The "work" of it is coming to an end, and now, you are poised to move forward for your highest good. Focus on what you want to take forward with you; tools, people, memories, joys, etc. What no longer serves you, will fall behind you when the time comes to move forward. Healing is About Reconnecting with One's Inner Child

I’ve made a lot of changes in my life recently. After spending most of my life in Europe, I currently reside in Portland, Oregon. I also am in the process of getting consecutive levels of Reiki certification, to improve my healing gifts.

During this part of my journey, I’m taking my time focusing on my own energetic self awareness. This process enables me to ground and reconnect to myself when I feel like I’ve lost myself in the wave of giving my energy over for the sake of healing others. Self care is imperative in healing practice for others.

The most illuminating part of my Reiki training has been realizing how much healing people comes from bringing them back to a childlike state of vulnerability. Ironically enough, that’s exactly what invites transformation in, as most adults are calcified and solidified in their traumatized state. The subject needs to be brought back to a vulnerable spot, which then becomes the access point to open their energy. Then, from the position of a healer we can responsibly manipulate it, also coming ourselves from a fragile point of innocence and purity. All healing practices must gently address this child self to take root in the subconscious and be effective.

Although I get messages from the universe, they don't always come in the same way. For example, although my brother and sister-in-law have had two dogs that have died, only one comes to me regularly (Sammy). The other one, Scout, pictured below passed a few months ago, but hadn't visited me until yesterday. Was doing my morning meditation and all of sudden, both showed up on the beach with me. Sammy, stayed next to me while Scout wanted to play. He had a green tennis ball and wanted me to throw it in the water and he would catch it. I did it once, but told him I really wanted to relax and to sit by me which he did. Later in the day, went walking in the park, and wouldn't you know, found a green tennis ball on the way home in an area we don't usually walk through (had never found one in this area). Called my sister-in-law to let her know and left a message. Today, I found out that yesterday morning my sister had fallend down. What we found interesting was the timing. The dogs knew that I would reach out to my sister-in-law and that I could send her Reiki to feel better. They both cam through to make sure that I called her. Love how the universe came through. Hello, I hope you are fine. I have some sigils when I hold them. I feel they are really useful, but I see like a far away light or a star that grabs and sometimes walks and sometimes gets close and then disappears. The person who publishes them says that they depend on positive cosmic energies and like angels and not from demons or devils .. . Is it possible If I send it to you to discover the truth about it if aliens or some spirits or colors of energy .. , it is an amazing thing, because I have never heard before that there are symbols or sigils based on cosmic energy that make you see the light that moves and makes movements for you in the sky, even those who use Reiki symbols do not think that they see that

I haven’t done much Sigil work myself when it comes to creating them, but I have interpreted Sigils for others before, and I’m a Reiki Healer after all.
