June 26th: Part 3
✪ I did pretty well at work, besides the part where it felt like my manager was a bit bothered with me asking her if I think something would be good every time someone asked, the answer is obviously yes because it cost extra and getting people to order it would be good. She ended up not having me taste anything since we ran out of sampling cups but it may be tomorrow for sure, tomorrow is better since I can eat whatever I want without worrying about the calories or amount of sugar (still counting calories but its a cheat day so I can eat without going over a low restriction).
✪ Speaking of cheat days; tomorrow is my high cal day of 1,500 calories! Ive been looking forward to it since I messed up on my last diet and had to skip it. I think I did good enough to have a cheat day.
✪ Unfortunately, my sister came home with food from her work place so I have to eat again. I always just eat whats left over so that it doesnt seem like I'm starving myself but she actually brought me something and gave me another half because I wanted to taste hers. A bit irritated since I did so well today, not surprised I fuck up on the last couple hours. I can say I dont want it or that I already ate but you know me, im a fat ass.

What I remind myself sometimes:
○I was ana before fitness trackers were always worn and I still lost weight
○I was ana before MFP and still lost weight before I started an account on it
○I was ana before cell phones.. period.. and still lost weight
Apps are great. Gadgets are great. But Im not going to rule my life around tracking.. even if I do still track somedays. Its about my control. Its about what I already know.

I miss having the world spin whenever I got up too fast

I miss putting on pants I wore in high school and them being looser every time
