Finally got this guy to a place where I'm happy with it! It's a tattoo design (upper arm / shoulder cap) that I can't wait to see interpreted by their artist! I liked both the full color and black and grey so here they are. I wanted to keep the shading relatively minimal which was an interesting challenge!

And there she finally is - Nagini! ❤️🔥
She's a (dwarf) Tiger reticulated python and only two weeks old. Only two months ago, if asked, I would have said - "I'll never own a reticulated python!". Well, now I own a reticulated python and I'm already head over heels in love...
Fun fact: did you know the movies-Nagini was based on this exact species? 🐍

We took my nephew to the Snake Farm (his 2nd trip) and saw some cool snakes (and other animals too). You can't always see the snake's heads if they are curled up, but I got some good pics this time.
They take this big python out for shows where people can pet it and see it all stretched out.
I think this one is giving me the stink eye 😆
Look closely; there are two heads here 🐍🐍
We have a big clump of rattlers here 😮

omg it’s done!!!
he is holding a reticulated python, obviously a younger one because he definitely would not be able to fully hold one by himself LOL
reticulatedpythons get around 15-20 feet, sometimes longer! (i will nerd out about snakes all day)

daily snake #6
🤎 The Reticulated Python (Malayopython reticulatus), native to South and Southeast Asia, is the world’s longest snake, and third heaviest. They range from 4′11″ to 21′4″, with one reported case being 32′10″! They’re also fantastic swimmers, having colonized several small islands within its range.

large snakes such as burmese or reticulated pythons are so much safer to live with than males, and yet only one of the two is criticized by the mainstream
