-Roasted Dandelion Coffee Replacement-
We might like coffee, but that doesn't always mean that coffee likes us. If stomach trouble, burnout, and jitters have you needing to give up your favourite morning ritual, turn to this herbal alternative. Roasted dandelion offers a similar taste without the afternoon crash. Together with roots like chicory and budrock, this blend supports the liver's detoxification process and promotes glowing skin, while ashwagandha replenishes the nervous, digestive, and endocrine systems that coffee depletes.
MAKES 4 CUPS OF TEA
3 tablespoons roasted dandelion
2 teaspoons ashwagandha
1 teaspoon chicory
1 teaspoon budrock
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
OPTIONAL: A few drops of gentian flower essense, a pinch of cinnamon and/or cardamon, coconut creamer or oat milk, a favourite herbal honey such as Hawthorne Rose Honey (Link TBA)
NOTE: all herbs should be cut and sifted. Leave out cacao nibs if trying to remove caffeine entirely
To create this blend, add all the ingredients to a pint jar, put the lid on, and shake to combine. Label the jar with the tea name, ingredients, and date you made. Store out of direct sunlight.
To prepare the brew, add 1 tablespoon of the blend per 8 ounces of water to a french press, a jar of your choice, or a reusable tea strainer. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes depending on desired strength. For an even more robust flavour, add filtered water to a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer. add 1 tablespoon of the blend per 8 ounces of water to the pot and simmer, covered, for 5-10 minutes. turn off the heat and steep, still covered, for an additional 10-15 minutes. Strain and serve with your favourite fixings.

I’m a light as all fuck sleeper. You part your lips wrong and I’m awake. Crinkle paper, unlock the front door, set down a cup. Awake.
My bf is a HEAVY sleeper. You need to demolish a building next to his head to wake him up. He's slept through all his alarms, police and fire sirens simultaneously, a car crashing outside our building, you name it.
So the problem is. He snores and moans in his sleep, or he lays face down in the pillow and moans out all his air and then lifts his head with a LOUD gasp for air before letting his neck give out and deadweight dropping his face directly in the pillow like it was. Vicious cycle
I CANNOT wake him up to make him stop. Like I’m shoving him, and kneeing him, and speaking out loud for him to stop making so much noise.
Its 5am and ive gotten maybe an hour and a half of sleep tops. I’m on the couch now
Does ANYONE have ANY snoring remedies... Please I cannot keep losing sleep more than I already do to my insomnia. I’m like 80% sure he has sleep apnea but he's so stubborn and wont see a doctor "because what if they find something wrong" mentality
Ive got a collective eight hours of sleep in the past four nights. Not eight hours per night. I mean total. Eight hours in four days. Thats two hours of sleep per night. I am so tired and I’m becoming so mean for it.

haaaahhh, i just finished doing remidial with my friend (which is my the MOST ANNOYING CLASSMATE) and yeah, i feels so upset at first. plus, another of my classmate who aren't get remidial keep teasing us and making joke about "how lame, you two get remidial" :"D the good things is, i have 1000% patience and i can hold my anger to DON'T kick them from this earth 😬 and the things that make me more upset is THAT WAS MATHEMATIC REMIDIAL AND MY TEACHER IS SOOOO PERFECTIONIST ABOUT HOW I SHOULD WRITE THE FORMULA VERY NEAT IN MY BOOKS. ARGHHH I KNOW THIS IS FOR MY OWN GOOD (BC I'M NOT A PERSON WHO HAVE BEAUTIFUL HANDWRITING, AS LONG AS I CAN READ MY OWN WRITING, THERE'S NO PROBLEM) BUT, ARGHH IDK WHAT TO SAY 😃😃😃 i'm so happy i can pass that things very well, and i'm glad bc my teacher help us patiently until we can answer the remidial very good and i understand about the question :D not gonna lies i think this moment isn't bad after all hehe
