I'm surprised no one's caught this one. I don't know if it's in the original, but in the remastered version of the very first resident evil game, in Jill's campaign if you go in the bathroom in the mansion, there's a cutscene where a zombie crawls out a bathtub. Jill will stamp on it's head then run to the toilet. I can't guarantee if there's sound because I yanked my earphones out in time, but a warning on doesthedogdie says there is. There's no visual. She looks poorly for a second or two before she moves so even if you forget there's time if you act fast.

Also this doesn't happen in Chris' campaign, the bathroom scene plays out the exact same way, but he does not get s* so nothing to worry about with him.

Other than that the game is safe, I think some of the zombies spit acid but it's hard to catch. You're good. You don't even need to go in the bathroom really, the only thing in the tub is a self defense weapon.
