The Bad Batch x M!Jedi!Reader One-Shot - Flattering Art

It's time to look at your newly assigned clone team. On the way to the hangar, you mentally prepare yourself for the challenge of getting to know and leading the clones. Clones or not, basically they are all very different, and you have been told this team is a special exception from all the others.

You approach the appropriate landing pad in the hangar and are taken aback when the two clones standing outside the shuttle stare at you as if thunderstruck. Did you have a certain reputation among the clones?

"Good morning," you say elatedly and are about to introduce yourself when you see that there is no reason to do so.

You have often heard that the clones like to paint their gunships and shuttles with their heroes, as well as with people they find attractive. You are more than surprised to see a rather suggestive painting of yourself on the nose of the Havoc Marauder.

For a moment you can only stare at the painting, surprised and flattered, but it does feel a bit strange. It's amazingly done, very detailed.

The sergeant of the team introduces himself with a clearing of his throat, "Good morning, General. I'm Hunter, I'm leading this squad."

You look at him with raised eyebrows and ask, "So this is your responsibility as well?"

Hunter swallows and looks from you to the painting and back again.

"It was a group decision," he says meekly.

The giant standing next to him says cheerfully, as if he can't hold his breath, "Hi. I'm Wrecker! We're very happy you've been assigned to us!"

You laugh softly and say, "Yeah, I can see that."

Another soldier appears on the ramp, a tall, slender man with goggles on his nose. His gaze is fixed on a holopad.

Hunter glances in his direction and says, "This is our pilot and ship's engineer, Tech."

The man looks up questioningly from his holopad and freezes in his motion when he sees you.

"He's also the artist who did the painting on the Marauder."

You smile kindly at him, but he looks at you from wide eyes, like a frightened animal.

He clears his throat and says with a salute, "General."

The next moment, someone nudges him from behind, and he stumbles down the ramp. With an annoyed frown, he turns and complains, "That was unnecessary, Crosshair, you could have just asked me to get out of the way."

"Wasted time," grumbles the man behind him.

At first glance, he seems to be the opposite of Wrecker in terms of personality. But that may just be the first impression.

He, too, stops as if rooted to the spot when he sees you.

"Why are you blocking the ramp? Move Crosshair!"

That had to be Echo, you thought, the new addition to Clone Force 99.

Finally, everyone lined up in front of the shuttle, and you looked at your new team. They all looked a little embarrassed, some with reddened faces, except for the friendly giant, he had a rousing, friendly and cheerful manner about him.

"The painting is pretty good. Inappropriately suggestive, but very well done."

Tech scratched the back of his head, nervously cleared his throat and said softly, "Thank you"

Hunter asked, "Do you want us to remove it?"

You think for a moment, looking at the picture, then grin, "Probably I should ask for that, but somehow I find it…. flattering. Besides, it's really very good work, it would be a shame to just remove it."

Tech smiles tentatively.

"As long as no one seriously complains about it, I see no reason for removal," you say with a wink in Tech's direction, who nearly drops his holopad in excitement.

Getting to board the ship, Crosshair nudges Echo, "Hey, you look like something's about to fall off your face. Get a grip."

Echo gulps and says, "But that's… that's…"

"I know who that is, we all know that, he's painted on our ship for a reason."

Echo and Crosshair almost jump out of their skins, startled as you stick your head out and say, "Soldiers, there's no dawdling here. Let's go."

"YES, SIR!" the two hastily say in unison and hurriedly make their way into the ship.

The traveler had been having a rough morning. The three commissions they had already completed were all frustrating (they hated transport balloons more every time they saw one), and the fourth one was at the Grand Narukami Shrine. If fate had been kind to them they would’ve just used the teleport waypoint; but no it had to be broken; so they had to climb the whole mountain. Upon finally getting the many fortune slips that idiots people had thrown atop the shrine, (the shrine maidens really should put up a sign or something), they noticed something out of the ordinary.

Recognizing what, or rather who, it was, they quickly covered Paimon’s mouth before she could blow their cover, skillfully whipping out their Kamera at breakneck speed.

When Yae Miko visited the publishing house next, she was not expecting to see a photograph on the noticeboard. Among the many city announcements, pleads from the fire brigade about the youngest Nagonohara causing safety hazards, and many duel requests to Kujou Sara from Arataki ‘the enterally changing nickname’ Itto; was a photo of a small pink fox curled up under a sakura tree, a cat resting next to it peacefully. The picture was simply captioned ‘dream came true’. Who in Teyvat would- oh. Oh. So it was them! Why that little- she was supposed to be the crafty one here! The Miko huffed, already plotting how to get her petty revenge on a certain world-trotting blonde.

The traveler didn’t return to the Grand Narukami Shrine for a while after that.

So, I’ve been in a bit of a slump recently, so I’ve decided to open up my skills for FREE pokemon prompts! These can be either writing prompts, or art, and go crazy! Lemme just lay down the ground rules. 

1: NO NSFW or suggestive themes, nothing inappropriate or adult joke themed  

2: I prefer to avoid shipping and non-platonic relationships, as that can get way too complex and crazy for me and my NOT PREFERING THAT self. If it’s a canon relationship, I will make an exception. 

3: No gore, but I will do some violence if needed, nothing TOO out there though.

4: I will do anything from gen 5 and up! I’m not as familiar with the later games behind Unova, but I can do research if you REALLY need to scratch an itch.

The Bad Batch x Fem!Reader HCs - Hard Working Girl

Hunter

He is fascinated. He likes your energy and has respect for your willingness to work. Furthermore, he often can't help but watch you in fascination, but of course he doesn't just watch you, Hunter pitches in whenever he can.

The way you have everything under control, how independent you are, gives him butterflies. He knows, with you by his side, he always has someone he can rely on. Someone who can lend a hand when he can't get everything together himself.

Leader or not, even leaders can't do everything alone, and need a break sometimes. Knowing how capable and willing you are to work actually takes a load off his shoulders.

He is proud of you and feels incredibly comfortable with you.

Echo

He admires you. However, at first he has problems with letting you do things in his direct environment, especially when it might have been part of his tasks before. It's a little bit confusing to him at first.

"But this is my job"

You may hear this sentence more often than you think. Don't get him wrong, he's just not used to having work done for him. He's getting used to it, and ultimately, he really appreciates your help.

The energy and willingness with which you go to work, he finds incredibly great and also attractive. Echo will soon love to work with you, it'll become a beloved thing for him.

Wrecker

He admires you. To see how you approach things and take matters into your own hands is impressive, and he tells you that quite openly.

"I think it's great how you take things into your own hands!"

Wrecker is fascinated by the way you repair and fix things, and it's not unusual for him to lend a hand. This way, he can spend time with you and feel useful at the same time.

He has made it a habit to bring you snacks and drinks.

This one is totally on fire for you, especially when he sees you working in the engine room, or with machines in general. Tech is so fascinated, totally giddy and swooning for you.

Seeing you handle tools gives him all kinds of feelings, from admiration to love-boner. He watches you as often and as much as he can, offering his help to be near you and see how you work.

His little technician heart sings for you.

In the beginning, he is very quiet and just watches you, completely fascinated and overwhelmed by the unusual feelings you trigger in him. Little by little, he thaws out and begins to exchange ideas with you while you work.

You learn from each other and Tech is in seventh heaven.

Crosshair

He is quite impressed. Crosshair likes that you are so independent. You have things under control, are active and willing to work, he has respect for that. Crosshair probably doesn't say much, but the nod he gives you says a lot.

He likes that you know what to do and take matters into your own hands. That exerts a certain fascination on him. You will see him more and more often near you, eventually you will notice that he is watching you. After a while, it could well be that he offers his help, or simply participates without comment.

He likes the idea that you are not helpless when you are on your own. On the one hand, because he likes you and now has to worry less about whether you can manage on your own, and on the other hand, because it simply confirms to him that you are a great, capable woman.

👀👀👀 The crackfic energy this radiates is exceptional omfg I adore it. I know you were probably meaning for our nerd boi to be channeling the gremlin energy here, but I just didn’t feel satisfied with how it turned out after several attempts, so I made Reader the chaos gremlin instead.

Bad Mornings

To say Xingqiu had been having a rough morning would be an understatement. He had slept in by mistake, spilled ink all across his latest draft of The Legend of Sword, and as if that weren’t enough, his favorite pair of boots were lost. Now that in and of itself wouldn’t be much of a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that his spare pair were in the process of being mended after a particularly frustrating encounter with a geovishap hatchling. Which left him with no choice but to wear regular shoes. The issue with that was that he was rather self conscious about his legs. Usually he would have the reassurance that his choice of footwear concealed a part of them, but now that he no longer had that, it was safe to say he was rather flustered.

Xingqiu was not exactly used to being the one on the receiving end of teasing, usually he was the one doing the teasing. However, neither Xiangling nor Chongyun seemed to be hindered by that fact in the least. He groaned in embarrassment as his friends yet again tease him, thinking that even if he deserves this a bit, it’s no less humiliating.

“Well well well, how the turn tables~!”

Xinqiu swears his heart stopped for a moment at the sound of a familiar voice brimming with amusement. He glances up from his hands where he had been hiding his face and just as he suspected, was met with the smirking face of none other [Name]. He silently prays, an ironic thing to do he’s well aware, that you didn’t run off this time. He’s not keen on having to see Mr. Zhongli frustrated with your disappearing act yet again.

“G-Good morning Your Grace.” He can practically hear his friends hold back laughter at the way he fumbles his words. “Good morning to you too Xingqiu! I see things are lively around here this morning~.”

The bluette buries his red face into his hands yet again, another embarrassed outcry coming out muffled from the action. “Th-Three against one is hardly fair Your Grace!” Much to his surprise, your laughter isn’t mocking. Your words however, well, they do manage to somehow make his face even more red. “Aw come on Xingqiu, you know I only tease you because I care.”

Well… Maybe this morning wasn’t too bad…
