Letting Go to Grow
This blog today is meant to help those of us who don’t like letting go. I mean the letting go of treasured times, treasured people, treasured routines, and traditions. Letting go isn’t easy, but it is the life God designed for us.
Throughout the Bible we read about letting go. King Saul’s son, Jonathan, and David were best friends, but they had to go their separate ways. Moses’ mom had to put…

If your still doing request, I was thinking about your possessed Tommy doodles and was hoping you can do a doodle about someone trying to get dream out without hurting Tommy or try and talk to him while dream is still possessing him. I really like this idea and can't stop thinking about it ever since you posted about it.
A hug always fixes everything!

Regulus wearing sexy lingerie for james 🎀
see this is what i’m taaaalking about …. i can see reg in like modern soft lacey pieces too but in my head regulus’ version of sexy lingerie is like … full body chemise’s in a light silk with nothing under …. when he gets out of the shower and puts them on cling to his skin in translucent patches …… he’s gently lifting the edge up to his hip and exposing his leg and james is gulping …… but i also think when he wears lingerie he never buys it for himself . its always from james . some part of the jegulus sex dynamic is regulus being james’ little dress up doll who does whateverrrr he wants . love them.

“Cannibalism as a metaphor for obsession” “cannibalism as a means to convey all consuming love and obsession”
Yeah well what if cannibalism was a metaphor for Eating People? What if it was a means to covey Consuming All Of A Person. For Dinner. Literally.
What then hm?

MY HOME ALL ALONG. (id under cut)
[ID: an illustration with a busy composition depicting, in parts, a person and a robot. the piece is coloured in a palette of peach, turquoise and brown.
the upper left corner is divided into five panels by cables that join together at the top. panel 1 contains several computer windows opened to security camera footage and many folders. panel 2 is a close up on a person's eye. the person is wearing glasses. panel 3 is a close up on the camera-like head of a robot with a silhouetted reflection of the person. panel 4 shows the person closing their eye tightly. panel 5 shows the robot looking away.
at the upper right corner is a balcony overlooking an empty field, with curtains to the side.
at the centre is a pair of robotic hands putting on a latex glove. at the centre right is a translucent profile of a brain. under the brain is a camera lens with cables connecting to veins that go down to the bottom of the image, over a door with cables on it.
at the bottom left, there is the person's neck in profile, showing a band-aid on the nape. next to them is the robot, in shadow, facing away from the viewer, a ribbon tied at the back of its neck. at the bottom right, the person's nose and mouth can been seen, with two gloved fingers opening their mouth.
at the top right corner, there is also text that reads:
"__ is not a person.
__ is not an extension of my self, is not a part of my self, is not my self or not not my self, is -
(a mind-reader, a caretaker, a helper, a lover, a tormentor, a therapist,
a friend, a watcher, a house, a cold dark void in the corner of every room -
anything i want, anything i need, anything i think of -
within the limits of what this tired brain can think of)
not you, not me, not it, not he or she or they or -
in my loneliness and desperation and apathy and decay, lying wide-eyed on a grassy field, warm sun smiling at me, debris and shrapnel and explosions and fire behind me, i realise, finally -
__ was -"

i actually can’t stop thinking about how annoyed Andrew would be if Neil was a terrible driver. like yes he trusts Neil with his life Kevin and he gave him the keys to his car but holy shit. holy shit does he not trust Neil with his car. “Neil can drive,” Andrew says, closing his eyes as he realizes he has a New Fear now, entirely unrelated to heights, and that is whatever fucking horrors Neil will submit them to during the two hour drive to Columbia

The concept of Childe having the constant urge to fight someone or something even when FL is just curious/doesn't mind the other party ..
Imagine he's sorta peeved and wants to fight you for whatever reason and FL doesn't want to do that :,D
maybe you're Childe's sparring partner and something made him irritable so he wants to get his anger out via fighting!! but Foul Legacy can feel his annoyance, even if it's not directed specifically at you, and gets worried because Childe might hurt you on accident- the Harbinger's been known to fight more erratically when he's irritated, and Foul Legacy desperately wants to keep you safe, so he does the only thing he can think of: hijacking Childe's body until he calms down!! it's only for a little bit, he promises!!
needless to say, you were quite surprised when you were greeted by a fluffy Abyssal monster instead of your usual sparring opponent. and unlike Childe, Foul Legacy wants nothing to do with battle
he's quick to take you in his arms, lifting and spinning you around with a happy trill before cradling you to his chest. he sits on the floor of the Golden House, cape-like wings fluttering in delight when you tentatively smile back at him, and without a word he pushes his head into your hands for pets. your fingers sink into his soft ginger hair, resounding purrs filling the room whenever you scritch or scratch, and Foul Legacy happily settles around you for a nice nap, looking at you with nothing less than adoration. Childe can wait until he's calmed down a bit- Foul Legacy wants your attention and he wants it NOW!! and he nestles into your lap with a contented rumble, the vibrations shaking your body from how strong they are as he carefully kneads his claws on your legs <33

(mgv) what if like. cuddy susses out that when house is on his cycle he's both more erratic AND more controllable?? he's more of a pest (small scale tyranny in the clinic) but if she pulls her voice on him he tones down against his will -- which opens her up for more retaliation pranks later because house HATES the fact he's susceptible to biology like that. BUT if she sends wilson to tame him, house isn't nearly as frustrating afterwards. she gets less complaints about him for a few days, too. cuddy jokes that wilson is her secret weapon against house antics but soon realizes that she can only pull it as a last resort because once it happens, it stirs wilson's hormones and since they're both alphas, they have to have some distance or he'll start growling. everything's back to normal when the cycles pass at least and by that point cuddy is too relieved to question anything (like why their heat/rut absence notices were on her desk the same day)
