his anxiety once again that he has to come up with a lie. She stares at him with a confused look, the glimmer on her eyes dims down from the words he uttered. It was as if she was disappointed at his answer.
“I see,” She says with a nod “Do you plan to ask anyone?”
“Not sure,” He answers truthfully “Do you have anyone you hope would ask you?”
She plays with her quill, tapping it to the parchment paper as if she was piecing the right words to reply to him, “I suppose I do but I’m not counting on it.”
Regulus frowns, ignoring the slight crack of his heart, “Who?”
“I’ll tell you mine if you tell me yours.”
Regulus pursed his lips, acting to be in a deep thought, “No.”
She chuckles, turning back to her paperwork.
“But, if—” Regulus calls again, not wanting to end their conversation just yet “If my friend were to ask you, would you say yes?”
“Well it truly depends on which friend you’re talking about now, isn’t it?”
“Yes, but what is the possibility of you saying yes to my said friend? 50%? 60%? Or are you fully waiting for your prince charming to ask you?”
She stares at him with a smile, looking completely amused at the questions thrown at her. If she didn’t know better she would think that Regulus was asking for himself from all the persistent queries, but then of course, we all know how Regulus Black is. No girl in this castle is good enough for him and this rule applies to her too.
“Why don’t you just tell this friend to come to me himself, hm?” She answers, resting her chin on her palm and stares at him fondly “I truly can’t give you any answers unless you give me a name, Reg.”
“It’s Evan.” He blurts, cheeks feeling hot from her gaze.
“Rosier?” She asks with a raised eyebrow “I thought he’s going with Pandora? I was sure she told me he asked her last week.”
“Did I say Evan? I meant Barty.” Regulus fake coughed, clearing his throat “Barty wanted to ask you to be his date.”
The soft and gentle expression on her face turns into an appalled one, bewildered at the answer Regulus gives. His brain has haywired that he neglected the fact that Barty was her cousin, and though cousin romance is deemed acceptable in the wizarding world, Barty and her would never pursue each other romantically for one too many reasons. If Regulus could just tame his nervousness for just a degree, he would’ve realised how idiotic his answer was.
“Barty wants to be my date?” She asks, trying to confirm his answer that sounded like a death sentence for her.
Regulus nods, “He does.”
She narrows her eyes, trying to catch his lie but the stern and rigid expression on Regulus’ face makes her question her own mind. Regulus was never one to be deceitful yet the idea of Barty wanting to ask her to be his date is just as illogical. The only plausible reason behind such a stunt would be them trying to pull some prank on her, but even with that, Regulus was never one to ever indulge in the mischief her cousin and Rosier would always find themselves in.
“I— Well, I guess you should tell him to ask me himself?” She answers, questioning herself.
“I’ll do that,” Regulus nods firmly, trying to keep his act in place “I’ll tell him you said that.”
—-
A couple of days has passed ever since that incident of him blurting Barty’s name at the library. Regulus was still ever so stressed out to ask her himself that he still hasn’t realised the stupid mistake he’s done. Now with the Hogsmeade trip coming closer, Regulus really has no other time but now to ask her.
Yet before he could do so, the universe crushed his dream.
Barty entered the Slytherin Common Room with the brightest grin on his face, making Evan, Regulus, and Pandora look at each other from the strange sight. He jumps to the sofa, sighing with delight as he lay on it and rests his feet to the hand rest. Barty turns to see his friends who now still look at him with a baffled expression, enjoying the sight and looking forward to stomping on one of them in the next minute.
“Gentlemen,” Barty greets before turning to Pandora “My Lady.”
“What’s with you?” Evan asks, an amused smile plastered on his face “You look like you’ve just won a lottery.”
“Even better, I just got a date.”
Regulus raised an eyebrow, “A date? Who?”
Barty coos, saying her name.
“Wait, isn’t she—”
“Brilliant, indeed.” Barty cuts, not letting Evan to correct the fact that they’re cousins. He shot him a look, one that conveys I’ll tell you later and Evan nods in understanding.
Colour drains from Regulus’ face. Just when he finally gathered enough courage to come forward, he just has to be beaten to the race. By Barty of all people. Supposed she came and asked Barty about their conversation that day and knowing Barty, he would never let such an opportunity slip. Who would ever not want to have her as their date after all?
“Who would’ve thought, right?” Barty fawns, pouring Regulus’ jealousy with petrol “Barty Crouch Jr having such a beautiful bird as his date for Valentine's.”
Evan was eyeing his friend with a sceptical look, clearly lost at the scheme Barty was pulling, “Barty, can I see that Transfiguration homework you promised me now? I have quite a lot to catch up on.”
“Sure,” Barty says, catching Evan’s bullshit right away as he stood from the sofa “It’s in my room.”
And so the two boys left, leaving Regulus who looks like he’s second away from vomiting all contents of his stomach and Pandora who’s casually flipping the pages of a magazine in her hand, an all knowing smirk present on her lips.
“Pandora,” Regulus calls, eyes still vacant “Do you have your wand with you?”
Pandora hums.
“Please hex me to death right now.”
The girl laughs at his request. Pandora put down the magazine and looked at Regulus with a teasing smile, “Why would you ask me that, Reggie?”
Regulus glares, “You know why. I saw your smile the other day when she came to our table. You know about it, don’t you?”
“About what?”
“That I was crushing on her.”
Pandora shrugs, “Maybe.”
“Ugh,” Regulus crowls “What am I to do now?”
Pandora chuckles, patting Regulus’ shoulder in an attempt to console him. Pandora felt cruel now to be the one to suggest the prank, to tell her and Barty to go on a fake date just to mess with Regulus. In her defence, out of the five of them, it seems like Regulus is the only one who doesn’t realise his growing affection for her. It was a public secret for the group now that he’s been sending her heart eyes. All he needed was a push and Pandora felt like it was her duty to help him.
Even when Regulus would surely throw a fit once he knew she was the mastermind behind his distraught now.
“Why don’t you just come to Hogsmeade, Reg?” Pandora suggests, playing the innocent supportive friend now “If their date doesn’t go well, you can go and rescue her.”
Regulus turns to see Pandora, his eyes hopeful at the advice, “You think so?”
“Yeah,” Pandora encourages “I mean, how many similarities does she have with Barty? Almost none. I’m pretty sure their date will turn downhill the moment they step into Madam Puddifoot’s shop.”
“How do you know they’ll go to Madam Puddifoot’s?”
Pandora shrugs, “Don’t all couples go there?”
Regulus bites his inner cheek as he gives it a thought. The idea of her going to such a sappy tea shop with Barty peels his skin. It should be him and her, not Barty and her. What was in her bloody mind to ever say yes to Barty’s invite in the first place?
“Fine,” Regulus says with an exasperated sigh “I’ll go to Hogsmeade.”
—-
Regulus’ tea has long gone cold, untouched as he impatiently waits for her and Barty to enter the tea shop. He figured, if they wanted to have their date here, where else would be the best place to spy on them than the very shop itself? So he got himself a table, ordered himself tea and biscuits that only served as props on his table, while his eyes were glued to the door. Every jingle of the bell felt like an invisible blade thrown to pierce his heart.
He looks down to his watch. It’s been more than an hour now. When would they come? How long should he wait? Will they even come to this tea shop like Pandora said?
Before his head could explode with more questions, Regulus’ breath was held on his chest as she finally entered the establishment. Her cheeks were rosy, probably from the cold wind outside. Regulus wished he could take a picture of her now because Merlin, just how hypnotising could she be?
To think that she dressed up for a date with Barty crushes him, but where even is Barty?
Regulus’ brows were raised now. Did Barty stood her up? Is that why she’s alone now? But she doesn’t look the slightest bit annoyed or sad if such a scenario did occur. She has her eyes scanning the tables now, looking for something, someone, and when their eyes meet, her smile blooms and walks closer to him.
“Hello, there,” She greets, pointing at the empty seat in front of him “Is this seat taken?”
Regulus shakes his head, in loss of words as he tries to assess the situation happening.
She happily took her seat, ordering herself something to drink before turning back to Regulus. Her gaze met his, hands clasped on the table. Her brilliant smile was still evident and it’s making Regulus feel like he could melt and die right on that instant.
“So,” She started, her tone cheerful “What are you doing here, Regulus?”
“I— Uh—” Regulus stutters “I— I was supposed to meet someone.”
“Really?” She asks, intrigued “Who?”
“Just— No one important.” He answers, running his palms to his trousers in nervousness “What are you doing here? I heard you have a date with Barty today. Where is he?”
She shrugs, “I don’t know.”
“You don’t know? Did he stood you up?” Regulus asked, his anger starting to rise. How dare he stood her up?
“Oh, no, he didn’t. I just cancelled our date.” She says nonchalantly “I find it too cruel to proceed so I bailed on them.”
“Cruel? Them?” Regulus asked, confused “What are you talking about?”
“Oh, you sweet soul,” She says with a gentle chuckle, taking one of his hands softly and caressing the back of it with her thumb “Who is it again that you said was asking me for a date?
“Barty.” Regulus says with a nervous gulp.
“Yeah, well, it wasn’t truly him now, was it?” She asks “Cause I’m pretty sure Barty would never be interested in me in that way, seeing that we’re cousins.”
Regulus closes his eyes, letting out an embarrassed sigh. That day in the Common Room must have been some sick joke the other’s were pulling at him. How Barty entered with such a huge grin and Pandora’s pitiful yet teasing look at him. They both must have been the miscreants behind this humiliating act.
“I’m going to kill them,” Regulus mutters, not meeting her eyes.
“Please, don’t,” She answers with a laugh “They mean well, I promise you.”
“They’re making me look pathetic in front of you.”
“That’s debatable,” She remarks “I find it cute and adorable, to be honest. And to be fair, it was you who lied to me first. They’re just following your ruse.”
“I’m sorry,” Regulus says “Are you angry at me?”
“No,” She says, shaking her head “I was appalled at first, but then I realised that you might just be shy about it so I just brushed it off.”
Regulus nods, smiling at her weakly from her understanding.
Now what? He thought. Cats out of the bag, for good this time. What should he say now? What should he do? Would she like him to say anything about it? Do anything about it? What if she’s just here out of a friendly gesture? That she doesn’t want to embarrass himself further in front of the others?
But the tender gaze she gives to him now, the understanding smile and the gentle touch she’s giving him, it all feels like a supportive push for him to go forward. To finally embrace his realisation of affection and hand his heart to her now.
“So I guess you know already..” He begins “About my feelings.”
“I have a rough idea of it.” She teases.
“What do you think about it?”
“How do you mean?”
“Well, do you think it was okay? For me to fancy you?” Regulus asks, uncertainty bleeding out of his voice “Would it be okay if I like you?”
“If it wasn’t okay with me I wouldn’t be here with you, would I?” She argues, her kind smile still tugging on her lips “I do have to confess that I expected more than just ‘fancy’ or ‘like’. I thought we’ve gone past that phase already.”
“We?”
She raised an eyebrow, “You didn’t really think that this flows one way, did you?”
“I— I don’t know.”
“Oh, you blind child,” She chuckles “I fancy you too, Regulus. Perhaps even more than that.”
“I— Really?” Regulus asks, blushing yet still trying to understand her words as if she’s been speaking in a different language “This better not be another prank you and Pandora or Barty or Evan is pulling on me.”
She chuckles, “It’s not, I can assure you.”
“Prove it.”
She squints her eyes, giving his challenge a thought before standing a little from her seat. She begins to lean in, inching closer to his face and closing her eyes when their hot breaths begin to meet each other’s skin. She gives the lightest brush to his lips, so soft that it felt feather-like but still sent jolts of electricity down his spine.
She pulls away a little, still so close to him that their noses brush with each other. She gazes into his eyes, lovestruck and content, “Was that enough of a proof?”
“No,” Regulus breathes, whispering “Do it again.”

monster among men
Tumblr media
“It's only two to three times a week, Y/n. It's not that bad, I mean would you rather patrol with Snape? He's a greasy git, unlike Regulus Black, have you even looked at him? He's bloody fit!” One of Y/n's friends, Mary MacDonald, gushed as she looked over at the Slytherin table.
Y/n rolled her eyes at the brunette, “He is not fit, Mary.”
Marlene McKinnon scoffed, “Are you daft? Or are you just blind?”
“What do you two even see in that git? He's annoying, self-centered, pompous, and arrogant.”
“Well, yeah, but look at his face!” Marlene jerked her head towards the Slytherin table. Y/n rolled her eyes, “No thanks, I'd rather gouge my eyes out.”
“So stuck up, Y/n.” Mary chuckled, shoveling a spoonful of mashed potatoes in her mouth, making Y/n scrunch her nose.
“He just looks like Sirius, what's so special about him?” Y/n grumbled, taking a glance at the Slytherin table.
“Sirius looks like a bad boy, while Regulus, he looks like he was carved by the gods. Yeah, they look alike, but Regulus has much more defined facial structures. Have you seen that jawline? Merlin, I think it could cut my finger if I touched it.” Marlene explained, eyeing Y/n as if she was a first year.
“That is if he'd let you touch him.” Y/n chuckled, “That git's more sensitive than Sirius.”
“Speaking of Sirius,” Mary started, her voice lower than what it was before, “Do you think he's okay that you're partnered with his brother? I mean, Sirius is like your brother too at this point.”
“You think he can persuade Professor McGonagall to pair me up with someone else? No, he can't, making his opinion invalid. Even if he isn't okay with it, he doesn't really have a say in it.” Y/n sighed, reaching for a treacle tart, “But if he could, it would be absolutely amazing, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.”
After the little incident in the Prefect's compartments, Y/n stormed off, dragging Remus behind her. The Head Boy and Girl, allowed her to take patrols with Remus on the train, on the condition that she will comply with the partnering situations. As soon as Y/n stepped off of the train, she avoided Regulus as much as possible. Being both Prefects, they had the privilege of riding in separate carriages up to the school. Y/n decided to run off and find her friends instead, much to the amusement of her brother and Lily.
Throughout the sorting ceremony, Y/n's mind wandered to the possible things that could happen on patrols with Regulus Black. The possibilities were endless. Regulus could hex her, Y/n could punch him, Regulus could push her down the stairs, or maybe, just maybe, Y/n could push in the Black Lake and feed him to the giant squid. Just thinking of his smug face made Y/n's blood boil to a temperature she didn't know was even possible.
“Hey, Y/n, look!” Marlene said, tapping her on the shoulder, snapping her out of her thoughts. She glanced at the direction her friend was pointing to, only to see Regulus Black, being dragged out of the Great Hall by a grinning Sirius Black, a laughing James Potter, an annoyed Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew stumbling after them.
Y/n knitted her brows together, “What in Merlin's name are they doing?”
“They're going to give him the protective brother's speech.” Lily chimed in, sitting beside Y/n, making her jump. “Bloody hell, Lily! You gave me a fright!”
Lily grinned, “Jumpy, are we?”
Y/n rolled her eyes at the redhead, “I hate you.”
Lily chuckled, “You love me.”
“So, a big brother's speech, huh?” Mary laughed, “Aren't they protective?”
“Oh please, Sirius probably just wants an excuse to bother his brother.” Y/n shrugged. She wouldn't put it past her brother and Sirius, knowing that they were absolutely protective when it comes to her, their 'baby sister'. Y/n sighed, eyeing her friends, “You want me to follow them, don't you?”
Marlene and Mary nodded enthusiastically. Y/n groaned, “Really?”
“Yes, really!” Marlene grinned, “And you need to tell us everything!”
“Yeah, we need all the details!” Mary insisted.
Y/n groaned again, lightly hitting her head on the table. “Bloody gossiping shits.” Y/n murmured.
“What was that, Y/n/n? Speak up, love.” Marlene teased.
Y/n lifted her head up, glaring at Marlene, and gripping the fork in her hand. “I am this close to stabbing you with this fork.”
“Just go! Go and eavesdrop on them!” Mary pushed, “Come on, don't you want to hear what your brother and Sirius have to say? Don't you want to hear what Regulus has to say?”
“Ugh, fine!” Y/n huffed, giving into her friends' pushing. She glanced at Lily, who just shrugged, “I mean, it would be interesting.”
Y/n sighed, “You three better save me some chocolate muffins for later.” She grabbed her bag, slinging it over her shoulder before standing up and taking one last glance at her friends. “And, you three owe me a butterbeer and some sugar quills on the next Hogsmeade trip.”
“Fine, fine, now go!” Marlene grinned, jerking her head towards the door. Y/nbrolled her eyes and shook her head, before walking away from the Gryffindor table, making her way out of the Great Hall.
“Don't forget your patrols with Black in the seventh floor corridor from eight to midnight!” Lily yelled after her. Y/n glanced back, and stuck her tongue out at Lily. She then walked out of the bustling hall and went to find the Marauders.
It didn't take long for Y/n to find her brother and the rest of the boys. She could hear whimpering and Sirius' voice loud and clear in a nearby alcove. Y/n walked closer, casting a disillusionment charm over herself. Y/n peered over, and saw Sirius pinning his brother into the wall behind him.
“-if you as much as hurt a hair on her head, I will hunt you down and throw you off of the astronomy tower, Reggie.” Sirius threatened in a low voice, which is a known trait in the Black family. They could be intimidating when they wanted to, and Sirius wasn't an exception to that. His grey eyes were dark and it was clear what his intentions were. Y/n's eyes then darted to Regulus, his face was calm—as if unfazed of what his brother told him. Though, there was a hint of fear in his eyes.
“I w-won't h-hurt her, I won't. I p-promise.” Regulus whimpered, his eyes meeting with his brother's as he struggled in his grip.
“Just know, if you hurt my sister, I will be known from then on as James Potter, the one who killed Regulus Black, the heir to the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black.” James spat, his hazel eyes flashing. At the sight of hazel eyes flashing at him, Regulus was reminded of another pair of hazel eyes—who was often too angry with him too.
“I-I won't hurt her, I-I won't hurt Y/n.”
James' eyes softened for a bit. “You can let him go now, Padfoot.”
Regulus let out a breath of relief as soon as he felt his brother's hands were off of him. His eyes trailed up, meeting the eyes of Remus Lupin. “I know you know what I am,” He started, “If I see that girl hurt at your expense, I'll have your brother tie you up on a full moon.” Remus ended in a low voice, and Regulus could've sworn his eyes turned gold for a split second. Regulus felt his eyes boring into his soul, as if Remus could see his deepest darkest secrets. He stood up taller, composing his thoughts, before meeting James, Sirius, and Remus eye to eye. “Y-you h-have my w-word. I will n-never hurt Y/N Potter.”
Though he hates the girl, Regulus does not want to hurt Y/n. For the past five years that they had each other's wands in their throats, Regulus never hexed her. He would send jinxes her way, but never hexes. He was more of the victim of her hexes—the bat bogey hex and stinging hexes were her specialties—and he had scars to prove it. Y/n Potter was a powerful witch, and there was no doubt about that. But even without a wand, she can hurt him. At the memory, Regulus tasted blood in his mouth, though there wasn't. “That girl can hurt me before I can even grab my wand.” Regulus mumbled softly, nearly a whisper.
Remus, having heard him with his enhanced senses, “Oh, we know. But Y/n, she has her moments, and in those moments you could strike her, and we don't want that.”
Regulus rolled his eyes, “Alright, fine. I won't do anything to your little witch.”
“You better.” James reminded, “If my sister-”
“I said I won't, Merlin, Potter! How many times am I going to say it?” Regulus snapped, his temper overtaking him.
“Just making it clear.”
Regulus rolled his eyes, “It's crystal clear.”
Y/n chuckled softly. Seeing Regulus Black getting annoyed at her brother while he couldn't do anything because of Sirius was the first time Y/n has seen him not get what he wanted. She took off her disillusionment charm, and silently crept behind her brother.
Y/n cleared her throat loudly. “What are you guys doing?”
“Mother of Merlin!” Sirius shrieked, jumping into James' arms. Y/n burst out laughing, clutching her stomach. “Scaredy cat!”
Regulus fought hard not to crack a smile, the sight of Y/n Potter laughing, wasn't a sight he gets to see everyday. The way her hair falls over her shoulders, the way her eyes sparkle in the moonlight, the way her laugh sounded like angels singing.
What? Moonlight? Angels? What the bloody fuck is wrong with you, Regulus!?
“Oi, Black!” The sound of Y/n's voice snapped him out of his trance. “Huh? What?”
Y/n rolled her eyes, “Are you deaf? I said we have patrols in the seventh floor corridor from eight until midnight.”
Regulus glanced at James, who was mouthing: I got my eyes on you, Regulus. Don't do anything stupid. Regulus silently cursed him, before turning back to the girl in front of him. “Alright. I'll meet you there in an hour.”
Y/n gave him a curt nod, before turning her back and walking to her brother. She linked arms with James, and the four walked away. Before they got out of sight, Y/n shot a glance back at Regulus and stuck her tongue out.
Regulus chuckled softly, shaking his head, before turning away, a small smile gracing his lips.

¡ marauders masterlist !
Your legs quivered as your fingers circled your clit, occasionally sliding them downwards to swirl them around the hole that brimmed with your essence. You couldn’t bring yourself to push them inside, pulling your digits away as soon as they pressed against the threshold. You continued to clench around nothing, a punishment for your sinful thoughts of being filled with your brother's thick cock.
Regulus was just so pretty. His soft, dark curls and milky complexion littered in sparse, faint freckles. His slender fingers and matching frame, hollowed collarbones and delicately sculpted features.
You wondered how he’d feel if he knew you kept your pussy intact for him to break the tissue of your purity. Your mind was far from innocent, but he would never know that. You whimpered and writhed over the mere thought of him. You were on the verge of coming instantly whenever you thought of the ghost of his touch on your shoulder or the warmth of his proximity as he brushed past you, not thinking twice about you.
Now you had the obscured memory of his bare frame dripping in steaming water and it only added to the never-ending feeling of longing. His pale skin was tinged a faint pink but his cheeks were perfectly flushed a bright rose. Minuscule puddles flooded the dips of his clavicles, a steady stream cascading down the edges and down his chest, following the trails of the crevices etched in his flesh. His stomach retracted as he raised his arms to run it through his flat curls, bringing forth a flicker of his ribs as he brought them down again, touching over the expanse of his middle. His broad shoulders curved like soft mountaintops, looking incredibly enticing.
You pushed your finger against your opening again, collecting slick wetness that poured out of you as you used it to speed up the assault on your swollen clit. The additional lubrication helped the pads of your fingers glide over the hot and throbbing bud. You stuffed the trembling fingers of your free hand into your mouth in a feeble attempt to keep your whimpers at bay but the vocal desperation vibrated through the digits and filled the silence in your bedroom.
His sides slimmed down, forming his slender waist. A valley separated the halves of his chest, running from beneath his chest and ending inches above his navel that was surrounded by a thin layer of soft stomach. A trail of dark hair replaced the long, shallow dip, leading down to a curly tuft of pubic hair. His cock laid centered between the bed of curls, pink dick contrasting the pitch black patch at the base. His balls hung lazily and his length was slightly stiff, undoubtedly the beginning of an erection.
Your eyes ran up the shaft and over the head that dripped clear water that cascaded down his mesmerizing frame. You felt a wave of dizzying arousal when his hand ran over his sensitive prick, fingers curling around the girth before letting it go, leaving it to fall between his legs again.
You applied almost painful pressure as you tried to push yourself over the edge, mouth beginning to water around your fingers as you breathed heavily and shut your eyes as if the memory of your stepbrother's hardening cock would somehow become clearer.
You yearned to see every line, every vein as his dick filled with blood, turning a scorching red as it jumped and throbbed in excitement. You ached to see the ethereal sight of your aroused brother humping away, skin turning a darker hue of pink as it grew hot to the touch. You wanted to see the darkening of his cloudy gray eyes as his hazy, lust-filled brain thought of nothing but release.
You spread your legs wider, eager to feel yourself shake and drip your release as you thought of Regulus spilling his own, creamy, milky come in long spurts. Your teeth clenched down on the flesh of your fingers, heavy puffs coming out of your nose as you tried to fill in the blanks of what you were denied of witnessing.
Resentment filled your heart when somebody called your name, annoyance clear in their tone. You were forced to tear your eyes from your beautiful brother after another harsh call, body heated in arousal and anger as you turned away from watching Regulus’ wandering hands.
You came with a frustrated whine, rubbing furiously as you suckled on your fingers, riding out the orgasm you had been so desperate for. Your walls pulsed, craving the feeling of your brother pushing inside you.

Ghostface!regulus, dom!reg sub!reader, oral f!reciving, in the same universe as my ghostface!reg fic
Tumblr media
Regulus was on his knees in front of you, his hands running up and down your thighs.
You’ve missed him greatly, but he always comes back and makes up for lost time, worshiping you as you do him all the time even when he’s not around. The first word that comes to your mind is obsessed, obsessed with each other without a doubt but you knew there had to be another word for it because it was more than obsession.
His lips met your inner thigh, his fingers flicking the strap that held up your stockings.
“You are so pretty” regulus whispered against your skin, and you leaned against your table. Regulus was here when you got home from work, petting your cat and waiting for you patiently just how you wait for him.
The matching set you were wearing was a gift from him, you didn’t know he was coming but maybe it was the subconscious clock that had you pick it out this morning. Regulus kissed up your thighs, making his way to your cunt.
The lacy piece being the only thing between your skin and him, you knew he wasn’t one for taking off your pretty lingerie when wore it, he always kept it on and told you how pretty you look and you wished you had worn the one with just two strings of pearls for the crotch.
Regulus’ tongue ran over the lacy material, he took one hand and moved your panties to the side, and his tongue met your bare cunt. You inhaled sharply and gripped the table.
He kissed your clit before moving his tongue up and down on your clit, his hands moved up your body, feeling the lacy matching set and garter belt under his fingers.

Can you do a Regulus smut with a size kink?
MORE THAN THE MOON & STARS
Tumblr media
WARNINGS: IN DEPTH SMUT!!!!, fluff, size kink (to the best of my ability).
NOT PROOF READDD.
—————————————
I meet Regulus in front of the Great Hall doors, smiling as I take in his features for the millionth time.
“Hi Reg.” I say sweetly, standing on my tip-toes to peck his cheek.
“Hello my love.” He smiles down at me, pushing stray hairs from my face.
“Since we have a free period i was wondering,” He starts, “Maybe we could go back to my dorm?”
I felt a sudden nervousness wash over me. This is usually the time we make out in whichever hallway is vacant, go to the library and sneak almost too sensual kisses between bookcases, or even by the Black Lake. He never invited me to his dorm, nor have I with mine.
He must’ve seen the near panic in my eyes, “We don’t have to of course, we could go to-“
“Let’s go.” I cut him off with a small smile, interlacing our fingers.
He brings my hand up and places a kiss on the back before leading me to the Dungeons. I squeeze his hand a little harder the darker it gets, my body relaxes as he runs his thumb over my wrist and palm.
He leads me through the empty common room and up to his form, also empty.
“I didn’t think you would be so clean.” I give a small chuckle as I take in the room, “You thought of me to bee dirty love?” He teases.
He places his bag on the floor while taking mine from me, placing it on the desk chair. He walks back to me, taking both sides of my face in his hands, forcing me to look him in the eyes.
“You’re so beautiful, too beautiful to be with me.” He runs his thumb against my jaw, his eyes dark with lust. He lowers his face to mine connecting his soft pink lips to my own.
I reciprocate the kiss and bring my hands around his wrists, not able to wrap around them fully.
He deepens the kiss by moving a hand to the back of my neck, parting his mouth slightly, running his tongue along my bottom lip. I hungrily grant him access to explore my mouth.
Our tongues wrestle against each other, he tastes like vanilla, smoke, and coffee. Just how he smells.
He walks me back to his bed not breaking our kiss, and lays me on my back, swinging his leg over to hover above my body. I almost felt helpless beneath his tall body.
He breaks away from me, planting wet kisses against my neck. I let my nerves take over and grab his biceps.
“What’s wrong, are you okay? Is this too much?” He searches my eyes apologetically, rubbing my temple.
We had done a lot of things, almost everything under the sun. This would be, what I assume, our first time making love.
I’ve been with a few others but that didn’t make me any less nervous about the situation.
If anything I wish it had been regulus to be my first everything. I was always nervous of this because his size.
“No, no, it’s not too much.” I caress his face, “I want this, I want you. I’m just scared.” I whisper.
His face softens, “Don’t be scared, I always have you. Do you trust me?” He pecks my nose. I close my eyes and nod.
“Words love, tell me what you want.”
“I want you in every way regulus, I trust you.” I open my eyes as I breathe my answer.
He strokes my hair before kissing me softly, he grinds his hips against mine, deepening it by tilting my head more towards his.
My hands find a home on the back of his neck pulling him closer, my teeth graze his bottom lip, pulling a quiet groan from him.
He pulls away before attacking my neck again, “You must- really- want me.” He says between sloppy kisses. He kisses a spot I didn’t know existed and whine at the contact, thrusting my hips up against his growing erection.
He hooks his fingers under my shirt, “Can I?” I breathe out a ‘please’ before sitting up and helping him take it off.
“Regulus,” His face is level with mine, he rests his forehead on mine, “I’m yours, take care of me.”
He nods feverishly before removing both of our clothing, I nearly gape at the sight of him completely naked.
Why does he look so much bigger naked?
I drag my eyes from his member up to his own, I pull him by the neck to my lips again, rolling my tongue against his again.
He trails his hand up past my hips, to my breast, rolling my nipple between his fingers, grinding his impressively hard dick into my clit.
I let out a loud moan when he connects his mouth to the same nipple, I feel the pit in my stomach intensify, “Reg- Regulus,” I whimper.
He looks up at me, “Please just fuck me, please.” I beg, he releases my nipple, running two fingers up my folds.
“So wet already, such a good girl, all ready for me.” He sucks a bruise into my neck before lining himself up with my entrance.
Before he enters he looks to where we meet, barely pushing the tip in, “How’re you gonna fit me baby?” He pushes in further, pulling a harsh whine from my throat.
“It’s so big, ahh-“ He sucks harshly on my neck, “Such a small little thing,” He rasps bottoming out inside my hole,“Such a tight, little pussy, fuck.” He moans.
He stays still for a moment but leans on his forearms hovering so he can see my face, he makes me look at him entering me, “I want you to see everything.” He slowly moves back out to the tip before slamming into my already clenched pussy.
I almost scream in pleasure and cant help but close my eyes, “No, you look at me fucking you like this, look at me, splitting you open.” He growls turning my eyes to meet his, “I’ll always take care of you. You’re mine. Yeah?” He thrusts hard and deep into me with every word.
“Y-Yours, I’m yours.” I cry clawing at his back, he puts my knees over his shoulder, gaining deeper entrance to my sopping pussy. He brings a hand behind my neck directing me to watch him fuck me.
“Fu-Fuck Reg you’re so fucking big.” I whine and moan, he grunts, “Y’so small baby, look how good you take me.” He moans as he brings a hand to my clit. I watch as he overstimulates me, bringing attention to how his member bulges in my stomach, hitting all the right spots with each thrust.
The sight alone makes me clench around him. “Mmm Regulus, please— Please don’t stop, please.” I cry moving my hands to claw his lower back, “Feels so good Reg-“ I mumble, he speeds his thrusts up, grunting and moaning as he does so.
“You’re— Uh— Gonna make me—“ He pulls out to the tip and slams into me again, but I’m already clenching around him as my orgasm takes over.
Chills run through me as I climax, I feel the numbness of the aftershock through my limbs to my toes and fingertips. Moaning his name repeatedly only brings him to his own climax.
He fills me to the brim with his hot release, he ruts himself into me more as it spills over the edges, “Fuck baby, yes, I-“ He twitches three more times inside me before completely stilling.
Regulus kisses every inch of my body before coming up to my face, he gives me the most passionate kiss he could muster in his tired state. I give him back the same, regardless how on the brink of sleep I am.
“Stay with me tonight please, I promis-“
“If you asks me to stay tonight, I might think you’re in love.” I tease.
He props himself up on his elbows and looks me in the eyes, “I am in love with you, so in love it hurts when I’m not around you.” He smooths the hair stuck to my face away, “You are the only person I’ve ever loved and i should’ve said it sooner.”
I pull him into a passionate kiss before settling him into my chest, “I love you more than the moon and stars Regulus.”
That night was the change of everything.
