Hey All,
Sorry to accidentally delete my account. My account was under the same name as The Real Sirius Black (My current name). I am very sorry and will be reposting all of my writings and cannot believe I made such a stupid mistake. Should have noticed that it was the wrong move with the 4 "Are you sure?" messages.

CARNIVAL LIGHTS AND CITY LINES
In which Regulus is brought to a muggle amusement park and has a better time than he expected.
contains: gender-neutral!reader, fluff. (2,023 words)
authors note: this was better as a concept in my head but i tried my best so yay ig. i haven't written a proper length oneshot in a while i really need to get back into writing.
Tumblr media
“I’m sure mother would have my head if she knew where I was.” Regulus said as he let you drag him along.
“Oh lighten up Black, I doubt she’ll even check to see if you’re actually at Diagon Alley.” Was your response as you continued to pull him through the crowd leading to a muggle amusement park.
Convincing him to go with you was surprisingly easier than actually getting him to the front gates. A mix of worry and general distaste for such crowded areas left a sour taste in his mouth but at the same time, he knew how much you enjoyed these places and the last thing he wanted was for him to be the reason behind a bad memory.
“Fine.” He mumbled as you continued to drag him towards the gate where you began to talk to the worker behind the booth. He watched as you pulled out some money and handed it to the worker who directed you to the gates leading into the park.
Usually he would insist on paying for you but seeing as he doesn’t have any muggle currency, he really had no say today.
“Wrists please.” The worker at the gate said and with no hesitation, you gave them your wrist. They wrapped a flimsy paper band around it before turning to Regulus, who hesitantly mirrored your actions. “I don’t bite.” They said in an attempt to lighten the mood. Unfortunately, he failed as Regulus only narrowed his eyes at them while they wrapped the piece of paper around his wrist.
“Tough dude.” He heard the worker mumble under their breath as they opened the gate for the two of you to pass. The smell of fried food and sweet candy immediately filled both your senses as you walked towards the crowd, Regulus' grip on your hand tightening as he trailed closely behind you.
As you led him towards a booth where he was required to get a second paper wristband, Regulus took the time to take in the place you had dragged him to which you called an amusement park. Food vendors lined the park through the center with various game booths and rides on either side.
"What's this for?" He asked once you both got the new wristband.
"This is so we can go on the rides." You explained as you walked towards the first one, a drop tower ride that looked far more scary than it was exciting. "And this is our first one!"
Regulus' eyes widened as he watched the bench a few guests were sitting on slowly rise only to drop as if a malfunction had occurred. Shaking his head slightly, he knew it was useless to try and argue though that didn't stop him from complaining. "When I agreed to go to this amusement park I did not agree to this."
Rolling your eyes, you simply pulled his arm and headed towards the line. Much to his dismay, the line was quick and before he could even finish mentally preparing himself, you were both getting strapped onto the bench with the sound of muggle music blaring nearby filling his ears. .
"Ready?" You asked the boy as the bench slowly rose to the top. He hesitantly nodded, tightening his hold on your hand as you gave him a reassuring squeeze. "The view is pretty nice from up here." You added on, causing him to look up from his lap to the view of the skyline before him. As he opened his mouth to agree however, his own scream cut himself off and the ride seemed to lose all control and they were falling down fast. Despite the fact that he knew this was going to happen, it stayed in the back of his mind as he held onto your hand and closed his eyes shut bracing for impact that never came.
When the ride stopped, Regulus opened an eye to make sure you were both okay before practically jumping off and running outside of the enclosure the ride was situated in. You followed closely behind him, laughter coming from not only you but other guests who loved the thrill of such rides in comparison to their scared peers who stood stiff as a board.
“And Muggles ride these for fun?” He asked, eyes almost bulging out of their sockets as you nodded your head and began leading him to another ride. “No no no I am not going on another one! Especially if it’s anything like this one.”
Unfortunately, his protests fell on deaf ears as you waited in line for the next ride. A roller coaster was what you had called it and by the looks of it, he was sure he wasn’t going to have the most pleasant of times on this one.
He was sure that the lines "You'll be fine, come on." and "It's not that bad." would be embedded into his mind by the end of the day due to how much he's heard you say them and it's barely even been an hour! From fast paced rides to ones that seemed to break several safety prosecutions muggles paid no mind to, Regulus was dragged onto practically all of them with little to no protests though this didn't exclude the many silly excuses and whining as you headed towards the lines.
"Now what will this one do? Go insanely fast and throw us to London?" Regulus asked as you both walked to the next ride. You remained silent, ignoring his question and instead finding interest in the person selling balloons walking by. All you had told him about this one was that it was your favourite and he'd find out when you got in line.
"Nope, we could go onto one like that if you-"
"No! No it's fine," He cut you off, having been on far too many rides that made his heart either stop or drop to even keep track. "Will it make me sick? Because I have still not recovered from that last rollercoaster."
Regulus trailed off, recalling the way the ride went through so many twists and turns that it almost made him sick. It didn't help that the ride seemed to start off calm with a steady pace up an incline before reaching the edge on top and with no moment to prepare, it dropped. They went speeding down the tracks, wind slapping your faces as it went up then down and around, flipping you upside down then right side up before finally coming to a halt.
"Anything but that rollercoaster." He said as a shiver ran down his spine.
"Don't worry, I think you actually enjoy this one." You replied with a laugh as you led him towards a line. "It's a swing ride."
"Yes, because a giant swing ride isn't terrifying." Was his reply as the gate opened and grabbed his hand, leading him to two vacant seats.
As the ride operator came around to check on everyone's buckle, Regulus took breath and instinctively reached for your hand when the ride hummed to life. As you all felt your feet leave the ground and the ride carrying you all up towards the sky, Regulus looked up from his lap to see you smiling as the ride started to spin. That was something he did not expect for this ride to do.
"Bloody hell-" His sentence was cut off as a mix of screaming, gasps, laughter and music cut through the air but it was the sound of your laughter that mainly caught his attention. Looking over to his side where you sat, he saw you smile the brightest he's ever seen as you looked at the carnival down below you. All while holding onto his hand.
"They look like ants." You pointed out excitedly, directing his gaze to the people below who indeed looked like ants from you both were.
“They do, don’t they?”
As the night went on, more of his worries faded as all his mind could seem to focus on was the moment happening before him. It was all new and thrilling. Never had he been able to go to such a place before and while the worry of how his mother would react if she were to somehow find out he was here, you were always there to shove a new treat into his face or pull him to another line before he could start to let that worry really settle in.
It was refreshing to be around someone who makes him enjoy the moment instead of watching as he succumbs to worries of his mind. Even if it meant being dragged onto every single rollercoaster this park managed to have.
“(Y/N)” He said, watching as you lifted your head up the pile of stuffed animals he had won you. Laughing at the ridiculous sight, he helped you carry a couple of them before continuing. “I just wanted to say thank you, for tonight and everything. It was fun, I had fun.”
“Even the rollercoasters?” You teased and Regulus rolled his eyes, knowing exactly what you were trying to do.
“Don’t push your luck, (Y/L/N). You’re not getting me onto another rollercoaster tonight.”
“Hey, it was worth a shot!” You defended. “But I’m glad you still had fun tonight, thank you for coming along. I had an amazing time.”
He didn’t know if it was the cool evening air slapping at his face or the simple fact that he was never thanked for his presence that his cheeks were warm and pink but he hoped that the stuffed animals he carried were able to shield your view of his face. You had already seen his face during the roller coasters so the last thing he needed tonight was for you to see him looking flustered.
Covering his mouth with his hand, he hoped to have been able to cover his embarrassment with a cough as he managed to reply with, “I had a great time too, thank you.”
While he was certain you knew, he was thankful you did no more than giggling at his actions before deciding to talk about something else Regulus couldn’t quite seem to focus on. His mind seemed to be everywhere and he couldn’t even begin to guess what it was that made him seem to drift off.
Perhaps it was his mind registering all he’s experienced today or the scent of your perfume that made him feel all warm and cozy. Maybe it was all the foods he’s eaten in the past few hours and how he’d regret it all in the following week or maybe it was the way your lips felt on his cheek or the way–yours lips on his cheek?
Finally snapping out of his thoughts, Regulus looked down to see a cheeky grin on your face just after you pulled away. He could feel the heat rush up to his face as he stood there frozen in place. Barely mumbling out your name, he watched as you turned around and began walking in the direction of the exit and all he could seem to do was pull himself together and follow after you.
“You can’t just do that and leave!” He shouted after you but all he got as a response was laughter as you only ran faster. “I had to stand here flustered, why can’t you?”
“I’m not a wimp!”
All plans of getting home at a reasonable hour that night were out the window as for the next few moments, you and Regulus were chasing each other in the empty parking lot like little children, laughing and screaming as all your stuffed animals gradually fell to the ground. The following morning–hell probably the whole week if you’re being honest–would be well, hell thanks to your parents for staying out so late with no notice of where you both actually were and how long you’d be out for but that was a worry for when morning came. Tonight, as you two laughed and held each other under the star littered sky, you were free with no other worries than each-other.
FIN.

muggle whereabouts
Tumblr media
regulus black x genderneutral. reader
summary: you and regulus go to a museum together.
word count: 0.8k
cw: fluff, kissing, the reader is wearing a skirt and makeup but that’s all that’s described.
“So it’s a what?”
“A museum.”
“But, they seem useless.”
“Regulus!” You’re octave heightened in civil defense whilst flailing your hand at the bone of his clothed shoulder.
“They are not useless! They’re quite nice, actually.” You laugh, carefully tucking your nose into his neck. “Too bad you dull purebloods don't have any.”
His throat becomes parched at the direct accusation. His eager hands dangle in the air as they gesticulate as he begrudgingly articulates, passionately defending the private realm of the wizarding world and its strict magical purpose saying: “First of all, all you do is stare at paintings, and that is a bore.” While you merely bark out a laugh at his theoretical explanations.
His bicep proceeds to curl around your ample waist, the proportions of your body effortlessly resting upon his chest.
You're drawn closer to the radiating heat of his body uninterrupted by the scratchy material of his Lincoln green sweater, the slight palpitation in his accelerating heart unsheathing you closer.
“Fine,” He uplifts his shoulders in an expressive shrug, dismissively, “You should take me to see one then. Whatever those muggle things are called again.” Regulus sighs in dishonest tediousness.
The talks of exquisite arts drilled into the beige-tiled walls with the surrounding of gold encasing and diligent paint strokes had excited Regulus, rather than the dull demeanor he was perceived to have in those moments.
The scolding summer heat was nothing but a forgotten nuisance in the following days of August; naturally leaving the fulfilled summer behind, till but rather your burning curiosity peaked regarding his suspicious behavior apropos to a museum around the corner of your hometown where you had resided for the past sixty days.
The thickening air of the night only exceeded until dawn where you had first awakened. His lips were pinkish and swollen, his messy thatch of untamed curls fell over the wrinkling skin of his forehead, his lips were partially pouted as you smeared an endearing kiss on them.
A childish whine barely escaping his throat at the frantic attitude of giggles and gentle smiles emitting from you at such a premature time in the overcast day.
Admiringly, he shakes his head at your actions as the patterned lace of your sheer tights slip above your calves. As the autumn weather grows near with vermillion leaves dressing the Scottish land and the frequent gusts of wind intertwining with his tufts, following the new and blooming year for Hogwarts students and the giddy first years, your ensemble is set and adequately prepared for the cooling weather with a buttoned-onyx top, a navy-blue pleated skirt and a dark booted heel.
There’s a dull Fuschia painted on your aglow cheeks, and a matching tone blotched on the smooth cushion of your lips. Your mane had been styled to where the contours of your neck had been exposed to the frigid air, if you were in place of contracting a cold he would even offer the thick-knit material of his scarf to you.
He was as tame and recognizable as always. A tawny brown coat shouldered over him with a complimenting button-down and slacks to match.
For the remainder of the glacial morning, he had dissimulated his elation with disinterest and aloof contort twisted onto his lips that could've been identified as a sneer.
“It’s alright at best,” Regulus whispered deceptively.
“Shut it, Liar. You're enjoying this.” Your smirk would've been described as transparent. The trembling chin and twitching cheeks were enough for the devious look on your face to be uncovered.
“All you do is stare. This is boring.”
“So that’s why you’ve kept me here for three hours, because it’s boring.”
“No- No, I was just — waiting to see if there was anything worth looking at.”
He merely jerked his head as his eyes performed an inner rotation at your words.
“Aw, my love. S’alright to admit you're wrong.” You grasp your appendages around his slender waist, your determined chin sitting contentedly on the bone of his shoulder as you both peer at the historical painting.
“You’re embarrassing me in public!” The boy quipped back in a faux chide, the collapsing bubbles of infectious laughter spilling from his lips immediately diminish the attempted related quip.
“Sure, Reg,” You nod as your palms sit flat on his torso. “You keep telling yourself that.”

ONEWE Reacting to Their S/O Listening to Their Songs
Tumblr media
Summary: How would ONEWE react to seeing their S/O listening, singing, or dancing to their music?
Word Count: 1,117 words
Pairing: Reader x Members / Characters: GenderNeutral!Reader; Jin Yonghoon (Yonghoon); Ju Harin (Harin); Kang Hyungu (Kanghyun); Son Dongmyeong (Dongmyeong); Lee Giwook (CyA);
Rated: E / Warnings: None / Genre: GenderNeutral!Reader; Fluff;
《 ONEWE Masterlist 》
Tumblr media
Jin Yonghoon (Yonghoon)
Honestly, he's flustered. He gets all giggly and shy when you're singing his songs. He would be so shy that he'd have no idea what to say, so he'd just watch you shyly in awe.
Yonghoon scrolls though his phone as he leans against the kitchen island. You're in the bathroom, washing up to go on a date with him.
He can hear you playing 'Parting' from the bathroom. You're singing so loudly that he can hear you over the running water from the sink. He smiles softly as you sing his first verse smoothly.
After the water stops, he sees you exit the bathroom. Your phone, still blasting the song, is sticking out of your pocket, and you're singing while fixing your hair up. You're dancing around a bit, smiling as you sing dramatically into an imaginary microphone, obviously having fun.
He stares at you in awe as you appear. He's a bit flustered by you singing his songs--his part for the song--and can't really find the words to explain how cute you are and how shy you make him by singing and dancing to his song. He giggles shyly as you wink at him mid-dance.
Ju Harin (Harin)
Harin would be very happy to see you listening to his music. He'd probably smile so much that his cheeks would hurt. He'd probably watch you, maybe even dance along a tiny bit. But he'd probably spend more time adoring you than anything.
You sit cross-legged on the bed, writing something for work. Very focused.
That's a lie.
You have a paragraph of your five page paper done as you watch the 'Regulus' music video for the tenth time in a row. You're swaying to the music, singing along as you sway your arms around goofily, pretending to play an invisible drumset. Though the song isn't upbeat, you've found a way to make it really fun to dance to.
Harin closes the front door quietly, not wanting to disturb your hard work. As he creeps over to the bedroom to check on you, he sees you with your earbuds in, waving and flailing your arms. It takes a minute for him to realize that you're attempting to imitate the movements of a drummer, as you're exaggerating so much. He would be wondering what weird song you were listening to, if it weren't for the fact that you were singing 'Regulus's lyrics slightly off-tune.
Harin smiles widely, so that the corners of his eyes crinkle, watching you from the doorway. You're so cute, attempting and failing at imitating a drummer. How can he not admire your silly, goofy self from a distance? He doesn't want to disturb you from your focus, after all.
Kang Hyungu (Kanghyun)
Hyungu, seeing you vibing to his group's music, would probably join you in vibing. He'd play air guitar with you. He loves seeing you happy, and he knows spending time with you, joining you in your fun, would make you even more happy. He's so happy, knowing his music is something you can vibe to.
Hyungu opens the door to your apartment. You had invited him over to watch a movie and hang out.
The first thing he is met with when he arrives is the loud sound of your music, his own group's song 'End of Spring' blasting from within. As he comes closer to investigate, he sees you in the kitchen, microwaving popcorn while aggressively dancing and singing to the music.
He grins widely. When you see him, you pause for a second, before resuming your jamming to the music. This is fairly common, as you always feel comfortable being goofy and carefree in front of him.
After a second, he walks over and joins you in jamming, pretending to play an air guitar to the song. Both of you continue head banging and air guitar playing until the song ends.
He asks you about your day as you remove the popcorn from the microwave, and you two go back about your day as if you hadn't just been headbanging together to 'End of Spring'.
Son Dongmyeong (Dongmyeong)
Dongmyeong would be so very flustered and shy, but wouldn't want to admit it at all. He'd obviously be so happy and proud that you like his group's music, but he's too shy to tell you. So he'd just smile and watch fondly and shyly.
Dongmyeong is practicing a bit of '0&4' in the practice room, as he hasn't played it in a long time. He has the song playing quietly in the background softly for him to play to to keep his tempo. You sit nearby on the floor, reading a book.
As the second verse comes around, you start singing along with Dongmyeong on his part. You look up and see Dongmyeong watching you, his eyes crinkling from how much he's smiling as you start rapping CyA's part.
You stand up at the chorus and start imitating the dance moves from their '0&4' music video. The kick part. Dongmyeong keeps playing and singing his parts as you fill in with the cute dances, walking over to his keyboard and smiling at him widely.
"You're so cute," he mumbles as you sing Cya's adlibs. He pokes your nose teasingly.
Lee Giwook (CyA)
Giwook would find you so cute and adorable and precious! He's very proud of his music, and seeing you enjoying his music makes him feel even better about his music. He would watch you happily and fondly.
You're sitting in the recording studio, waiting for Giwook. He's working late tonight, and earlier today, he invited you to stay with him for a bit. You also have some work to do, that you can do in silence while not distracting him, so of course you agreed to come.
Giwook has gone to the restroom, and you're sitting against the wall on the floor, your laptop on your lap. He had invited you to sit next to him, but you had wanted to sit on the other side of the room, so that your legs wouldn't get cramped at the desk.
Your playlist, playing through your earbuds, is on shuffle and is now playing ONEWE's song 'Crazy Good'. As the song starts, you smile. It's upbeat tempo has you wanting to get up and dance. And so you do. Because there's no reason not to.
You stand up, phone in hand, and start dancing a bit tk the song. You mumble along with the lyrics, not so loud as to disrupt anyone in the adjacent rooms.
Your headphones are so loud that you don't hear the door creak open. Giwook enters and sees you dancing at the back of the room. He tilts his head curiously, wondering what you're doing, and smiles when he hears you singing his parts from 'Crazy Good'. He finds you so cute and adorable.
He reaches into his pocket and lifts up his phone to take a picture of you when your eyes meet his. He takes the picture and smiles.

Reflection | Chapter 2
Tumblr media
🪞 Summary: Helping ONEUS learn and practice dancing wasn’t easy. But it would be easier if Yeo Hwanwoong would stop flirting with you.
🪞 Chapter 2: 1,626 words
🪞 Pairing: Reader x Yeo Hwanwoong (Hwanwoong) / Characters: GenderNeutral!Reader, DanceInstructor!Reader; Yeo Hwanwoong (Hwanwoong);
🪞 Rated: E, I think / Warnings: None, Hwanwoong being really flirty / Genre: Fluff
《 Series Masterlist // ONEUS Masterlist // Boy Group Masterlist 》
Tumblr media
You return to RBW the following weekend. It's been a couple of days since you showed Hwanwoong the 'Regulus' choreography that you made. You had never imagined showing anyone your choreographies, much less teaching someone, and yet you did just that to Hwanwoong.
Today is all of ONEUS's day off. None of them should be here, unless they want to be. But it's days like this, when you have no one to teach, that you come in and develop your own choreographies.
You stretch and start playing another song. This is time, it's another song you've started creating an original choreography for.  This time, it's 'Ring On My Ears' by ONEWE. This choreography is much more upbeat than the one for 'Regulus' which makes sense. It's a slightly more upbeat song. This choreography is new. You'd only started choreographing it about a week ago, and haven't had much time since then to work on it.
You smile to yourself. This song would make for a nice group choreography. Or even a fun partner choreography with one other person.
The more you think about it, your mind focuses on one person. Yeo Hwanwoong. To dance with him, a partner dance, would be amazing.
You shake your head. You should focus more on making the choreography than daydreaming about Yeo Hwanwoong.
You continue watching yourself in the mirror as you dance, circlirng around an invisible dance partner as you move. The song is energetic and fun, so you try to capture that energy in the dance as you skip and jump from one foot to the other.
After a while, you can hear a familiar song playing loudly from the next dance practice room. It's a much slower song, and curiously, you pause your own song to listen and confirm if it's the song you think it is. When you realize that it is, you exit your practice room and go over to the door of the other room, opening it slightly and peering inside to see who is in there.
You watch Hwanwoong dance to 'Regulus', copying the moves you taught him closely. He's doing very well, despite the fact that you only showed him a couple times a few days ago. Every time he senses a misstep or mistake, you see him wince.
As he reaches the end of what you taught him, he sighs. His eyes drift from himself in the mirror over to your own reflection, and his eyes widen. He turns around.
"Y/N! Hi," he says, laughing nervously. He scratches the back of his neck as he grins at you.
"Hey." You glance around. 'Regulus' is still playing in the background. "So it's your day off."
He nods. "Yeah. I wanted to come and practice."
"And not your own choreography?"
He shakes his head. "No. I've been practicing our choreographies so much, I wanted to take a small break from them. And I really enjoyed learning the one you made, so . . ."
"You're doing well. Really. It looked better than I ever imagined a choreography created by me could look," you say.
"I highly doubt that," Hwanwoong says. "Just watching you do it . . . I was blown away. Though I don't know if that's more because of the choreography or because of you."
You feel your face heat up in embarrassment and shyness. You're too flustered to try to respond with a better flirtatious commend. He wins this time.
And he knows it.
"I didn't realize you were here," he continues. "Were you in the next room?"
You nod.
"Ah. You know, I could have sworn I heard ONEWE's 'Ring On My Ears' playing through the wall," he remarks.
"Oh yes. I've been working on creating another choreography," you respond.
"Another choreography for ONEWE," he says, chuckling. "I'd almost think you prefer them to us."
"Oh, no. I mean, I do love ONEWE. I just find it easier to create choreographies for band songs, and since I'm acquainted with ONEWE, it makes it even easier."
He nods. "And how's it going? The choreography?"
You shrug your shoulders. "I've been working on it for a bit. But with working with you guys, I've been so busy and I haven't figured it out."
"Do you want me to help you? I can help you make and clean up the choreography," he says. "The way you help me with ours."
You nod, then frown to yourself.  "Actually . . ." you say. "I was considering making it a partner dance. If you'd like to be my partner."
He grins widely. "Absolutely!" he says overenthusiastically, then covers his mouth. "Sorry, that was loud. I'd love to be your dance partner."
You laugh. Now it's his turn to be flustered.
"Alright. Let me grab my stuff and I'll show you what I have so far, if you're okay with that."
He nods. "Okay!"
You grab your practice bag and water bottle from the other practice room. As you pick them up, slinging the bag strap over your shoulder, you pause to stare at your reflection.
Isn't it at least a little unprofessional to be flirting with your coworker Hwanwoong? You shake your head at yourself. First of all, this isn’t a typical job. It doesn't really matter. Besides, Hwanwoong started flirting with you first. You're two consenting adults, and there's nothing bad with flirting.
You leave the practice room, shutting the lights off as you exit, and open the door to Hwanwoong's practice room.
"So a partnered choreography for 'Ring On My Ears'," he says as you set your things down. "How much have you got done?"
"Only the first verse," you admit. "And a tiny bit of the pre-chorus and chorus."
"Can I see what you have?"
"Sure."
He plays the music, standing by the speakers as you dance in the center of the room. You feel a bit shy, dancing in front of him, and you know you're smiling widely. You even giggle a bit when your eyes meet his occasionally.
"It's not much," you say after you finish dancing.
"True. But it's a start. And a beautiful start, nonetheless."
You and him work through choreographing the dance together. You work together, side by side, dancing circles around each other elegantly, laughing and giggling at the dance you two are creating.
"I think this part is a good place to separate, and sort of face each other," Hwanwoong says. "Like we run away from each other, when he sings about running."
You nod. That was exactly what you were considering, too.
As you dance, your eyes meet the eyes of his reflection in the mirror.
You've worked with Hwanwoong for a long, long time. The more you think about it, the more you realize how similar you two are alike.
You, like Yeo Hwanwoong, were inspired to dance when you were very young. You would dance whenever possible, late at night and early in the morning. You and Hwanwoong share your passion for dance.
You and Hwanwoong have your similarities. You started on similar paths, you two took two took off in two different directions. You took to teaching and helping others who shared the same passion for dance, while Hwanwoong became an idol. But other than that, you and Hwanwoong are the same. You're each other's reflection.
After you two are tired out and finished with a rough choreography for the entire song, you two stop and lean against the wall of the practice room.
You look up at the ceiling. You can feel him watching you, and want to look back at him. But you know that if you do, your heart won't be able to handle it. You've really got yourself a crush on Yeo Hwanwoong.
"Y/N," Hwanwoong says. Gosh, his voice is calming. "I . . . oh, how do I say this? I admire you. A lot. Despite not being an idol, you have the potential--the skill--to be one. And you use that skill to help others. Trainees and us. And you're really inspiring. I've always liked that about you."
"Yeo Hwanwoong, I have to go home in ten minutes," you tease, looking at him. "What are you trying to say? Or are you just complimenting me?"
"I don't know," he admits. He hesitates before continuing. "I've always liked and admired you. And I feel that there's something more than just work friends going on between us."
"What do you mean?" you ask, though you already know. He nudges your shoulder.
"You know what I mean. The endless flirting. The teasing," he says. You nod. "What I'm trying to say is that there are feelings behind the flirting--at least from my point of view. I like you. And I'm interested in you. And if you're comfortable, I'd like to ask you out for dinner or something with me tomorrow after practice," he says hopefully.
You blink.
Pause.
"Like a date?"
"Yes. You don't have to say yes. If it was just flirting, that's alright, too," he says hurriedly, breaking eye contact with you. His ears are bright red from embarrassment.
"No, no! It wasn't just flirting to me," you say quickly. "I honestly felt it too. Something . . . more. I'd love to go on a date with you."
"Oh?" He stares at you shyly. Wow, he's not usually this shy. Sure, he gets giggly when you flirt with him, but not like this. "Really?" he asks. You nod.
"Really. But only if you promise to stay focused during practice tomorrow."
"Don't you get distracted, Yeo Hwanwoong. I'm still your dance instructor."
He smiles his usual, joyful smile. "Of course, teacher-nim."
You laugh and look at the mirror on the wall. You see yourself and Hwanwoong standing there, backs against the wall. Your reflections are smiling back at you.
