She's responsible, hardworking and book smart, but is also a gullible and pushover people pleaser, desperate for making friends even at the cost of potentially getting taken advantage of.

Backstory: Originating from a relatively poor family, as a child she used to live with her parents in a cottage near beach, despite having loving parents, she was surrounded by a not-so-welcoming kids at her age whom were disturbed by her animalistic features and behavior. thus, she never really succeeded in developing a decent amount of social skills and her bad memories became the root of her pushover and easily trusting nature in a desperate attempt to make friends as an adult. After getting a degree in engineering school with outstanding grades, she spent extra two years in watch-making school to achieve a horology degree.

Clockmaking was an occupations passed to her from generations to generations which she was actually passionate about, being absolutely content to have her own small uneventful life by basically even living in her small clock shop. By the time she received a life changing letter, mentioning her uncle’s will (and how he gave the abandoned amusement park to her as inheritance), due to her pushoverness, Seal couldn’t decline the offer of signing the papers and becoming the new owner of the abandoned theme park. Even if it was leagues out of her comfort zone and on the first days was prepared to abandon the establishment and leave altogether during any flash of insecurity/ inadequacy that overwhelmed her.

But by sheer miracle of finding new accidental friends and hiring decent people who believed in reviving the old theme park, she manages to regain her confidence bit by bit, cling onto her passion for mechanics and officially put her love and focus on reviving the newly modified and revamped rides. All the while continuing to design and sell clocks as means to pay her amusement park employees.

After moving in the mansion and becoming the theme park owner, she has started to aimlessly study management books in her spare time in a desperate attempt to learn about the basics, and possibly gain some amount of authority and confidence over managing the place. But she much rather prefers to tinker with the amusement park rides and their mechanisms instead of focusing on park management

The Ravelin

Many fortified villages had revelins (or ravelins) to defend the main entrance.

This former guardhouse was originally composed of two towers. A vault was added in 1683 to allow the clock to be installed.

The Ravelin was the only way to pass through carts, as the other gates of the village were too narrow.

In 1696 the building collapsed and was rebuilt in 1708. At the same time, the Town Hall was built between the gate and the rampart, which remained so until the 1930s.

In 1750, after another collapse, a wrought-iron bell tower was erected to support a bell, which is now listed as a historical monument.

At the beginning of the twentieth centuryone of the two towers of the Ravelin was used as a prison for petty theft perpetrators.
