Dungeon Meshi modern au where both Laois and Falin are food vloggers. Laois is always travelling to remote areas and cultures to try the most "extreme" foods and bring them to light. He's known as the guy who will drink blood and slam a still wriggling bug just to comment on it's nutty flavor. Meanwhile Falin is visiting long-standing eateries and sharing the stories behind local cuisine.

Nobody actually puts together they're siblings (in part due to wildly different viewerbases) until Falin in one video mentions how she enjoys eating insects and the comment section is full of folks asking her to "collab with the bug guy". Her very next video is her and Laois smiling infront of a mukbang style platter of insects and she introduces him as her brother.

Reviewing animal foods part one: cat food

Texture is crunchy, though it takes some pressure to crumble. Would be better if it was more brittle. Smell is average, slightly on the "pleasant" side. Taste is whatever, could be more savory and meaty; leaves a strange aftertaste but it's not too bad. Shape and size is fine, not much commentary

Overall rating: 6/10

A few years ago, I was really into reading classical dystopian novels, and I liked Fahrenheit 451 a lot. Recently, with all the talk of book banning, I decided to revisit this book. While it was still an enjoyable read, I have to admit that it didn't quite live up to my memory of it.

CRAZY being like "oh I want to keep my pet healthy, maybe I should look into upgrading to a higher quality food" and you do a bunch of googling abt what percentages of fat/protein/etc a food should be and you find the stuff that's the Most Recommended for dog health or whatever it is, and then you look at the reviews for what is apparently a very reputable brand and it's like DOG DIED DOG HAD BLOODY DIARRHEA DOG IS LOSING FUR I FED MY PUPPY THIS AND HIS KIDNEYS ALMOST SHUT DOWN AT 3MO OLD DOGS VOMITED HAD TO BE ON FLUIDS AT THE VET like. huh... I see <-- doesn't get it at all

Melo's first snack review and it's melon bread✨🍈

The packaging is so cute but the taste is too artificial and leaves a sour aftertaste.

We did enjoy the sweetness and texture a lot though very spongy+moist.

when you're a big dramatic collie but the neighbours ducks outside the fence refuse to listen to you so you have to throw a tantrum about it

#it's so tragic nobody takes him serious #even the local deer stopped caring about him barking at them from behind the fence #he also set of the kinda dubious doggy daycare up in the village. they have good reviews but before they put a huge wall up so nobody can #look in there anytime I walked by there were several dogs loose in locked in cars #and the pet food they sell is just relabeled stuff and the boxes with food just stand out there for days in the weather #idk maybe it's fine and i just still harbor negative feelings towards that house from when a guy #basically ran a golden retriever puppy mill in his backyard kennels

The mattress cleaning people today were very lovely and efficient. They said the pee stain from Leeloo probably wouldn’t come out but it would be sanitized and deodorized.

We had a good chat about video games, they saved me $20 cause they liked me, and the stain came out. I’m so looking forward to sleeping in my bed again tonight, cause it’ll be fully dry well before bedtime.

devastating to go into the tag for an obscure vampire movie I've been quietly obsessed with for years to find mostly gifsets of minor characters (played by big-name actors) and review blogs saying they didn't like it :(
