Sims 2 Apartments House-ified Pt. 3

I may have went a little insane working on this building. It won’t be the only one.

Today I’ve reworked the Seaside Manor into a proper house.

First off we got the original house. I tried to recreate the floor plan although I’ve probably messed up on some of the window placements and wallpaper. This is the only version of the house that’s completely empty. Which leads me to the next part...

This second version of the house! All of the rooms have been readjusted and that middle roof was removed to make a patio! I also swapped out the original windows cause I just didn’t like them. As I was making this I noticed how similar it looked to a house in the Sims Bustin’ Out, specifically the bottom section...

So I made a third version with the 2nd floor completely removed. And you’d think that’d be enough for me, but no. My brain kept looking at this thing wondering...

Could I split it in half and turn into two separate buildings? The answer is yes. For both the single floor one and the 2 floors one. Note that these lots are still on the same 3x2 (2x3?) lot as all the others so there’s a bit of empty grass on the unused sides of the houses.

The exteriors are almost identical, but each one of these four houses has different rooms structures and furniture. I... might have a problem.

I mainly kept the exteriors identical to remember they were all connected, but you’re free to really just change the walls or whatever else you want! I’ve checked everything with CC Cleaner and they’re fine. If you don’t have all the expansions or Ultimate Collection, you might find some pieces missing.

All of these houses are in the same folder, feel free to remove the ones you don’t want.

Church & Dragonfly Wedding Venue [Base Game]

This is a WIP build for my base game only save file: Silent Pines. This lot contains a small church, graveyard, and an inn/wedding venue. I've never built something like this before in the style of Silent Pines so I hope I'm doing it justice.

I also finished a motel lot, a library, and a dive bar/music store, so things are going well! Thank you again for all the love and support, it really motivates me to build <3

this house comes with 4 apartments: 2-1: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2-2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom 3-3: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom 3-4: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

also on the roof of the building there are common recreation areas for all families who live in the house: there is a garden and grills and other activities, and there is a laundry on the first floor

here's a starter apartment build i made for my own gameplay. nothing special, just a box with some decoration slapped on top😅 the roof got irreversibly messed up at some point too, but i thought you guys might be interested anyway!

the lot is playtested both as a café and a rental residential but i highly recommend @down-in-simsland's new lot traits mod for a better "living above a hipster coffee shop" experience!

stonefield manor | cc build. stonefield manor is gorgeus and luxurious mansion featuring a stunning brick exterior, spacious interiors for entertaining and a backyard full of greenery.

i’m back this time with an european/english inspired brick house. my inspo for this house is here. this house is maxis mix, i used both alpha and maxis cc. this is my favorite build out of the few i’ve done this year and i hope you like this build as much as i do

for the computer in the office, kitchen AND in the teens room your sim has to sit down first, otherwise it won’t work. otherwise everything is functional and playtested

the upstairs has a weird lighting glitch i tried to fix it but it didn't go away so i hope you dont mind that

i use K-hippies terrains mod and their other replacements too so the grass won’t look as realistic as it does in my game if you don’t own the mod. it's not necessary but highly recommend. you can find it here

i don't recommend using this lot without all the cc plants/trees since i don't know how they are gonna get replaced if u don't have them & they're not that high poly

Silent Pines Town Centre [Base Game]

This is a complete build for my base-game only save file: Silent Pines. The town centre includes: A gym and post office, a library, a dive bar and comedy club/community space, a cinema, a cafe/teen hangout spot, and a diner that's heavily inspired by Life is Strange.

Again, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who has supported this project this far. And I'm very sorry for the delay, but I only have the giant park left in Willow Creek to finish, then I'll upload Silent Pines by itself as I work on Eclipse (Oasis Springs) and Twilight Bay (Newcrest).

The sign is a CC sign that I drew and it's a very rough WIP. The graffiti on the post office (the white building) is also some custom CC from free graffiti packs. I know there's been malware in some CC/mods and people are rightfully wary, so I'll be putting a CC-free Silent Pines up as well! There's very little, anyway, and my CC is safe, but just in case.

Also, I will be getting to my asks the rest of this weekend! Thanks to everyone who has sent me one, and I'm sorry for the delay.

Eriksen’s house (Life is Strange 2)

The Eriksen Household is a location in The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit and Episode 2 of Life is Strange 2. It is the home of Charles Eriksen and Chris Eriksen. The house consists of Chris' room, Charles' room, a living room, kitchen area, bathroom and a yard. A garage is situated near to the house. *I used debug snowdrifts to make screenshots look nice, so if the season in your game is not winter you will have to remove them in b/b mode

Lake house

The lake house is a large cozy wooden house on the shore of a small lake. The house extends over two floors and has two bedrooms, a children's room, two bathrooms, a sauna, an office area as well as a cinema room. The house is decorated in an autumnal style but not too obtrusively. The heart of the house is the living area, which is lined with a gallery and offers a great view of the lake.

I wanted to recreate the botanical gardens in Tomarang because although it was pretty, there wasn't really anything to do there so on this renovation I added a community garden, a special place for the spirit house, a place to grill and eat and a market area :)
